Most of us don’t enjoy a trip to the dentist, but I always leave this place feeling great. Dr. Armstrong and Lena are always pleasant, courteous, and thorough. Everything they do is explained precisely. Can’t say I look forward to dental procedures, but this is the best office to have them done!

I was disappointed! I was called if I could make an earlier appointment! Never did they mention that I was seeing a different hygienist! No mention when I arrived. I found out that my hygienist moved on by the new hygienist. The new hygienist was fine but not to be forewarned was unprofessional. It also left the new person in a position of facing an annoyed patient. It was totally unfair to her.

I love Mondavi Dental. They always call to remind me of my appointment, they always take me on time, and the staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly!

Needed an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. They were able to get me in within a day. Everyone is professional and caring.

Feels like a giant insurance money grab. It wasn’t about connecting with patients, it was a constant sell.Told me I should get fluoride (I’m an adult) without mentioning it is almost always not covered by insurance or how much it was. I was surprised when my basic cleaning (always covered by insurance) came to $60.Just despicable.I will spend years recounting this story to anyone who asks around the office if anyone knows of a good dental practice.

The best dentistry around! Dr. McAdams has been my dentist for many, many years. I have a very challenging, narrow mouth, and hes performed wonderfully skillful dentistry. His staff is pleasant and efficient, obviously led well.

Mistakenly entered the building without reading the instructions on the door. I had my mask on. Made to feel pretty dumb. do you have an appointment, didnt you read the sign on the door? My best to Dr. McAdams, you will be missed!

Dr. Armstrong is fantastic. Her injection of Novocaine was the least painful and least unpleasant of my life. She is amazing! She filled three cavities at once and I didnt even grip the armrest!

Im not sure what kind of sorcery Dr. McAdams used for my root canal, but there was absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. Im not particularly fond of dental procedures and was quite apprehensive to have a root canal, but it was easy and painless. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

The treatment I received was Warm & Friendly from the moment I step through the door . Natalie was very kind and caring. She understood I was apprehensive about going to the Dentist. Natalie and Dr. McAdams made all the fears melt away. I was walked through each step of my visit and shown photos and x-rays, also had everything explained to me so I could understand what I had going on and needed. I will recommend Mondovi Dental to anyone !! They gave me Quality care as well as my smile back !!

My recent visit to Breakwater Dental was for my 6 month cleaning process and with tremendous consistency, the entire team exceeded expectations beginning with the greeting and check in process and culminating with the confirmation of my next appointment and making the necessary adjustments to my recently changed insurance. The care and attention are superb and I would highly recommend Breakwater Dental to those individuals and families that are seeking an excellent dental experience.

This comes from a dentalphobe - no reason to be scared here. The folks at Breakwater totally get it and are very understanding. The explain whats going one and what you can expect. The cleanings Ive had are very thorough. The other great thing is they dont spend time selling crowns or other expensive work -respectful of the patients financial concerns.

Terry was very comprehensive, provided a through exam, and explained procedures well. All my questions were answered and we discussed options for future care.

I was taken aback at the price charged for my recent replacement of the backing behind my bottom. teeth. The work was fine but the charge was $429, as if I had had 3 fillings. I do not believe that was the charge for my previous 3 repairs to this backing to control these teeth as one is very loose. No longer is that the case, but I question calling this backing a filling and being charged for 3 fillings. Please help me to understand this high price. The new dentist, Dr. Armstrong did the work. Previously it was done by Dr. McAdams.

I felt very safe with all health and safety protocols followed in this time of pandemic. Because of several recommendations given by my hygenists here over the past couple of years, my dental health has increased dramatically. My numbers are better than when I used to see a periodontist. I always have an awesome experience here. Im on the wussy side when it comes to having dental work done, because of lots of bad experiences in the past. So Im a bit sensitive to these things. Dr. McAdams is literally the FIRST dentist to do something when I twitch in pain. Rather than telling me it wasnt so bad, he changed drills to a lower RPM one that didnt use the stream of water, and voila, no more pain. As simple as that, and my afternoon was much better than it would have been if I had to sit there and deal with the awful pain of having your tooth drilled into when you can still feel it.They really care about you here, and they do what they can to make your visit the best possible. Plus, they have top notch equipment in there, and theyll even let you watch your crown being made if you ask nicely! If you live in the mid cape and youre looking for a dental practice, this is the one.

Waited 20 minutes before the staff told us the dentist was running late due to an emergency and asked if we wanted to reschedule. We asked how much longer, she checked and found out it would be 5 more minutes. So we waited 25 minutes for a 2 minute appointment then was told to wait in the check-out line which was backed up. The check-out line took 10 minutes. I dont understand why we have to wait in line to check-out when she just told us that we were all set. I think you should change your check-out procedures. That was totally not necessary.
