I lived in this apartment building for 2 years, the location of it is good and easily accessible, near lots of new restaurants/bars.My experience living here was ok, my car was broken into twice in the parking lot and its even more frustrating because there is no security cameras anywhere even when the property management knows about the safety issues in the area.Also, the maintenance of the building could have been better. The AC in the common area was broken for 1 whole summer, and my ticket to have repaired was falsely completed since the humidity inside the building was continued. and as far as cleaning, the building does not have an in-house team thats in charge of cleaning common areas, so there would be times that smells and spills would accumulate in the building staircases and some hallways between cleanings.Lastly, and the biggest reason I am writing this review, is the unprofessional way I was treated when calling to dispute a $124 fee I am being charged for a supposed flea infestation in my apartment that I was never aware of and only found out about until 2 months later after my move out date. I am a clean and organized person and feel almost insulted that they charging me for something I never had a problem with, specially so long after I have moved out.The apartment spaces are nice and recommend them, but dont recommend the way this apartments are managed.

Great property, near everything while also being nice and quiet. My Niche does an awesome job making sure everything is well maintained and Ive never had an issue to need to call maintenance.
