I really love the atmosphere here, plus the staff are friendly and very attentive.I got a pedicure which was so lovely and relaxing... the pedicure chairs give amazing massages that you can control and massage different parts of your body. My kiddo got their nails done and the tech was super sweet. We’ve gone back twice since, and this is our new regular nail shop! Definitely check them out!

The ladies at this nail salon are very talented and they dont require appointments first. Walk ins are welcome. My nails are beautiful and Ill be going back again. Thank you Gina!

So they forget to mention prices. Added 20$ in up charges then acted like they had forgotten and lowered it by 10..They do long nails, badly, and for an up charge.The one did a great pedicure. I love my toes. Ginas work on fingers looked great but she was busy with regulars the entire time. So I got another women who may or may not speak english. Another associate was asleep on a nail table.I am not even mad its one of my better experiences in clarksville.This one Is definitely on my list of No go. My nails are crooked and they cost way too much. But if you can get assertive enough (3 women against you) you could probably walk away happy

I was there 3 hours because the other nail tech was getting her hair done. I was only one there and asked for a lace design and she said her sister would be there after my pedicure to do it. I waited and hour and then she said she couldnt do the design and if she did one it would be 25 extra. Then as she was shaping my nails she got it all over me. She literally lifted my hands up and it went all over the place. Then after my gel they were so bubbly she blamed me that I touched something (even tho it was on every single nail. The lady who did pedicure was so sweet and nice. The girl doing nails needs to go back to school. And I waited while she chatted for an hour and half. Unelectable will never go here again. Now I have screwed up nails for my ball. Id give no stars if i could.

I walked in and was taken care of with in 5 minutes after checking in they are very nice Im going back in 2 weeks and they price are good

Gina was an absolute delight and filled in my acrylics great but the woman who painted them left some of them overfilled and some not completely filled and some bumpy... not happy with it. I dont think Ill be returning but i only paid 20$ with it originally being 30$. not bad prices at all. to be fair I usually go to more expensive salons so Im used to a much higher quality outcome. I got what I paid for I guess.

Nails are bumpy and misshapen. Also they are not filled in properly. Looks like Ive had them for 2 weeks instead of 2 days.

I didn’t get what I paid for! I wanted my nails soaked off in order to keep my real nails. She completely destroyed my real nails and didn’t soak them, just proceeded to peel them off without saving my nails. I asked to have all glue removed, it wasn’t. Then charged me $15.00😑

Did ok on my pedi. But some how even when I told them I wanted the basic $25 dollar one I got and $40 dollar pedi. I got the $15 medi and it was awful! I have uneven nail polish all over my skin and nails arent shaped the same. I know it was a cheaper option but I always go that way when I try a place to see the quality! Not worth my time I could have done it better myself. But she was very nice and held a conversation with me.

I give them ONLY two stars because they had good customer service! But, my pedicure looks terrible.. My toes are half painted and full of spots! I have dead skin around my toes from them supposedly clipping away dead skin and cuticles. I could’ve done this myself! The bottom of my feet still have calluses! Don’t get me wrong they were very polite and I’m not a mean person myself! But, sadly I won’t be returning.. I hate I can’t upload pictures!

Its either the TN air or the people that are lairs. I specifically asked for a parrifin pedicure and was told oh no one does it any more. And of course they do... Not this salon! Glad Im only visiting. I cannot recommend this place to anyone!

Nail tech was rude. I had to remind her to even out the nail. 3 of my nails are crooked plus they were sharp on the corners which I asked for natural shaped nails. REPEATEDLY. I would not recommend this place

I have never been so disappointed in a nail place. I was in the shop for over 4 hours. I got a pedicure and a full set dip powder. My nails look as if a child did them. They weren’t cleaned up at all and I had the powder all over my hands.

GO!!! Gina is the owner, and if youve lived in this area for 20+ years, you know exactly who she is. Her staff is just a knowledgeable as she is. I drive 2 hours from Cookeville, TN to have my nails done here. Yeah, its that awesome.

The ladies here are talented and detail oriented plus they are friendly - family style. The owner is dynamite - she did my abused jiu jitsu toenails and made them pretty again. Love it! Plus she’s hilarious.

Gina made my nail lopsided so I told her to fix it and she didn’t. Then she says they don’t do long nails, well why the hell you don’t have a sign saying that? Tell me before you begin so I can give my money to someone who deserves it. Sounds like bad business and they’re expensive so ima must report to the better business bureau. Now im going to take my money to someone who can do my nails right. Problem solved.

Best pedi in town. I tried a couple other salons before this one, but Ill never go anywhere else now. Their standard pedi is what others charge extra for, with a cold soda included. The ladies are kind & detailed.

Okay, Im here right now. My step daughter is in town for a visit and I took her here. Ive never been here I just thought it would be a good 4th of July treat. Wrong! My step daughter wanted a full set the lady talked her into gel which is extra. My daughter decided to get the coffin nails. Now me I wanted a plain ped thats it. My husband came in and the lady talked hi. I to getting a ped too and to be honest I didnt mind him getting one. He needed it. Sooo she hands me a book with different types of fruit on it and I asked if it came with the ped she said yes so I picked one the green tea... the lady doing my husband yelled out and said yes him the green tea too... so before we understood what they were doing they pour this stuff in the water and then another customer was like they just upcharged you...... ummm okay sooo excuse me how much was the stuff that u put in the water for my husband and i.... 40 dollars... excuse me?!?!?! The whome this is 25 a piece not 40! You said ot was included... so now instead of 25 or my daughters nails they are now 35 mine and my husbands feet are 40 EACH!!!! They spoke fast and poured stuff before I even had the chance to say something and still expect me to pay for it..... Im beyond livid! When you said its included that does t mean to charge extra and be a newly about it! I will never come back to this place! Sooo damn sneeky!!!

Small waiting room....paid $55 for a absolute terrible bikini wax on top of that Im literally 9 months pregnant and they didnt even have a table on which they did it. They laid a towel down on the floor and expected to me to LYE in the floor to get my wax...which I actually did. Come around,,Next day I get bumps from the wax and expecting in grown hairs that hurt very much becuse the lady didnt wax me evenly and left patches of hair. Also they used a dirty old nail filer that needed to be thrown out last she didnt wear gloves and my mother in law nail chipped.by far worse salon in history of salons. Also this poor girl I didnt know was even upset becuse they messed up her pedicure like 3 times and claimed they cant do the design and charge more😡😡😡Just letting you know what I saw and what i experienced...will never ever go back!!Be warned...was not pleased...

Came here asking for SNS nails, was told “ok, pick color” only to wait 35mins and they not actually do SNS nails, they do gel. SNS is NOT the same as GEL!! Wasted my time!!
