I am happy 😊 to have been fingerprinted at this location. The gentleman was kind enough to inform me about how the permanent marker I had on my fingers could negatively effect my health as well as my fingerprints. Because of this he took time and did them over several times. And I must say the prints came out OK!!

Its a little tricky to find but if you pay attention to directions its easy to find. The man working is very polite and makes sure everyone is served politely and safely. Very clean office

My experience was great !!! I had Jay he was an awesome young man he greeted ask me to please sign in and he then shed for my Id and registration number .The process was very fast he certainly knew how to get the prints on a roll 😂thanks Jay .I went about 10 and was in and out 5min .He also said have a wonderful day when I was leaving he gets 10stars .

I talked to the owner over 3 months ago planning a visit with him for fingerprints, I finally got all my paperwork straight and when I visited today I called his name he actually still knew who I was, I was impressed, he is a man about his business I was in and out in 5 min I would recommend his services to anyone keep up the good work boss.

Unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. They never answer the phone. I had to call all day to finally speak to someone. I made an appointment for 9:30 and the owner made me wait in line. I told him I should have got my background check at my designated appointment time. He was very rude and told me “I could go somewhere else for my background check.” I told him his business is unorganized and he said he wasn’t going to give me my background check. He proceeded to say he was going to call the job I needed a background check for and tell them I was “rude and nasty”. Highly disrespectful. If a customer is not satisfied, LISTEN AND FIX THE PROBLEM. Don’t go into my personal life and try to ruin a job opportunity for me. If I could give this place a 0/5 rating I definitely would. DON’T GO HERE!!

This man is incredibly rude. I will not be going here for my fingerprinting. I will be going somewhere where the people are helpful and professional and not so impatient and rude.

This guy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I called for help finding him and he told me that I need to read and follow directions.Upon entering he proceeded to tell me how I should have asked for his help. I came for fingerprinting and not a lecture. He also told me my information was not approved although I received an email. He should be removed from Clayton County’s lists of services.It’s not what you say but how you say it.Its sad to say our black people suck at customer service and for this reason it will take us forever to prevail.

I’ve called two days ahead and a day before to make an appointment for Saturday (2/15/20) and each time the person on the phone said they’ll be bad weather could I come in today. I wouldn’t be calling to make an appointment if I could make it the day of. I’ve been looking up the weather forecast for the past two days and there’s no sign of bad weather for that day. I haven’t even been to the place and it’s already giving out bad vibes. Highly dissatisfied with the business. If you are not open for business then please say so.

This guy is very professional and helpful!!! This place is hard to locate because it not located inside the plaza, however, if you read the website directions it will give you precise location. When I was there, several clients tried entering thru suite D-1, and CCC Fringerprinting is located in the rear suite D-10.

The lady at the desk was very rude and unprofessional.If you don’t want to deal with clients then stay home.Very ghetto here I don’t recommend.

Very unprofessional. I called to find out if I needed an appointment or if walks in were available and the guy I spoke with told me to call back within an hour because he had to go pick up his car. I called back within the time I was told and the same man states that he’s closing if I’m not there by 3:45-4:00pm because, he has to get his car. The business hours are open until 5:00pm. This was very unprofessional and I decided to drive further out to a fingerprinting company because I will not give anyone my business who is rude, unprofessional, or talks to their potential customers with an attitude.
