Disappointed. First and last time.Came for the great reviews. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. I had high expectations but....Vibe was just all wrong. Was told they were 10 mins behind. Actually was 20 mins. Owners seemed to be reprimanding one poor girl who seemed very flustered. Made for weird energy.Actual pedicure lasted 25 mins. Was given “extra” massage in leu of no polish, but pedicure was still $47. Male that processed my payment bluntly said it saves $2 to use debit card instead of credit, then had to walk away to process my payment. Made me feel uncomfortable for sure.Was thanked for my patience, but I wasn’t wowed and I won’t be back.Edit: this is what my foot looks like the day after. What did I even pay for?

I love coming here. I dont come often because Im really busy but Ive been coming here since 2018. I love it!!! They treat you like family. They are always welcoming. Services are AMAZING. I try to get the lavender pedicure just because well its relaxing. I recommend to anyone who is looking for something to relax.Come and check them out

I literally won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. They take cleanliness very seriously, which is so important to me. And my nails always look amazing! Everyone who works there is always polite and friendly. Definitely check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I am from MD and came here because I saw all the positive reviews. This was by far one of the best pedicures I have ever had. They take their time and are very communicative. They talk to you instead of to each other. The girl who did mine was very responsive to my requests and always checked in to be sure her pressure was good and she wasnt hurting me since I told her I had surgery on my feet. I got the lavender pedicure and the parafin treatment was amazing! The oil and salt scrub felt great and was very relaxing. The paint job is very clean and even. It isnt a set up that I am used to, but it made the experience even more satisfying because it was unusual and better than a typical nail salon. 100% recommend!!

I love this place because it is so clean and I don’t worry about getting an infection of any sort. Plus they do a fantastic job! Love them and would not take my child anywhere else

I took my brother in law who was having difficulty walking due to ingrowing toe nails. The staff and the owner were very caring and proffessional. They took care of his pain causing culprits very gently, making sure he was not in pain. When they were done with him I could see that there was no longer pain on his face. Thank you to the owner and staff of Pampered Soles. My brother in law is going back home with the feeling of great service with great care at your place.I recommend them with 5 stars. I am tempted to try pedicure for me.

I had taken my mother here to get a Diabetic pedicure. Nim was so nice and well educated on Diabetic foot care. They were super nice, clean and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will go back myself for my own Mani/Pedi needs. Thank you so much for taking care of my mothers needs!

Hands down the best pedicure in town!!! Your feet have never been so soft. They dont use the unsafe cheese graters. They use a dry file that is safe and so effective. Hands down, my favorite in town. Your nails will be perfect!!

One of the best mani pedis Ive gotten in Dallas and my personal favorite nail salon. Very soothing environment and a truly fabulous massage. Competitive pricing with comparable salons and on par service with the expensive places Ive been, making the services worth every penny! Call ahead for an appointment.

I love this place!! I have dyshidrotic eczema & that comes with excessive dry and cracked skin - so I’m extremely careful about where I get my pedicures.They really have helped my special eczema and I’ve even stopped using the steroid ointment as often because of the improvement 🙂I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I am living in Dallas!

Pampered soles is totally awesome! Just took my wife to get the peppermint pedicure and I also had one. OMG! It is to die for. Excellent customer service and awesome staff. Very professional. Trust me, Im 43 years old, but from the knees down Im once again 18. Thank you pampered soles.

Pampered Soles is a hole in the wall of luxury. I think the prices are fair for the great service that I get and they do not try to sell you on more expensive treatments like other places that Ive been to. You do need an appointment, but its worth it. You walk in and theyre always on time.I call it a hole in the wall because of its decor. They have concrete floors and dont have your traditional pedicure chairs. Instead they have big comfy recliner chairs that they cover in sheets. While it may look unique I find that it is comforting in its cleanliness. They replace the sheets for every consumer and you dont use a built in soaker tub like other places. Instead they bring out a plastic lined tub filled with glorious hot water. After your pedicure, the liner of the tub gets thrown out and you never have to worry about other peoples feet.The bottom line is my nails always look great after, the staff is accommodating and calm, the ambiance is soothing with great music, and its an overall relaxing experience.Oh, it is cash only so come prepared.
