They are very kind! I had questions upon questions about what to get and the wonderful woman at the counter answered them all. My appointment was for tomorrow but she asked if Id like to get my nails done with Ken (as requested) today instead. They were even patient enough for me to run an errand and come back. Now, mind you, its Mothers Day. To be a busy holiday and still take the time out for me and then do such an amazing job. Ken was very gentle and efficient. Ill definitely be back again and telling anybody that will listen to go as well.

I have been going to this nail salon for a couple of years now and the work they do is excellent! All the techs do great work and pay attention to detail. I go to Ken all the time and he is all business, he doesnt talk much, but he is the BEST!! when it come to his craft! and fir that alone Im a loyal customer of his!

I got dip powder manicure. She shaped my natural nails so fat and round. Odd shape. Hate it. Theyre more narrow towards my cuticle Told her, I think she tried to fix it and shape them more rounded naturally. But I think the damage was done... 🙄 particularly my middle finger. I took a photo of it.. she wasnt very friendly either...Im use to my nails being the way they are in the last photo attached with my wedding band.

KEN IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND AMAZING. MY NAILS LOOK GREAT BETTER THAN THEY EVER HAVE FROM ANYONE EVER.

Overall I love my nails. I’ll post what I wanted vs what I got 😊 I wanted pumpkin artwork on my ring fingers and my nail tech said he did not know how to do the design. I was a pretty taken back as the design was fairly simple but I understand that not everyone can do designs. I also wanted the orange crystal gel they advertised on their Facebook and he said they did not have it so I had to settle for a lighter orange in their regular gel. I paid $65 not including tip.

Went for the first time to get a full acrylic set by Ken and he did a wonderful job. I wasnt thrilled that I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time for my service but I am happy with the outcome of my nails.

After not having my nails done in a very long time I took a friends advice and came to Kens. Kevin did my nails. He did a BEAUTIFUL JOB!! I told him I was undergoing chemo and he took extra precautions and was so gentle. I came in feeling down and left feeling like a million bucks! I highly recommend Ken Nail & Spa! Make sure to ask for Kevin, he is great!!!

This place is amazing! I usually get my nails done in Indiana but I moved back here was scared to get them done. Got them done in Florida and got a terrible set of nails filled. Came today and got them done here and was so happy! The critical work with acrylic fill in is always a big thing for me and Ken did an amazing job!

If I could do no stars that’s what this rating would be, how do next day nails look like 2 weeks old. My nails were completely rushed, it was done within 30mins. I settled for this style as the nail tech could not do the style I intended, I asked him if it’s anyone else here who could do a simple matted look with heart designs, he stated no one here can do that, they are lazy. So I settled, I paid extra to add diamonds and as you can see they fall right off after my shower. Don’t waste your time or money. If you want quality manicures I suggest making appointments with the ladies on Facebook. They are very talented.

I love getting stiletto nails and I always have a hard time finding a nail technician to make them sharp the way I like. My tech filed my nails sharp without me having to say anything! She did an amazing job, Ill definitely be coming back!

Horrible!! Worst manicure ever!!!The person who did my manicure added shellac twice from one bottle, then grabbed a second bottle to do a third coat, which put two different shades of pink on my nails, didn’t notice till I walked out.Then the shellac started wearing off on day two😡 not worth $45.00

They are quick but diligent and they do an amazing job on nails. My tech was great and did a awesome job, especially considering what she was working with. Would highly recommend!

Went in for a fill in and was asking the nail tech what better products or services I should get due to my nails always lifting within days. I was rudely told I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU In front of an entire salon of people and my daughter who was to be serviced as well. Ive been coming here for a while but never again! Had to continue to correct the guy and he still did it all wrong. Didn’t do the shape correctly, the colors are not correct.Wanted to charge me $25 to fix it. I paid $75 for something I did NOT ask for. He put gel on my nails I DIDN’T ASK FOR GEL. Sanitary. Chairs are comfortable. Nail techs very friendly. My actual nails turned out great. I got classic mani/pedi with regular polish. Definitely a nice, relaxing experience. Will be returning. Today was my first time coming here and I absolutely LOVE it! Today, I got a full set with acrylic powder. She was just a pleasure, I love how attentive and professional she was.

Great place and super comfy massage chair! Seems pretty new. Nothing is broken or worn here. Good location because not too congested, although small parking lot. Some folks are friendly, some, not so much🤷‍♀️. Kinda hit or miss. They do have extremely convenient hours, closing at 8pm on weekdays. I showed up at 7:28pm for a pedicure add a walk in and they took me. So that was fantastic. Prices are reasonable and they do so much! I highly recommend as they actually do more designs on Nails than most salons in the area.They also do lashes - medium, natural looking, starting costs at $48.

Just please remember that you are doing customer nails. Meaning, we are wearing the nails. Meaning, if you ask me “do i need to fix something” i politely say “yes sir, can you please file this way a bit more”. DO NOT SWOOSH MY HAND AWAY SAYING MY FINGER IS CURVED. I hate that line with a passion. You can file a certain way to still have my nail not look so curved with my so called curved finger because my finger wasn’t curved before i got in the building. You guys do amazing work, but we are wearing the nails so if you ask me if i like it or i ask you to please fix something politely, you’re getting paid and a tip to do, fix it politely please!

My tech was so gentle and amazing! I went with the gel pedicure as I wanted it to last for a while. She asked me after painting each toe if I like it. I was so relaxed.

Friendly staff, pleasant environment. However, the technician was quite rough with and reliant upon the drimmel. In the past, Ive had techs at other salons not even use drimmels. I ended up with a small cut on one fingertip. The color and shape look great, but I noticed that all the techs seemed to rely on the drimmels, so if youd like a different technique used, you may want to check out another nail salon.

I really dont want to be writing this because Im not a karen & I would love to support them, but I think its important that potential customers are aware & that Kens gets genuine feedback so they can improve their business. I used to go to Kens somewhat often 2-3 years ago & was very happy with the quality of their work (I go for gel nails), so I was very disappointed with this last visit recently. The nail tech cut up my fingers, & I acknowledge that this can happen sometimes, so I brushed it off- until I brought up Kens to my friends & got tons of comments about how their fingers were torn up pretty badly. Even my Lyft driver who was taking me to a different nail salon said it happened to her! Also, my nails looked like they already needed a fill when they were completed & when I went elsewhere for a fill & color change, I didnt mention that I got them done elsewhere but the nail tech asked me where I got them done because they were too thin & he had to fix them.

The man was very good, not rushing perfected my nails. The only thing was The workers need to let customers know whats extra. I chose a gel color and apparently they didnt have it. So he offered me the cat eye but I didnt know it was extra. I mean I DIDNT pay it bc I didnt know but for future references make sure yall verbalize anything thats extra even if somebody doesnt ask

Clean and good staff. The work they do is good depending on who you get. Price is a bit high especially for a child to get a manicure and pedicure.

I got a pedicure and manicure by Helen on Sunday. My pedicure was fine. I got gel over my natural nails. The polish is completely uneven, all over my skin, bubbles . looks awful. $35 just for my gel. I could of painted my nails myself better then this. I would not recommend this place I have never had work this terrible

Originally I went to kens nails and had a really bad experience but I went back and ken fixed my nails and wow he did such an amazing job. So if you go to kens nails i recommend making an appt with ken he is the absolute best

This place is so awesome ! I love their customer service and the way this place looks they always have awesome pedicures available that you feel like at a spa and pampered.

This salon has some great artists, however they need to work on their customer service. They are rude and do not listen to the customer. I went for an overlay fill and while painting my nails, the polish was getting ruined, not by me but the polish was no good and when I put my hands under the lamp, it wrinkled. The tech was accusing me of messing it up. He even said that he wasnt planning on working on me all day if I kept messing it up. It took another person to come and verify that in fact it was my polish and not me. The tech didnt even apologize. I was planning on making an appointment for a party of 6 for both mani and pedi. Will not do it here. Lost me as a customer. This is the second time they are rude. I excused the first time, since we are all allowed a bad day but this treatment was unacceptable. Its too bad since like I mentioned before, they are great artists.

This place is horrible please do not go of you want to keep your nails I will be posting pictures of all the damages caused by the nail tech there. These peopledont belong doing business here. No person should go here. By the way when you go for a soak off they will just rip nails off that arent close to coming off with the other tip of a acrylic. So that is how the damage started and how I have like no skin in my nail beds and well no nail. I have literally never had this happen they are so bad Ive had acrylics for very long and just wow. This place needs to go.

I get a powder nail overlay that looks amazing even a month later... I cant say enough good things about how well my nails look and for how long. :) pictures are worth a thousand words, so Im including one fresh set and a set after a month.

I have been going to Kens for over a year now. I currently drive an hour to see Simon because be gets the job done. He takes his time and my nails always last. Now he isnt to friendly......so dont expect any small talk. And sometimes if be doesnt understand what you are asking he is quick to get an attitude. But obviously his skills are worth it and I could care less about that if my nails are going to look good and I know they are going to last.I also wanted to add they ate very clean. Simon give me the file he used on my nails everytime which shoes they arent using sams files on each client. Especially after the covid craziness.....I still feel confident getting my nails done here.Long story short if you want some fancy nails for a special occasion check out Simon you wont be disappointed 😉

I called for a late appointment (would’ve been the last of the day) i was told to come in and when i got there they said no and i told them i shouldn’t have been told yes so they agreed to take me then a nail tech and up to me and said i could be seen and after i explained i was told i could he sat me down and then he was pointing at me laughing and speaking another language to the other techs while we were walking and they were laughing as well which made me uncomfortable. Then he removed all of my nails and glued one down and got up and said “one sec@ spoke to the other techs pointed at me and laughed some more. At this point everyone was staring at me. No one spoke to me . I saw him grab a suitcase and walk out . I asked wild i be seen they said yes but the tech left and had to go to the airport and said “ we’re closing soon did you want to be here all night” i asked if i would definitely be taken care of otherwise I’d pay for nail removal and leave i was brushed off and then i brought up him pointing at me and laughing while speaking to them in another language they assured me no one was talking about me but he was pointing at me. While removing my nails he was tough and when i said “ ooh ooh” because my cuticle was still attached to the nail he mimicked me “ooh ooh” and laughed also. I felt so disrespected so i got up with one bail glued down, how he left me and threw a 20 on the ground and walked off. Whether i was being made fun of or not it’s all about perspective and that was rude also Mimi king someone while you’re hurting them is very unprofessional and disgusting behavior and yes i told them pick it up rather than handing it to them because that’s the level of disrespect i felt and hey at least i tipped them because nail removal is NOT $20

I wasnt overly impressed with my pedicure this time, however the gentleman who did my manicure did wonderful! He was super fast and did just what I asked for...I believe his name was Eric. I walked into this place and liked it instantly. Everyone were all so nice and open to talking. The owner was giving me nail care tips as she gave me my massage and also tips on how to make the polish last longer! I thought that was awesome. Ill be back. The price is reasonable too.
