Decided to come here for my birthday, after being referred by a friend, and it was such a great decision! As soon as I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and checked in. I my SNS manicure AND red velvet rose pedicure. So great!!!

The service here is by far reputable! I came to this location as a recommendation from a friend. The staff are friendly and so attentive making sure my service was exactly what Im looking for.

I loved my service there! I love their color selections! The mani was amazing. The whole time i was getting them done my tech made jokes and kept me entertained all while making sure she did exactly what i asked for and then some!!

The shape and style is so natural and so elegant. They have lasted longer than any nails Ive ever gotten and are prettier than any nails Ive ever gotten.

Got exactly what I asked for, I most definitely called before I went in. They checked my temp and had me wash my hands as well. The lady on the left side did them and honestly she was so carful she was putting me to sleep. Will be back

This is my first time here today. All staff is kindness and welcome, the manager, she is awesome. I like it. Please also know this is a super clean salon and they follow and exceed all COVID compliance.

My nail tech, After checking out all of the reviews I decided she was my girl. She did NOT disappoint. She was super clean, meticulous and definitely gifted.

It’s posted on the website that they offer service for kids, but I took myself and my two daughters in and they immediately said no kids and made us leave! This place is beyond terrible and need to fix their website

Excellent ! My tech worked on my nails. She was spectacular. One of my nails got ruined and she was so sweet, she took me right back and fixed it for me.

Getting my nails and toes done has become my favorite part of the month! It is one of the few ways that I treat myself and I cant imagine going anywhere else now.

They are all SO nice and have lots of colors to choose from. Every tech has done a great job and been so nice. Highly recommend.

My first time here and Kevin did an amazing job on my pedí he took his time was very detailed and gave a great massage. The reason for the 4 stars is because i had to wait till someone became available but it was worth the wait. Plus my pedí and gel was cheaper than other nail salons ive been. definitely recommend a pedi with Kevin.

First time here since its out of my way lol but was meeting up with my bestie and we were looking for a half way point. She got a mani pedi for a nice price. I got a full set. I asked for something that im pretty sure they dont usually do and I changed colors mid way!!!! They nail tech was super nice and respectful the entire time! Customer service 5 stars. I wanted to take the brush and do my own nails at times lol just because I like things a little better blended. But not bad.*update***12/22/2018**Not happy. Came back a second time since I was in the area and needed a full. Yes I got service right away but the end result was just terrible. I thought Id make it easy for them with one color (since they cant do anything too fancy) and I promise the gel color never even dried correctly. Wont be returning.

I picked a price that I wanted for my pedicure well once it was time to pay she overpriced me. She failed to mention that there charging for any thing extra that they do to your feet. Smh plus she wanted a tip! I will not be returning to this location. Very unprofessional and Im disappointed

Disgusting service . They have a paper that says don’t service people over 250 pounds and try to blame it on the chairs. When my sisters and I walked in it was completely empty, 3 employees just SAT and asked what did we need, didn’t get up to service or anything. I took my money down the street to “9 nails salon”, so much more class and way better customer service.

Im not going to say the place was bad BUT there was just one lady in particular who was EXTREMELY rude today, I mean rolling her eyes & raising her voice because I came inquiring about getting one nail fixed that popped off while I was folding clothes, mind you I went to this same location Friday night to get my nails done and theyre already popping off randomly. I left and will not be coming back nor recommending them to anyone!

I love having my nails done here. It makes me happy. The shop is conveniently located, the nail techs pay attention to detail, have excellent precision and use quality supplies, all in a friendly environment. They also offer facials and sale Nuskin Products. Great place for Girls Spa Day.

They get a 3 because I caught on to what they do here. Dont get me wrong they do great work! I always love the shape of my nails & they last 3 weeks. Prices are a little steep but I always say you get what u pay for. Anyway be very careful your first time going what they do is try to hurry up and attend to you of course to seem like fast service but then what they have you do upon walking in the door is pick out a color whether it be reg polish or gel polish and then once your old polish has been taken off and its time to wash your hands they begin to tell you they are out the color you chose. I had to choose 4 different times until they had to tell me to go ahead and look at the ones that are available smh instead of saying that from the beginning. This way you have to stay, you have to pay and unfortunately pay and settle for a color you really dont like. I seen this happen to others. Other than that they seem nice and equipment seems sanitary.

This is a horrible nail shop. Customer service was awful, I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but they always proved me wrong. Not to sound rude, but the heavy set worker (I don’t know her name) shouldn’t be in this business knowing she has to deal with customers and she will not hide her facial expressions. Definitely not coming back!!!!!

Do not go here!!! (Go to the Nail Spa in Oak lawn. Much better service, PRICES and they serve you alcohol!!) There are MUCH BETTER places to get your nails done.When I walked in this place they were pretty rude. The prices are WAY too high and not great service. Pedi is decent price ($23) but they didnt take their time/pay attention to details. They charge $50 just for dipping powder they claim is organic. And $40 for acrylics that were not done the way I wanted. The lady doing my nails was sighing the whole time (I assume because it was close to closing, but if thats the case dont take me as a client!). This list goes on.............

I am extremely disappointed of LT Nails I WAS a long-term customer for several years; EVERYONE besides the owner Teresa and her daughter Mitchell, are extremely rude I been witness of several arrangements among themselves and with customers. Mai or My she is the most rudest one there she is very UNPROFESSIONAL just like the rest. Ladys save your money and time re-consider going somewhere else I will definitely NEVER go back!!!

I grow out my own nails, rather long, and I go to LT Nails to have natural nails strengthened with gel coating and polish changes, since I never sit still long enough, to dry, at home. Kim is wonderful and does a great job every time.

Took my daughter to get her brows waxed yesterday. After we left, we discovered that the wax was left on too long & peeled her skin off under one brow, about an inch long!! She said that thinking back, the lady giggled when it happened!! We went back, after a lot of discussion in their language, we got an Im sorry, we dont know what happened, & they applied a moisturizing gel. I asked for my money back + tip! DO NOT GO HERE, & if you do, do not use the heavy set lady that sits on the left side, last nail desk back!!

Idk if management is the same that everyone else seems to dislike, but I had a really good experience, more than once. The lady that attended me was very sweet and asked me several times throughout my pedi if I was OK or needed anything.

This place is okay. Customer service is not good. Pedicure chairs are in a separate room, separated by window panes so you can see the manicure area. The basic pedicure is $25 but they half-ass the massage every single time. You never know if theyre finished because they dont say a word. They just get up and walk away. Igo to the front desk to pay and I have to wait for someone to come over and take my payment. The ladies doing nails chatter among themselves loudly the entire time.Im looking for a different place.

Terrible service from the young chick in the rhinestone hat. Nails cut too short and my toe started to bleed. I got up to leave and the elder lady came over while to young chick was smiling and speaking in their language. When I asked was there something funny she got defensive and disrespectful. The elder lady attempted to fix the issues then the young chick pulled up a chair mumbling some more snide remarks before the elder lady ordered her to go away. Equipment not new and would never go back.

Extremely rude, nails pop off within a couple days after getting them done. Wasnt even going to post this negative review until I went back to fix it and she had the nastiest attitude (heavy set lady in the last row).

I moved to Dallas Texas in may. I went to LT nails on cockerhill near Walmart every week to every 2 weeks up until 2/3 weeks ago. I went to another nail shop and was notified that LT NAILS gave me a fungus. Using dirty tools or not telling me when to let my nails rest is why: when I took my nails off they were GREEN. Nicki who works right by the door on the left side is GREEDY. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR NAILS ONLY YOUR MONEY! This shop caters to family and alike culture anyone else is nothing but a dollar sign. I told them and showed them my fungus and nothing was even said. Unless youre related to them or share the same culture DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL HAVE A FUNGUS FORMING AND WONT EVEN KNOW UNTIL YOUR FINGER NAIL IS ABOUT TO COME OFF. HORRIBEL DERVICE DISGUISED AS FRIENDLY DISCOUNTS. DONT FEED INTO IT

I dont recommend this place to anyone they are very rude when I went in they told me it was going to take 10 they took 40 min not only that they took 1hour and 15 min to assist my daughter w/ manicure. Also I told the lady that was doing my pedicure that I didnt like how she painted my toe nails and request another nail polish her eyes got bloody red and starting talking crap in her language and was just ready to attack me someone else had to finish the job.. So all the employs was load and talking their language and they could not make it more obvious that they was talking about me.. Im new to the area and wanted to give this place a try. Walked in and asked for an eyebrow wax & pedi. The first lady that did the wax for me was polite and quick. The pedi lady... poor customer service. She half ass gave me a massage and when she was done painting my toes, she didnt say anything. She just packed up and started working on someone else. Im use to the technicians letting me know when to pay and putting the pedi shoes on for me. I had to ask someone if they would check me out, walked to the pedi lady push door and took the pedi shoes, I put them on and paid.

I previously gotten a chemical peel somewhere else, but needed a face mask thank you for your generosity . It’s a insecure of mine to have people staring at your face . I offered to pay but she declined thank you again . ❤️ The other nails salon in the same area wouldn’t even let me speak.

Asked them if my nails could be redone because they were not painted correctly and they argued with me and told me if I dont like them to not come back then.

I never give bad reviews but I got my nails and pedicure done on 6-13-18 today is 6-16-18 my pedicure is chipping already and my nails are lifting. Also I do not like pushy people the lady that did my nails was extremely pushy.also I didnt feel welcome......

Don’t make appointments at this place. They don’t follow through. I called the day before to make an appointment for the following day at 10am. I get there and the person who i requested the appointment with wasn’t there. At that the workers didn’t know what time she would be in.

So i went back to fix it and get a color change, i did that and then i told them i also wanted to get pedicure when i was done with my manicure, the lady rolled her eyes and pointed to where i have to sit, RUDE ! They are not putting on the nails correct because AGAIN one my nails feel off 2 days later, NEVER GOING BACK THERE !!

I came to this place 2 times because the ones took off, after 3 days I already had air balloons around them ... The second time they fixed them they charged me when I was supposed to repair them because it was a job badly done ... The lady at the last table on the right side told me that they regularly charge $ 30 but that I would get a discount and pay only $ 20 and pass my card and when I saw my statement I saw that she charged me $ 30 .... I was robbed ... and now I see the bad reputation this place has ... too late .., 🤷
