I got my nails done on a Thursday just got one to break just 3 days later while literally tying a plastic bag. When I went to get it fixed my experience was absolutely horrible. The woman doing my nails acted as if she couldn’t find the color on the top coat of my nails & she made the nail way longer than it should’ve been, when I told her she just filed it down some and said they looked the same even though they didn’t. My index finger is the nail I went to have fixed. I definitely won’t be back a waste of $70 dollars on nails alone plus the $5 I paid to have the nail fixed, even though I wasn’t happy with it at all. The 3rd picture is a comparison of my index nail on my right hand compared to the fixed index finger on my left hand, obviously not the same glitter polish top coat & the left nail is longer.

This is my second time coming to Venus Nails when I visit my mother in Kentucky. My Mom is diabetic and needs extra care with her pedicure. The staff was so very nice. The place is just so beautiful, so relaxing. I went with my Mother and sister in law. All had pedi and manis. Stephanie was the one who took care of me! She was awesome!! Pictures dont do it justice. I had my nails short. I had the shellac with color and also the gold spa pedicure. Heaven!!! Will definitely go back when I visit KY again!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone! And the massage chair...niiiceee!!! P.S. Very clean and follow Covid guidelines.

Fantastic experience! Lots of technicians so not really a wait and quality work! To include waxing! The places is also kept clean and decorated nicely. Youd never know that its been there for ten years! Highly recommend! The lady who waxed my eyebrows took her time and it was painless, literally. She was a professional. She wore gloves, asked what I wanted, gave suggestions, etc. Cleaned them nicely. Costs $12 fort eyebrows. But they do tinting and so much more!

I have been coming to Venus for over 10 years. I love their services. It is a little expensive compared to others but you get high quality. Two weeks after my service my nails still looks awesome and gets compliments.Prior to covid there was always a wait which is understandable. During covid the appointments made life so much easier. I still had to wait but not several hours.I keep reading about rude employees or have to be certain look or bad services. In the 10 years I have been going to them I had one bad service which was immediately corrected by the owner. I have never been treated rudely by the current staff. They are always busy and do great service. It is worth the wait!

They are all very nice and do a really great job. Every person that did my manicure or pedicure have been very meticulous and do beautiful work while still being gentle. I love this place.

Got a full set of ombré nails and they look nothing like the picture I asked for. I paid $70 plus tip and it’s been 7 days and two nails have broke and the rest are lifting . Poor quality for how much I paid. Usually a new full set last me 3-4 weeks not 7 days!!!! Ben did my nails I also got a pedicure and it was alright paid $47 for that

Im not ashamed to say that I get pedicures every once in a while. The one I got here was pretty good, still think it depends on who you have hands on your feet. The pedicure I got came with what seemed like a never ending pampering and rubbing and massaging.. I fell asleep, the chair massaging my back, it was very relaxing.. until the tickling sensation, she started laughing everytime I couldnt hold my composure anymore. It was great.. anyways, I did have to wait maybe 15 to 20 minutes past the time I was written in for. Overall, it was worth it, cheaper than most for the amount of work that was done. Will be going back.

I came in for a regular pedicure and a manicure The lady ended up talking me into getting the dipping powder the pedi was only $30 my bill was 125 so thats $95 for dip powder on short nails that after 2 weeks it needs to be removed and re done. Service was not worth the price at all. Plus I tipped so $145 total to overly priced serviced...

The customer service here is excellent I would definitely recommend it.

I went in to get a pedicure today as a walk-in. There were groups of people coming in AFTER me that also were walk-in customers but for some reason they were getting serviced before me. I asked the guy at the desk why I was still waiting and he claims everyone else had an appointment which wasn’t true because when one group walked in they were asked if they had an appointment and they said no. If you don’t look a certain way then you will not get treated fairly at this location.

I was told to be in at 3:30 for a walk in. An hour and a half later I came back (which was fine) However, when I came in the guy at the desk (Tattoos and black gauges) was extremely rude and the lady who came in after me was greeted first and all the guy told me was to have a seat. Thirty minutes later I was still sitting there and was not updated on my wait. It was really upsetting, I just wanted my nails done. Will not use this business and do not recommend.

We went here for my moms bday and she spent $200 for 2 Mani/pedi’s we wanted gel cateye and the cateye we were shown and said they could do that we did not get and then I still had to get a different color on my nails because they messed up so bad and they didn’t paint The whole nail .But I will say the woman that did my nails was so nice and so was the man that took over for the woman on my moms nails.The girl that did my moms nails didn’t even tell her she was passing my mom off to someone else she left and my mom had to wait for an hour.

I have tried to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks for eyebrow wax. Everytime I set a time they have to reschedule. Finally I get there today for a 15 minute appointment and Im waiting, waiting and nothing. There were 8 other people waiting for appointments. One lady said she had been waiting over 30 mintures. It took the hostes 10 mintues to even ask what I was there for. This place and there appointments has gotten ridiculous. I use to love coming here and enjoyed several of the techs. I was a very big tipper and showed my appreciation. However I will not be returning.

I had a 5:45 appointment. Sat for 30 minutes to wait for a manicure seat, and then was left sitting with my nails soaking in acetone solution for 20 minutes. Nobody came by to even start the process of roughing up the gel to allow the acetone to soak through. I left when my finger tips started tingling from the chemicals. I wish I could say this was the first time that I’d had horribly slow service after booking an appointment with this nail salon, but it is not. I won’t be returning.

Very nice, clean nail spa. Prices were a little higher compared to my normal place. The leg/foot massage was mediocre. Would have felt better if wasnt just a rub.

I recently moved and was nervous about finding a new salon. I walked in and noticed they were a little busy. I didn’t have to wait! I was instantly seated and felt comfortable the entire time. The staff was very personable and professional. The salon is absolutely beautiful and most importantly it was clean. You can tell that they take pride in their business. My manicure was a great experience. I will definitely be going back.

This was the most clean and covid-19 friendly nail spa i have ever been to! they are by appointment only, they check your temperature outside the door, require masks, make everyone immediately wash your hands when you enter, and have dividers up in between each booth. staff was very friendly and my pedicure was amazing! i recommend this place to anyone!

Misoon is amazing! A very clean, hygienic spa-like environment. Misoon removed callouses I thought would be impossible to remove. Gentle, but firm, Misoon made my feet look like million bucks while being careful not to cause injury or rush through the job. Highly recommend.

She took her time with my horrible cuticles and gave the best hand massage. I have found my forever nail salon. Plus the other employees were super kind and hilarious!

This place was absolutely amazing. I went for the first time today and got perfect service. Corinna waxed my legs and theyre flawless. So smooth, she really took her time to get it right, even checking for missed spots. Plus, we had a great conversation. The gentleman who did my pedicure did amazing as well. My only complaint was that it didnt last long enough, but thats only because it felt so nice. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place. Ill definitely be returning.

This was my first time at Venus and it was GREAT. I went in for a pedicure, my first this year 😂 so my feet were a hot mess 😔. As soon as I signed in I was picking my color 💅and in a chair (the message chair was fabulous). Brittany who performed my pedicure was awesome. She was sweet and made conversation while working on my feet and boy did she do a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Venus Nail Spa and will be going back again 💖

This place is awesome. I typically opt for the technician who sits in the front right. This is because, my nail never breaks or falls off when he does it. The bathroom is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus. The location is convenient and central. Competitively priced. Manicure here us also great. The technicians take their time and they do a great job as a result. The Environment is clean and equipment is properly sanitized.I wish there could be a better selection of designs/nail art for selection. However, Im pretty basic and their current offering is sufficient for me.

Today was my first time visiting this salon. I walked in and it was one of the nicest salons I have ever been in. I was promptly greeted. I wanted my acrylic nails shaved down ( I cant have these for school)and a gel polish put on. They told me the price before they started, which I liked. What really stood out to me is that Cindy put 3 layers of gel and oil on my critical to make sure my nails looked flawless. Often times I go to salons and they do the bare minimal such as 2 coats of polish, without looking to see if the nail is fully coated. The service was very fast but I did go during the week around lunch.There was minimal bi-lingual conversations going on while I was with the teeth. I enjoyed this because I think it is really rude to talk in a different language to each other while you are with a client.Will come back again!

I don’t go to a nail salon but I thought I should try. I went to Venus Nails Spa for the first time and had Lyn do my pedicure. She is so friendly and made me comfortable for my first time. She is so gentle. I have to ask for her for my second time and I’m willing to wait for her for my turn and will be asking for her from now on. Thank you Lyn!!!

Sharon is absolutely fantastic she takes her time and doesn’t care how fast everyone around her finishes you give you the absolute best of pedicure and manicure! I’m due any day with my second child and she gave me the best massage to my legs and very swollen feet. She’s gentle and always gives great conversation! I’ll wait an hour for her she 100 percent worth it!

A little over a week ago my daughter and I went for a spa day, pedicure, eyebrow waxing and I had a full set put on. They had no complimentarys, well water, but ourpolish is already chipping and my nails are lifting, they couldnt do the design I wanted, and I think a Viking warrior would have been more friendly and gentle doing our eyebrows. Overpriced for quality. I will NEVER go there again! Very disappointed.

Quality quality quality. From eyebrow tinting, waxing, pedicure, manicure, to a full set. Everything they do at Venus is amazing. I even found a design on Pinterest that I wanted done and one of their nail artists was able to replicate it! Worth EVERY penny!

Decided to try this place on a whim and I am so glad that I did! Pedi was amazing and the eyebrow wax was perfect! I loved going to a place where they talk to you and focus on you rather than have their own conversations with their co workers. Relaxing. I will be back!

Ive been here before and always enjoyed it but I came in recently and got a pedicure and manicure. First I was upset that they had increased their prices. What normally would cost me $50 now cost me $70. Thats without a tip. If that wasnt already upsetting, the work done on both my feet and hands were rushed. The feet are okay but my nails are crooked. I would be able to handle it if the prices werent so jacked. Not to mention a good portion of the staff is antisocial.One made me feel feel more like a job that needed to get done instead of a customer.I didnt get anything fancy like dipped or gel nails. Just very basic color. On very basic packages.2 days after I got my nails done, they are already chipping and look like Ive had them for weeks. Im so furious. It makes me disgustingly sick thinking about the money I put out for this wreck of a nail job. Never going back.

I used to love this place but I am not sure if the products changed but my manicure only lasted a day. And it was chipping away and I was not offered any lotion for my hands. I thought the idea was to address the whole hand. Thankfully, I had some on my person it’s a shame they used to be so thoughtful and the workmanship showed.

First time getting my feet done here and it is clean and great customer service. Professional and greasy customer service.

Super sweet girl, but my heels were dryer when I left than when I arrived. They upsold me on the very premise that the pedicure I picked was not as good for calluses (of which I had very little). The polish was cheap. I’d go someplace else. Very poor product quality. Not the technician’s fault. Shame on me for not insisting on what I paid for. I just wish I did not have to. Won’t be back.

Messed up my nail. Redid it differently then rest of toes. Did not put clear on top. So had 9 Shiny toes and 1 matte finish. Too many layers that didnt dry properly before adding more. Messed up again. Wont be back.

Not sure why this place is so expensive when the quality isn’t that great. My nail starting burning really bad and the girl could NOT get the shape right I feel like I have 3 different shapes on one hand. Finally just had to say whatever and settle because I was sitting there forever as it is. 65 dollars for a full set gel with cat eye that isn’t even that great no thank you...

I just got my eyebrows waxed here. Super inexpensive and she took so much time on my brows! Im used to getting them waxed in about 5min tops and sent out the door. She really took her time, went over them a few times tweeting the strays, and they are perfect. I have a whole new face! The place is beautiful.

Highly overpriced, did gel nails and mine were peeling off within 3-5 days! Didnt even last a whole week! Got my toes gel done to was a good job but hand pedicure wouldnt recommended.

I felt like i was being rushed when getting my nails done, also the employees looked irritated. I went on a Tuesday around lunch time, so it wasnt busy at all. The women did amazing shaping and matching lengths but when she put the polish on it was sloppy and rushed. I would go back because it was relatively fast & nice aesthetically, but I wouldnt have the same women do my nails next time.

This is the best nail salon in Clarksville! I have tried a couple other places when I have gone with friends, but am always left saying that I should have just gone to Venus. Each tech that I have had has been fantastic—I have never felt like I left with my nails being less than what I wanted. I wish I could remember the names of all the fantastic people I have had work on my nails in the past so I could recommend them all! The new set up looks so nice and makes me feel like I am in a very luxe environment. I pay $45 for my full set each time, which think is more than fair for their work. If you are looking for a new salon, definitely go to Venus!

I go see Tiffany for all of my waxing needs and she is wonderful! The best I have found so far in the area! She is super nice and takes pride in her work! She offers much more than eye and lip waxing and offers Brazilian waxing which is one of only one other place that Ive found in the area that does and her prices are very reasonable! I cannot attest to any other services offered, but I am more than pleased with Tiffanys work!

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The technician that did my gel fill did not know how to shape my nails. I asked for coffin shaped nails only to receive square shaped nails. The filing job was substandard with several areas that are misshaped. The polish is uneven with several areas that need to be cleaned up. Additionally, these are the thickest nails that I’ve ever had. After deciding not to upset the technician about her less than skilled service she walked me to the counter to pay. My gel fill in without design, uneven filing, misshaping, and polish outside of the nails cost me $43. I have never paid this for a fill in especially one that was less than meeting quality. I’m new to the area and learned an invaluable lesson. Do not waste your money here.

I am new to the area so I’m not sure if the services I received were normal for this area. I requested a mani/pedi and wax if brows/chin.Waxing was fine. Technician was very friendly and service was good.Pedicure was very basic. For $30 all I got was polish removed, nails trimmed/filed, a little bit of the filing of the bottom of my feet and put on new polish. I have a ingrown nail on one of my toes and she never tried to trim, cut or remove it.As for the mani, basically the same removed acrylic nails (7 nails left on, I already took the other three off), filed my nails and put new polish on. Isn’t a manicure about trimming cuticles, hand massage maybe you the arm a little bit? Not here.I paid $95 for a VERY basic pedicure/manicure and wax of brows/lip. Never again will I go here. Overpriced for the service I received.

The staff here are so nice and patient. They are really great with elderly customers, and take their time, and dont try to rush the client out of the door. I was really impressed at their service.

Other sources indicated this was a great place and they were right.The banner at the door announced the 2013 Best Nail Spa as voted by the people of Clarksville. This confirmed my decision and I now know why.Ive had spa manicures and pedicures at many places over the years but none with the attention and service I received at Venice. The technicians took their time, ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied with everything they did all the way through the process.I had two different technicians, one for the pedicure and the other for the manicure and facial waxing. Both of them treating me like I was the only person there doing everything they could to make sure I was completely happy. I thoroughly enjoyed this!The atmosphere is soothing, decor a bit over the top Grecian....but hey, the name is Venus so thats to be expected.The pedicure chair and basin were clean. All tools used were clean. The waxing room was relaxing and the procedure was quick and clean.If youve not been here recently, give it a try. I think youll be happy with the results.

I have a pretty mixed review of this place. The wait was long too long. My nails came out looking great but the process was rough. I asked for a soak off and a new SNS (dip) set. Instead he drilled off most of the old set and left a thin layer and put this new set over it. The drilling was rough and hurt my fingers but he didnt cut me so thats a plus. My nails are naturally long so I dont use tips. He was so rough with filing and buffing that I thought my nails were going to break. I could feel them bending and flicking. $55 dollars is more than I usually pay for dip nails. They look great but are rather thin so I hope they dont break. Im not opposed to coming back but hope to find some place in the area with more reasonable prices.

Gorgeous space but there are literally 3 nails techs at the entire salon that are excellent nail techs and care about your satisfaction. Very overrated and they treat it like an assembly line, in and out fast without a care about the quality of their work. I wouldnt mind how expensive they were if it was worth it. My daughters nails were done there for the first time and they looked like a nail tech student did them on a mannequins hand. Super dissatisfied! I gave 2 stars because I went and had a good experience once a few years back, never again thereafter though. So for that reason, we are never going back...

I went in today to get my nails done and ask the lady at station #16 if she could do a pink and white ombre she said she could and I also showed her a picture for reference. Well let’s just say my nails came out looking as if a toddler did them. She took my card and charged me 70 bucks, I then proceeded to say no I did not like them and if I could have a refund because it wasn’t $70 worth of work at all. And the owner came over and told me I couldn’t get a refund once the service was done. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

Ive been going to this salon for years now. They always make me feel welcome, and I get excellent service every time. Even when they are super busy Ben or Andrew ( my nail guys) always acknowledge me and let me know Im seen and welcome. I also have struggled finding a good waxer, but I found Bianca there! She is so friendly and very thorough. LOVE this salon, and I see myself staying there for many years to come.

Very professional staff every time I have gone there with the wife to get pedicures. Very friendly and they are able to hold a conversation throughout the experience. Have gone twice now and will return again in the future.

I came in and asked how much acrylics would cost and was told that theyd be $30. then as the lady was already doing my nails and asked me what shape i wanted, when i said i wanted coffin she decided to tell me that it’ll actually cost $45. they turned out noticeable crooked and most of the process was painful.

This was my first time getting any type of acrylics so I didnt understand much of what I was being asked. My nail tech was super helpful and kind even though I wouldnt relax my hands. I really only see one minor mistake on my nails. Will be glad to come back!

In my opinion, it is one of the cleanest salons in Clarksville, TN. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Id recommend going to Venus Nails Spa for a manicure and or pedicure.Masoon and Sharon are my two favorite nail techs.

I had a pleasant experience my first time going to Venus nail spa but the second time I went my nails were done very poorly. They are chunky, uneven, not the length I wanted, cut poorly, and not painted well. I’m very picky about my nails being done so I will not be going to Venus nail spa again.

Dont waste your time coming here. Me and my sister both got the express pedicure, which was overpriced to begin with. The women who did my sisters feet got done way before the woman who did mine. She didnt even scrub her feet or massage it. I know that she gave half effort because I had mine to compare. When I went to bring it up to management, they had three people talk to me. No one came forward. They were all giving excuses. The employees were disrespectful and rude. Dont waste your money!

Tommy does a great job on my nails. They always look so good when hes done. I had a new girl do them once as well. She did a great job but she was very slow and took a long time due to texting on her cell phone after every nail. Clean, friendly, and usually fast service!

I got a pedicure with polish here and it was great! My polish normally begins to chip a few days after a pedicure. Im going on 3 months now and still unchipped and looking great (other than being grown out)! Amazing job, wish we hadnt moved across the country, Id def go here again.

Pricey. Was never offered a water or anything to drink. (Maybe that’s not a thing here) did NOT have to wait which was nice. Beccah was super knowledgeable and friendly. Tommy did a good job

Went in for a mani and pedi, I’m a hairstylist, and I wait tables on the weekend, so not only am I always on my feet, my hands are always in water. My pedicure was fine, but I decided to do the dip polish after it was recommended to me, for both longevity and keeping my natural nails from splitting and breaking. It’s been a week, after I was told I should only need to get it redone every 2-3 weeks, and not only has the dip polish lifted, one has chipped and ripped by natural nail. Both services combined were $70, and for lack of quality, I think that’s ridiculously expensive.

This nail salon is a great place to have your nails done. Only thing is ... I just started coming every two weeks. Tommy or Ben have taken care of my nails. Last time the color we picked out was terrible in the daylight. I went back in within 15 minutes to let Tommy know it didnt work for me. Tommy was busy with a client and he asked Ben to change my polish. That is when they hit me with another $15 for a change of color. Come on ...I was just there for a fill. Seriously?!

I went to a man named George Lam, he was really good and really patient. The price was also really reasonable for what I got, and I love. Will happily be going back again.

I came in as a new customer to get my lashes done by Bianca which she was great. I decided since I was here I should get my nails done here. I paid 45 dollars for gel nail polish. Which does not crack might I add. The next day I lift my nails up to the light its bubbles and holes in my nails which I posted pictures. Tommy did my nails and I came back on Sunday and they were closed. Next sat I come back and tell him and he looked and said itll be awhile before I get to you. I didnt feel sympathy for their messed up service. Horrible experience I will never come back to this place for my nails. My lashes are great tho

Was really excited to try this place after all the great reviews. Waited far too long without being acknowledged while not one but five other employees sat on their phones and stared at me??? I should have just left because I then was treated terribly by Pam. Got up and started doing another persons nails 5 minutes after my fill began without saying anything to me or apologizing. I will not be returning to this salon.

Very disappointed in the services that my daughter in law received today. She is due any day and the nail tech that gave her a pedicure cut her pretty bad and then told her it was because her feet was swollen. Her feet isnt swollen enough to justify that. It was an accident but instead of doing the right thing they was ugly to her the manager was even rude. Then when I called to try and discuss the matter they refused to let me talk to a manager and hung up on me twice

I have finally found a nail salon! I have been in Clarksville for about a year and I have not found a salon that has made me as happy as this place. Great customer service! They were able to sit me down in a spa chair as soon as I walked in the door. Of course I got the gel manicure and the woman who did my manicure and pedicure ( I didn’t get her name 😕) finished it up quickly because I had to leave. She finished fast and did a good job! I got the organic pedicure (a little more expensive but soooo worth it!) I definitely recommend going here! I know I will be going back! 😊

They cut my nails to the length that I wanted, but they also didnt remove all the color and did a very poor job on filling in the gel nails. I still have the old color on bottom, sides, and sporadically throughout the nail. They missed half of my nails on the sides and didnt clean from under them. This is the worst experience ever and it was my first time filling in my nails. I honestly just want them off and wish I didnt have to pay the $43 for a fill in.

I’ve been here 3-4 times and have always had a good experience! The prices are pretty standard and it’s clean.

Nice place! I chose the express spa pedicure - my toes look great! The massage chair was really comfortable. Ill be back!

The wait was about 15 minutes, but thats what happens on a payment day weekend. The staff was very friendly and the lady who did my pedicure was very nice, it was also nice to see a staff with different ethnic backgrounds. Will definitely be going back.

They changed their Google location, but it is the same business that was next to Publix on Tiny Town. So I will conveniently replace this here for all to see.Few years back. MIL and I go for a mani and pedi...the next day she sees something wrong with her big toe. She is from out of town and left to go back home on a Sunday. By Monday she is at her Doctor with a toe nail infection. Her toe nail had turned black. I am still kicking myself for allowing unsanitary tools to touch myself or my family. I hope between now and then they got checked through the health inspector for proper sanitation of materials.

I went for a Brazilian. Bianca is amazing. Very short wait time. She was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend her for any waxing needs.
