Erika did a great job on my nails. Best set Ive ever had! It took 2 and a 1/2 hours but she paid great attention to detail and precision, my cuticles were a mess

Very content with my nails and the quality of customer service i received. Had an appointment at 11:30 minimal wait they took care of me in a orderly fashion. Breanna took her time with my nails and paid very closely attention. I showed her an inspo picture and she nailed it very pricing was good for the quality of nails. would definitely come back sorry for the hair its from my dog but very good quality

I absolutely love this nail salon! It is my favorite and I am so happy to support brown business. All of the nail techs are so talented. My favorites are Macarena and Ariana. I had Maca put my boyfriend’s name on my nails. They do what I call “Instagram nails”. You know how you scroll thru IG or Pinterest and you see all the perfect, beautiful nail photos? Ashly’s Nails will give you those results!

Macarena is the best artist I’ve been her customer for more than 5 years now and every time she efforts her self to learn always the new styles popping.my nails are always on point.like better than famous people even!come try her work you guys! will never leave. I hardly ever try to give negative comments. Hopefully this helps them get better. My nail tech was super nice yet she still needs a lot of training or practice. I went in for a fill and took a long time. I was charged $60! Like I said it was only for a fill and two repairs. I am super upset! My nails have not been this bad in over 3 years. If I do go back I’ll make sure to ask for someone with good work reviews or 100% knows what she is doing!

If i do give this place another try it will NOT be with the same technician. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (from their instagram page), very simple, and it was not done correctly. I feel like what is shown on instagram on their page vs what i paid for is not the same quality.

They do an excellent job with whatever it is you ask for and they take their time with you because they mostly go by appointments. Not like at Asian places that they try to rush with you to try and get you out to get as many people as they can. I highly recommend you wont regret it!

I love this place! She hooked me up! I couldnt hardly speak any Spanish but she understood what I wanted.

1st time I went my gel started chipping off the next day. 2nd time I went the nail technician butchered my cuticles (See photos). A week later and my cuticles are still painful to touch, swollen and have scabs. Pedicure was basically just them washing your feet with foot scrub and then polish your nails. Polish chipped off the next day.

I was going to the other location for a while but then one day I booked my appointment at this location accidentally. I decided to give it a try and it turned out better so I decided to keep going to this location. Mostly because the lady doing my nails had really pretty designs. But little did I know, my nails were being filed excessively. I would always tell her it burned a little, but she would say it was the metal from the machine and the acrylic nail getting too hot against each other and no harm was happening to the actual nail. I trusted her. But then one day after my appointment, two of my nails broke while opening up the fridge. It was right down the middle of my nails so the two fingers were bleeding alot. They hurt so bad. I went back in a week because they hurt so bad and I didnt want anyone to touch them. So then I went back and I was met with 0 compassion. The owner looked at me like I was lying, it was only when I told her that I was asking for my money back and just wanted someone to fix them she got nicer. So I went ahead and still booked an appointment with her with a promise of a discount. But then I thought about it and decided to just spend my hard earned money else where. I didnt care about my deposit. My nail technician ruined my nails and honestly thats not the part I cared about. I cared about how mean they were after instead of empathizing with my situation. I loved their nail salon and had been a customer for months, I even brought them my sister and my bestfriend. For them to look at me like a liar or drama queen was just wrong. They lost a loyal customer! Pay attention to your nails ladies, if something feels wrong, there probably is something wrong!

It looks thick and clean boarders not as i told i said smaller size and still she looked at me weirdly and went ahead and kept it longer. And i even said dont go to close to my skin as its sensitive and gets cut and still she did. Not worth 55 dollar i was told if i book it on monday tuesday it has some discount on it for simple acrylic bt i got same price charged. First and last time coming to this place ..

Professional. Clean. I paid $18 for a basic manicure with clear polish. I tipped my manicurist $10. I wanted an eyebrow wax too but they said they wasnt doing it at the moment. I was offered a bottle of water. Overall, I like it and I will be back.

As much as I am a Loyal customer, and LOVE Ashley Nails it saddens me to know that they are open today. In a world now a days where people have no love in their hearts this day especially should be spent with family and friends. I dont understand who would want their employees working when they should be at home spending time with their loved ones. Always remember people in this thing called life we can make all the money in the world but it wont bring you happiness, nor will you ever be able to buy back the time that you have lost chasing after money. Nails brake to easy!

Ive been going here for a few years and not till lately I noticed the price increase is insane. $40 for a basic set. Then they charge you for the length. Then they charge you for the acrylic.(per color) Then they charge you for the designs. Per nail. Then they charge you for each rhinestone 2.00-up. Um so whats the 40 for? Its become way over priced. They do good work and i can afford it but i dont like feeling robbed after my appt. 2 hr appt is costing 80 and up. Supplies and labor at an average of 40 +per hr? Nah they gotta do better.

The best nail salon in Dallas. The staff is very talented and friendly. I’ve never had issues with nails breaking or sloppy work. Juliana (salon manager) does a great job at answering any and every question I may have, schedules me quickly, and is very friendly & professional. I haven’t & won’t go to any other salon!

Nails are nice but $70 for a simple set no rhinestones or design is too much ...but the girl in the front that takes payments horrible she will come and complain about every little thing I have a special needs child she kept on complaining to me that he was in the way that he was walking around that this and that she just started to completely annoy me!!! Sorry wouldn’t go back worst experience ever!

Ive been going here for about 6 months now. I will not go anywhere else. I am always satisfied everytime I go. It is better to set an appointment because the wait time can be a little long at times. But the wait is worth it! They take their time with each customer that comes through the door. They are also very clean and sanitized.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!! I love this shop they treat you with respect al ALL TIMES!!!! My nails normally last a month or more, with no stones falling out or chips and cracks of any kind.So I don’t speak Spanish And the receptionist goes above and beyond to make sure that the nail tech knows exactly what I want. I was driving around the neighborhood and came across this place. Friendly people and they know what they are doing. I will definitely recommend you to try it out and thank me later. Parking is limited and do make appointments.

I only came here because I was SOOO desperate. My nail place isn’t opening for another month. For a place that charges PER stone, I shouldn’t have already lost 2 in less than 48hrs. And they only have a basic pedicure. Totally overpriced with minimal choices. I’ll never give them my money again.

I’ve gotten my nails done here 3 times. I’ve loved every set! Prices are more expensive than any other nail shop I’ve visited, however the work my nail tech does def makes it worth it.My only complaint is that the receptionist is unprofessional. The last couple of times I’ve called to schedule my appt, she didn’t answer... but immediately returned my calls stating “I had a missed call from this number” not advising that she’s calling from Ashly’s Nails. She def needs to be taught proper phone etiquette!

I put 2 bc they are very talented nail artist but the vibe in the shop is totally off honestly, it was my first time coming they sat me down and the woman I went to I guess had somewhere to be so her vibe was off I felt uncomfortable and when I was asking about the prices they talked beyond each other about it and it was making me feel like I’m causing a problem and I was just asking about prices, they basically charge for everything even the diamonds alone are a dollar, but here it’s like something beautiful with a bad attitude it just kills everything, I won’t come back but please be more humbling.

I payed a 114 dollars once. Second time I went back they were 104 for one solid color. No diamonds . 3rd time 85 for a solid color. Got home the nxt day. Broke 2 nails. Plus I live in Rowlett. Over expensive and rude.

Took my 12 year old daughter here. Not one tech has a license charged my child $75 for a full set with four designs. They should keep in mind for the healthcare professionals that come in, none of their tools are properly sterilized. First and last time here. Please dont waste your money here if your just looking for someone that no offense isnt asian.Worst place ever

My nails lasted for 3 weeks because of how they applied the dip powder. It would of been 5 stars if I wouldnt of gotten charged for taking off my old dip set & applying a new one and also shaping my nails into the shape they already were. Im used to paying about $35 for my nails so to pay $55 for basic nails I felt was over priced. The girls there were very nice and took their time, which was nice. This wouldnt be my first choice but if your content paying a little more than normal then check them out because the quality of the service is good.
