We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tindall Park. The apartments are well appointed and the smaller number of units in the complex created a more comfortable feeling vs some of the massive apartment complexes that you see. The staff at Tindall Park work to create a sense of community for residents by hosting events, and introducing neighbors. The maintenance team was quick to respond, always resolved the issue and were friendly. The home purchasing program is great incentive for flexibility in leasing time. Thank you Corey and team for a great transition to Charlotte!

This is such a beautiful apartment community, but they have a serious roach problem. Very disappointing, especially at the high pricing. You definitely don’t expect to see this at a high end community like this. But we encountered at least 2-3 roaches a day in the building hallways and in our apartment. They sent someone to spray, but it didn’t help things. We also tried buying professional grade bug spray and keeping the corners and entryways sprayed, but once a building has roach issues it’s inevitable to keep seeing them. We ended up deciding to move out because of this. If you don’t mind seeing bugs every so often then you’ll otherwise love everything about this community. But we’re not accustomed to living with this, and at $2500-3000+ per month rent, roaches and bugs shouldn’t be an issue.

Worst possible place for safety. maintenance will walk in whenever they wish despite instructions to contrary. Safety is non existent. Card game is held for outsiders 2x a week and guests roam halls till early morning. These same quests leave doors open so anyone can get in. At least three residents I know left early. In addition another left for roaches.Tenants are positive people but owners and management are blind to simple safety matters.

We were new to apartment living after 40+ years in our own homes. The apartment is great and the move was made easier with your prompt attention to a few settling-in issues. Thank you for all your continuous help!

High end custom finishes and design genuinely make this a unique place to live near South Park. Incredible attention to detail. Many homes are over 2,000 square feet with 3-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms + formal dining room and office. It feels like youre walking into a custom home in Myers Park, but without any maintenance repairs, landscape expense, taxes, etc. High-speed WIFI is easy to access. Theres even an on-site fitness facility and covered parking with convenient elevator access. Perfect if youre looking for upscale and maintenance-free in a great neighborhood. Or, if youre tired of the burden and headaches involved with homeownership!

Incredible location with beautiful residence unlike anything else in Charlotte.
