Maintenance doesn’t fix things in a timely manner, if at all. They blame the slow response on the pandemic but I’ve lived here for 18 months and they were slow before COVID hit. The only reason I renewed my lease was hopes that things would eventually get fixed, and I was afraid to move during a pandemic. Now that things have calmed down I’m taking my family somewhere new. Pros: neighbors are great; the rent is affordable; and the units are big. Cons: GIANT ROACHES COME IN FROM OUTSIDE; the mailboxes are constantly being broken into; the gates keep breaking and you have to wait for someone to exit before you can enter; dog poop everywhere and parking lots filled with trash; no guest parking; maintenance fixes nothing and management gives empty apologies. Don’t rent an apartment that hasn’t been renovated. The cabinets break and the appliances don’t work.

Just started renting a unit here, just want to say the managers Iliana & April have made this whole moving process so smooth. They are always willing to work with you. we were shocked by how nice and big our unit is. Our unit had a brand new stove/oven & microwave when we moved in. So far absolutely no complaints other than going up and down stairs since i’m really out of shape 🤣🤣Just one request maybe please try to work on making some visitor parking!! it would be so nice to have visitors over and not having to stress about the visitor parking situation other than that i love it here so far !!

Maintenance orders take months to be filled, the premises are dirty, and they don’t offer parking spaces to all tenants. Also the mailboxes get broken into every week and management has failed to do anything about it. Do not lease here unless you like risking your car getting towed just to find somewhere to park.

We get towed for just coming home. Happened 4 different times now. $300 plus every time. Wish I would’ve known about this bs before I even moved in here because nobody would know of thought of the Consequences to just coming home in these apartments

In my opinion communication is key, and this place has it going on. I am interested in a lease and have been working with April through the process of obtaining a unit, and she is the most helpful person I have come across in my apartment search. Every question and concern I have had she has been able to answer quickly and professionally. I have nothing but good things to say about the management team here, and their responsiveness to answer questions and help you along the way. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable unit, great location, and awesome staff. Thanks again!

We had the best experience here. They have a super friendly staff that always helped me and made me feel welcome and literally at home. That has no price.The location is super convenient, even if you dont own a car, you can take one bus to commute to UCR, for example.

This place is very nice from the exterior and from the photos on their website. Due to COVID 19 the management office onsite will not attend you if you show up. I have been trying to reach the office to inquire about leasing information and apartment availability but no one answers the phone. Do not waste your time going to the on-site location unless they answer your call and set an appointment for a tour a in person meeting.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Diana is a ROCKSTAR!!!! She assisted me and made my move easy. Moving can be stressful and because of Diana it has been stress free. Kim the manager is awesome too. Im glad I decided to move here and WILL recommend anyone looking to move to Moreno Valley to come here.

I am a future resident of Alvista Towngate. After two long weeks of visiting multiple rental locations throughout the Inland Empire; I ultimately have chosen Alvista Towngate as my new home. The day I visited this location I was treated by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was greeted, offered refreshments, given accurate information on availability, and cost. After being taken on a tour; I had multiple miscellaneous questions. All my questions were answered promptly, information on changes in apartment availability was given as soon as they occurred. I have received exemplary customer service from Eleana, Jackie and Kim!! Ladies... your professional behavior has shown to be a standard and made all the difference for me. It is truly appreciated!

I’ve lived here 3 years and new management took over and things have quickly gotten worse. Management is no help here. Trash area is a complete mess. Maintenance is a joke. They don’t care if you have parking close to your apartment and will tow your car even if you have a parking permit.

The new management sucks. They nit pick every little thing and it’s super irritating. Really miss everyone who used to run this place. They were 10x nicer and everything ran a lot more smooth. The maintenance is a JOKE! Don’t count on anything getting fixed correctly or in a timely manner lol the place where you take your trash has no dumpster, so your literally throwing your trash on the ground. And the parking SUCKS. 👎🏼 They tow literally 10 cars a day and they truly do not care. Everyone in the front office is so unprofessional, it’s a joke. Witnessed them laughing and joking around in the office while the phone just rings and rings. They have no sense of customer service, & have smart attitudes. Don’t expect your delivery to be delivered to the front office safely either, they make it delivered to your door where anyone can steal it. They’re always going to leave you little notes on your door regarding new useless and pointless rules that they expect you to read. You pay 1300$ a month for them to tell you that you can’t use your garage,that you PAY FOR, for storing. They said “no visitors until we figure out parking”. Just a mess. There’s so much more I can complain about..

I moved here on 11/19/2018 about 3 weeks later a new management took over. Just before Christmas my microwave door broke and I went to the office and reported and up to today 4/16/19 my microwave door is still broken. I’ve reached out to management they gave me story about getting the wrong door and a month later my microwave door is still broken. I’m pretty much fed up with this management. They have apologizes all over the place for things that is not in order I’m so tired of hearing I apologize for any inconvenience.The other day I called about my toilet being clogged the said they’ll have someone come take a look at it. No one showed up I went to Home Depot got a snake and did it myself. Throughout the 4 hours I waited I had to take my kids to the restroom near the office to use that when they had to use the bathroom....,what an inconvenience.Roaches OMG Roaches.... I haven’t reported the roach situation to them cuz I’m so fed up with them so I get up every night throughout the night and spray but it seem like it’s getting worst. I moved from LA to get away from slum lords but I came here and ran right into the same thing.They community is well kept for the most part but I really think it’s because that’s what helps to get people to move in.

First I would like to say the apartments are very nice. The reason why I’m giving this a low review is because I have lived here about a year and a half and from what I know is 2 apartments have been broken in to and two cars have been broken in to one of them was mine and the other was stolen. Homeless people a constantly rifling through the dumpsters and leaving the dumpster enclosures a mess. We have a courtesy patrol but they are pretty much worthless. The security gates that you need to know a code to get in are consistently not working every month.

I lived there from 2016 to mid 2017 and gates are broken half the time, cars are constantly being broken into and manager Kim is rude. No security, there was even a murder there at the end of August 2017. Police are constantly there. Only positive there is the maintenance team. They are awesome! Especially Ceaser.

I have lived here for the last 6 months. Im so glad new management took over they are litteraly fixing all the issues these other reviews are talking about. People need to understand they cant change things overnight, and atleast they are taking the time to do so. Apartments are newly remodeled/ clean and close distance to markets and the mall. The price range for the location, amenties and apartment size is exactly what I was looking for.

I have been in contact with April and Tabetha about what has been going on, but to recap my boyfriend was shown a renovated apartment, he was not told that you are not renting your renovated apartments, nor does your website differ what is renovated or not. All of the websites provide renovated pictures, the home website only offers renovated pictures besides 2. When we applied there was nothing noted that is was not renovated. April has been nothing but helpful and responding back quickly with the information we need. I contacted both April and Tabetha today in regards to what we can do about this since it was on the staffing about false advertising and being catfished. I thought I went the easy way and just asked to get the cabinets painted white, instead of causing a huge problem. One second we can have the cabinets white and the next there is nothing that can be done. Now we are offered nothing, not even a concession, which is unbelievable. You would assume that the management company would take responsibility and would offer an accommodation due to the inconvenience. Since nothing was offered, I requested the regionals number and HRs number. Please note that on my last phone call with Tabetha I had asked to speak to the regional manager and I have not received a call back yet. This is beyond frustrating, because we are still moving tomorrow into a unit we were not shown and unaware of what it looks like and nothing is being done. I will be taking this above the office because I know more can be done then what youre offering, and if nothing can be done, then something is wrong with this management. I am not trying to be aggressive, but I will also not accept this type of unprofessional-ism.Update: we moved in on 5/11, we love the apartment really spacious minus the cabinets. The property itself is beautiful and the emergency maintenance responded very quickly. Though management is still unprofessional. As I work in property management, a walk through with the resident and office staff should be done before handing keys over. A walk through was not done, we are now on day 3 with no A/C. This unit had an original move in date for the last week of April, so this should of been fixed well before we moved in. And there was no knowledge of the A/C being out until we called the emergency maintenance and they had told us that this has been a known problem and we should of been told by the office.I do recommend the property because it is beautiful, and the apartment is huge. But I dont recommend the management. Besides April she is amazing, and has been nothing but helpful, and Tabetha did help out with what she can. Due to upper management that is why I would not recommend this place.

The new management forgot to mention the robbery that took place last night around 7pm, people be on the look out, two men in a grey honda/Toyota not with a messed up tail light where seen lurking around be aware of your surroundings, i also experienced someone tapping on my window during the weekened, I didnt think to much of it but neighbors have informed me that they are experiencing the same type of activities.

We have had an amazing three years here. We would be staying if we didnt need to relocate for a job. The grounds are beautiful and we feel very safe. Audrey and Stephanie are standouts for us in the office. They are always eager to help and smiling! And Ceaser is the Superman of maintenance! If there was ever something we needed fixed...no questions they would come and do it and usually same day! Thank you for being our home for the last three years!

Everything changed without a notice in the middle of my lease. The new management sucks. If raising your rent wasn’t enough, they pick at absolutely anything and charge you. They deny your mail on Saturday’s and sundays so you have to go to the post office to pick it up. There is trash Valet that you have to pay for monthly and guess what? 3-6 times a week they just LEAVE IT THERE because it’s to heavy, and if you throw it out yourself, you get CHARGED. Mailboxes dont work and are broken into.The gates rarely work, and when that happends homeless people sleep in the community and leave trash behind. Trash that the TENANTS have to PAY for. Stella Apartments have security here but they don’t do much.The new “maintenance” don’t really do much around here either.. Don’t move here it’s a nightmare. Also, if you have guest at night, there’s a 100% chance they will be towed since they need to get a guess pass, and the office will be closed. Parking here is really bad so there will be a limit of vehicles per apartment (2). If they are not “stickers” they will get towed. Also the office is almost always closed for whatever reason, so if you need maintenance done, you have to make the call, and they can take a while to reach you. Clickers for the gate don’t work, and although you are paying for them, you still have to wait for their order to come in for new ones ...keys for gym work when they want to work..Living here is a nightmare. The only good thing is that there are no bugs roaches, ants, ect, and they installed T.Vs in the gym.
