I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I’m a college student who has been using this salon since my underclassman years of high school. That being said I have had almost every single nail artist there do my nails and I would trust every one of them with my hands! I have never had a bad experience with them. I plan on coming back to Dallas for them every time I need my nails done in college. They are truly fantastic and incredible!

I love this Nail salon. My nail tech Lisa and my Ahn does my toes. The only two I go to. They interact with me and my kids and I never have a problem. If I can’t get with them, I have Kim to do my toes and Leslie on my nails. These ladies are GREAT. I drive 30 minutes every two weeks. Great facility, staff, and they take pride in their work. Thank you Royal Nail Boutique crew. Y’all are fabulous.

Truth be told, I never had a manicure or a pedicure. But these people are so nice whenever I see them in the parking lot that I had to give them a five star. Friendly and welcoming ... Give it a shot.

I had a wonderful experience here!! I have came here like 4 times now and each time the service has been amazing. Usually I would only be able to stick to one nail tech but Gina & Macy are great with acrylic nails & Mi is awesome on the pedicures! I would recommend calling to try to schedule before arriving because they are usually really busy!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for almost 2 years and I would no go anywhere else. Service is great and the staff is amazing. Plus, they have great margaritas!!! Highly recommend this place

This was my first time to this location. I thought I would switch it up and try something new. They tried to charge me $75 for a basic ‘short square with white tip in the corner’ nail. Ended up just doing another style with gel. Not even a full 2 weeks and 2 of my nails are chipped at the bottom and it’s already starting to discolor. Also, while in the middle of my pedicure, the technician decided to go do someone’s eyebrows and told me it was going to take 5 minutes. She was gone for 30 minutes and I had to sit in cold water. Very unprofessional and overcharges for simple things. I highly do not recommend. There are other nail shops near by that create amazing nails at a cheaper price with great quality!

Some techs tend to grind your nails down over time so be sure to speak up if they are spending too much time drilling your real nail. Drink is served with your service, and they always do a great job when I go.

My go to place for my mani,pedi and eyebrows. Great hospitality, skilled at what they do and will correct an issue with no problem. Ive tried a few other places but always end up back at Royal Nails Boutique. I love this place.

I love this nail shop. I originally started going January of 2020. When I first walked in, I noticed it was clean and looked nice. I was also greeted by a nice gentleman in the front. From there, he offered me drinks and so did the young lady who did my nails. The people here speak to you and converse with you. They truly treat you as if they are happy to have you. Thats important to me!!

This was a great experience. The atmosphere was nice and the facility was very clean and COVID protections in place. The only reason it wasnt 5 stars is because my pedicure water was rather cool. Thats a small complaint, I would still highly recommend this location for pedicures. I plan to go back.

I love this place. The service is always great and I can trust them to not damage my nails with the grinders. Plus they are well stocked in dip colors and options. My daughter and I went today and the amazing lady did beautiful snowflakes freehand. The pic doesnt really do it justice but I just had to share. We love them!

Love this place. I tried 3 other places and they left my nails too thick and lumpy. Ive gotten my powder nails done here 4 times, three different ladies....they always turn out amazing without me giving any instructions. Had my eyebrows also done here today. Wow!!!

They charge entirely too much for your nails to start lifting in 4 days, they were really nice but their nail techs suck! I will not be returning!

Really enjoyed my visit! The staff is super nice; my technician was so sweet! We came in as late walk-ins and they were so nice about it. My nails came out wonderful and the price was really nice! I totally recommend giving the place a try!

Now I go and I get inconsistent service. Sometimes its good detailed work other times its not full coverage on my nail polish, sharp edges. Most times I dont feel welcomed, I feel like a number and Ive been going on a regular basis for a year! Looks like they want me to take my business elsewhere, so I will! :-(

Took my girls here for the 1st time ..There very polite very professional my girls also loved it.. There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. Especially the owner couples they both Professional, Friendly, Fun, Exceptional Service. They go far and beyond any salon I have ever entered.The staffs was friendly and patient! Great service and skills. It is well worth the drive from where ever you might live.

My husband and I come here usually every 2-3 weeks for a mani and pedi. We love them! Yes they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.Recently Natalie did my wedding nails and they were beyond gorgeous!

Every time I go ANYWHERE else, I regret it and wish I had just gone here. This is my official nail place. Every nail tech is good at what they do, I never wait long even though I never make an appointment, they have a great selection of dip and gel colors. Free margaritas. Love it, love it, love it.

This place is my FAVORITE. I usually get Nexgen powder dips. $35 for single color. $40 for pink and white. They have a large selection of colors. My girl Natalie does a great job on my nails every time. I never leave this place dissatisfied and I am extremely picky about my nails! Facility is clean and they use new tools fresh out the package everytime. They also serve free beverages including sodas wine and even margaritas! I usually have my 19 month old with me in her stroller. They always make room for her and even help me with her if needed. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My nails are runny and my pedicure was finished first with more than 45 mins wait time before I put my slides on to leave. My nails are horrible quality. My squares are not squared at all and the gel polish is also runny. I hope I can post pics. I am also on vacation and my nails looks horrible. Imagine😩

The absolute BEST nail salon in DFW. I’ve never been somewhere so willing to listen to what you want (shape, length, whatever). I’ve been a customer for over two years now and never once had a bad experience. Not to mention, they have great pricing for all services. Lisa has been my go to since day one. If she isn’t there, Leslie does a fantastic job. I can’t even begin to start with positive things I have to say about the entire staff. Truly make you feel comfortable and happy to do business with them. I even moved to Flower Mound and continue to make the trip because I’m never disappointed. Clearly, I highly recommend.

I have been here a few times but I didnt really like the ladies that did my pedicure and dip this time. They seemed like they were rushing and didnt give me the quality care I am used to.

My first visit and it was amazing. My daughter and I came together and we got mani and the powder dip for the nails I posted a picture of mine which are in pink. They take all precautions for covid. They take your temperature and they have sanitizer and they have social distancing. I had Lisa as my nail tech and she was absolutely great. Manager made sure that my daughter and I had everything that we needed the whole time. I will make sure that I will be using this nail shop anytime I want my nails and toes done they do a fabulous job.

Ive been going here for many months. The customer svcs is pretty cool.My nails in this pic are about 1.5 wks old. It is the dip powder which I love.I would rate it higher but the tech I loved the most has left; since then Ive had my nails done by 3-4 techs and only 2 of them have been great.

USA knows how to give pedis and mani’s! I’m from Canada and no way do I get this kind of services . First time here and I loved every minute. My girl n I were treated with curtesy and respect. The workers go an extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They gave us choices of what kind of package we wanted. When I come back to Dallas, I’ll definitely be coming back

Prices arent listed! They make it up as they go! My first time I was happy with my customer service but didnt like how they kept up charging every thing ! I got dipping powder, they first said it was $40.00 but since I got long nails, they charged me $10 extra. ( solid color, no design) I was fine with that, but when I went to pay they charge me another $5 cus they said they were long, even though I showed them a pic of the length, so now we are at $55 but than she said it was $5 more because she used a brush to do my nails ( still dipping powder) cus they were long nails ? My thing is, shouldnt that be included when I paid $15 extra for the length ? ..what ever still paid and tipped .. .I liked the vibe, thought it was genuine so I wanted to keep her as my nail tech2nd time I called to make a appointment ( with the same girl Amy) I let them know I had dipping powder, I asked do you charge to take them off, she said NO ( dipping powder, you have to get a new set every time) when I went this time I told them I want to stay in the $40 range and got short nails, but I guess they werent short enough, so I agreed to pay $5 more for them to be the length I have, so now thats $45 ! No problem, but when I paid it was $50! He said the reason was because last time she did it with a BRUSH, so the nails are stronger, so it cost $5 to take them off ! My mind was blown ! Now I am stuck with nails I normally dont get and paid $50 No design or anything ! No snap ! Just regular shape! ALSO I MADE SURE she didnt use a brush ( even though I think she perfers to do nails like that, but not a fact ) My previous nails were lifting be for 2 weeks so I dont get how using a brush was really doing anything .Also I uploaded a pic so you can see how basic my nails where and they charged me $50 for them ( dip nails)! They are tan and short, no design its the same user name ! Dont get played ! I seen other people get more done and where charged less!

My experience was overwhelming great! All of the ladies were nice. They are taking Covid seriously by doing temperature checks at the door, having sanitizer available, wearing masks, & spacing out customers. I was offered a drink and I was checked on a couple of times by the salon manager/owner (I’m assuming) to ensure that I was enjoying my visit. My nail technician was so patient & I didn’t feel rushed out of the chair. She also held a conversation with me, which I really appreciated. This is, by far, the best gel manicure I’ve had since moving to the area. I have been looking for a forever salon in Dallas since moving here & I think that this is the one.

I recently move to the city anywhere I Move to I love to find a nice nail salon that’s worth my money. I only get a pedicure and they have a great selection on the pedicure menu (: now the manicures that I do see get done here are exceptional, they do a beautiful job of pleasing you. This salon is CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, they take their foot massages seriously they never seem to be in a hurry to get the next customer in, they solely take care of you. The quality is perfect, and they always have a lot of workers to take care of you. Highly recommend, I’m very comfortable here and will make this my one spot nail salon (:

I absolutely love this nail salon salon. They did such an amazing job on our toes and on our hands. They were gentle they took their time but at the same time they were quick. They are so friendly and give great customer service. Once, I asked the girl to finish at a certain time so I could make another appointment and she gave me a coupon for $5 off because she said she didn’t have enough time to finish the foot massage! She definitely did not have to do that. I thought I was the one inconveniencing her! It is always busy on the weekends, but they try their hardest to squeeze you in quickly. They have awesome and unique pedicure/manicure packages. You’ll really love this place!

Update Review: Ive been coming to see Tony & Lee for 7 years... I always seem to get the most complicated nails but, no matter how difficult I am they take care of me. They now have a new Tea shop a few doors down so I dont see them much but, my boy Frankie takes very good care of me since Tony isnt there much. I love you Frankie even though I am troublesome :-* The prices are very reasonable compared to L.A so Im use to paying just for $100 Full sets! Theyre always busy so make sure to make an appointment in advance so you can get in and out.

Loan does a beautiful job on my nails. I can tell she really makes sure they are even and look good. I get acrylics and always want almond shaped, she makes sure they look good every time. They always take care of my 3 year old daughter too, make her feel special and paint her nails. Above all its very affordable.

I went there not to long ago about a week ago and 4 of my nails already off I paid $115 For my nails and toes minus the 25 dollars tip I left because my toes and nails was beautiful but how they come off already it supposed to last up to two weeks I have dipped nails at that I loved the service but Im never going back because the quality to high but doesnt last long at allll Im trying to keep the few I have left lol I dont mind paying the price but it just dont last I am not happy

I absolutely LOVE the way Lee does my nails. Let me tell you... Ive been to ALL KINDS of Nail Salons, High & Low. Polished, Nail Bar, Bliss, Za Spa, Only Nails, you name it, Ive been there and No one- when I say no one- I mean NO ONE can do my nails like she can. Lee is the best and I absolutely love her intricate & detailed work. I can literally close my eyes through out the ENTIRE manicure & just know that once I open them Ill be staring down at a perfect ten, no matter what. Shes just THAT good.

Love coming here. Moved from the area and tried a few other places, but seriously no where else nothing compares. Started taking the 20 min drive anyway.. moved back to 75 and now it’s just 10m.

I love their nail services but as far as anything else its a no. I came telling them about an event I had to be at and nail wonderful like always but when I went and got my pedicure they just painted over the color that was left on my cuticles then aglfter being there 2 hours I didnt have time to say. So I was told come back we will take care of you and I was to receive my pedicure and they were to fix my toes. And they had me sit with my feet in cold water for an hour then tell me I must pay them for the services I should have received. And as she does my toes over yet again they leave old color still attached.

Such amazing work. I get whatever they have on special which allows me to try new things. They take pride in their work and their prices for nails are great.

Needed a gel manicure in dallas. Found this place. They did a decent job. Girl didnt really speak English and she kept staring at my eyelashes and trying to ask questions about them cause they do lashes there. Good nails, decent prices.
