I went in for a pedicure on a Monday afternoon. I got the $37 one that is supposed to be upgraded from a standard pedicure. Let me say there was NO difference. Don’t waste your money getting anything upgraded. The nail tech didn’t scrub my feet well, didn’t shape my toe nails well, certainly did not moisturize my feet good enough (they were actually more dry after the pedicure) and the paint job is horrid. The only positive was there was only a 10-15 minute wait. I do not recommend this place.

This place is great! The gentleman who does my nails is professional, works fast but meticulous and does great work! I LOVE their holographic glitter gel!! Definitely will continue to go to them! ✨✨✨✨✨

Great customer service. Ive been a customer since VIP opened. Ken is fast and accurate with his nail services. The pedicures are relaxing and detailed with a number of options for extras like hot towels I highly recommend this nail salon.

I am really particular about my nails not saying he didnt do a decent job but I want my nails to look spot on and I looked at my nails n he placed 3 nails on slightly crooked. The gel is thicker n thinner at spots. I didnt notice until I was leaving n I had an appointment to get to. No one was there when I got there so there was no need to rush and no get it done right. I will continue my search for a great nail salon. Tue more I look at my nails and think about it the more I hate it.

Fast and friendly. Kenneth has been wonderful everytime even when I had bitten my nails super short. Also they did great with my 4yo in getting hers painted.

If I could give them a zero star review I would. My mother, my little sister and I are regular customers and we usually all go together or in pairs when we go to the nail salon, but today my little sister had to go alone. She got a full set & her eyebrows done. My little sister paid $60 all together when it shouldn’t have been. It should have been $40. Her full set was simple nude coffin shaped. AND IT WAS SHORT. They were not long at all. So that set should have been $30. $25 if they don’t add extra for shape but I don’t know if they do & an additional $10 for her eyebrows. We always get our eyebrows done by the lady that sits in the first chair. So when someone else tried to do my sisters eyebrows she asked for the lady who always does them & she told her no because she had to finish someone else’s nails. Any other time we are their she does them while doing someone else’s nails & her eyebrows don’t even look good. I feel like they tried to get over on her because she was a kid. We will NOT be returning here ever again.

The staff takes great care of my mother whenever I take her in. The staff understands dementia and treat her like a queen. Her nail jobs last longer than any other place I have visited over the years, making our lives easier. The employees have pleasant personalities, which always makes the experience great.

The product they use is very CHEAP

I will never get my nails done here EVER again! The nail artist that did my nails is horrible. My nails look like I went and got press on at the dollar tree. And he wouldnt stay off the phone. I didnt even get color and he couldnt paint my nail with the clear coat right. I wish I could post a picture of how my nails look right now a week later. I promise I will never go back there. If u really want quality and care for ur nails, dont go here.

I love getting my nails done by Ken. He is fast, does a great job, and gives me what I ask for (I like my nails SHORT for work and not too thick). Repeat customer, very happy with my experience here.

I love this place! Kens been doing my nails for over 10 years and hes the best! Hes quick and does a great job Every Single Time. Great massage chairs here to relax while getting your pedi!

I wish I didnt have to give such a low rating because the pedicure I received by the American lady here was great. She took her time and I was very pleased with the results. Now when I went for a full acrylic set the other day my experience was disappointing. I am embarrassed of these nails. The first tech had my nails too skinny and extremely crooked and had the acrycil painted on my skin and not close to my cuticle so it looked like I already needed a fill! He got rude with me and asked if I wanted the other tech to do my nails. The other tech appeared to be the owner. He rushed thru them, was very rough, and made my fingers sore. They are bulky, lumpy, crooked, and the paint job is awful. Because of this experience and awful customer service I wont be back here.

DONT GO HERE! Save your coins and go elsewhere. I paid $40 for the WORST set of gel nails I have ever received from Kenneth. They werent even real gel nails because he used regular polish and used a gel top coat. My acrylic was incredibly thick and uneven. He rushed the entire and simply did not care about the quality of his work.

I told the guy I was not happy with my nails, he looks at it and says its fine. It looks like the acrylic is just sloppily gooped on them. Never going back there.

I came here for a last minute pedicure before my vacation. I got there 10 mins before closing and they still saw me...and the pedicure was great! His leg massage was amazing...not just an afterthought! This is also where I take my grandma when she wants a mani-pedi. Theyre always thorough, attentive and gentle. We will keep coming here!

This place has mixed reviews and i cannot see how. My experience was great. I got a mani and pedi with shellac on my hands. Both were done with attention to detail. I normally go somewhere else but for the 10 extra bucks this place is worth it. I told him i wanted red red with no orange or pink hues. He hooked me right up and they look fabulous. I will be back.

I went for the first time last week before Thanksgiving. I was disappointed with my gel nail job and customer service experience. My time there was extremely rushed and not done very nicely. Gentleman doing my nails wasnt the friendliest towards me as he was towards his appointments that walked in. My finger nails were not cut evenly at all (I came in with very long evenly cut finger nails). I had to file my nails once I got home because the tips were rough. Color was wrong, so half way through got right color and just painted on top real fast. I maybe had 1 minute under the UV for both hands because I was rushed out and told I was done. I was given a discount without even asking because I think they knew they hadnt given me their best experience. Will not be going back for my nails.

It took me 30 minutes to get acrylics put on and painted. And I don’t mean that in a good way. This guy rushed so he could be done. My nails are uneven lengths, they weren’t filed nearly as well as they should have been. It was just the one guy I had a problem with.

First off Im a nail novice. I havent had my nails done since my senior prom almost ten years ago. I picked VIP bc of the great reviews and I for the life of me cant see why. I went in to get a gel set without a tip bc my natural nails are already a good length. Ken understood what I was asking for and obliged. That is where my kind words for Ken and this shop end. My nails arent even in shape, thickness or length, the polish isnt coated evenly and when I asked for an additional coat to darken the nude color, he looked at me like I had a foot growing out of my face, huffed and puffed before commanding me to sit down, slamming the polish bottle down when he stomped over. Then, I accidentally bumped my nail in the dryer and caused a divet, he didnt bother fixing it before starting to apply the gel coat. I had to make a point of directing his attention to the messed up spot. I apologized profusely and he just raised his voice and told me if I wanted it to get done I needed to not mess them up. Ken was so incredibly rude I was nearly in tears when my husband came to get me. For a first time experience, this was awful. I will not be back here EVER again and I will NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.

Just awful. Got there an hour before close telling them I wanted a mani and pedi. They took me like it could be done and only did my pedicure. The.guy kept checking the clock and made me feel bad for being there. He kept trying to tell me what to do to save time.
