Had a wonderful experience with them today. Called AAA, they quoted me a 5 hour wait. Called another place, they gave me a 2-3 hour wait. Found 831 Towing, they said 20-30 minutes. Showed up quickly and on time. The driver was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

I was driving down the street and came to a stop light. A tow truck with this company’s logo was stopped next to me. The driver dropped his used cigarette out the window and started driving. Why contribute to the litter all over? Throw it away you lazy littering man! Terrible and disgusting.

They have saved my butt more than once! The absolute best tow company around, and a small, family-owned business.

I’d give them one star if I could because they didn’t do anything for me, they lied to me and cancelled on me without notifying me or my insurance company.I was set up with 831 towing through my insurances roadside assistance and was told to wait up to 85 minutes.After 100 minutes, I called. They said they hadn’t received a call from my insurance until 30 minutes ago, and said it would be at least another hour.So I called my insurance company and they told me they called them 100 minutes ago and that it would be another hour.So I waited another hour, at which point my insurance company called me to tell me that when they called 831 towing to follow up, 831 towing cancelled the call but didn’t notify me or my insurance.Shady, rude, dishonest “services” if u can call it that, because for me they provided no services just wasted almost 3 hours of my life.

I was so happy when the driver came when they promised. But instead of charging me $110.00 for my tow. Imagine my surprise that I was charged $1,100.00!!! 2 days before my mortgage payment is automatically withdrawn from this account. Wish I had used a credit card instead.You would think they would bend over backwards to make this right. Thx 831 towing. Very professional.
