It’s horrible when you can’t ask or mention things you don’t like about your service! I asked a question and the tech instantly got an attitude and got defensive! They think all black people are rude and mentioned that in my first visit. I should have caught that 5 months ago. Me and my friend both had a toenail fungus, but get gel polish so we just relaxing not paying attention. I just so happened to have a polish change out of town and she just so happened to look down from her usual phone scrolling!!! They never even mentioned it and we have different techs which means their nail drills and files are not being cleaned! She tried to say because I wear a thin layer of acrylic but that prime and liquid so strong it can’t be that. I asked her what’s the best over the counter treatment… “I don’t know!! I don’t know anything about that!!” So why do you have license or DO YOU HAVE LICENSE? Not let me ask an experienced technician or the owner what to recommend. Just an instant attitude

They did an amazing job on my nails and six weeks later I still have them on and I just haven’t had time to go but they’re not even loose on my nails and they still look great!

I went in there to get an acrylic full set and the lady who was doing my nails filed them so thin to the point to where I was bleeding and I had to ask her to stop because I was in pain. She told me it’s just because my nails were to thin and then proceeded to keep filing. I also noticed when she put the tip on my nails that it was visibly crooked and she told me that it was my finger and there was nothing she could do about it. I have been getting my nails done for years and I have never had this issue. I am very dissatisfied with this nail salon and the nail tech. I will not be coming back here anymore.

The staff is awesome! They pay attention to detail and take their time to meet your needs. Im sorry that I didnt get the name of the lady that did my nails because she was a consummate professional while still maintaining an air of friendliness. I was having some discomfort with some of my nails and she eased me through the process and provided suggestions on how to deal with problems I was having.They also kept the place clean and tidy!

My wife got a mani peti as a gift and the women who did her toes was kind and very professional and she loved her but the guy who greeted her and did her nails was unbelievably rude and from the moment she walked in wrote her off and tried to refuse service. When he missed the tips of her nails she politely asked if he would fix them and he said no you’re done and walked away. The young women who did her toes apologized for his behavior and asked her to come back and get it redone but she was too uncomfortable from the random burst of rudeness to go back, big props on the young women there!!

I been going here for two years. I finally found someone to do my nails right. They are closed right now until Wednesday 9/14 for renovations. So if you want come by wait till then.

I made an appointment with MY she made my nails look so pretty. Shes very nice and is gentle on your nails and hands. I already set another appointment with her for a pedi and a fill in. The nail salon is very clean and the other nail techs are very welcoming. I will definitely will continue to go here.

No doubt the best nail salon in town! Had the best manicure & pedicure done tonight. My appointment lasted a little longer than anticipated but everyone was so sweet about the whole situation & stayed until I was all done!! Already made my next appointment :)

I went with my aunt, we didn’t have to wait at all which was good. My nail tech was very kind but he messed on my design several times. i have had two nails pop off and it’s only been a week.

Cant do a very simple design that i have gotten many places, tell you they can only do designs with gel (that is extra $ on top of the extra $ for the design) then refused to even do glitter the way I wanted .... dont even let ur nails dry they rush u to pay and get out the door ....what I wanted versus what I got !!

Nails turned out great. They were a little lumpy at the end but they lasted forever and held up really well. The guy who did my nails however was rude. I have hearing problems and couldnt hear/understand him well at all and was being patient with him but he was extremely rude. Yelled at me at one point and muttered under his breath almost the entire time (in direct response after I would try to answer a question he asked). I wanted to walk out at one point but he had already started and my nails wouldve been ruined if I left halfway through.

This place is for the birds, my dip looks like a freaking toddler did my nails. Went yesterday and already cracked and so thin. Never again they have RUINED my natural nailsssss

Got a very good manicure and pedicure.

I got basic pedicure and design. It was okay, but he didnt get all the dry skin off my heels. It would also be nice if they had sample of what designs they draw instead of asking me what kind of flower I wanted. They also raised the price $5 more than they used to charge because of covid, which I wouldnt have minded if he did a good job.

My was friendly and had my nails looking beautifully very quickly! I loved my experience and I am so happy with my nails. They look spectacular!

They did a short cut on my nails. I questioned it & they assured me that it would be fine. My nails showed orange underneath with a totally different color on top. I wasnt thrilled & they lost my business!

I went in with a friend for a pedi and mani. We were both indecisive with the color we wanted for our Manicures and the guys who did our pedicures were really patient and helped us pick out colors on the gel pallets thy have. When we were seated for our manicures the lady (Elly) was very kind and consistently asked me how I was liking my nail when it came to length, shape, etc. She let me test out my gel color and I decided to pick a new one. She was very patient with me. I also asked her to copy and image on pinterest and it came out perfect!All the staff were very friendly.

This is a great clean place. Super friendly and they do a really good job on their Manis and pedis.

They messed my nail up so badly to where I had to go to the doctor and get stitches, they also kept asking me personal questions about my family!! Never again my friend had the worst experience as well!

I have not been here in a long while but I did not make appt they got me right in. They were done with in an hour. Offered mask to people that did not have one. Very great and professional. I will be going back!

They left my nails looking all crusty, never again . My finger nails bled for 2 days straight. Felt like they were talking about me the whole time .

This is a really nice place to get your nails done. Anything for that matter. They are really sweet. I’m in the military and it’s hard getting what we need but they took care of me, and my friend. They even asked if I wanted wine. SUPER FRIENDLY! If anyone said this isn’t a good nails salon, I beg to differ. I even showed up 20 minutes late, and they still took me right away.

If I could give a negative number, I would. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and that is not what I got. Instead, she kept telling me what she couldn’t do. This was the most frustrating, unprofessional and rude nail shop I have ever been to. We are paying for a service and she acted as though she was doing me a favor?! And on top of that she was VERY RUDE TO MY SON!! Will NEVER go back there again!!!!!!!!

Charging additional $5 per service due to covid, which I would have been okay with! but they waited until about 5 min after they had started on me to tell me about the fee. Nothing is posted anywhere! I literally paid $23 for 10 min worth of service (manicure, all she did was file very quickly, paint..ive never had such a quick treatment..not saying i need the world but maybe some hand lotion or something for that cost) I witnessed them do this same thing to 3 other clients in the time i was there, they need to put up a sign,when i questioned why they charged they said due to increase in cost of cleaning supplies..

Ive never been to another nail salon where they sit you in a pedicure chair or manicure station to wait over an hour for someone to get to you, usually they give you a wait time and you sit in the lobby until someone can actually take care of you AND THEN youre seated at a station. But after *an hour* of sitting in a pedicure chair, I watched their manager seat everyone who came in as if they had some mysterious extra people in the back who were going to come take care of them knowing dang well that they dont. This is a tactic to get you to think well Im already seated at a station so it wont be long and not leave. Got up and left after seeing it would be at least another 30+ minutes to get to me.

My go to salon!I think it’s important to remember that being bilingual takes a certain level of intelligence. I think most encounters of “rude employees” are actually an inability to be patient with someone whose second language is English. The entire staff is professional, kind, and talented. Nail technicians are not servants but in the business of serving people and there is a huge difference.

Had to downgrade my rating. Bummer. First time was great, upon my return was not so good. Had to ask for a top coat for my pedicure, the nail tech totally got mad at me when I wanted polish and not clear on my nails, and had a complete attitude problem when I pointed out a HUGE polish mistake. He actually grabbed my hand and cussed. When my nails where drying, he stood over me and informed me how much it would be for me and daughters nails and wanted the money right then..... thank goodness she could get the money so I didnt mess my nails up again. Oh, and they messed up her polish as well. We basically spent 2 hours being treated like an inconvenience. Heard such good things, such a disappointment.

My go-to nail salon for sure. They make sure your nails are just how you want them. I’ve been here to get acrylics, pedicure and for acrylic removal. Never had a problem with them. Very professional, friendly staff.

This is my second time going and its was just a great as the first time. Im bad with names but I have two nail tech that work there and they worth more than five stars in my book. I love the personality and just work ethic they have to make ur nails look good.. Im a customer for life. Keep up the good work...

I patronize this establishment every two weeks to get my nails and toes done. I go by today to fix my thumb nail and was asked to wait. They werent busy and the guy that asked me to wait was finishing up. I sat there for 15-20 minutes as they went outside, grabbed a bottle of water and took a woman back to get a pedicure. I left and then called back to talk to a manager. The guy who answered claimed to be a manager and said the woman they seated for a pedicure had an appointment. I called him out on it. If you wanted to be treated like your money doesnt matter, go to Kims

I got dip nails removed and there was no soaking during the removal. They were pried off and a nail grinder was used, and the result made my nails very very thin to where they are almost flimsy. I also have no issue paying for a $5 removal fee, however I was not informed of the removal fee until I was at the counter paying. Easily the worst manicure that I’ve ever had.Update: it has been a week and 3 of my nails (with gel polish) have broken due to being filed so thin and shaped poorly. Won’t return to this place.

Worst place in Clarksville hands down. I got dip and in less than a week 3 of my nails completely fell off. Anyone who has experience with dip knows it’s not suppose to do that.

Im new in Clarksville and has been looking for a nail shop. Stopped a young lady in Walmart and asked for a good nail shop and she recommended KIMS SHOP, and advised to ask for Luis. Today is my birthday and I needed my nails done. When I walked in it were very clean, staff were professional and Luis did a very good job on my coffin design nails. My friend came along with me and got a pedicure from Ms. Nicole. My friend feet looks great and she loves it too. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

They did a fine job, but the woman that did mine didnt even care to take her time. The lady that was working on my sisters nails did a fabulous job... mine look okayish wish my nail artist would of taken her time.

The lady who did my nails seemed nice but cut me 2 times (made me bleed). She did a poor job shaping my nails. She says they’re stiletto but they look like coffin mixed with stiletto. Was my first visit and my last.

I use to come here because every where else was over priced but the customer service these past few times has been horrible, they dont acknowledge you, they argue with you about what you want fixed when theyre the ones who screwed up, making my nails look like a 5 year old polished it. Actually a 5 year old can probably do a better job. Save your time and money and go else where.

BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE READ THIS!! First impressions are EVERYTHING! This was what I experienced today. My regular nail salon could not fit me in so I chose to stop in here. I called to be sure they could fit me in. There was several people waiting around the front. I walked in and told the young man what I wanted, he proceeded to argue with me several times about what I wanted. To the point that several people behind me noticed. I corrected him several times. I continued correcting him. He finally realizes that I know what I want so he sends me to the back to look at colors. As I am standing there the same man brings a price list to a lady having a pedicure. She says no thank you, I know what I want He insists so she takes it from him. After talking to her, she tells me this is a REGULAR OCCURANCE. Pressuring people into agreeing to services. She told me she was a regular but they tryed it ALL THE TIME!!!! Even with regulars!! I kindly said thank you to her, and told her that he had done the same to me, I walked straight out the door. I will not be pressured into buying something I do not want I will not fall for the little game of oh, you didnt understand me, this is what you agreed to READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!! THERE IS A HISTORY OF THIS!!! Go to US Nails instead!

Very disappointed. I have been there many times and unfortunately the service has really gone done hill in the past year. Service is slow, most of the staff is rude. They trash talk their customers because they think no one can understand their language however a few of us can! Yesterday was my last visit there. My nails look like a child polished them with polish all around my skin and toe nails are rough edged and again polish all around my skin. So sorry I have to find a new salon.

I have been going here for a while and today was my last visit. A new person did my nails, and putting aside the fact she cut me and was very rough and rushed the whole time, I could have forgiven that if I didnt leave looking like a child just painted my nails. Really sad, should screen new hires better, it looks bad on the whole place when someone has a horrible experience like I did today. Especially for a $62 gel manicure and pedicure service, I just wasted money because Ill be going somewhere asap to get this atrocious job redone.
