The guy that does pedicures is amazing. He take his time and is very precise. He always does my toe polish perfect. The ladies are nice.

Small place, nice people, and did exactly what my daughter wanted. The place stayed busy with people coming and going with their nails done.

Tah dahhhh. They do the cluster eyelashes also. Ask for Tammy with the lashes. She does mine.

Alpha Nails has become my new nail spot. I’m pretty simple on colors but very specific about shape. They always have them so perfect and pretty. I also get my pedicures there, they have a really nice pedicure special if you always get Gel I highly recommend.

When I told the tech my nail was too small she argued and said it was fine there was roaches in the bathroom and my nails were not shiny and new looking when they were done they look scratched and dull Like they were about a week old already another man argued with another woman with thecsame thing .Was charge $65 for a regular French manicure and it’s not even executed properly I would hate for anyone to spend their money here

I went to get my nails removed in June and I have not done anything else to my nails but they are still really weak and are growing with a bump the lady who removed them filed down too much and damaged my nails.

I have been coming to this shop for months and this is the first time, I have been disrespected and provided poor quality work. Tammy has always been the one to do my nails but was unavailable. The young lady that did my daughters nails did them horribly. They look very clumpy and were different lengths and shapes. On top of that she charged the price she wanted to charge for service. It took an hour for her to do a set only for it to look a mess.

The service and prices are very good. I will definitely return.

Tried out this nail salon and i’ve never been so disappointed. The lady who did my nails was doing them way too fast as if she was in a rush. My nail polish started coming off the next day and that’s because I got shellac. Waste of $50. Do not recommend this place.

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 10 yrs and Julie my nail tech is amazing! And through 3 owners. The present owner is a great person and does her best to make customers happy. They do take walk-ins. Better make an appointment!

I had a wonderful experience!The inside is a little dated, the towels faded, and their prices were a tad higher than other places Ive gone.I had a male tech helping me and he was wonderful! I didnt get his name but I wish I had (I think he may have been the owner, and I think I heard him say his name was Henry when he answered the phone). I walked in at 7:30 for a pedicure and they closed at 8. He didnt seem at all bothered that I came in so late, even though I was there for at least an hour. He was kind and accommodating, took his time, and the best part - he was gentle. I have very sensitive skin and he didnt scrub too hard or file too hard, and he made sure the towels werent too hot. These things really make the experience for me as theres no point in paying for relaxation if youre in pain the whole time. I also think he upgraded my service at no cost.I went in after a rough day and really needed some pampering. I chose this place because it was close to home and it was still open, but Im very impressed with the level of service and care, and Ill definitely be back!

Don’t recommend. She was horrible. She told me, she don’t do classic pedicure she starts only at pedicure with hot towels. She did a classic pedicure, i had to remember her to put the hot towels and she said Oh you didn’t pay for that 🙄. Manicure wasn’t ok also. Never come back!

I waited for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence and asked what I needed. They werent even busy at the time as there were only two customers and four nail techs.

Called in to see if there was a wait and they said there was not. I come in and they said there at 10-15 minute wait. I waited for 30+ minutes and looked around and no one was close to being done AND there was someone in front of me waiting.Nail polish selection was slim and many looked like old polished (I.e cracked polish).

I got gel polish on my nails and regular polish on my feet my daughter also got a manicure staff was very nice and hospitable. However, my gel polish nails last 3 full days Im not impressed.

DO NOT COME HERE. The only nail place that made 3 of my fingers bleed because they were rushing and very aggressive. The nails started to lift in 2 days. My nails were completely crooked and the acrylic went over my nail bed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I said square they were round and uneven. Worst place Ive ever been in my life. Waste of money and they wont give you your money back. You couldnt pay me to go back.

So I was skeptical at first about coming to this shop due to all the bad reviews. But Im so glad I did! My wait was not long, the staff was super friendly. I learned that they just took over the businesses about three weeks ago. Becca did my nails, and when I tell you I am the pickiest person! She did an amazing job! I love, love my nails! Definitely recommend this place to all! I will be back!

Not even 2 weeks after I got my mails did 3 of them broke. The color faded and even worse I was celebrating my birthday & didnt have time to get them replaced.I WILL NOT be going back here.

Walk-in with no appointment yesterday morning and greeted by a nice petite asian tech. She asks to wait about 20-30min but I got in 10min. I had a slim coffin style done and she does an amazing job! Thank you so much, Becca for transforming my ugly nailless to a miracle amazing beautiful natural looking nails and Julie for the final gel finish top coat.I’m lov’in it !2 thumbs up!

OK so I went in for dipping but was highly disappointed with the results . Ive had my nails are dipped dozens of times at The Nail Club and Lush but the lady that did my nails at Alpha did what SHE wanted to do and used the same technique as regular acrylic nails.🤔 You know with a brush to pat down and smooth the acrylic?? YEA THAT WAY! First of all the lady use a drill on my nails to get off the dipping that I had prior. All I wanted was a color change and normally they soak them off not drill them off from start to finish. While she was drilling, she was laughing, looking elsewhere and not paying attention to what she was doing in tore off my thumb nail!!! With the drill!! Mind you, my nails are REAL and very long which I am proud of and I would like to keep it that way. Not to mention that s#% HURT!! Ugh just thinking about it pisses me off all over again. On top of that she didnt stir the dipping color before applying it to my nails, so it came out two toned instead of one color. I can still see the turquoise color I had before on the sides of my nails and my shape which is supposed to be almond is all out of whack. Lumpy. Misshaped. Two toned. Bubbled. Crappy nails. All that for $40?? I will not be returning.

The worst experience ever, came into o get my nails and toes done waited for 30min, not a word was spoken to me. Then this white lady or whatever she was (non-african) and they greeted her asked her what she needed. I said I came in before her and I was not greeted nor asked what I wanted. So one of the nail techs said very rude and aggressive well what do you want? I left, their customer service is up shifts creek. Will not spend my hard earned money in that place.

I went in for EYE LASHES in the same day my lashes were lifting off I went back the next day and spoke with Tammy and she was trying to add more lashes in and lashes was lifting up off of my eye and the sign say $25 but charge me $28 I just told her that she rushed to do my lashes I told her to give my money back if she didn’t want to do my lashes correct she only want to give me half of my money back that’s not how you do business don’t rush to do some one service just to take some one else money I would not recommend no one to go to her

Worst place to get Eyebrows done! They seem to always be on a rush and the only thing they want to do is shape them and leave all the rest undone and today they went tooo far and messed up one of my eyebrows!:( She basically butchered the arch of my eyebrow as you can see on the picture! Worst job ever! Definately I do NOT recomend this place for eyebrows!
