The lady on the phone was very rude. i just wanted information on how their services worked and she continued to sigh and talk to me very rude. I needed the help but i want to go somewhere they make me feel welcomed not like Im a bother to them. wouldnt recommend, if you can find services else where do it

I called trying to get information on a prescription voucher the lady was very direct and didnt ask did I have any questions on how else she could assist me she was very rude and act as if she didnt have a care in the world. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy. Whoevers in these reviews giving them high ratings either works there or they are friends with them. Trust me they dont care.

They did not want to help no one immediately they told me they were closed on a business day around 2p.m. and immediately got the door shut on me and my families face.

I had to break down and get some food assistance here. Bills have been high in comparison to my pay (ill get there someday) so i had to visit. The staff here was polite and had a grandmother charm. Im greatful for places like this and hope they continue their mission.

Very helpful, food vouchers for the food bank once every 3 months

The lady that answered was soooo rude and hung up in my face instead of offered other options for assistance.

I waited in line to be the first to get a food voucher and when I got inside the lady that helped me was so rude and told me I couldnt be helped because the food bank only allows one voucher a month. I called the food bank after leaving and was told they dont have that rule! The amount of vouchers an organization does is up to each organization!
