I had a full set on already for a place that did a really bad job on my nails so, I had them remove my nails and just get a full gel set. I spent $50The lady I got was really nice and very helpful on my nails. I lovedddd her work! I will be coming back! I even got a different cut than what I normally would get and I loved it.It’s clean and an inviting environment. So harsh smells. I was in and out very quick. Thanks!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you get Milan and ONLY Milan. Came in last week and had a great experience with her. Went back today because I broke a nail with the gel polish and wanted to get it fixed, with my mother, and was so excited to see Milan there but did not end with her. We got seated immediately - fantastic. 2 other customers, who were clearly regulars, came in after us and that was the end of any good experience. I got a tall gentleman, while my mother got the lady at station 1. The lady wrecked my mothers nails by filing them down to a nub and then criticized them for being too short. Only gave her one coat of color, which was completely see thru. On mine, filed them so short, barely covered, inconsistent in length even though I asked him to even them up, old polish showing thru. At this point, it was not worth it to get them to fix it before we left because theyve already jumped on the 2 customers that came in after us. Use your best judgment. 👌

I almost started to cry on this set. If you see the pic below you see where she cut me with the file. She never said sorry but only to go on to cut/ several more. I sit there breathing as if I was in birth classes not to to have a bad night with a headache. I don’t think I ever had anyone to do nail as horrible as station 5/6 in SKY NAIL.

Very clean and professional, I brought my daughter for a mani and pedi for her birthday. She enjoyed every minute. Our nail tech was very nice and helpful. We will be returning soon.

If I could hive zero stars I would. Went in for my Birthday to get a pedi and fill. I was told 30mins. I sat and soak my feet to the point the water got cold. Past the 30 minsThe person who came in after me was waited immediately. So I left and wont return. Nobody said a word as I put my shoes on or left.

I love Sky nails ! Blue is the sweetest, and such a perfectionist! My former nail tech had been my nails for over 15 years and I never thought Id find someone else, but I did! Ive even got my co workers sold on Sky nails !

They used to be fun. For nearly a year my coworker and I would have a girls day here with a couple of glasses of wine. Since Christmas, thats all changed. The new owner is stingy and encourages this behavior in her employees. At least, it seems to be the new norm. Customer Service is ZERO. The last hopeful thread that I had was Big Tina. Sadly, she has now moved on. I do NOT recommend this over priced worthless nail salon. Your nails will lift within a week of paying good money (and eating up your valuable limited time). Then they will charge you $5 a nail to repair them (Tina never did this, never). WTF Over? It took a long time for my nails to grow out. When they did, they had amazing care. I lost all of them, painfully so. Two broke w/i 3-5 days, and I had no time to get them repaired. After paying $10, three days later it broke clear to the nail bed. I promise you, I did not make it to two weeks without lifting, getting caught up in my hair, and 6 of them breaking. All my beautiful nails had to be trimmed back, to start again. Go to Ken Nails across StarBucks. I regret that I can not upload pics. What was I supposed to do, stop in every other night on week two and pay another $10? That female who is left in charge needs to GO!!!

I requested not to have my toenails cut, they cut them anyway. Then, the lady doing my pedicure went too deep when cleaning up my cuticles and caused me to bleed. After drying for 45 minutes, my toes still werent dry, so once I got home and put on my slippers, the polish messed up. Thats just for my toes.For my nails, I went in for a fill in and the lady told me I was not allowed to answer my phone and that whoever did my nails previously had messed them up. She started with the fill in and I could tell it would end up bad. She rushed through it so the polish dried unevenly leaving bumps and air in my nails. Today (one day after getting my mani and pedi) my polish is ruined on both my hands and feet. I will never be back to this establishment.

Its the first nail salon that I have been to more than once, Im particular in how I want my nails done and they have been very accommodating. They have a ton of colors to choose from and can do designs if you want. Quality wise they are good too I had about 3weeks worth of growth before I got them filled,my nail polish never chipped and stayed shinny the whole time. They are clean and the salon is nice and bright.I am definitely going to keep going here.

I came to this salon a couple of weeks ago and the staff gave me a warm welcome and smile at me. The nail technician thats gonna do my nail she was late, but that didnt bother me. Because when she came she took time and did great doing my Pedi. Overall I love the place and I will most likely gonna be their regular client.

I go see Brian or Tina, but everyone in the shop does a fantastic job. They always take care of me and treat me like family when I come in. They take great care of my daughter when I bring her in too. They convinced me to start getting the dipping powder on my nails because it would be healthier on my nails. My natural nails are the healthiest and longest they have ever been. I love it.

After having bad experience at other nail salons in the area a friend recommended me to KC nails and said I should make an appointment with Helen. Two other ladies did my toes and they did a great job, I got a lavender pedicure with gel polish and it looks great and was very relaxing. Helen did my finger nails and I got gel polish as well, everything looked great. They were all very careful and precise and Helen took time to make sure I was pleased with my nails after. I would recommend making an appointment and give Helen a try. I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely continue to go here while Im in the area.

So many people ask me where I get my nails done because they love my nails so much. I love how I am recognized by name and how they know my likes and dislikes. Each time o go, I leave Sky nails happy.

Today was the first time that Id ever been to Sky Nails. The Staff was very friendly and professional and on both My Mani and Pedi. The Experience Was Very Nice. You can have wine, water and tasty egg rolls while you receive attention to detail service from the friendly nail techs. I will return again for services...

I have followed Brian to this new salon. He has been the only person in town that has gotten the dip nails perfect. I have tried many other salons in town and the top coat has always peeled off. Brian is the only one to perfect this process that I have visited and I have tried 5 other salons in town!

Wayne did an excellent job fixing my nails from a previous stylist. Yeah, hes always on his phone, but hey, my nails look darn good.

Myself and my three daughters went and had our nails done. One daughter had to go back to have her nails redone and we left not because we where happy with the end product but they couldnt find one of the colors and then they fixed all but one nails. Nine out of ten where one color and one didnt match. They where uneven and looked awful. . hated the way her nails looked wish i could take a picture so everyone could see. I am adding to mine because tomorrow will be two weeks for my nails. I started to notice darkening spots on my ring finger. I took the nail off and there is a fungus growing on my nail. So I paid $70 for my daughters mess up nails that had to be redone and a lovely shade of green fugus on my nail. Will never go back!!!!!!! Do not go

So sad he might be leaving and if that happens hopes he stays in Clarksville so I can go to him where ever he goes. Unprofessional. Do not recommend. I called the KC Nails to schedule an appointment with a girl named Lee to which I was recommended. The girl on the phone (introduced herself as Christina) said OK, come! But when I asked her again if I would b seeing Lee, Christina said she is not working today. I asked when she will be at work but Christina did not tell me and instead convinced to come and promised to do a good job. I came in 15 min (as agreed to on the phone) and suddenly had 4 people ahead of me. They were all walks-ins and came minutes before i had agreed to be there. I was asked to wait a minute... then 30 min. After 1hr 30 min (and 40 minutes before closing) I left. None of the staff even tried to apologize or explain why this happened.

Went and got my nails done and my nails were being drilled and filed for 45 min. All while my thumb was cut by my cuticle . My other thumb nail was also cut down to the core so it hurts from the touch .. Other than that the color was good and my gels are cute. Just info for the workers, make sure to pay attention to what youre doing, and please dont drill the inside of peoples nails .

I sat there 40 minutes while they talked and talked and the only thing that was done was my gel polish was removed in less than 5 min. I will post the full Beauty review to my blogs, but this place has TERRIBLE customer service!

This establishment was previously KC Nails. Since the new owners have taken over, service is very poor and customer appreciation no longer exists.I experienced polish on not only my fingers but my hand. The technician continuously touched my nails with his hands and ignored my request to touch up the indentions. He was visibly upset because I asked if there was anything we can do about the indentions. He eventually fixed the indentions of 2 of the 4 nails he indented.I then decided it was no longer worth it to continue to ask if he could fix my nails and I politely smiled and asked to pay my bill. He entered the services and asked for my card. My instincts were to give him the card until I remember he never gave me the price. I asked for the total and he quoted a price that was $10 less than what the total actually was on my receipt. When I questioned the $10 increase a lady who works there begin to speak very disrespectfully. I then stated, I just want to know what the price is because this is not the amount on the receipt.Long story short. The service is substandard, the technicians are very rude and please watch your receipt if you decide to patronize this facility.

I went there for a pedicure and noticed how many ladies were waiting for eyelashes. So I went back to visit Helen for eyelashes. Wow, the price is a fraction of what it is elsewhere. I had to wait for Helen but it was worth it. The lashes are well applied. I went to my friend who paid $200 for hers and we could not tell a difference. I have washed these lashes, put makeup on and off, etc. I only wanted them for 1 day. So far these lashes have been on a week and holding up very well. I would recommend they clean up the store because a clean store draws more customers.

This isnt a good place to go. I myself witness 2 black ladies put on hold for 2 white women. Wont get no more of my hard earned money.....

If your going to work with the public in the area, you should at least understand and speak English!!!

Helen is AMAZING! Sometimes, there is a wait (like every other salon in town) I recommend always making an appointment, they are busy because they ARE the best! The owner (Helens husband) is pretty rough on you, I just dont think he realizes his strength 😂 Ive seen so many instances where people are completely horrible and intolerable human beings because they waited over an hour, even though they saw seven people already waiting; and they handle it so professionally! I really think those are the people that leave negative reviews! Id give 10 stars if it were an option! Definitely worth checking out! P.s. they have wine 🍷

Wished I would have looked at the reviews first. I brought my wife here and regret that I did. The lady that took care of my wife made her nails jagged. Her nails kept snagging her sweater afterwards. She also got nail polish on my wifes finger instead of just her finger nails. She was also rude and seemed to be angry about being at work.

Do not go here!! I would of rated lower if google would let me. To start off this salon is the most unsanitary salon i have ever seen. It also reeked of rotten food. I went in for shellac only. The women that did my nails was very rude and kept stopping to watch tv every couple minutes. I had to choose nail polish several times because either they were out of the color or the bottle was labeled incorrectly. Finally when she found a color she could use she took the bottle to the back and added something to it. Next she had me put my hand under the lamp after every 2 nails instead of the whole hand. This resulted in her getting confused and not remembering which nails had already been under the lamp. Her process was very bazaar. When all was said and done i left with nails that were half painted and clumps in the polish. Later that same day i noticed that all of the nails on my right hand were chipped. Shellac is not supposed to chip like that. The woman that did my nails was an older woman with short hair and galsses. She doesnt care about anything but getting paid. My 6 year old could of done a better job. I dont have one good thing to say about this place.
