Went in today for a State Inspection, Santos performed the inspection quickly and efficiently. I stayed in the car for 90% of the time, following the simple instructions. Also, it took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Went to this location wI drove from another take 5 location they said they didn’t have any filters left for this car. The location at Katy mills claims that they just didn’t want to do it so they said this.Regardless of the situation the customer is the one at loss on this.This was very inconvenient for me to wait this long and not be provided service after waiting and then driving to another location.

People in this place are always kind, they usually have a big smile and do the work quick and effective! I like the way they offer me others services if my car needs anything else and help me to know the best recommendations for my vehicle... ill always back to the same place!

They were fast and great. They also fixed an issue that the prior place jiffy lube of 1463 had messed up. They put in the right gasket after changing my oil. A bit pricier on the oil change but worth the great service and the knowledgeable and professional staff. This is my new go to place.

I’ve been to Take 5 a few times, but every time was at a different location. This was my first time using this location because of how close I was to it at the time. When arriving I went around the back and immediately noticed that unlike the other locations I’ve been to kn the past, the entrance at the location was on the other side. Needless to say, looks like all the guys on there had a pretty good laugh out of it while they looked straight at me and crack jokes, rather than help direct a potential client the right way to go. So when I finally pulled up to the entrance to the garage, this time on the “right” side, some kid with a tattoo on his neck rudely told me to pop the hood and then when I asked him how ouch it would cost he said it just depends.. I told him that I had been here “Take 5” 3 times before and my info should be in the system... he didn’t bother to check. After going over the prices with me, I told him that I remember my car just takes the “regular stuff (oil)” and after he popped my hood he confirmed that as well. Well guess what? They’re ALL out of the oil that I need and now onstead of having to pay 40 something I was now looking at almost 70$! What a rip off!! How are you a business that strictly changes oil ALL day and you ran out of oil? And even if you did, as a business owner myself, I would give some kind of incentive to my client that has stayed loyal and used us a few times already! All in all, horrible experience and I will now be taking my car to AUTO CARE USA which I know do a GREAT job, with great customer service, and have employees that don’t act like some immature high school kids that look like they just got out of prison.

Have been coming here for years, but last visit they didn’t have oil filter for my VW. My issue was they were very vague on when they would have restock of needed filter. I then went to Autozone and purchased my own, but no credit was given for customer supplied filter by TAKE 5. Disappointing....

Yeah they are quick, like i got oil changed in approximately 7 to 8 minutes, but their prices are high

Very convenient and quick. Everyone was very professional. They checked my air filter and said it was dirty, but not enough to change it yet. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to up sell me on something I did not need yet.

Had an oil change. Staff was nice. They could not figure out how to reset my oil life indicator. I pulled out and looked it up on Youtube.. was able to rest my self within 2 mins. Car began to leak, notice dark spots on my driveway. Check engine light then came within a week. Took to a mechanic who explained the light was on because of low oil level and oil was leaking from the plug and oil filter. Im very disappointed and angry. Being nice cant cover for what seems to be incomitance.

A+!! Highly recommend! A neighbour recommended Shaun & Take Five when I noticed my car a/c was not working well. I dropped in and they were quick to have a look under the hood & assess the problem. Estimate given, part ordered and asked to come back the next day. Again I just dropped in and they repaired the a/c while I waited. Shaun even brought the old a/c hose in to show me where the hose tear was and explain why the a/c was barely pushing out cold air. Cost was slightly lower than estimate, courteous & helpful staff, quality work and now I am one of many who will recommend Shaun & Take Five to friends and family!

Fast service just look at the prices before you pull in I paid 93$ for a 50$ oil change that I usually get done from Walmart.

So Ive been taking my cars here for the better part of a decade. I get here today and Im informed theyve been bought out. Apparently the new owners think its ok to raise their prices to a ridiculous level. I used to be able to come in and get a base oil change for $30-$40 and NOW ITS DOUBLE. Thank goodness the mechanic told me beforehand.

I went in there about six months ago to get an oil change because this was the first time I needed to change my oil since the manufacturers two years of service had just expired and the drain plug was on too tight. The price was pretty steep ($70 for synthetic) but thats the price for getting someone to do it and I was able to request that they only hand tighten the drain plug. The change happened without problems until this time when I finally was changing the oil myself. It was a struggle to remove the plug again and it turns out that they had failed to put a washer on the last time they installed the plug. No damage to the car but just seemed a little sloppy especially given the price of the service.
