Love this dentist office! Amazing staff, dentists and assistants. They are all SO nice!Plus they stock their bathrooms with hand wipes and diapers in case you need them, which made my new mom heart melt! So thoughtful! And the decorations and interior designs are so gorgeous and the place is just very inviting, comfy, and professional. My kids love the little play area, toys and tvs:) So important to feel at home there when getting teeth worked on:)💓💓💓💓🙏

Cascade Family Dental has been fantastic for me! I had a cavity go bad which was in process of becoming a significant problem. They got me in that day, took x-rays, got me on an antibiotic to offset the infection and by the next week all was great. Their dental hygiene team, and assistants are fantastic. Dr Clark was great as well! I have a high level of anxiety with THE DRILLS and he always makes sure that I am confrontable with that great gas they provide:) Very pleased with everything Cascade has done for me and my familys dental health care! I absolutely love Cascade Family Dental. I recommend them for all of your dental needs. The staff is excellent and goes above. Very gentle on your teeth as well as helping you get the care you need. If they cannot help you they will always refer you to someone who can.I have visited other dental places and they were awful. All they cared about was your money. Cascade family dental, there is a high level of care as well as a payment plan. They will work with you no matter what.No matter what dentist you see, you will always be happy with your results. My teeth were not in good shape before I came to Cascade family dental. Now I have a very healthy mouth and smile.

Hygienist is fantastic. Dentist does not offer genuine concern or interest. He spends probably less than a minute with me and has nothing to say, other than, Looks great. Dentist needs to at leas pretend he really cares about you and knows who you are.

I have always had excellent experiences with Cascade Dental. I moved away from the general area of the practice, but I still work close to them so I still go to them for my dental care. I recently had a dental issue while traveling and they got me in very quickly to fix my tooth.

Friendly, welcoming, and they were sensitive to my needs and concerns. Ended up having a fairly relaxed visit despite my usual anxieties with the dentist. I would recommend this location definitely! 😁

I had a really bad experience at the dentist when I was a little girl. It still makes me a little nervous to go in to this day, but the Doctors, Hygienists, and Assistants at Cascade Family Dental are so kind, and really listen. I love that Ive found a dentist that I can trust with my kids and know that they wont have any experiences like I did as a child because everyone Ive met at Cascade is just awesome.

I went to several different dentists before finally finding this office, where they’re professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. With the tree house in the waiting room, treasure chest, and TVs over the dental chairs, my kids actually love coming here.

Do not pay for their membership plan. If youre unable to use it (i.e. pandemic and or newborn) then you essentially pay hundreds of dollars for nothing. No notifications or reminders. Once they take your money they arent interested in having you actually use the plan. When asked why they didnt send any reminders they said, we have so many patients, that would take too much time. Well, heres one less family for you to worry about.

Went in for the first time yesterday to Cascade Dental. I saw Dr. Clark to have a root canal done. Everything about the experience was awesome. I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in. Very nice new office and front desk staff was really friendly.I dont remember the dental assistants name but she was great and Dr. Clark is awesome. I didnt feel a thing during my root canal and it went fast and smooth. The chairs have massagers and heat (if you want) and they have TVs over head with Direct TV.Anyway, the entire visit was great. Really glad to have my tooth feeling better and glad to have a good dentist to go to!

Billing is a joke at this office. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They never know what you owe and just give you random numbers each time. The last person I spoke to about my bill was so rude just sighing into the phone like I was an inconvenience trying to get my bill figured out. Would not recommend.

I was referred by a friend, and I am extremely happy that I was able to be connected to Cascade Dental. Heres why you need to read this review:* The Doctor: Dr. Baird, was fantastic. Ive been to other dentists offices (Stonehaven) and I was never really impressed. Here, Dr. Baird was kind, polite, efficient (holy cow, his skill really showed in that he was able to take care of me in no time), and knowledgable.* Support Staff: The other staff were fantastic. Personable, knew what they were doing, easy going, and really made me feel comfortable. I dont like needles in my mouth. You could carve up the rest of me without anything, but put the needle in my mouth, and I dont handle it well. I asked for gas, and they did that without making it feel like it was a struggle, or an inconvenience for them.* Equipment/Location: I went to the Springville office, and they had the newest equipment and that made a great difference too. The other dentists office still have those bite-wing x-rays, which when you already have a sore tooth...man, they can hurt! Cascade has the x-ray unit that spins around your head to give them a full pictuire of your teeth. It took less than 30 seconds, and nothing in my mouith!For cash patients, I looked at their fee schedule, and it is lower than the other place, and when you match it with the rest of their whole office (Doctor, support staff, physical location/equipment) they are, hands down, the best.Im telling you...you are making the right decision to go with them.

Anyone I have talked to has been very thoughtful and kind, even fitting me in quickly for the occasional minor dental emergency. We were looking for a new dentist and not only they accept our insurance, but I was able to schedule a visit fast. Over the phone I was politely helped and at the day of visit, I was welcomed friendly. Ask for Rachel. She is wondeful hygienist! Very careful, knowledgeable, and gentle doing the cleaning. Speaking as a fellow surgeon, I would recommend doctor Flinders to anyone. I recently had him do an implant, which is a long process and he did a fantastic job. He is professional, well informed and gets the job done.

The service and staff were great. The problem I had is that when I came in to get the work done I needed, I had to stand at the front desk for about 15 minutes because it was completely left unattended. Second, when they ran their estimates they stated that was everything I had to pay. However, two months later, they billed me for something that was not covered by my insurance. If I they had known it wasnt covered and I had known, I would have gone else where. Especially somewhere where the service was cheaper.

My husband took our crazy 3 year old in for her very first appointment today and I was so nervous it would be such a hassle but my husband called me ecstatic cause it was such a pleasant experience and she loved it there! Karen was awesome and worked with her sooo well! Definitely impressed and happy!

The office is really nice and clean, and they have a cool play area for kids (I wish I was a kid so I could climb across the rope ladder into the tree house).Everything was great, and I really appreciated that they werent pushy for more services like some dentists Ive been to. Dr. Flinders and his assistant Courtney were amazing taking care of me today. The procedure was painless and professional. They listened to my concern, explained the procedure, were always concern for my well being. I recommend having Dr. Flinders as your dentist.

The office is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. They remembered things about me from my last appointment. One thing I appreciated is the Dr. that saw me said, Youre the boss and he truly meant it. He respected that I was the one paying for the procedures and gave me total control on what I thought was best for me. Couldnt be more impressed.

For reference, I judge the quality of restaurant kitchens by the cleanliness of their restrooms. If thats any measure for dental offices, Cascade Family Dental is a Michellin Star practice!Additionally, my entire experience was phenomenal. The facility, the staff, and Dr. Baird were knowledgeable, patient-focused, and efficient. I had cracked a tooth, and walked in—never having had a relationship with them before—and was out of there with a filling and a guarantee in under an hour. Ive definitely going here from now on.

I just cant let this go, I went to Cascade Dental to get a root canal, I was met with professionalism and courtesy. I am very uncomfortable with gas so I opted just to have a local shot before the root canal. To begin with when Dr. Baird gave me the shots I could hardly feel the needle, I went numb in no time,But here is the funny part, I actually fell asleep during the root canal. Dr. Baird was very kind and gentle and even dealt with my snoring while he worked on me. Now that is what I call a great experience.P.S. I have to admit that Dr. Baird is my son, but please understand that what I write is the truth. he is simply amazing along with his incredible staff. I know, what else do you expect a parent to say, well let me tell you he knows I would tell the truth because that is what he has been taught. He also knows that if he did a bad job I would also speak out. I would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends to him, in fact I personally know of several families that drive more than an hour just to see him.

I hadnt been to see a dentist in awhile, so I was a little concerned about what my visits would entail. Dr. Baird and everyone I saw during my visits to the Springville office were so kind and courteous. Easily the best experience Ive had at a dentist and I had two root canals done! Explained all the steps as we went along. I had absolutely no pain after the procedure, no pain! Then they called two days later to check how I was doing. Excellent!

Id give 0 stars if it would let me. I would NOT recommend Dr. Clark to ANYONE! He gave me a complete run around, had me jump through hoops, which I did, then he did the complete opposite to me and totally went back on his word. Not professional at all, you cant tell a patient you are more than happy to do something for them then totally go back on your word. Even the receptionist were rude to me, like I was the one that did something wrong, I just did what they asked me to do and jumped through the hoops to just get sent away frustrated.

I was frankly quite nervous going in and had put off visiting a dentist for 2 years (since moving here) because my previous dentist told me that a tooth that had a crown on it would need to be pulled. Everyone in this office was wonderful. From the terrific person at the front desk who was able to figure out which state carried my dental plan, to the great people who did the exam and explained what was going on in my mouth, to Dr Flinders who finished up my exam and believed that the tooth with the crown could be saved and agreed to try to save the nerve in another tooth rather than do a root canal on it. I have tons of dental experiences, including a total of 7 root canals. This was the best experience by far. I really appreciate their philosophy of trying to keep and save what they can rather than jumping in and doing major interventions. They would rather wait and watch than insist on doing a procedure right away. They listen to your concerns and let you decide on your treatment plan. Thoughtful, skilled, caring, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and gentle are all words I would use to describe my visit there today. I dont easily or lightly recommend dentists to others because I have had several poor experiences, but today I can recommend them with pleasure to anyone looking for a dentist.

The drive from Draper to Springville to go to Dr. Baird is totally worth it. I am so glad I was referred to him by a friend. He is trustworthy, does great work and has been awesome with my kids. His staff is also very friendly and genuinely caring!

If i could i would give it 10 stars!!! We have been taking our 3 year old to a pediatric dentist for the past 2 years and every time it ends in melt down and hysteria with very little cleaning of teeth. The hygienist, Mel, at Cascade was fantastic! Our daughter watched and helped vacuum my mouth and then the hygienist cleaned hers right after. Our daughter loved it! Mel was so patient and explained everything to her. Not only did her teeth get cleaned thoroughly, she was able to get x-rays as well. My husband and i were in shock she was so excited about the dentist! Weve been home for an hour and our girl had brushed her teeth twice and attempted to play dentist on her little sister!

I had a cup attack my face and crack my tooth on a Sunday Night... But Dr. Flinders did an emergency route-canal that night and fixed it right up! He was so great and made sure that I was doing okay the whole way through and went above and beyond to fix my broken tooth! So happy with the service I get with my cleanings or my freak emergency accident!!!

I was traveling and spent the night in Spingville when a toothache got out of control.I found and Cascade on Google and followed the reviews. The staff was Great and Dr Baird was a saint. He fixed me up and got me back on the road. Kudos to the entire the fiends at Cascade Dental. If I lived there, Dr Baird and crew would get all my dental.

My mother who is 82 years old took my special needs brother into see Dr. Flinders. I have to say that Dr Flinders and his staff are THE BEST!!! She had taken him in for a routine exam and cleaning on his teeth. He also needed a cap and other extensive work on his teeth. The care he received was exceptional!! Dr. Flinders and his staff have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my sweet brother with ALL his dental needs. Cascade Dental in my opinion is second to none!! We recently moved from Spanish Fork to SLC but still make the drive here for dental work. Dr. Flinders, Baird, and I think the new doctor is Glen, I’m not sure but they are amazing along with their staff. All the work me and my kids have received here is top notch and I can’t say enough about how awesome they are!! Cascade DentalI take care of my teeth - My mom paid a lot for them!In the year 2018, I tried out three different dental offices. From a child, I regularly went to the dentist every six months. My family had been going to Art City Dental, and decided we needed a change (another review). I tried out Platinum Dental in Mapleton, but wasn’t 100%.With a lot of people recommending Cascade, I decided to give them a try.First opinion was going there with my mother the first time.The office is clean, smells good, and very professional. There is a really cool tree house play area for the children, and the receptionists are very quick and easy to work with.*if you want to make an apt, I recommend calling and not doing it online because the locations can be mixed up easily*I made an apt for the Springville location for my 6 month regular cleaning.They roomed me fairly quickly and listened to my explanation of certain things in my mouth and what to be careful of.They have TV’s above that you can watch while you get service, (I watched Friends) and they also have massage chairs! The massage chairs were absolutely wonderful, but the chair I was in shorted out after about 12 minutes and I wish it would have stayed on! *my bad for not mentioning it to the nurse though)The cleaning was painless and the nurse was quick and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and when, which I appreciated.When I was done with my cleaning, I waited about 30 minutes for the DR to come see me, but I was aware this would happen because when I first checked in they told me one of the doctors called in sick and there was only one on. I was very appreciative of the communication.When the Dr actually came in, I LOVED his *chair* side manner. He talked about every single one of my issues, was kind, and knew his stuff.I 1000% will be back, and I think I have finally found a dentist I can stick with for a very long time.

Dr. Flinders and his staff have always been nothing short of amazing. I have been going to Cascade Family Dental for a year or so and have really been impressed and comfortable with everyone there. Last weekend while out of town I started having intense pain in my mouth/face. I contacted Cascade and they were able to find a pharmacy in a small town and rushed me an order of antibiotics. Within a day or so I was pain free. Thanks to Cascade I was able to enjoy a wonderful vacation with my wife. Upon returning they did a thorough investigation to find the problem and turns out it was a sinus infection. Dr. Flinders was up front and honest about his findings and no unnecessary dental work was needed. I will continue to go to Cascade Family Dental and recommend them to everyone.

It has always been an unsettling experience for me to go to the dentist - I suppose I am just a bit of a whimp. I was referred to Cascade Family Dental in Springville. A couple of weeks ago I went there for the first time, and what a pleasant surprise. I have never met such a wonderful and caring staff, from the receptionist to the dentist and all those in between. It was the perfect balance of being both personable and professional. I am committed to go to this clinic for all of my future dental needs - they are all amazing (and even very sympathetic with my whimpiness)!

I had the worst experience with this dental office. I came in needing a root canal, immediately, after told a week before I could come in and receive one. They had to postpone the root canal another month because they didnt have the proper equipment. Then when I finally got the root canal the crown on the tooth ended up falling off, So I went to a different dentist to get another crown on, and turns out this dentist had sanded down not only the tooth that needed the root canal, but the tooth behind it as well, exposing it to everything and making it so i needed, not one, but two crowns put on my teeth. I will NEVER go back to this dentist office again.

Absolutely terrible. Not friendly at all. I thank God for the day when I do not have to go back to this place.
