I have been going to this Salon probably since it opened it’s doors & it’s the very best Nail Salon I’ve ever found! The staff there has always been extremely professional, polite, proficient, and can quickly get you in and out of the salon with beautiful nails! You can even take your own nail polish if you desire. Back massage is done by the chair while you are getting a pedicure. The chairs are new and they work Perfect! I highly recommend this Nail Salon!! You won’t be disappointed.

I had one of the best leg massages at Modern Nails and my nails turned out fabulously. He did exactly as I asked and cleaned up the extra dry skin on my heels. Ive been here several times over the years and this was by far the best experience yet. I will be back!

There are 3 nail shops in Toccoa. This is where you want to go. If you want your nails to look good and not have lumpy acrylic and be all uneven, dont go no where else in Stephens county but right here! Thanks modern nails for saving my nails 😁

It’s ridiculous for a “nail tech” to have the WORST attitude toward because you explain to them you don’t like a color on your nails.I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here.

My Appointment was at 3:30. Got there at 3:15 had to wait for almost 2 hours why make a appointment when youre not even seen at that time? Ive been a loyal customer for over 2 years and its just ridiculous to have to wait that long.

When I was there yesterday. The station I sat up wasn’t cleaned from the person before me also the owner was sweeping and sweeped under the seating spot I was at and even sweeper my feet. Wasn’t relaxing.. the price was 20 dollars different then the time before I got the exact same thing.

We always have a ladies pampering day here. Tai gives great massages during pedicures and Nee can do just about any free-hand nail art you can think of, but everyone here is amazing! You cant go wrong! Their prices are great, too.

So far I dont have a complaint about my nails but this salon has hidden fees. They did not have labels on their color rings which was confusing to me as someone who does not get their nails done often. So I almost got sns instead of acrylic. Then they charged me $5 just to file my sisters nails into a point. They did not explain this at all and just expected me to know. When I went to dry my nails at the table it was dusty and dirty under there. Not cool knowing they hadnt cleaned it in awhile being Corona virus

I have been going to Modern Nails since they first opened many years ago. I love all the employees. I have never had a problem with my nails and I have always been satisfied!!!!

I just left. I’ve never been treated like this in my life. I came to treat myself for my birthday. I literally drove to 4 different nail salons, because they were insanely packed. I went ahead and decided to just stick to this one. I was told that I had to wait an hour. I waited very patiently and was told to eventually sit in one of the pedicure chairs. Women came in after me and were actually serviced. I was completely ignored and never received any services. I had to leave, because I actually wanted to cry. Worst day ever.

I will not be back ever again! You pay to be told what your going to get instead of what you really want. 2 days ago I had a fill in, paint and a pedicure and the lady that did my pedi cut both my big toes and I have paint the skin. You would think she would have used a little nail polish remover to clean it up right?? Nope!! I had to go back today because the paint on my finger nails was coming off and it looked horrible. I was literally told if you paid more for gel polish that wouldnt happen. I totally told them I wanted gel polish and thought for sure thats what I got but apparently according to them thats not what it was at all. After the lady fixed my nails she sat back arms crossed and stared at me like I was trouble and proceeded to talk to the girl next to her in their language and both looked at me like they were trying to intimidate me but the only thing they accomplished was losing a paying customer. Im over it and I will go to elsewhere from here on out. Modern nails?? More like Modern Mess!!

The owner, I think her name Angie is very rude. I felt like I was in a foreign sweat shop. I won’t go back.

Good service clean place!

This place refused me service for a simple polish change as soon as I walked in the door today! I did have a bad experience with them in the past but was trying to give them another chance at better customer service being they are very close in proximity to my home. The owner (female) saw my face and said you were not happy last time. I asked are you refusing me service today? She just keeps repeating you were not happy last time. This tells me this business is not competent in their ability for customer service. Normally a business will extend service and guarantee you a better experience but this did not happen in my case. I feel discriminated against and disrespected as a FORMER CUSTOMER. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS & I WILL NEVER BE BACK.If you seeking a good professional experience...PLEASE KEEP SEARCHING!!!!

I went to Modern Nails for a pedicure. I got the Milk and Honey Package. What a treat. I recommend this and the Sun Kissed package. I have also enjoyed having custom art work on my Big toes.

I have been going to this nail Salon for almost 10 years. I dont think anyone has ever been so rude to me. I went in to get a nail repaired and they were busy and ask me to come back in a hour. I waited over an hour and returned. They made me wait another 15 minutes, then had me set at a station to soak my nails. They left me there for over 30 minutes with my nails soaking. Once the owner came over she acted like she was in a hurry. She pulled and jerked my arms while frantically repairing my nails. She then cut my finger with the fingernail file and never apologized. One of my nails looks horrible. I told her about it, she proceed to half way fix it. She cut my nails down and didnt file them good they are uneven and sharp. I told her and she jerked and pulled my arm, while half way fixing them. When I got ready to pay I shared with her that I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done at her shop and really liked coming to her shop, she acted like she didnt care and had an additude with me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND WILL ENCOURAGE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO SO THE SAME. I now have to go get my nails somewhere else because my nails look so bad. They looked better, even with one broke nail, before I went into this salon to have my nail repaired. I really wish I could post a picture, so every one could see the sorry job the owner did. The worse part is she said she had done all she could do. REALLY???

Its clean and the people are very nice but when i called to check the price i was told one price, when i asked 1 girl she said that french was the same price as full paint. Then when i go to the check out it was more. I might go back but im not 100% happy with either of my services.

I went to Modern Nails for pedicure and gel nails..spent $50.00. The very next day,ring finger on right hand started chipping on end. Thumb on left hand was cracking down the middle. I called and was told to come in and they would fix. I went back in and showed lady what had happened...she told lady to fix. well the next day several fingers on right hand were chipping and now I have to keep left thumb nail bandaged because it,s pulling my nail off. I feel I wasnt treated as well because Im not big tipper. They spoke to each other in their language, and I dont know what was said, but their tone was not pleasant. Im not one that can afford to treat myself much, so maybe it doesnt to them....but I will never return there and all my friends have already seen my nails....its sad that they did such a horrible job.

This place is awful it is the worst place and the most overpriced place I have ever been to get my nails done the lady that did my nails didn’t do the Nail polish all the way so the nail is still showing and they make u pay extra just for the shape of your nails if your going to go here have fun pay extra and not getting what you payed forDONT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS HORRIBLE.

My cousin told me about this place and I love them. The only place that Ive ever been to that do a great job and they last longer!!!!

This salon is WONDERFUL! I have been driving 35minutes just to come here! I see Nelson - but i believe they all do a good job! They do wonderful work and are the cheapest that i can find!The only CON i have found is that even with an appointment you still have to wait sometimes. (This does frustrate me) I understand they dont want to just stop with the current client, however i made an appointment. I may have somewhere i want to be - I have a long drive to and from the salon.

They are the best Ive ever found. And their designs are incredible.

The lady told me it would be 22 dollars no matter what size acrylic nails i got but when the lady told me it would be 30 for very short nails but then i only paid 22 dollars so they lied

Came to get my eyebrows done. I asked to get them waxed and shaped. Worker half did her job. Brows were uneven and left a few hairs sticking out instead of trimming like she should have.
