I love how upscale this nail salon looks and feels. Jimmy and Liz are my top two favorite techs, and Mike is also awesome when it comes down to pedicures. The Luxe Pedicures are AWESOME! The only thing I dont care for is that most times Ill put my appointment request in online for the technicians that I want for each service, however when I get there Im just placed with the first available person. If I request a certain technicians for my appointment I expect to have those people working on me. Other than that I love the service I receive.

If you are going to any other nail salon than you are wasting your money. Ive been doing my nails and pedicures here since they opened. The owners are super friendly and they make sure your experience with them is amazing. My daughter and I come across town just to see them. They all do great work but we LOVE the 3 sisters. You wont regret coming here.

I love getting pedicures here. Michael does such a great job. His massages are the best. The owners are nice. I’m always taken care of. They offer a complimentary drink and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. I also like that they are clean. I discovered them almost 2 years ago and cannot go anywhere else despite no longer living in the area.

The experience was soothing and relaxing. I didnt want it to end. It felt as if alot of stress had been removed. It was wonderful and clean and the staff was nice.

It was my first time to a salon in many years and Julie and Lily made it a wonderful experience. They were so kind and interesting. Very professional. My nails look great and the salon is absolutely beautiful.

I have come here ever since they opened and loved getting pedicures here but for the last 3 times they always have a problem refilling my acrylic on my toes or replacing with with a new one. They ask me the same question if I’m sure I want acrylic or can they remove it. They don’t take consideration of what the person wants only want they want because time is a thing for them. A staff member was doing my toes then towards the end 2 different people were doing my toes a complete mess. The acrylic at the bottom is so messy with the nail polish they don’t even bother cleaning up the area around the cuticles. I asked nicely is they could please fix the nail polish and he got upset. It is not professional nor okay to treat customers that way. At the end he was told to speed things up because someone else was waiting but if it isn’t what the customer wants it should be fixed. We end up paying anyways. Horrible experience and now I have ugly toes. Not okay.

Love coming here, always have such a pleasant experience. I get the Organic “Orange” Pedicure and basic manicure. Staff always take their time and are very thorough.

They were great. I got my nails toes and eyebrows done (my nail tech was alice she was bomb). They are very nice and actually know what they are doing. Will be back. Gonna make this my new shop to go to 😊

Clean, prompt, & thorough service. The manicurist smudged my nails and fixed it…. But it still is a little smudged. Otherwise, a good service!

I felt like the service was decent and even tipped but that same night most of my nails were throbbing in pain. Then a day after one of my nails chipped - I went in to get it fixed but the work was shoddy at best. For some reason the guy decided to file my nail more and the shape was bad and lower than the other ones. The shine was gone and you can see clearly where the repair was done cause it looked off and whitish on a blue color. Fast forward 2 days another nail and the repair chipped and I let it be but now on my non dominant hand another nail chipped. All this happened in a week.Previously I had my dipping nails done at another salon and none of them chipped and had them for more than 3 weeks. Just changed them because my nails have grown I went here cause it was closer to my house. Now I regret not going to Plano where I had them done the first time.

I’ve been going to this nails shop ever since they opened. They have a friendly staff :) I’d recommend making an appointment before going because they do get busy. So if your a walk-in you might have to wait 25-30 min. They offer refreshments while your getting your nails/pedicures done which I appreciate very much because I get thirsty 😂 overall I love going here to get my nails done Alice always come thru with most nail designs I show her and David is always making my toes look super cute!!!

I’ve been coming here since they first opened, I loved it especially for my pedicures. Well I went in on Monday to get my nails done. The man took so long even a girl walked out and the manager chased her down. I ended up being charged $100 for nails which were not worth $100 at all it is now Wednesday Preview Image and the stone already fell off I’ve gotten my nails done there before with way more detail and bling and have never been charged that much. It’s crazy because I don’t want to find a new place to go to but it’s ridiculous how much they overcharged Preview Image

Clean, normally in & out in an hr or so. My husband & I have our favorite Techs and when we schedule appointments we are seen within 15 mins of that time, even in a Saturday

Such a great sanitized professional relaxed salon but they are so great there are not enough for walk ins and often even waiting with appointment.

Vicky is amazing. She always manages to do an outstanding job with my nails. Vicky also is all about pampering her clients. Her service is remarkable. I enjoy chatting it up with her all the time. A true individual to work with. I look forward to a long lasting business relationship with Vicky.

So my daughter and I went out on a father-daughter date and we went to the nail shop I really enjoyed it because it fears I was not going but look on her face I was there so soaking my feet in the tub really relaxed to me and before I knew it I was sleep and it woke me up my feet and hands were done and they look really nice

Shorted me 15mins on my massage and hot stones but they wanted to argue, and that was something I was not about to do. Over charged my grandmother another 15 dollars because of the length of her nails. I can understand a $5 upcharge, but$15 extra for her having long NATURAL nails is ridiculous. And they took almost 2hours for dip only, shes a diabetic and felt her sugar going low but they still took their sweet time...Skimming for extra bucks isnt even needed because we always tip well..

I was told to wash my hands when I walked in, this was my first time and I was not directed as to where to do that. I was sat down afterwards and they soaked my hands in chemicals because I had dip. The chemicals literally dried my skin and when I mentioned something about it the staff did nothing to help me. I had to get up and wash my hands. Once I came back someone came by and I was upset that they didn’t apologize for keeping my hands in chemicals, the employee then offered to use more chemicals to take off the dip that had disintegrated into my skin. I told him I did not want to get any services done anymore. I am leaving their facility with my hands literally still covered in the dip residue, extremely dry and damaged! If I could submit photos I would this is horrible service and I will NEVER recommend anyone to come here.

Nice! Soft jazz sets the ambiance as soon as you enter. You enter your info on the iPad, name services, etc, wash your hands and then are seated. Social distancing is observed between all parties, and you have your choice of wine, water or soft drinks. There are multiple t.vs for your viewing pleasure and everything was clean, even the restrooms. I witnessed the guy who greeted us cleaning between customers. He was very cordial, even after my grandchild was cutting up in the place. Wait time wasnt long at all and my tech did a great job. The parking wasnt bad. We visited here on a Saturday afternoon so that says a lot. They cleaned up the area pretty good. I was impressed. Will definitely be returning here!🙂

After moving to the Casa View area I decided to find a new nail salon. The one I had been going to for years switched owners and even with the pandemic going on continues to have a full house and now bad service. Trying something new was hard but I was not disappointed at all! In all my years of living by far had the best pedicure and manicure and staff was so friendly. I’ve continued to go and even took my mom and she loved it too, her tech was so sweet to her and made us laugh the whole time. I definitely will not go anywhere else now!

Hidden gem, if you need a new nail salon quick I would recommend coming here. Nice people, and they even give you a receipt with all your services and their cost. So many dip colors to choose from and its very pretty inside. Alex did my nails and they look so good

I never give bad reviews ever but I did not like it, first time going the lady who did my nails was rushing because her usual was here. she filled my nails down do bad they dented, I did tell her to slow down. Nail its self had dents on side, nail bed was left really sore and it took me 4 months before I could get them done again. I took my nails off that same week. They looked really bad.

Ive been coming here since they opened and its like nothing like it used to. The manager is very rude and he overbooks and the employees have to rush through evey service and you end up waiting a long time and getting a sloppy job. I dont recommend it AT ALL

They have always been great with both me and my kids. I dont go anywhere else to get my nails, pedicures, waxing, etc.

Made an appointment, arrived early still had to wait over 30 minutes for the water to be turned on after just sitting in the chair waiting, 20+ minutes later finally someone puts a pedi kit next to my chair but took another 15 for someone to come start my pedi .... took an hour to someone to start my pedi if the music hadnt put me to sleep and restarting the massage 4 times I would have walked out but the i needed that nap ... a little over 3 hours later I finally got my nails and pedi doneowner/manager noticed that I was a little upset when he brought me my second drink he asked what was wrong and I tried to explain to him that Ive been there for an hour waiting for someone to finally start my pedi and he just walked away as I was talking to him

Was told my acrylic nails would cost 45 the nail tech told me it would be 55 because of the length that he cut them to. Told him that due to work I needed them to be medium length which would be 45 and he still left them super long. Had to argue with Taylor about getting my nails trimmed down because he told me that it would come when he shape them into coffin that they would be shorter. That was not the case. Finally got someone to trim my nails down to a shorter length so I can use them at work and now they look bad. Not happy and will not be coming back. My mom and daughter were getting manicures and pedicures and I was just getting acrylic nails. I have always come to this place in the Taylor implied that I was being difficult and I am difficult time I come here. That is not the case and I refuse to come back. Now my nails look awful and I have cried about it and got no resolution other than them trim down.

It was my visit to this place for the first time and I really liked it, they are kind super fast and my nails were just how I wanted them. I will definitely return!!

My nail tech was very nice, but the staff was a bit inattentive AND I got an infection on one of my toes the day after my pedicure. The doctor said the infection was definitely from the pedicure where she trimmed my nail way too far down and uneven on one said. Very painful and not a great experience. My friend who was there getting a manicure with me was also left to sit for long periods of time and was hardly spoken too, even though the salon was not busy. Her nails also came out slightly crooked and looked unfinished. I probably wont be going there again.

During the restrictions this is an infrequent pampering that makes all the difference. Thank you for making me feel beautiful

I actually went in after going to another salon that did a horrible job. This place was about to close but still took me in anyway. They were very professional and patient with me. They gave me great recommendations and I went with one of the styles they recommended and loved my nails!! They lasted forever and then corona happened, 😔 so I’ve been waiting to go back, which I will be doing very very soon!

Went into the salon earlier as a walk in and was told I would have to make an appointment. I took the next available for the day at 6pm. I arrived at 5:50 for my appointment and was seated and told to choose my colors. That was all. I waited 30 minutes past 6 and was not helped so I decided to leave. As a walk in, I expect to wait. But if you schedule me and still have me waiting without at least letting me know when someone will get to me then what’s the point?

Very bad customer service

Very disappointed, this place used to be my favorite nail salon. I was one of the first people to go there when they first opened and the customer service was nothing compared to now. The manager will greet you with so much attitude. I don’t know if it’s because I look younger and I’m not getting the same customer service as the “older” people.. what a waste of time and money. Not even a week ago I had my nails done there and two already fell off. I gave it another try and the same thing. No type of professionalism and the lady was just hurrying up to finish. (No, it was no busy at all)

The receptionist said they have been here for 7 months and I never even noticed. I am so happy I came :) Danny is AMAZING. He has hands from GOD! Highly recommended and beautiful establishment.

I decided to visit for the second time to give them another try since my first visit wasn’t so great. This time it was worse. I asked for my ingrowns to be checked & I was cut more than needed on both of my big toes which ended up bleeding & are still hurting days later. My mani was very poorly done. All my nails are filed unevenly, barely filed at all since they’re very sharp. My boyfriend asked not to get toes buffed & she did it anyways. Will definitely not be visiting again.

I am beyond upset got a pedicure from this place and I regret coming ! I wish I never step foot in this place. My toe is now infected! All these years taking good care of my feet I regret get anything from these people I only put 5 star so you could see my review... I do not recommend it at all. My toe is constantly hurting now.
