They deserved a NEGATIVE 5 stars. If you have any opportunity to live somewhere else you should stay away from this complex. The management company has been HORRIBLE to our family. My mother passed away and they are being extremely difficult. They are rude and uncaring and ask for unbelievable complex things for us to get into my mothers apartment. They immediately changed the locks. They have no clearly defined policies. If you try to reach the Corporate office - no one will call you back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

This place is so unprofessional and so unresponsive!! I’ve been calling to get work orders in and nobody will answer the phone and on top of that they put black paper up on all the windows in the office so on one will see them in there!! Crazy!!!

I’ve been staying here for a year coming up on feb 25, & my experience with apartment complex have been great when something need to be fixed I call and put the notice in and someone will be right out to fix it, they Exterminate every week if needed, they keep the grass cut and apartments clean, far as the neighbors I haven’t had any problems at all it’s pretty quiet to me over here I love it great place to live.

My waters been out for 6 hours, went by office to notify them. They had no idea why,and told me to call charmeck 311. They have no infro either on why my water is out and neighbor underneath and next door have no water either. Ill be calling again to find our whats going on!!Also pool never opened Again this summer..

Never had a problem here for over 5 years.. NOW THIS PLACE IS CRAP.. They are trying to make it affordable homes but they are screwing the other residents in the process. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

It is sad they no longer will help those who need housing but need subsidized rent. How can they evict people that have been living there like that?????

Its summer time .. Its hot and this is the second day Ive walked to the pool with the kids to find that its not open due to damage that happend over the weekend, I called yesterday to see when it would be opening up since I was told it would be closed all week and was told it would be open today and I walk to the poi to find that its not only closed but no ones in the office and theres nobody in the office when it says that there where supposed to be there at 9:00Am do not rent these apartments. Your better off renting across the street, there much nicer and the pools always open

This is the worst place to live!!! They lost one of my packages, maintenance NEVER fixes anything and some of the office staff is rude and unprofessional!!! When I first moved here the office staff was amazing and they knew you by name, but since weve gotten new management everything is HORRIBLE!!! I hate it here and I am trying to move NOW! This is one of the worst places to live in terms of office staff and maintenance, but at least its in a good neighborhood!

NO STARS! It makes you put one! This place is NOW horrible! The new management team are rude, unprofessional and DO NOT care about any one person at this complex. Sad after 6 years if I could click my heels, Id be gone! Pictures to come on how we just have to deal with it.

Stonehaven east is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to live in east Mecklenburg. Under their new management, the property has gone straight to CRAP!!!!!! The customer service is horrible, the apartments are in terrible condition, maintenance does not or does a poor job with repairs. Their bookkeeping is atrocious and the crime rate has increased dramatically. Personally I feel sorry for anyone that lives there.

Stonehaven is an apartment complex from HELL!!!!!! My family and I have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs and the management changed for the worse!!! Nothing gets fixed! They took 2 weeks to fix a broken nob on my kitchen sink and I had to use plyers to turn my water off and on. The office is ALWAYS closed and they always have the voicemail on when u call. Maanagment is very rude and they dontbkniw the meaning of curteous customer service. Never lived anywhere so horrible. Do not move here! Dont waist ur time or money. Love the neighborhood but hate this apartment complex. It makes the neighborhood look so bad.

SEVERAL MONTHS AGO, I FILLED APPLICATION OUT, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, GOT APPROVED FOR 1 BDRM APT. NEXT DAY, WAS TOLD RENT AND DEPOSIT; BUT B4 I COULD MOVE IN, I HAD TO HAVE UTILITY SERVICE TRANSFERRED IN MY NAME, WHICH I DID. BUT AFTER THE TRANSFER OF THE SERVICE, MANAGEMENT, SOME NEW LADY COMES IN LOOKING OVER MY APPLICATION, AND TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO BE MOVED ON THE BACK OF THE WAITING LIST BECAUSE OTHERS FROM 2 YEARS BACK HAS BEEN WAITING. ?? WHAT?! SHOULDNT THEY HAVE DECIDED THAT B4 THE APPROVAL OF MY APPLICATION AND UTILITY TRANSFER? ITS A GOOD THING I HADNT YET GAVE MY THEN PRESENT LANDLORD NOTICE TO VACATE PREMISES: ..CAUSE I WOULD THEN HAVE BEEN AS A HOMELESS WOMAN. NOT ONLY THAT; BUT I ALSO RECEIVED A SMALL UTILITY BILL FROM STONEHAVEN EAST, DUE TO UTILITY TRANSFER IN MY NAME: BUT I FORWARDED BACK TO STONEHAVEN MANAGEMENT FOR THEIR PAYMENT. AND YES THEY PAYED THE BILL! BECAUSE I SURE WASNT! I HADNT YET MOVED INTO THE APT, EVEN AFTER BEING SHOWN THE APT. AND BEING TOLD I WOULD BE MOVING IN. SURELY, THESE ARE NOT PPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS. THUMBS DOWN FOR THEIR NEW MANAGEMENT!

Very slow service, filled out one app and they lost it but thats not new for C.H.A. FOR MEN IN NEED IT Seems LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A BLACK MALE!!!!!!! But thats C.H.A. IN GENERAL

Bad!!!! They dont want to fix anything!!!Wait too long for fix my AC, pool always close, trash everywhere and office always closed!!They dont care anything!

Weve Been trying to get them to fix our roof because it has water damage caused by the rain and now theres mold and they still havent done anything to fix it and its been 4 months now
