Great customer service, very friendly, listened to what i wanted and not overly expensive

I used to consistently get my feet done here and that is why I am not saying it should be a zero... this review is based on multiple experiences on multiple occasions where I tried to support my local nail shop but I am very well comfortable saying they don’t really care about they patrons. The staff in not skilled at all when it come to doing nails nor do they communicate or take direction well... today I spoke up about an issue and was cut off then handled very roughly after the poor manager is having to fix everyone’s nails.... no discount for any inconvenience anyway just look at the picture.... don’t go and if you do only for a pedicure.

It was my first time going in there. They were so nice and they offer you drinks and stuff. Ill be coming back for sure. Besides the residue left on my fingers she did a excellent job making them look like the photo.

Amazing work from Mrs.Kim! She is awesome! She always busy, in front of me are two people. So make sure to take appt ahead and you don’t have to wait an hour like me! Trust me! She is an experienced nail tech. I have to drive all the way from Arlington for Mrs.Kim.

They don’t sanitize their pedicure tools I got fungus and infection on my toe now I spent my own out of pocket for medical treatment

I was there for 3 hours which is the longest I’ve spent in a nail salon, especially for poor quality work. My pedicure was done sloppily and they knicked my toe to the point where it’s now swollen and irritated. As for my manicure I asked for a simple full set, my desired nail length was ignored, there is powder hardened underneath my nail, my nails are crooked (after asking 2 times for my technician to fix them) and my technician cut me with her drill. I went here in a last effort attempt to get my nails done for a wedding and I’m extremely embarrassed to even show the work done. My bill was $102 (for what?!) As much as I wanted to ask for a refund, I wanted to get out of there even more. There are plenty better nail salons in the area.

I received great service and I opted in for the Heavenly Dream pedicure. It was everything including the name and more. Definitely coming again for a 3rd time. 👌🏽

I would not recommend this place what do ever my first issue was no price’s posted. 2nd I asked for an over lay and a pedi shellac, the entire time I was asked if I wanted this or that instead I kept telling Mr. sunny d lite I have never had that before so he finally convinced me to get the powder dip then the fact that they kept asking me questions then speak to each other in there language before responding was very disrespectful I wanted to just walk out. My final is was THEY KEPT TRYING TO UP THE PRICE FROM THE ORIGINAL PRICE DISCUSSED then 3 of my nails broke the next day all from the same hand!! So ladies if your having similar experience at you local Asian shop please comment below I know a great personal nail technician! P.s. a lot of these shops are starting to use fake acrylic which can cause severe reaction be aware

I just left this place, and this is my second time of many more to come! I received a full set, dipped, cut (which I’d never even heard of until recommended), and hombre, short (which I usually get grief about), and shaped round. SUNNY is my guy and he is so friendly and accommodating. I absolutely recommend you come here. If you’ve had a negative experience in any aspect YOU’RE the problem because this place is hands down customer service based. Needless to say if you don’t know where to go or whom to use, come here and sit with SUNNY... Oooo K?!

Zero design skills (wasnt asking for anything hard) and plenty attitude. You walk in with a picture. They say, Yes, honey, well do for you, and then proceed to do what they want. And if you speak up about it, they get visibly annoyed and start blaming you for their incompetence. If you cant do designs, just say that.

On Friday, Jan. 16th I got a full set of solar nails. On Wednesday one of my entire nails came completely off. I was unable to get it fixed immediately, so on Monday I went back to the shop and was approached by a woman and man, Tim. I showed them my nail and explained what happened and looked around for the guy that did my nails; he was not in the shop. Tim told me that I did not get my nails done at LV Nails! The lady told me the job was sloppy! The woman asked what station I sat at and I told her and she said thats my station! I was outdone!!! They asked for a receipt which I did not have so I used my phone and showed them the statement that had the time, date and amount paid from my bank with LV Nails. Tim begin to redo my one nail (which he was upset about) the lady asked my to give Tim $5. Why? I asked, she said I should have came in sooner, No!! My nail shouldnt have popped off. Then she asked me to give him $3...afterwards as I went to pay Tim said no pay. I would not recommend them. Their salon is clean but they are rude and the quality of service is poor in my opinion.

I love getting my nails done here! The customer service is great! I love the manager. He’s so accommodating to everyone receiving services. Their pedicures are AMAZING. Since my go to nail tech moved out of town, this is the ONLY place I go. Customer for 2 years now.

I have a wonderful experience each and every time going on 3yrs now

This place was great years ago. But now everything is a rush job. The guy in the front I’m assuming he’s the manager who constantly called me “Babe” was more concerned about getting people in, than working on my nails. He got up at least 5x to do other things. Which I understand, but his attention to detail was horrible. I had to address him 2x about the length, and quality of my nails. I asked for a certain nail type and he acted as if that was an issue. I would not suggest this place any more. I’m not even going to get on the fact that last year the lady who does the lashes got glue in my eye.

Nope! Sloppy job, acrylic is past my cuticles when I asekd for dip, and they had zero customers it was a Wednesday mid day and he still rushed. $125 later and I dont even want them to attempt to fix them.

The technical skills of my nail lady was not the best but she did a stellar job on my brows. I gave a four because it seems the manager talks too much. I will be back. Maybe then I can change my rating.

I come to this shop every week and I have gotten service from Tim, kim and Lele. Today LELE was very RUDE today and im very upset about it. Shes talking about me my face. I dont play. Im a grown lady. The manager needs to talk to her. I spend a lot of money with this business

First time visit was a really nice experience. Since I went during my lunch hour they were able to get my pedicure done in a timely manner. Place is really nice and clean. The decor was also really nice. They put thought into it so it would be a nice experience.

Tammy is the Awesome!!! She is friendly, professional and kind. She took her time, and blew me away with a amazing pedicure. This was a experience of glamour and most of all foot care. Removing dead skin and leaving my feet feeling like a babies bottom. Thanks Tammy for helping me choose a beautiful color as well. I will definitely be back!!!

Still in the process of getting my nails done and I’m already blown away by the service and jobs that each person does here. I recently located from Michigan and have been looking for a new nail salon to call home and I think I’ve found it! Everyone is so sweet and dedicated to giving great service !

CAUTION: READ BEFORE PROCEEDING: When I got there,I was seated in the second seat on the left. After, I told her I wanted powdered nails and stiletto nails. She told me that she thinks coffin nails look better ( like how dare she). I told here to take my nails off and the man to my left told me (the manager) he could finish them. And so I told him ok. So I waited for 30 minutes. Mind you, that Ive been here for 1 hour. Because I ask for stiletto nails, he was so so so damn rough and he was squeezing my fingers for fear life ( he rushed threw the process) and I told him numerous of times and he said he has to hold my fingers cause he needs to file them down. So I went along with it. Fast forward, my nails are done. I went to him and told him that my nails went not all the same shape. He said he can fix it. And then I NOTICED THAT ALL OF MY NAILS WERE FACING UP. LIKE WITCH NAILS GONE WRONG ( Mind you he was going to let me leave out like that). I told him Im not paying for this. I found out, moments later My man had paid for it already. SHIT GOT REAL. We ended up calling the police to get my money back. I wasnt going to leave, until I get my money. So, the cops said just chop off her nails and give her the money back ( I was going to cut them off anyway). I was trying so hard not to get into with him because I had a funeral to go to. I Will never ever go back.

The nail designs are so outdated, the inside looks cheap. No body was there to greet me and I waited for 5 minutes and so I left only to have one of nail technician tell me bye.

I really love this nail shop they have treated me very nice. They have always done a good job on my nails. The men in there have good customer service now. Tim does a good job. thank you for good service. I give a 4 star cause some of the ladys have attitudes.The shop is very clean and very relaxing. I like when they also provide a beverage why you get pampered.

Very disappointed with the manager. He used to do a great job but not anymore. My nails lifted bad considering its day 2. The lady who did my pedicure burned my right foot with hot water. Never again going to this place. Looks well kept but they are dirty. I dont think they follow rules. Too many red flags on being clean.

This is a good place the employees really go out of the way to make you comfortable and they are gentle. They even offered extra services I didnt know they had!!! They were inexpensive as well I recommend Tammy shes very kind and caring.

They were so kind and as soon as we walked in they helped us i got an eyebrow wax and lip wax and they came out amazing my mother got a pedicure with white tip and it looked really good they really care about the customer and i was never insulted or made felt bad in any sort of way i reccomend this place 100%

Pedicure was great and my mom loved the way her nails came out but when we went to get our eyebrows waxed the woman doing them obviously did not listen to my request to keep them thick and natural and pretty much did the opposite. I’m very displeased with my eyebrows and feel like an idiot for allowing her to even touch them. Learn from my mistake!

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Never go to the guy in the first chair, he does not know how to do nails. I asked for white tips, coffin shaped. My nails look like a child did them, I could have done better myself. Theres bubbles all in them & theyre all uneven. Plus they arent even coffin shaped, theyre more round! I told him I didnt like them at all & that he did them wrong, he told me it was too late for that now. I will never return to this place.

My nails look great ! They did an awesome job ! I got the guy that greets everyone when they come in the door ! He is extremely funny, great personality ! And provides great customer service ! and he does a great job on my nails! As for price it can be a little high $$$ but it’s worth the price ! Your nails will look amazing and you get treated really well !

Took my dipped nails off today and found what apoears to be some type of fungus under both my ring finger nails. Wow. I didnt plan an going back to them prior ti my discovery anyways because one oarticular nail tech is very rude and did my nails like she was on a 5 minute time limit! Twisting my fingers and burning me with the drill!

I just moved to the area and I was looking for a good nail salon closer to me. I should have just saved myself my time because as soon as I walked in a young guy that works there who acted like the “manager” was rude and made the lady Doing my nails feel bad. His words were “I’m going to prep your hands faster so she can start your manicure.” I could tell how discomfort in her face. Second, he kept filing my nails and he was getting irritated because they weren’t coming out straight. All I wanted was a manicure with gel. He said “your nails are regular. I have to keep filing until it’s good to you.. if you get a full set I could just leave it like that and adjust it and make it look nice..... see, your nails were cracked because you had regular nail polish over gel. I said “oh I didn’t know” he said “well now you do.” I turned and I looked at the girl next to me and I said “that was a little rough.... right?” She agreed. Finally, I got up and told the lady I wasn’t going to continue with their services. And the guy comes up to me and says “we do really good you just don’t feel like we do.” I said “really??? That’s because that’s what you made me feel. I’m not coming back here anymore. Thank you.”This was the worst experience ever!!!!

They have great service here...the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that the lady who did my feet drilled my toe& broke skin & acted like because she rubbed it and smiled that i was supposed to be ok. It still hurts!

I just got an extraordinary service at LV SPA. I go in and immediately there service begins if would like water and they even offered my boys drinks.one person doing my nails another doing my pedi. What more can I say I do believe not everybody gets the same service I did but it was fast... Note not cheap..lol but great service..I will be back.

Nice but aggressive and over priced

Went there for a pedicure 2 times and feel like they dont take there time with there pedicures she rushed through everything. And didnt even wet one of me feet she just started trimming my toe nails in that case I could of cut them at home! You go for a pedicure to get ride of dead skin. They rush you so bad that they dont let your feet soak in the water so that you can get ride of everything. Bad service!! Will not recommend anyone to this place! Will not give this place another chance.

I was excited to finally have found a place to get my nails done close to home that was nice and clean. They do great work but on the weekends they should more staff available. The hours of operation sucks though. During the week they close at 7 or 7:30pm and on Saturday 6:30pm. Who does that?!!! Of course they are closed on Sundays. I work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and off on the weekends. There is no way I can make it to this place before closing time during the week and on Saturday Im usually getting things done that didnt get done during the week. Later weekend hours would be great. Guess Ill be looking for a new nail shop now.

Service was great and friendly the nail tech was a little pushy as far as doing what she wanted to do vs what I asked for. The quality sucked!!!! I paid 72 bucks my eyebrows werent shaped at all....my Polish on my feet chipped the same day and the Gel Polish on my nails also chipped!!! 4 nails with chipped Polish and missing acrylic and I had them done on Tuesday!!! Never will I go back and spend my money nor refer anyone to this nailspa!!!

Im one unhappy customer! Ive gone to this nail salon 4 times & the 4 times Ive gone Ive gotten different people to do my nails & the 4 of them do a crappy a** job !! They charge like if they do a good job. This place is not recommended ladies. If your going to pay $40 for your nails you expect your nails to look nice not all deformed!
