Went as a walk in today. Was treated courteously and received prompt service. The employees and patrons all wore masks, and we were spread far apart in the salon for social distancing. These measures made it feel more safe. Its a little more expensive than other salons in the area, but the prompt and professional service made it worth it.

First time, was very impressed by Andy. He did such an amazing job on my nails. I will be a repeat customer!

I HAVE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS SALON, BUT I WONT DO IT ANYMORE! WHEN I GO SOME OF THE TIMES THEY ARE RUDE AND MAKE FUN OF YOU IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF WHAT SHAPE OR COLOR YOU WANT YOUR NAILS. I WONT RETURN HERE BECAUSE TODAY MY SISTER WHO IS PREGNANT WAS LITERALLY TOLD THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO GET THE SERVICE AFTER THEY SAT HER AND TOLD HER TO WAIT. THEY HAD HER WAITING AND WHEN THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE THEY CAME TO HER AND TOLD HER SHE HAD TO LEAVE. SHE HAD TO GET HER STUFF AND WALK OUT WITH HER 4YR OLD DAUGHTER WHO WAS SUPER EXCITED BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO HER A PEDI. THATS NOT GOOD CUSTER SERVICE I WONT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!

I love this place. Its very relaxing and the techs are professional. Ive been coming here for a couple months now for gel manicures. Mimi does the best gel mani. My best friend got her bridal nails with Mimi too and loved it. I posted a picture of her nails. Much recommended!!!

I came here for a pedicure on thursday. I really like the atmosphere and their massage chair. But only the pedicure i had was too quick for a classic. I feel like she was rushing and only washed my feet. Shes a young skinny girl. She didnt even answer a question I asked which was very rude to me. Will not come back to this girl

This was the best pedicure I have ever had. I had the package with the hour foot and leg massage. It was wonderful. They also give you something to drink, while you relax in massage chair.

When I tell you the manager Jimmy made me want to come back everytime!! I absolutely love this nail spa. I have found myself a new place to go!! 5 out o 5 starrs for sure!

They were very friendly but the service I received was very SLOW .I was told it would take 15 minutes to receive service...15 minutes turned into an hour and a half

I am so upset I just paid $40 for the worst dip service I’ve ever gotten. She cut every single one of my cuticles, they are bleeding, she burned me when she put on the coat of clear polish, did 5 layers of dip, my nails look like chiclets. They are way too thick and after 5 days when my nails grow they will have to be redone. Do not go to this salon. When I went to check out, I wanted to say something but the lady who did my nails ran my credit card and stared at me the whole time so I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. All she kept saying was my nails look good.

Terrible service! My feet feels like they haven’t been done at all! I would have gotten better results doing my feet at home. First time here and I wasted my money so I definitely won’t be back!

Okay... I’ve tried out so many nail salons in the area and never had a good experience until now!!!! Jenny did my nails (tip with gel). She recommended the color “passion” after I said I wanted a more natural look. She took her time and did seriously my favorite nails I have ever gotten. Can’t wait to come back!!

Ism new to area and looking for a decent nail salon. Janet did my fullset nails using dip. Ive always been told my nails were too short for dip. I was surprised that it looks Amazing and I love the ombre. The shop is clean open plan and I like how its family owned. Cindy has her mom working. She is too cute. Everyone I interacted with were so nice and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. So comfortable I fell asleep. I like how they will do multiple services at once so your not there all day. I also had a pedi/mass and Brow Wax paid 127.00 it was worth it

This place does amazing manicures! Lily was so detailed and professional! My nails look great! She’s fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. Also Deluxe Nails is very good about keeping their salon clean and sanitized. Highly recommend this salon!

Made my nails to fat and she cut my skin really bad. Old Chinese lady made them.... over priced with a hint of ugly Not good. They didn’t even offer me a water like they did the other white ladies. And she got mad when i didn’t want solar nails.

Great experience and very friendly staff. Pedicure was amazing and my dip nails came out just the way I wanted it. I love that they have HGTV on. The inside is fancy and very relaxing atmosphere. Price is reasonably high for the area but I would recommend.

I had a great experience here. The inside is relaxing, well decorated, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My nail tech took her time and the result was a near perfect gel manicure that has lasted over two weeks. I will definitely be coming back.

Worst in all classes. Most attention on money, not on the service. Theyre making banks but pretend to be poor. Not recommending at all!

Lets start w first impressions: it truly did look deluxe. The staff were all very nice. I went with my sister. She got a Mani/Pedi and I only got a manicure. The gals that did my sister were very pleasant, professional and had nice little chit chat. The guy who worked on my nails was also very professional and quick. Neither one of us felt as if they were rushed. Even the bathroom was awesome; clean. We walked relaxed and with great looking nails.

Robert was great. I was received almost immediately, even though I was a walk-in, on a Saturday morning. Everyone was incredibly polite. I had the Classic Pedicure- my toes look incredible, and my skin feels smooth! I really enjoyed this place.

I called and made an appointment and David did an excellent and awesome job on my nails. I will be going to them from now on.

Impeccable service with complimentary drinks. I asked for a specific color and design and they delivered. They even offered some ideas of their own which made my nails look even better at the end. Thank you ladies! I definitely recommended this place to everyone!

I had a great experience here! My 3-year old and I just went in and they went above and beyond for us. The nail technicians were all very patient with my 3-year old and her nails look great. My nails look great, too! Will be visiting again soon.

Not from here walked in and loved it! Vicky did dip powder on my real nails and didnt file them to much or make them too thick or not thick enough took her time and was so very sweet.! But if she wasnt there I would still let anyone there do them. My mother got hers the same and both of us got pedicures, just a nice high class nail shop would come back and wish it was closer to our home!

This is by far my favorite nail salon. Ive been going to Helen and her team for over 2 years now, my first experience was Helen herself fixing my nails after another salon had done a horrible job. I personally love gel, it lasts forever on me and it always seems that they do an extra great job at it. I highly recommend coming here for all of your nail needs and for some relaxation.

I just moved here from out of state and have visited this salon about 4 times, every time I visit I have a wonderful experience! The place is very clean and the staff is very nice and professional. The mails are also amazing quality and they never make you feel rushed! 10/10!!

I had been traveling all week and I desperately needed a pink/white backfill. They were able to take me as a walk in. The staff is very pleasant and the quality of work is excellent! I plan to visit again when my travel takes me to Dallas.

Horrible nail. Please do not get ombré, color is horrible and the filing was even worse. My nails are lumpy and thick. She said it was the new technique.

I told the nail tech i wanted neon tips only atleast 5 times and she did the entire nail all neon for all 10 fingers. Also she left a lot of my nails uncovered. Even though i told her shes not covering the entire nail, she said shes doing it on purpose to make my nails look thinner bc i have wide nails. So i just left the salon but i look like i need a fill already... she made one finger bleed and got up like 4 times to attend to other patrons. I dont want a complimentary service i just want a refund

Went on a Friday afternoon for a mani and pedi. By Saturday evening, the nail polish from my mani is chipping and peeling off. The cuticules were not done correctly and the heels of my feet are still a bit rough. The ladies that did the mani and pedi were super sweet but it feels like they were rushed to move onto the next person. It wasnt even busy. I was in and out within 30 minutes and that was sitting there for at least 10 minutes to make sure my nails were fully dry. It was a bit pricey just to have to take the polish off at home because the mani couldnt last a full day.

Great customer service and they offer refreshments to there customers and have a clean salon and especially clean restroom and to top it off Helen is AWESOME

Clean, friendly and great job. Come here for every mani & pedi. Have recommended to others and they loved it too! Make a reservation if you are going on the weekend.

My husband and I went for pedicures and we still have dead skin on our feet! They were nice and all but we paid for a service which we were definitely not satisfied with. We wont be back again!

Went there yesterday for my bachelorette party. Was pleased with my pedicure even though it wasnt as long as it was supposed to be. However, my manicure was extremely rushed and not what I asked for at all. She refused to make them as short as I need them and the tips are not the color I asked for.

Ive never really had a problem with this salon until yesterday. I had a male tech named Andy. I asked him if he could do my nails a certain way and I showed him a picture of how I wanted them. He did not say one word and looked unpleased with my request. He rushed the whole time and did not do my nails how I requested. Another thing that really bothered me was the fact he cut the side of my thumb with the nail-filer because of how hard he was filing my nail that it cut my skin. He hurt me a couple of times with the drill until I pulled back my hand because of the pain then he was careful. He was rushing so much that he put cuticle oil on my hands and nails then ran a hot rag over them and my nails got jacked up because they werent dry and ready. So he had to do the last clear coat over on both my hands. And then charged me $45 last time Ill be going there. My thumb is stil in pain of how raw it is.
