Came here for a simple pedicure just to give it a trying I was not disappointed by the services received and the atmosphere is very calming, relaxing, and clean. Staff was very friendly, they do offer alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage complimentary.

I went in for a pedicure and nails. The pedicure turned out great. For my nails I normally do box with rounded corners, but she talked me into coffin shape. When she was done both of my middle finger nails look very off. I tried to explain to her, but she wasnt understanding. This was my first time and my last time. Now I need to find someone else to fix their mistake.

This place is divine. They treated me like royal and for the first time, I felt very relaxed in a nail salon. Two of them took their time to pamper me while giving me a Tropical pedicure and enhanced my own nails, using the dipping powder, so beautifully. Thank you so much. I will go back again and again...God bless your wonderful service. I never not want to go any where else.

Pros:I was excited when I saw this nail shop had opened up only 5 minutes from where I live. The establishment is very professional and clean. You get a free drink (alcoholic or non) like every other salon and the employees are all friendly and helpful.Cons:I really liked this salon at first but unfortunately I feel that some of their practices are discriminatory. I am a young (under 30) Black female. Every time I come in, no matter the length I choose, I get charged an extra $5 for length. The last time I went, I did contest this charge because I intentionally got my nails shorter to avoid this charge. The guy at the front looked at my nails and said they were borderline. I take this to mean that they were almost too long. Yet he still insisted I owed an extra $5.I do understand why salons charge this fee. The longer the nail, the more filing and work for the tech. It makes sense and if the tech spent an extra 20 minutes filing my nails, I would gladly pay it. I also understand that long and short in this scenario are both subjective terms. What is long or short for me may not be long or short to another person. Albeit, I never get charged for length anywhere else where salons have this fee. Therefore, I cant imagine any other reason that I would be forced to pay this charge everytime other than the fact that Im a Black woman and we Black women wear long nails. Based on my personal experience, Ive concluded that theres no way for me to avoid this fee (unless I get nails that barely extend pass my finger tip), simply because I am Black.I would suggest that the salon create and display a chart that clearly shows how long you can get your nails before being assessed an extra fee to avoid implicit bias and accusations of discrimination.You can view the pictures of my last and final set there and decide for yourself. I would urge Black women not to patronize this establishment. I have started going to Jennys nails off Marsh lane. They have talented techs who keep up with the trends but will not charge you discriminatorily for length. They are 6 minutes from Divine Nail Bar for those who are looking for something in this area. I have also been to Castle Nail Spa in Addison and did not endure the same discriminatory behavior.The photo with the Starbucks and the one where my hand is folded were taken a couple of weeks after I got my nails done. As you can see, the nails had grown out some but are still not long in my opinion.

Went for gel manicure waited over two hours. Staff failed to tell me there was a wait until I had been sitting there over 30 minutes. Gel polish begin to chip in one day ugh! Then Management gave me hard time about correcting poor work. I also had my toes done. However, since I couldnt make it in in five days. They would not redo my toes! Its plenty of nail salons so DNB need to step there game up! Dont be greedy for money. Value peoples time & let them know its a wait.

Just stopped in for the first time for a change of dip powder color and nail trim.Tina did a beautiful job. Very neat and clean. The shop is friendly and seemed to do what they could to make customers happy.When I arrived, a woman came in to show them her nails that were done yesterday and express her dissatisfaction. She was immediately sat at a station to have them fixed.Im 100% going back.

Nails & service fine, but overcharged!! $50 they charged my card for a simple gel manicure (receipt said $40). I left a $10 tip, charged $11. Just be mindful of the charges. $1 isnt a lot, so no one generally takes the time (like me) to dispute, but I dont work with dishonesty. Loved it outside of that, but cant do business with the dishonest. Disappointed bc I thought I found my place.

This nail salon is just as its name says, DIVINE! They were very nice, their work is great, and the place looks spectacular inside! I will become a regular while in the Dallas area.

I went to this nail salon, and they did my nails but it was so expensive I will left the picture of the nails I wanted and what they did, the crystals weren’t real, they were plastic, they charged me $85 just for that, the length $5 I can’t go back to this place again it’s too expensive and you don’t get what you want, I would like a free set back or at least half because that wasn’t what I want its not even the same. If you want your nails the same as the picture go to any other nail salon tbh.

The first time i went wasnt so great, I had the gel. It didnt last long and it wasnt thick. Since then i have been getting dipped nails and they do it so well. They also have awesome complimentary drinks. Very beautiful inside as well. I recommend scheduling before you go so you dont have to wait.

I tried this location twice, had 2 different technicians and I was disappointed both times. I asked for a specific look one time and to have my nails filed down the second time, and rhe technicians were not accommodating at all. I left with my nails a mess and will not return. I couldnt believe how the technicians left my nails. They have no pride in their work and I believe if I risk myself during a pandemic to support local business, the establishment should show appreciation. My nails look like a child did them. Never again. 🤦🏾‍♀️

This place is hit or miss. I’ve used them several times because they are literally right across the street from my house but I’ve only been once where they did a decent job on my nails. This last time I went, my nails look awful. I won’t be back. 10/10 do not recommend

Love this place! Only place that I’ve gotten a dip manicure and it was PERFECT. I’ve been getting them a while, and most places I find small divots or flaws, but this place helped my find my favorite nude shade, and was hands down amazing.

I had came to this place to get a mani and pedi. However I failed on wearing the correct type of pants for a pedi. As soon as the lady was done with my pedi my pants wouldn’t roll back down. She tried so hard pulling my pant legs down she was hurting me. I kept telling them it was ok it was fine that I’d change when I got home. But she refused. Then to top it off the whole Salon is looking at me cause she was finding others to help pull my pant legs down after I said it was fine. I did not enjoy my pedi and was charged more than I expected. I was left with bruises on my legs when they were trying to pull my pant legs down. Also after seeing my mani I noticed I white speck once the lady was done. Nails did not last long as I had them done on 8/27 and 4 of my mails have now fallen off. I will keep in mind now on who I’ll go to as I did not enjoy the service I paid and expected l.

I came as a last resort because the place I liked was overbooked. And boy, I was surprised. Everyone is so friendly and prices are great. I got a pedi and what amazed me the most is that at other places, they hurry through the foot massage. Well Nicki didn’t. It is very clean and well decorated. Loved everything about it. My new go to for sure. Definitely recommend Nicki!! She’s the best!

Honestly, this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who is amazing, or you get someone who rushes through the process. I wouldnt go here for acrylics if your really picky about the shape. To me, the shape is dull when it could be sharper and they pack on the acrylic powder. Otherwise, it has a amazing atmosphere and its really comforting

I have been going here for the past 4 months now. I’ve had a couple of times where I didn’tFeel I was provided good service both in the quality of the work and being attended to. One time I showed up in my uniform and wasn’t even asked about wanting something to drink even though every other time I am generally asked. I actually needed some water that day as I had just off of work but Simply waited to see how long it would take out of curiousity.I still overall loved the place. But on yesterday 3/24 I met an associate who absolutely blew my mind. His name is Chris and he was SUPER NICE and helpful throughout my entire session. He was patient when I didn’t know what design I wanted unlike some associates who try to rush you. To me that was everything!!!!!!! I will definitely be booking him for all my future visits when possible and this will definitely remain my go to salon!

2 technicians(including the owner) tried to do a manicure for me and failed. I had to go back to redo the color because the final result was bothering me so much. See photos attached. I mean it’s obvious that the color is not fully covering the nail. After I came back the owner sat down with me to try for the second time and I could not believe that he let me go with the same result! I could still see that the nails are looking terrible. How can you even charge me for such a poor job?The quality of their work made me to never go back to this place again nor recommend it to anyone.2 starts are only because the staff seemed nice and the interior is well maintained and beautiful.

I went today for the second time because the ladies did my nails so great my first visit. this second time was very disappointing. i waited almost an hour before someone started my nails and my nail tech literally RUSHED my service. he was going so fast, he cut my cuticles SEVERAL times. know the difference between skin and nail!! not only that, i soaked off my previous nails while waiting & had dry acetone/dip all on my fingers & was never given an option to wash it off. i left the place with soar cuticles & acetone crusted fingers. this place is hit or miss but the next time i go, i do NOT want someone who is going to rush and injure me.

I didnt notice enough sanitizing going on. Covid is spreading worser than ever. Every area should be sanitized after being used. Nail polish was chipping within 2 days. Seem to be a lack of staff.

Lol, this place is something else. I dont usually get my nails done but I decided to treat myself to a mani and pedi. The place itself is beautiful, very clean. The staff at the front could have been a little more helpful as a new customer I didnt really know which service I should get and I wish they would have given me more information on their services. It took me a minute to catch up on the services by looking at their menu and ended up getting a classic. It was very nice, the provider I got wasnt very friendly at all but she did a good job on my nails. I probably wont be going back, thats nothing to do with the place though as I thought it was pretty nice and they even offered me a glass of wine. Overall a good experience

This was my 3rs time coming here. The place is beautiful and the nail techs did an amazing job on my hands, feet and eyebrows. My problem came down the the payment. When the tech was doing my nails she asked me if I wanted ombré and what shape I wanted. She never told me those two services were extra. I came and got the same service 2 months ago and didn’t pay the extra. I paid the full bill but will more than likely not come again please let. Your Clients know if items will be extra to avoid this problem In the future.

After the first time my experience had not been so great. Ive come in many times and it was a long wait today I took off work one hour early to come and get my nails done but the wait is for every I asked how long will it take and was told a few minutes which now has been 40 minutes. Every time I have asked whats the delay I am told let me check Jusy terrible at least if they would of told be it will be a wait I would of went somewhere else ... noted for the next time I will

Always great customer service, clean and a wide variety of colors to choose from. Jimmy has done my dip nails the past 2 times I’ve been there and the quality and shape of my nails are amazing! Okay, where do I start. The ambiance is beautiful and that’s where it ended. I believe I got someone that didn’t even have a license! He didn’t clean my cuticle beds at all! It’s like he was going through the pedicure motions, but not doing anything! The polish job on my nails and toes are wack! I will never return or refer! I did however receive a $5 discount, because big deal when you leave unhappy. Pictures will soon follow, stay tuned!

We loved this place! Visited for the first time today- it was my husbands first pedicure in 4 years. The nail technician noticed one of his toes was swollen around the nail and worked so hard on his feet- he felt so much better after! I really loved my technician too! They were both so friendly and funny! The salon is gorgeous and clean too. Will definitely be back!

Ive been coming here since they opened and we love it. Everyone is super nice and attentive, the management is present and constantly making sure everyones attended to, and jumps in when it gets busy as well. this place is fast, clean, and VERY well ran.

Service is lack luster . Expensive just because they are selling you a nice upscale salon. Even with an appointment, wait is insanely long. Rushed and not detailed oriented. Dipping powder peeled off by the next day yes dipping powder not gel. With and appointment set for my nails since they were short handed the first day I visited I only got my pedi done. I scheduled a mani appointment with dipping powder the tech skipped my Mani and wentstraight to just putting the powder, didnt follow instructions, didnt cut my nails when I asked why she wouldnt cut the cuticle or th nails she made an excuse. Sure thing she was done in 30 minutes. I waited longer to be taking care of.

Waited literally over an hour to receive a manicure, and the manager had the techs help other perform before me. I usually go here to get pedicures and there hasn’t been any issues, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning. This place is short staffed and I honestly recommend you go somewhere else. There’s another nail salon in the same parking lot.

They fit me in for a same day appointment removed old acrylics (very gently without hurting me) — major issue at my old salon. And then brand new set with nexgen 😍. The tech that did my nails was very unorganized and messy. Ky nails looked horrible and 60$ is not cheap. Ive been going there for a long time but they have lost my business. Went to nexgen next store and they were very neat and professional. Do not go to divine nail bar.

Today was my first time going to Divine Nail Bar on Frankford..and it was definitely worth it! Theyre new to this area and before I had a chance to check them out, Covid hit and they had to close. I was so glad to read other reviews and see that they were back open. Its of course mask only and when you come in you have to sanitize your hands, which I thought was actually a great thing. The staff all have masks and gloves and the Mani stations have guards. Also Its absolutely gorgeous inside, they have a good amount of colors to choose from and I enjoyed my Frozen Strawberry Margarita 😊 Everyone was very friendly and professional..I will definitely be back!

I am impressed! With it being so new, of course everything is super clean and in tip top shape. My sister and I ordered the premium package. We got spoiled!!! Heated neck pads, leg massage and paraffin wax while sitting in a great massage chair. Its been years since I had a pedi, didnt realize that these places have upped their alcohol offerings. My daughter spent all her allowance to get her nails done here. One of her nails broke off within a few days. She went back and they fixed it at no charge. Tech who did was huffing and puffing the whole time. End result was a crooked nail as wrk as a different color. My teenage daughter is shy so she did not complain. I went in and spoke with Jamie. He seems rather nice and offers to have her come back to have the nail fixed again.My daughter refused as this would’ve been the 3rd time for her to go back. I then called Jamie and explained she did not want a full set nor the nail fixed but we would just rather get a refund. He then hesitated for quite a few seconds and said he would make some calls and call me right back. As you can imagine this never happened. I have yet to hear back and it’s been a few days now. This company does not care about its customers only about making $$. Do not give this place your business and throw your money away like we did. Go elsewhere.

I went here on Thursday for a pedicure and full set solar nails. The pedicure by Helen was AWESOME! She is super friendly and very punctual. My nails were done by Jimmy, which looked ok until I walked outside. There were dents in the acrylic, and my nails were super thin. I have a short nail bed, so it’s very obvious that my acrylic has to be thick and not thin to help the nails last a bit longer. I called back and spoke to the manager, Jaime, who immediately apologized and fixed all my nails. That was great until over the weekend one of my nails broke. I went back on Monday to get it fixed but they were super busy. Tuesday morning I went back and my nail was fixed. Left for vacation and another nail broke. This was my first time going and though the manager is awesome, I won’t visit again. The place is pretty pricey and for the amount of money spent the quality of work I received was unacceptable.

Customer service is good but nail quality is horrible. First time I came the guy didn’t press on the nail for the glue to cover nail so they didn’t last. Plus he took two hours for a one color dip. Thought I give them a second try. This time the guy messed up my natural nail in the process of removing previous set so I had to clipped them. Plus didn’t even completely remove the acrylic. I got French tip this time and the line wasn’t even straight and it was bulky. Every time I asked to fix something I felt like it got worse so I just stopped asking and let him finish. They were really kind and had great hospitality but as for the actual nail work I do not recommend.

I ordered a drink and never got it...then when I reminded them that I had ordered one...they STILL served everyone EXCEPT ME. Ill never come back...no matter how pretty the place is. I came to get nails, feet, eyes, facial...Ill let this guy finish my feet...AND LEAVE!! Never coming back.

Had 1 pedicure done and after a few weeks, I took my toenail polish off to find a fungal infection. Also, they use the cheese grater looking utensil here which is highly unsanitary. Will never come back.

New nail shop in the area that I started going to once they reopened after the COVID. But I wanted to write a review based on my first and last horrible experience today. I called to schedule an appt when the shop opened with my fav nail tech mike and I was instructed to come in at 5:30pm. When I got there the place was packed to the max...definitely wasn’t following the COVID guidelines for the amount of people that were supposed to be in there. When I got to the front desk to let the receptionist/manager know that I was there for my appt he took a look at the appt booklet and advised that no appt was scheduled for me. I then noticed that the nail tech that I requested was already providing services to someone else. I was then asked to select my color and we just decided decided to have someone start on my pedi until mike became available. When I sat down to start my pedi services the receptionist/manager wanted me to start the soak off process on my hands. While I was soaking my nails and waiting for the nail tech to start on my pedi a lady (another nail tech) that I didn’t even request came up to me, took my hands out of the soaking bowl and just started cutting my real nails down to the bare minimum. When I tried to stop her the damage was done. I immediately asked her what was she doing and asked why would she just cut my nails down like that without asking? or to check underneath my nails to make sure that she didn’t cut to far down? When I told her that those were my real nails that she cut without my consent all she could say is that she’s sorry and didn’t know. I was in total shock at this point. When my nail tech found out he was shocked as well because we’ve been trying to maintain my real nails without placing fake tips on them for a long time. I have been getting my real nails over laid for quite sometime and to have someone just chop them off was a complete slap in the face especially when she wasn’t the person that was supposed to be doing them in the first place...I decided to notify the manager about the issue and he tried apologizing bluntly. He also advised that he was willing to take half off of my bill once my services were completed. Although I was still upset I was ok with the compromise. Once my services were completed I headed to the register to pay half as he previously stated, but when I got there he continued to advise that my cost was $75. I tried correcting him letting him know that he previously advised that my services would be half off. He then pulls his mask off his face and told me that..well I will give you your services for free but don’t come back anymore...At this point I was too done with this level of unprofessionalism & lack of customer service. Since they were allowed to reopen due the COVID I’ve always been a loyal customer and paid what was due each time with no problems and with no questions asked... but as soon as one of his employee’s make a mistake and it’s brought to their attention where did the loyal, legitimate customer service go? I mean was it hard to recognize the issue that the customer expressed and try to right your wrong? It’s no issues when a customer doesn’t complain, but as soon as I went to express my concerns about a mistake that was made I was frowned upon and told to leave and never to come back. As a “manager” I’m sure the owner wouldn’t appreciate how you handled his business. You definitely have lost a customer as well as the people that I’ve previously referred.
