Lisas etiquette and professionalism is the best. Star Nails & Hair is the best kept secret on Tiny Town in Montgomery County. If youre tired of chasing that technician from shop to shop. Lisa (the owner) did my nails & did them beautifully! She only took appointments the day I called but she worked me in for the afternoon. I couldnt make my mind up on a color & she didnt mind or get frustrated. She is the sweetest lady & we had a great conversation while she worked. I will absolutely be going back! I wish I wouldve found her sooner! Added bonus, her location is convenient! You will not regret going! 😁❤

Lisa is great. The salon itself is very clean, and conversations are always relaxing and personable. If youre looking for a cheap, $15 manicure, go somewhere else. But if you actually care about the health and wellness of your nails, please check out Star Nails. You truly get what you pay for with this salon. She values quality, and thats very evident in the care she puts into her work. Shes also very accommodating and will listen to your specific requests. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been to many nail salons.... and this one is the best by far. Ive never been so pleased! The owner is very good at what she does, you can tell she believes in quality over quantity, shes kind, she takes her time, and she pays attention to detail. You get what you pay for, and shes the best with reasonable prices. - which shocked me. My only complaint is I live 4.5 hours away lol. I wish the salon was closer to my house!

Today i had my first pedicure in a very long time, and the first since i have been in the clarksville area. I loved my experience at star nails. The owner was super friendly and took her time. First time I have ever been completely satisfied with my nails. Honest to God, the filing detail is outstanding. Not bumpy, lumpy, and no air bubbles. Clean floor and sink, and the counters arent sticky or covered in polish. Family oriented business. Super comfy vibe even from the other customers who walk in. Mega clean finish, AND the drilling work was gentle on my fat fingers. I enjoyed the fact that I can have full filling conversation with everyone as well. Its not stuffy and cold. Very warm feel, very nice people, very generous, and Im very satisfied. GO TODAY!

I brought my daughter in after scheduling an appointment to get our nails done with a small seasonal design. This was our first visit and we cannot wait to go back! They did a wonderful job, it was relaxing and the conversation was comfortable. To top it off, I’m in love with my nails! If you get a chance you should definitely not hesitate to go and see them.

Stopped in this place based off reviews and I LOVE it. Lisa is a sweet, caring business lady who is all about her customers. My nails looked great but the best part was not being rushed through like an assembly line how most shops run. She also isnt pushing you to spend more money. She cares that you are happy and comfortable. Definitely try this shop!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The wait was not bad. We went for pedicures and we got to sit and soak out feet while we waited. Very clean and professional. The pedicures were great. We will absolutely be going back.

I brought my 8 year old here to get her nails done for her birthday. The owners daughter in law did a fantastic job giving my daughter exactly what she wanted! They have great customer service and do a fantastic job so it wouldnt surprise me that it could get quite busy.

Found this salon last year after moving to Clarksville. Absolutely love the owners and their work! Such nice people and wonderful environment! I usually get acrylics/tips done and I have NEVER been disappointed! My husband and I may be moving soon (army), and I truly hope to find a shop that is as amazing as this one, both in hospitality and quality, at our next duty station.

The ladies and gentlemen were so nice to my sister and I. They both took their time doing our nails and took our opinion on what we wanted into consideration. So happy to have finally found a great salon! Will definitely be our “go-to” and it’s sooooo close by. It’s such a personal environment and well organized.

Don’t waste your time if you have children with you. I was the only “customer” in sight and was turned away because small children are not allowed. I completely understand that policy and the reason behind it, but my kids are 8 and 10!!!I gave an extra star because the man in the waiting area who kicked us out was somewhat polite...

First of all the ladies here are so sweet and friendly! Julie did my nails and she a phenomenal job with them! I had a terrible terrible experience at Exclusive Nail and Spa where a brand new set of nails barely lasted a week (and were fixed after only 5 days). I went to Star Nails and they seriously made me incredibly happy. They did an amazing job and I have zero lifting whatsoever! They are very clean and friendly and I highly recommend them to everyone!

The customer service is excellent, very welcoming, and friendly. However, I dont think they deserve 5 stars they are over priced payed almost 80 dollars for a full set without gel and I just asked for coffin shape with no gel just regular paint and for a pedicure. My nails arent horrible but some of them are crooked or and not the same length as each other. And the paint had air bubbles in it and theyre already chipping. Be aware they charge you 2 dollars for using card so bring cash.

Absolutely love this place. I had a mishap at another salon & didn’t like how my accent nails had turned out. I asked that nail tech to fix it but she refused so I had it in my mind that I’d go elsewhere to have it fixed. I ended up here. I called beforehand because it was a Saturday and I know most shops are super busy. She said she usually only does appointment only but that she had some time and would accept me as a walk-in. I came in, explained my problem and she fixed it no questions asked! She was such a sweet lady, she held a nice conversation with me while giving me some life advice at the same time. Most definitely would return.

Will definitely be going back! Very nice, friendly employees. I had two prior bad experiences at Venus Nails & Spa & Nails 88, so I decided to come here & am very picky about my nails! Not only are they talented in what they do, they are fast! Compared to my other experiences in town where I waited two hours for an acrylic set of nails only for them to last 4 or 5 days. They were very uncomfortable and painful. Lisa did mine at Star Nails & I will most definitely go back!! Very pleased

I came to town to visit a friend and wanted to pamper myself with getting a mani and pedi for my birthday. I selected Star nails after looking at some of the reviews but I was very disappointed. I came in on a Friday and on Saturday afternoon I had two nails to crack. I couldn’t go back because we had left for Nashville. With SNS this is a powdered technique that strengthens your nails and it should last for 2 to 3 weeks. To my surprise on day 5 another nail chipped. Lucky for me I’m back home in NC and I had my nail tech to redo my nails properly. If you want SNS I would not recommend Star Nails.
