Definitely a nice place. All techs were polite nice and even carried on small talk. She did offer me a drink. All patrons were treated with upmost respect and care. Very gentle I definitely will go see her again. I will be back to the salon. Very nice and clean. Much better experience 😉

Absolutely loved this place! Was super busy when I went but they dont have you sitting around for long before they get you seated and offer you a free beverage of your choice. Theyre very nice and understanding I had my nail tech change the color 3 times and he was fine with it I appreciate it I will be making this my new nail spot! Im from out of town BTW and this is close to my house I am glad I found this place I had a bad experience reading reviews and then trying places out but this place was definitely worth the try! I got dipped nails on my real nails and I love it. Natural and cute

Came here twice for just to remove my nails that I got done from somewhere else. First time they charged extra because I had a big stone thingie attached to my nail, which I don’t think it was big at all. For the second time I visited, they charged extra because my nail was acrylic, which was not told ahead of time. Also, their nail removal skill wasn’t that great. For my first time one, the shape she removed was good but she make my nail too thin so it bent and hurt as hell. For the second time, all the nail was unevenly cut and did not get any other smoothing etc treat as I did for the first time. Atmosphere here is super busy and loud. Wouldn’t comeback here tho.

I frequently go to Nailed Nail Bar and I love the work they do on my nails. I recently went to get a design done by Stacy and she did an excellent job!! The service there is great and the nail techs are so nice and do great work. I even let my friends know about this nail salon and they love it as well.

Nail broke in barely a week of having them done. Its barely been 2 weeks and my other nails are close to breaking. To pay $100 I would expect them to last longer than one week. Experience there wasnt the best either. Wont be coming back.

Nailed Bar is the BEST in Dallas!! I’ve been coming to KEN for all of my manicures for the past year. He is SO sweet and talented. I also recently saw Patrick for a pedicure and he was great too. My nails are the longest they’ve ever been after seeing Ken and getting dip powder. Thank you for all you do!!!

I love coming here! Everyone is super nice and I’ve never had any issues. They get you seated ASAP! When you say no to them asking if you want anything besides a manicure, they’re not rude about it. That’s why I keep coming back!

Terrible NexGen experience with Ben. When he first finished there were white speckles on my nails, when I complained the manager said “that’s just the color” he did not seem to care. I asked for a discount for the way they looked, he offered 20% (which was ALREADY the discounted price since I went before 3pm Mon-Weds.) So basically he didn’t want to discount at all. After 6 days my thumbs are now camel brown and 2 nails on one hand are camel brown. They are all supposed to be rose pink. He did not do a good job, if you look at second photo, the nail is beyond the cuticle line and really poorly done. They want people in and out fast. They also do not use proper NexGen (1-4 )polish/top coats they use clear polishes in their own jars. Will not come back.Update: NexGen nails are off and my real nails are in BAD shape. They are VERY THIN and brittle and curving at the edges. I have never had this happen and I have been getting NexGen for years. It’s because the salon did not use NexGen brand top and bottom polishes they use clear polishes in unmarked bottles. Who knows what chemicals they put on.

My mom and I went on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment, which meant they were extremely busy. However, they greeted us and saw us after only a few minutes. We both got dip powder nails and they turned out beautifully. Our nail techs were extremely friendly and very detail oriented.

It was very clean and they always do exactly what I ask for. And go over and beyond beautiful work.

Michelle did an amazing job on my nails. I showed a her pic from IG and she nailed it perfectly. My whole experience with both her and Jennifer was a amazing. Jennifer gave me a much needed night pedicure 🤗. This was my first time there, but definitely will be going back😘

This place is hit and miss. Most of the time they are great but I have had a couple of unsatisfactory experiences. One time I asked for clear nails and came out with purple not sure how that happened 😅 and another time my nail tech suggested adding glitter dust to my nails which was fine for a few days but then my pink nails started turning kind of orange. So my advice is stick to what you want dont let them suggest something totally different then what you want. I

Only place I’ve been in Dallas that does dip nails well. Not too thick and they’re consistent in shape. A lot of customers, but they had enough people working to take everyone. 2 story salon and a bar with a wide variety of drinks (even gave me 2 drinks during my service). Thanks to Diane for my nails.

I work in Dallas and decided to go for a pedicure after work. I called for an appointment, and they got me in the same day. Loved it. Then I get there and realized there is absolutely no parking, not in the front, back, or side street. It was all packed. So I finally park down the street which made me late for the appointment. The place was packed, which I took as a good sign. But way too packed, which was slightly stressful since most people werent wearing masks correctly. After a few errors, my manicure came out pretty and my pedicure was decent enough. It had been awhile. I didnt expect her to perform a miracle. But the credit card machine was down. I do not carry cash which is what they insisted on. So I offered to let them hold my license while I went to look for an atm. That was unacceptable to them, and they said Ill they would just make a copy of my card. ABSOLUTELY NOT. That was unacceptable to me. So we decided on cashapp. I transferred the money, it was accepted, all was okay. Today I see a charge on my credit card for a cross-border fee. Apparently they had me transfer money to an out of country account. The nice manicure was definitely not worth this hassle and extra fee. Never again. Edit: It hasnt been a week, and the polish is already off two nails. They talked me into gel polish claiming that it would last longer. They charged me for gel. So either they lied about the gel lasting longer, or they charged me for gel, but didnt use it on my nails.

Jack is my favorite tech but everyone is great. Clean and friendly. I love the upstairs too. Also since I’ve been coming here I now like to get my nails done.

Super friendly staff and very nice job. Only complaint is despite choosing a pedicure with hot stone massage, the hot stones were only used for less than a minute each leg, and they were barely warm. Frustrating for the price, but complimentary Prosecco...so...🤷‍♀️They are always super busy so call ahead.

The manager was incredibly unprofessional. Wanted to charge me dipping powder and $35 for a top coat. Nickel and dime you at every turn. I called to see if I could get right in, I still waited 47 minutes. The gentleman doing my names copped such an attitude he left me to sit 15 minutes for someone else to finish me. I was a weekly guest. Never again. Try Cherry Apo. They come to you and I bet they will even be nice to you. Always overbooked and if you look closely this place is filthy.

Great comfortable place to get your manicures and pedicures. Jokes are the staple there. Also Sandra is an amazing nail tech ! Will leave your nails flawless with any design you choose. One of the best in Dallas. Go there and ask for her.

I was told to ask for Heather, didnt get a chance to when she walked over to me. The vibe was so damn great I didnt want to leave. Got a gel pedi and a fill. Each person took their time with me and it made me feel as if I had been here several times before. From the check in to check out was awesome. Ill definitely be coming back.

This place was amazing! I’m new to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails done and I’ve found it! Very nice people and the salon was beautiful. Hao (sorry if I misspelled) did such a great job on my nails, took his time and made sure everything was how I wanted it. Prices are super reasonable as well.

This is the place to go. I went to another salon in between my pedicures because it was closer, and I definitely regret it. The ambiance and customer service is great here. We’ve been here a few times for pedicures and they do a pretty decent job…very polite and complimentary drinks. However DO NOT get a massage here. It was not at all relaxing with the loud noises and not very experienced masseuse.

Had a great first time experience at Nailed. My appointment was scheduled first thing in the morning and I got a manicure and pedicure. The service was fast as the techs did my nails and feet at the same time. I wasn’t too impressed with the pedi but my manicure I loved. 2 days later my nail broke and I called to schedule an appointment. They insisted on me coming in at 7pm to quickly get it fixed. When I came in it was crowded and I was told to wait before I could even say I had an appointment. The second time I came in with sweats and first time felt I was waited on hand and food when I had my work clothes. So apparently as long as you look like you have money they’ll offer better customer service. Also, for $135 it was not worth me having a nail chip within 2 days. Great first time experience but after my second encounter and for what I paid I won’t be going back.

Everyone is so kind, efficient, and professional. I will say they tend to complete the dip off the cuticle which causes it to look outgrown quicker than other places. They also up charge $5 for cuticle pushback and nail shaping which should be included in a manicure. But they do work you in quickly so they do provide convenience.

When I walked in a they went straight to work on what I requested a manicure. This was my first time doing dipped nails and I was extremely anxious . The results were the WORST. Only thing I received were dipped nails that were not properly cleaned. I even walked with the gentleman to pay with residue from the filing etc that was done to my nails. I had to ask where could I was my hands instead of it being offered to be. I asked for clarity at the front desk and they thought I only asked for dipped nails when I clearly asked for a manicure and declined their pedicure services. Instead on taking me back up to complete what I asked for they said “next time” we will do that for you. Fast service but the staff seems to be too in a rush instead of letting the customer really experience their services.

I also got a pedicure and massage done after the work convention and it washed my stress away! My toenails look the best they ever have in my life! Beautiful, large, clean salon, with such a wonderful variety! Will be recommending! Seriously if you live in the area, or not, and are looking for outstanding services this is the place for that! Anytime I come to Texas this will be my first stop!

Literally no wait time. Though I got a pedicure and manicure at the same time, both came out amazing!!. I had gone in with a design but my nail stylist showed me different ways to incorporate my design that was even better than what I had😂. Changed my mind real quick and got his idea for my nails. Totally recommend this place.

There is a lot of gap in these freshly made gel nails. They are only about 8 hours old when the picture was taken.

So, the technicians know what they are doing. My friend and I decided to go there after seeing 20% off sign for services. We were immediately rushed into the services and the one lady I had was rude and trying to push a gel manicure on me. Towards the end of my service, I asked about the 20% off and the lady checked in with the manager and told her (who told me) that the 20% were not valid until next week? I was confused but didn’t argue with it... knowing thay I would bever go there again. Its sad because Im new to the area and want to find a good reliable place to go to regularly and get my nails done. But oh well, on to the next.

Nailed nail is the best nail salon I’ve been to around DFW. They always go out of their way to take care of their customers. Their pricing is average, but they give you extraordinary service so it’s 1000% worth it for me! I’ll continue to go here whenever I’m getting my nails done ☺️

Nailed nail bar is MY FAVORITE place to get my nails done in Uptown Dallas! I have had pedicures, manicures, shellac, regular polish, and Dip! I have never been unhappy with my nails, they always look amazing and I tend to get different employees doing my nails every time because I don’t usually call to make an appointment. They are very attentive and helpful! The nail bar offers a range of free drinks and are always so nice and welcoming!

I love the way they do nails here. I always come out of here feeling like a millions bucks. Its reasonably priced and I like their work and their service.

I understand why this spot has 5 stars. The staff is kind, accommodating, and thorough, while running a tight ship. I was offered a complimentary drink when I sat down for my manicure and out they brought me a margarita. Yum! Heather took care of my manicure, and she was fabulous. If you want to request somebody ahead of time, Heather is your girl. She’s charismatic and funny and made the manicure perfect from start to finish. I can’t wait to return!

I love this nail salon! Everyone is so welcoming and nice. I am always greeted by name and with a smile. It is also a very clean environment and I will not go anywhere else! However, the best part about the salon is Heather. She always does a perfect job on my nails. Her work is flawless every time and she has the best personality and customer service. Horrible customer service and quality of work. All the staff are in a rush. One of my nail got chipped the day after, I called to go back to fix it, they guys answered the phone stated they are busy and no time for that and hung up on me. They only care about your money and since this service wasnt productive for them they literally hung up on me. Do not go there, poor quality and poor management.

I usually love this place! But my recent experience was less than adequate. The woman who did my toes cut my toe with her Emory board. My toe nails aren’t filed straight, I felt there was not enough attention to detail. I got a full set of powder dipped nails, the woman who did them superglued the nails to my fingers not my natural nail beds!! When I left I still had a bunch of the nail powder and glue still stuck to my nails! I broke three the same night, just by cooking dinner! I felt rushed and not properly attended to. This is a place I like to come to relax and take care of myself. That being said Chu who did my nails the previous time did a wonderful job and I would ask for him again.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for the past 2 years. Until recently, one day I had a terrible encounter with the manager. He followed me outside to my car threatening to sue me. I spent 135 dollars on a pedicure and manicure. Both women were in a rush to do my nails as if they wanted to take another costumer as soon as possible. Overall, this is a very unprofessional business and I would not recommend getting your nails done at this location.

Nailed is my favorite place in Dallas! I‘ve gone every 3-4 weeks consistently for more than 3 years and have had a great experience with every technician. I’m always blown away with how many names they remember, even customers that don’t have a go-to person. They also have a massive selection of gel and dip colors, so you can be sure you’ll find something you like.

Came here yesterday w/friends and got the lavender gel pedicure and the guy who did my pedicure did a terrible job and forgot half of the services that were included in the lavender pedicure. He forgot the hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and to cut & shape my toes. When I brought it up to him he got mad. My friends had amazing nail techs and I got stuck w/his rude a**. Needless to say I wouldn’t return.

I saw Henry for my nails. He said he would “freestyle”. He got upset when I did not want a “clear lines” made from gel. Looked like streaks of hot glue. He did a horrible Ombre effect and shape of nails was off. Charged me $90. When I asked him about the price he tried to say $5 for tip extensions (my nails are short) and then stared at me with a blank expression on his face when I asked him for the extra $10 charge came from. Prices and services don’t match. Never coming here again!!!

First time going to this nail salon, first thing theres no prices listed, so they over charge! To cut a long story short, the techs try hard to push you to get the highest services which is fine if its worth it, But....the pedicure was painful and rough,the shoulder massage was painful. My gel nails didnt last 24hrs before lifting began!

Ive gotten my nails done at beautiful salons in Paris and they dont even compare to the magnificence of this place. Everyone is very friendly and delicate, and the prices are fantastic. I personally love the hot stone massage. These are the nails Jack just designed for me yesterday - all sparkly and ready for the Pride Parade! ✨

I went every two weeks for a dip color change. They never did a “great” job, but they were nice and friendly. This time, they did the worst job possible. And thought I was going to sit around for another hour for them to do another subpar job. They’re management is rude and discriminatory. They’re very selective of who they give great service to and offer minimum solutions for problems or treat you like you’re a problem if you complain.

Got the black detox pedicure or something like that and it was the full works. My feet and legs are so silky soft. The neck and back message was fantastic. 100% worth the upgrade.

She was thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns, and corrected my naturally crooked nails. Other staff seem friendly as well, great customer service. Not satisfied. Ombré nails do not match, even after redoing right hand 3 times. I was over it. He kept reiterating not to touch my nails for 2 minutes as if I were a child, and one was scuffed when he ran his finger over it. Yanked my hand and filed down again. I get quality, but don’t be aggressive about it, especially when your finger is the one that moved the polish. Then, they tried to charge me the full $60 price even after “promoting” their 20% off happy hour when I got there. I had to mention it, and they pulled out the calculator and did the math. I’ve been here once before and didnt have an issue but won’t make this mistake again. Seems like they take the fact that you don’t walk in with a Prada or Louis V bag into consideration.

Been coming here for about a couple of years now. My go to place! I really like the service and how experienced the nail techs are. There are like 1 million of them lol. So it’s 2 levels and they also have great cocktails and cucumber water. Not your simple wine or water. And another selling point... have you ever gone to a salon and it’s all senior citizens? I feel bad... and also I feel they have a hard time keeping up with trends. Not this place. Lots of young whippa-snappers. LOL

I am new to Dallas and I loved my nail place in Chicago. But Nailed is THE BEST and I will never go anywhere else! All of the people I have had did a great job but VINNY IS AMAZING. I will always go to Vinny for my pedicures now. The place is so clean and classy with complementary drinks. I love it!!!T does my nails with the dip manicure (which I’m new to) and she does her thing!!!! Every time she does an amazing g job and can take any picture and recreate it.

Jessie and Michelle are my go-to ladies! They always have me looking on point! They are both friendly, professional and skilled in every way. Charlie (receptionist) is very welcoming and greets me by name, which I appreciate considering the large amounts of customers they have. I would highly recommend them!
