I love it here, area is so close to uptown. The staff is professional and very kind. Mesha always answers promptly whenever I have any concerns. The maintenance team are very skilled they come right away when needed. I recommend it.

The property is nice & close to uptown! Tabatha has been very helpful on the requirements and ins & outs of the property. She’s pretty helpful if you’re needing help with trying to get in here.

Tabatha Brown is very polite and professional. She is very knowledgeable of her job. She made me comfortable and at home during my visit. The Alexander’s will be a great place to live.

After several weeks of trying to get other competitors to talk about what they had to offer, I stumbled on Alexander AH. What a difference in the way I was treated. Moving to another area, let alone another state has been difficult for me and my family. Having someone to take the time to talk with me meant everything. Thank you Tabitha for being awesome.

I have been living here for 3 years and I love it the management is great. They work with me and they are very involved with the community back to school drives and much more. I wish I had the best experience with the staff at this complex. I would never want anyone to go through what I had to experience. It is not a good feeling to feel belittled, embarrassed and uncomfortable. Words you do not want to hear when youre looking to call somewhere home. Maybe Tabatha and Meesha is the best to some but I can honestly say they are the worst to some as well. If youre looking to move here just move with caution. There are good reviews on this place and there are bad ones too.

Great Place....Pay your rent on time, keep your place clean (no problem).The staff in the office was very professional. My maintenance request has always been completed within 24-48 hours of my request. I have NEVER had a problem with office staff nor maintenance. Location is very convenient to downtown.

Staff is very rude... And if they feel like your not good enough they treat u like trash. Its suppose to be a good community now but its still the same bs but at a higher price.

So I have been here for two years and never seen the staff do anything for children. They make you feel like you’re not welcomed. The staff here is so rude. I don’t even want to call in work orders. I will not be renewing my lease. Get those immature girls out of here.

The people here are so rude. I dont understand if they know what customer service is or if they dont care about having a job. but if you can move somewhere else because these people seem like the type of people who will make you have a bad day becuase they are having one.

After reading some of the reviews I will admit I was hesistant about reaching out to this leasing office about a rental. But I will say the comments about Lamessa Dodd have been incorrect in my case. I reached out to her through email and she was very pleasant and helpful with all my questions. I personally cant wait to meet with the staff and hopefully become a tenant when my move is complete. There is no doubt that The Alexander is a beautiful looking community. Shout out to the designer! However the attitudes of that Tabatha and Meesha clouds all of the beauty of this community. Everyone experiences are different. Most like that ratchet talk, gossiping and drama as do Tabatha and Meesha.

I have been here since April 2016 when I first came here I had a sense that I could call this place my new home and when I got my keys for the first time and walk in my own apartment it did not feel like an apartment it felt like this was my house something I have always dreamed about the staff here are incredible the maintenance people are remarkable they teach you things to help upkeep your own apartment ( home)and I just would like to say thank you very much for having such a beautiful place for me and my daughter to live in its quiet its very safe to live here and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to live in a beautiful safe sophisticated up-to-date worry-free home, again thank you so much for letting me call this my home my daughter thanks you as well God bless everyone

5 stars for Meghan V. Ive been apt hunting for awhile and she made it easy for me. She was pleasant and I like the layout of the verdoyer or maybe the cottage. Both were really nice.

The property is always clean and very welcoming. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable and willing to assist with any questions and quick to remedy any issues. I would definitely recommend the Alexander to anyone!

I want to write this review because I witnessed a situation that happen today here at the Alexander apartments and I cant wait for a response from management. As I was visiting a family member I over heard Tabitha Brown yelling at Mesha about a resident. Her excat words was Mesha look at her over there reading that paper looking stupid. If words could explain how I felt for that woman with her children in the car. I can only imagine how uneasy she may feel living here. Thats a moment where you wish you have a camera out so you can record what was going on. I will be searching for their manager and I will speak on her behalf as a witness. Thats consider bullying. On or off the clock you should display professionalism.

Look it a good apartment complex but today a bus crash into the building

I cant go outside and play. Meesha n tabitha called my mom stupid. They are mean. I dont want to live here with if they hurt my mom.

Everything is so nice and its in a clutch part of town. 2 Year waiting List B. If youre looking to move now just try somewhere else. Lol staff is friendly though.

Very upset that they left us outside in the scorching heat knowing we needed the keys inside to our building. The office closes at 5, and they left at 4 right before we told them that we needed a key since we were locked out. They said all we needed was a call from the person who resided in the building and they would open it. Then they leave 1 hour early before they close. Very disappointed.

After several attempts to contact the office (inquiring about leasing). Some lady answered the phone. she sounded fed up with her job, life or people. Not a place for me just off of that and after reading the reviews- that was Icing on the cake.

Good Afternoon, I was looking at the property and fell in love with the pics and layout. I live in New York and plan on moving to Charlotte on August 1st. I have been trying to reach someone via telephone for the last two weeks and no one has been answering at all.

The apartments are very clean and big and all the staff in the office is very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

I went to put in for an appointment one afternoon and as I was standing their the manager was so unprofessional calling this young lady stupid in front of her children that turned me off I’m looking for some place I can call home and this apartment complex is not a home who wants to live like that
