Today 9/29/21 I find 2 chair in between second and third floor and the filing of a tobacco in the floor. Since Roger leaf this community turne disgusting is dirty. YOU HAVE ONE OPPORTUNITY to fixed before am call the police. I will visit you soon

This community does not take security of its residents and their properties seriously . It’s supposed to be a gated community, however the gates are always broken. And for some reason the mail boxes are always missing packages delivered by USPS. They refused to place cameras in important areas and will not fix the gates. Also Packages get missing at the doors where they are delivered . I do not believe it’s the residents because they are all decent people . But open gates permit open access to random people.The parking policy is terrible. I’ve been towed 3 times. Once for parking on the line.One good thing here is that The maintenance is efficient and friendly . Management however is not. They do not listen or try to show empathy. A young lady Shay was the a stand alone. Kind and friendly . Since she left it’s been back to square one with being heard of friendliness.

Maintenance on site are well on their way to getting 5 stars. I moved in a few days ago and every issue I’ve had at the apartment they’ve come over to fix within 24hrs. They’re very polite and happy to help in anyway they can.

I’ve lived at the Addison for over 3 years now and it is a great place to live. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I have lived in three different apartments from a studio up to a corner two bedroom . I have had zero issues with any of these apartments and the floor plans are spacious with huge closets for an apartment. The only problem I’ve had over the years is we broke a knob on our washing machine and maintenance was there within an hour to solve our problem. The maintenance team is also extremely friendly and ready to assist in a hurry. The apartments over all are good quality and look good on the inside and out. The amenities are also very nice my favorite being the pool. The pool is a good size and a great place to either swim or sit and relax. There are plenty of chairs and also grills for the community to use. It is a great place to spend a day off in the summer. The community is also conveniently placed very close to grocery stores, numerous restaurants, and a short drive to uptown Charlotte. Overall, I would highly recommend living at the Addison.

Aija in the leasing office was such a great help from touring the property, to move in day, and everything after. Had a few small hiccups but management and maintenance were timely on addressing / fixing any concerns.

Moving is a tedious process in itself. Relocating back to North Carolina from out of state, Shay in the leasing office was a joy and pleasure to speak with. Shay was very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Shay really payed attention to my personal needs to find a suitable apartment at Addison. Shay even went out of the way and provided a virtual tour since I am currently out of state. Shay even followed up to see if I was still interested in the unit I was looking into. I have went with another community, however I would definitely consider Addison in the future based on excellent customer service alone!J.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with all the ladies, but Ajia is/was my leasing agent. From the time I stepped foot on the property up and including the time I made my decision to apply, she was very helpful and courteous. From answering all of my questions, showing me around the grounds and going above and beyond to make sure my leasing questions were all answered accurately and in a timely matter. I am a lot and ask for tons of info and she and the team did not fret. Needless to say, I made the decision to lease an apartment, so hopefully the great treatment continues!! By the way, move in date is over a month away and she still continues to remain helpful and in contact.

I love this apartment complex. It’s beautiful inside and outside. The closet place is big and every woman love that! The staff is super helpful and nice especially Shay Phillips! She is always in a great mood and she’s always happy to see me and my daughter Sofia. My daughter absolutely loves her. We come and visit Shay and the staff just to say hey. But the only thing that I don’t like is the guest parking here. I wish they had more parking inside the complex. But they do provide guest parking but outside of the complex.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at the Addison. The front office has been very helpful in all matters.Specifically Shay and Cabre have been a joy to work with and resolved anything that I needed. They always greet me with a smile and provide a very personal experience.Also need to give a shout-out to Roger the service manager who seems like he’s working round the clock to ensure the apartments are always in good standing.

I lived at the Addison for a little over three years, and absolutely loved it! I did have a few issues my first year, but once the complex was under new management - the last two years were a breeze! I cant brag on Roger in maintenance and Cabre in the office enough. Collectively, they made living there as simple as living at the Ritz Carlton. Roger was always available when I needed something - big or small, day or night. Cabre was always a smiling face when I walked in the door of the leasing office. I was a bit needy but I never felt like a bother to either of them. They were the family I didnt have in Charlotte.The apartments are a bang for you buck - hardwood floors, granite countertops, large kitchens, wood blinds, etc. Luxury living on a girl out of college budget. Living alone, the gated community felt safe at all times due to the on site 24/7 CMPD security. The pool, gym and walking trail around the fountain is just what you needed for a little escape.Youre close to shopping centers, uptown, the airport, Carowinds, Top Golf and everything in between. I recommend The Addison at South Tryon to anyone moving to the Charlotte area.

The Addison is wonderful! They let me move in with seconds to spare. I worked with Ajia and Lauren and they’re fantastic! The maintenance is very thorough and will get things resolved quickly! When asking questions for the leasing office the will help you out with all your needs, very kinda people to get along with. They “Strive for 5” and it is well deserved! I recommend them to all!

My wife and I have been at The Addison for 3 years now and it has been a great place to live. It is close enough to South End and Uptown without having to deal with as much of the traffic.Each interaction with the staff has been pleasant and helpful especially with Cabre, Shay, Asia, and Lauren. Roger is always willing to help us out with any issues with the apartment and our dog Riley loves him!Overall, we would recommend The Addison. We actually just renewed our lease for another year!

From the time I moved here it’s been a pleasant experience! Shay is great, and makes the living experience so personable. Asia is wonderful. It’s almost as if they’re family here. The apartment building gives you that luxury apartment experience.

My experience has been MORE than pleasant. The staff at The Addison have been so accommodating and helpful, especially Mikia from the Start!! I met Cabre later and received help and assistance with all the details of moving into a new place. The maintenance guys are awesome and I really feel at HOME here! I havent met the neighbors yet, but I do like how everyone keeps private which allows me to feel relaxed and comfortable. I am looking forward to getting to KNOW my community more through activities and just being friendly when you see a need. This place is EXACTLY what I needed to feel at Peace!

Great tour! Mikia showed us around today and even though I am not ready to move for another couple months, she made us want to apply today!! The apartment was really nice and she was so charismatic, smart and funny! She also mentioned how the Addison at South Tryon was a FAMILY. That will be huge as were moving from another state! I called the Addison to look for a two bedroom apartment home. Im a little nervous as Im relocating from up north for a job. Lauren the manager was super helpful in explaining the apartment homes but not only that, she helped familiarize me with the area. I loved how knowledgeable she was on the things to do around, it made me feel like she cared about me and my move and needs . I will be down to check out the apartments this week because of her.

I absolutely love the floor planning at this complex and it is priced very fairly for the location and everything that comes with it. I have recommended The Addison to one of my girlfriends. I have not moved in yet but I am so excited. Ajia is very supportive and always happy to answer all my questions. She is very calm and patient and makes sure I feel very comfortable. I can’t wait to move in and I hope to enjoy my stay in my new home.

This review is to Lauren. She took me my mom and my aunt on a tour and neither of them speak english so she was very patient while I translated and since she Spanish she was very sympathetic to my mom and aunt and still spoke to them and made eye contact to made them feel included (my mom wanted me to make sure I thanked your for that). At the end of the tour we all fell in love with the place but since there is no 3 bedrooms available we will have to look somewhere else unfortunately. But we would like to just say thank you for making us feel important.

The Staff at the Addison is one of the friendliest in town. We currently help them out with repair issues and I can say that there customer service is top notch. In fact with all the options in Charlotte I am still having my daughter look at this complex over all others mostly because of the entire staff there.

Mikia was super helpful and very thorough. Gave us all the information we asked for and answered all our questions. The tour was very professional and you can sense that other renters are very comfortable with her. We are happy to say we are very happy to have chosen The Addison and excited for our move in april!

Bad parking lot policies. Its almost PREDATORY TOWING in this community. For a few buildings, there are not enough spaces and u have to park far away. Not enough greenery. But few of the bigger apartments are luxurious.

My wife and I have lived here for almost three years. The #1 main constant, Roger (in charge of maintenance) is always there for you and I feel is the glue that holds the community together. While some of the staff in the front office has changed over the years, understandably, the level of service from the staff has increased year after year! Kudos! Both Lauren and Shay have been extremely friendly and accommodating. Simply amazing! You’re not gonna find someone with a bad attitude and saying “this is all we can do.” They go above and beyond and listen to your needs! Y’all keep up the great work!

Ive lived at The Addison at South Tryon for 2 years. The grounds are always so nicely kept. Maintenance request are most often addressed on the same day. And I cant begin to find the words to describe the awesome staff...Property Manager, Cabre, Leasing Agents, Shay and Larry and Maintenance Supervisor, Roger have been the nicest and most professional team Ive encountered in a long while. Theyre always so kind and willing to work with you. When they greet you with a smile, they ask, is everything alright. They make sure The Addison at South Tryon is a great place to live. If they leave, theyll have to take me too!

I moved to The Addison South Tryon in October,2020 and so happy with my choice. It’s a very nice, quite and safe neighborhood. Since the beginning our leasing manager Ajia was on top of everything and very accommodating with our last minute request. Overall great !!!

Great apartments! Shay, leasing consultant, was great my entire lease here. Roger is also EXCELLENT at what he does with the Maintenance. The ONLY downsides are the gates seemed to have issues the entirety of my lease (why be a gated community when theyre always open and there are multiple ways to get in without a fob). There was also extensive and lengthy parking lot repairs that have rendered the parking useless. There also are not many Guest parking spots. If they fixed the gates and added more guest parking they would get 5 stars! Everything else was great. Nice apartments with modern finishings.

I am currently in the process in moving in to Addison all I can say is this place is amazing. Its in a perfect location close to the airport and uptown Charlotte. I highly recommend doing a tour with Ajia and having her as a leasing consultant. Aija has gone way above expectations and provided me amazing customer service and responded quickly to any questions I may have. All the staff at The Addison at South Tryon are amazing and you really do get a welcome vibe from them and help remove the anxieties you may have with moving. I am very excited to move in to The Addison in January.

We have lived at The Addison for 3 years and we have really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, less than 20 minutes away from South End and Uptown. The complex is also perfect for dog walks with a pond with a path around it and theres a dog park.The staff has been very helpful with any request or questions we have especially with Cabre, Shay, Ajia, and Lauren. Roger and Rudolph are quick to help with any maintenance issue that arises.We would recommend The Addison if youre looking for a modern apartment with reasonable rent in a great location!

I absolutely love this place! It’s a wonderful place to live. I have met so many new friends my age. They have amazing pool parties which are really great to meet people. But most importantly I feel safe here. Walking my dogs alone at night, the complex is very well lit. Highly recommend!

All of the staff here is awesome!!! Everyone is so hospitable and polite. Specifically, Lauren Ostrom has made the moving process so easy and stress free for me. From first touring the complex, to answering all of my questions, to signing my lease and moving in, she has been so helpful and so great to work with. Shay was also great during my move in process! Additionally, the service manager Roger has been great and assisted me with fixing a few things in my apartment when I moved in. Love this place!

Turner Asphalt has recently performed a large asphalt rehab at this location, I personal worked with Cabre the location manger and her staff. All were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The Management team of Carter Haston was also one of the best working teams I have worked with in my past 16 years in the business. This complex is well maintained and I would live there If I had the need for a place. Great job!!! I would give 10 Stars if allowed!!!!!

Being that I was one of the first tenants in the community almost 5 years ago, my information was not readily available, however; Lauren went above and beyond to locate my file in the propertys storage unit (even when they were short staffed - shout out to Shay as well!)! I have spoken to many different people to try to get my issue resolved but Lauren and team has been the most helpful thus far. I appreciate her transparency, authenticity, and empathy during a time that is taking a toll on so many of us. You never know what a person is dealing with, so I want to highlight Lauren for caring about the work she does and the people she serves. I have spoken to other ladies briefly and they were very kind and helpful as well - kudos to the leadership team and Addison staff. Yall rock!!

I love the Addison at South Tryon. I have been living here for about three years now and the service from Cabre has not changed even as the climbed the ladder. Even the new comer Shay P has been super helpful and was able to get me transferred into a bigger unit without any problems. Customer service is great and it is a diverse community which I loved. I am only moving now cause I decided to purchase a home. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a place close to essentials, that is reasonably priced for luxury amenities and diverse.

The apartments are beautiful, but what really sold me was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. I was lucky enough to meet Lauren. She was so friendly and patient, but also so willing to go above and beyond. Honestly I didn’t think I would be Pre-approved right off, but she had provided different options for worst case scenario, which totally set me at ease. She was patient as I took more time than I liked for my paperwork, but was just there for me every step of the way with any questions or follow up I may have had. I felt like she became a friend more than just an Apt rep. Honestly, if it would have been anyone else, I prob wouldn’t have moved in. Thanks Lauren for all your help during a tough time personally and with the pandemic!

We are constantly amazed by the attentiveness and hospitality of the office and maintenance staff. We have been treated poorly by complex after complex and resigned ourselves to believing that’s just how apartments are. We have been proved wrong in the best way. From the application process, to move in, and even today, many months later, we have been pleasantly surprised. Parking has recently been redone and that has relieved the biggest issue I see most people complaining about, but we pay a little extra for a garage and it’s sooooo worth it. We will be gladly renewing our lease.

I am a vendor who works very frequently with Addison property management and have had nothing but great experiences! Cabre, Lauren, Shay and Ajia are all very professional and have a great attitude every time I come by. Looking for an apartment never was easier in my life then when i looked here. From the beginning, Lauren was so nice, awesome, and helpful. I’m a future resident to the Addison South Tryon. Seeing many apartments on my search for a new place ended the day I stopped by the Addison for my tour. The apartments are lovely, the amenities are many, and the staff are friendly and professional. The leasing consultant Shay Phillips took care of all my affairs, she replied to my many calls and emails in a timely manner. She’s awesome and really knows the ins and outs of the Addison. I can’t wait to move in and be apart of the Addison South Tryon family!!!!!!!

We looked at another spot and we had an appointment the same day later to check out another potential place to eventually call home. After meeting with Mikia we cancelled our appointment to see the other place. We made up our mind that we wanted to be at the Addison based on the great energy that we received from Mikia. There is excellent customer service and then there is another level of individuals that just truly have a gift with people. We left the Addison knowing where we wanted to be while also feeling empowered and super energized. This place is a decent place to live but there were some things I didnt like when I lived here. Overall, the apartment itself is fine and the amenities and staff are really great. What makes it not so great are those little things you dont really think about until after you have lived there for a few months or are up for renewal.Pros:- Staff is amazing! Extremely professional and timely with all issues.- Modern features and decent amount of space.Cons:- Management companys business practices are very aggressive and not friendly.- Energy bill was much higher than any place I had previously lived at (+6 other apts).- The walls are very thin if you dont get a corner unit. Constant noise from neighbors. This is especially annoying for those who have to work from home.*Note on the management company:The management companys practices does not have the resident in mind when setting fees or lease renewals. For example, if you choose to do a month to month plan rate because you are between places, expect an additional +$1000 on top of rent to stay. I understand this fee is normal in all apartments but this amount is excessive and is really not even trying to give the resident that option.Also, renewing is extremely inflexible. I also understand rates change everyday based on demand but if you dont do 12 month or up you are looking to pay $500 extra to any other termed lease. Again, I understand this is based on changing rates, but in my experience, these rate differences are completely unnecessary and inflexible for any resident essentially locking them into +1 year leases. Even when I went the cheapest term renewal, it was a substantial increase from my current rate.This might not be important to most, but it did not leave a good taste in my mouth. There are much better options in the same area that will save you money and provide a better experience for you in the long term.

Moved in 3 months ago to Addison. Lauren was freaking amazing answer all my question was quick to respond to my emails before moving in. Which was super helpful as I travel a lot for work and was not always able to call. On the day of move in everything went quickly and smoothly no issues. They made sure everything was perfect on move in. It was great to do the move in walk thought for any issues with the head of maintenance. As with all apartments have thin walls. For me being on the first floor I almost never hear my neighbors at all even the one above me. Typically, I only ever hear anything is when people let their doors slam shut. So here for me its quiet I guess this all depends on your neighbors. Due to my job I am up different hours of the night and day and never really see anyone outside at night. You may not always park out-front of your building because parking is a bit of a premium which the have parking stickers but no reserved spots. I did found out that the poor reviews were from when it was an old management company and staff was here.The new management and staff are differently working hard to make sure people know. Defiantly love living here and all the amenities are just as nice if not nicer than in the photos. This place does not disappoint.

There are many great things I can say about living here! The floor plans are great and spacious, the grounds are well kept and maintained, and the office staff is amazing. Even before moving in when I called around to different complexes, Cabre helped me and made me feel like we had been friends forever. After moving in and meeting more of the wonderful office staff (Matthan, Shay, and Lauren) we instantly felt at home. In addition to the friendly staff in the office, we have been impressed with the maintenance team, particularly Roger. Anything that comes up is addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. We love that this feels more like a community than just an apartment complex!

Cardre and Roger are amazing! I sent an email asking for garage availabilities. Within 24 hours I had my choice of which one I wanted and it was completely cleaned and set up for me that same day! Thanks Cardre and Roger!

Our move-in was a little difficult because of a mix-up but since then has been great. My roommate and I love the area and location. The valet trash is super helpful. Id also like to specifically give a huge thank you and shout out to the service manager, Roger. He goes above and beyond when we need maintenance help!

New place with modern amenities at a very reasonable cost & close to the any basic shopping areas. Also situated right on South Tryon for easy accessibility by bus. The staff and management is great, esp. Roger and Cabre deserves a special mention for their amicability and professionalism.

I want to shoutout both Shay, leasing agent, and Cabre, Property manger. These two ladies had made our move in so effortless! My family and I relocated from Connecticut a month ago, and was living in a hotel until we found this property. Luckily they had apartments that were available in a timely manner, and we have been the happiest since living here! The community is beautiful, quiet, and a great place to raise a family. If you’re looking for a new place to plant your feet down, Addison is where it’s at! Don’t forget to ask for Shay when you do visit, she’s transparent, thorough, and personable. I have lived here for almost 8 months and had to move out for my work. But the time I have spent was amazing, especially Lauren Ostrom she has been of great help from day 1 since we went there for leasing enquiry to the day I left this community. Ive lived at the The Addison at South Tryon for several years and I can barely think of 1 complaint to provide about my experience. Ive watched several employees grow and seen others go, but nevertheless has my experience changed.For me its the small things that lead up to the big picture that Id like to paint about my experience. Every maintenance call Ive ever made has been addressed promptly and one specific maintenance man that comes to mind during my time living here is Roger! This gentleman has been a blessing to my family and I in so many ways. He has been prompt when responding, willing to lend a hand and always welcoming during passing with a smile and small talk as if he didnt just see you yesterday! Roger really has what it takes to feel pleased with all of the maintenance done to keep the community running smoothly and you dont have to worry about anything going missing from your home after he leaves. I can say this because I have watched him grow from the time I moved here, hes truly a wonderful person at heart and willing to help anyone!Next person I would like to speak about is Cabre Jacob, wow! I met this young lady as the new Leasing Agent replacing one that I had already grown fond of in a short period of time! Cabre has been a blessing to the community, she has answered every phone call, responded to every email and been there to support everyone of my decisions during my stay here! More of the reason Ive rooted for her and supported both of the promotions she has taken since she first arrived to the community what seems like a few short years ago! She deserves everything thats coming her way and so much more for the changes she has made since becoming Community Manager!I say all this to say if youre considering making The Addison at South Tryon your future home, these individuals and the ones that work closely with them make the difference here in Charlotte, NC! It would be seriously worth taking into consideration!

We had 1 day to find a great place to live. After touring many apartment communities in Charlotte, we accidentally stopped at the Addison @ South Tryon. Shay Phillips was the Addison Leasing Consultant on duty. We told Shay what we were looking for and how quickly we would be needing an apartment (lease processed and approved ASAP; move in within 2 weeks or less). Shay immediately had options that she thought might be a good fit for us. Shay did an excellent job at showing us the available properties, explaining the amenities, leasing and pricing information and she did an awesome job helping us through the application process and getting everything approved as we needed. The day of our move in, we were driving in from almost 8 hrs away and moving in on the same day so it was important for everything to be ready when we arrived to Charlotte. Of course, Shay had everything (keys, vehicle passes, etc...) ready when we arrived to Charlotte. She made moving day less stressful than we anticipated.We have been living here at the Addison for 6 months and we love it. Shay continues to be just as helpful, friendly, personable and professional as when we met her on the first day we toured the Addison. We trust her recommendations and advisement. We also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the Addison Staff. They are always courteous and willing to assist with all questions and requests.The Addison is very family oriented. The Addison hosts many very nice free family events (parties, food trucks, etc...). It’s very refreshing and very common to see couples, families with their kids and/or pets of all ages, sizes and races walking through the community, barbecuing in the picnic area, swimming at the pool or just hanging out at the clubhouse. In addition, the Addison property is well maintained. Roger and his maintenance staff are the BEST! Roger and his maintenance staff are super quick to respond to service requests and they are the nicest folks. We are pleased and thankful to be living here.

I’ve lived at the Addison for 2 years, we just renewed for our third year. Even before we lived here the Addison went above and beyond, we gave Matthan our budget and he followed up with us daily about available units. They set up events to let you know the community better and you’ll always be greeted by a smile or a wave from any of the staff.Parking was difficult the last few months because of a mixture of construction and COVID. Prior to that we never had any issues just make sure you park in the R spots and you won’t have a problem (as you are told day one of move in).Cleanliness was our number one priority in apartment hunting, happy to say we never have had any bug or pest issues since moving here.If you are looking to live near the city for an affordable price and helpful staff, apply here.

Cabre and the staff were so great!!! Not only were they courteous and very personable but they made me feel like they wanted me to be a part of their community. The property is always so clean and now I feel like I have a home!

Moving in from out-of-state was a bit scary, but Lauren and the rest of the leasing office were so welcoming and made the move-in process so easy!

I simply adore my little studio and its sleek, stylish floor plan. Staff knows me by name and always goes above and beyond to see that my needs are met. Being here actually reminds me of a small town...smiling at my friendly smiling neighbors as we meet on our morning walks.

The apartment is great looks fine maintenance so far is top notch they always try to fix what ever problems we have but Lauren, was a great help moving into the apartment. She did everything she can always professional always kept it real and she responds quickly to emails and what ever issues we was having she help as much she can the Addison is lucky to have her!

My family and I have been living here for almost four years.Staying here feels like home and the office and maintenance staff are both AMAZING! They’re always available and make you feel like family. The Addison provides a unique sense of comfort.It is always clean and the amenities are always available. If you are looking to move within the city or relocating to Charlotte I highly recommend The Addison At South Tryon! From Cabre,Lauren,Shay,Mathan,Roger you guys rock!

Ive lived here nearly 5 years and havent had any issues at all. Staff is friendly and responsive, facilities are always clean, and maintenance is prompt and thorough. Also a central location - close to uptown, Carowinds, and the airport. Short drive to Matthews and Huntersville. Great neighborhood behind the community to walk or run. Lots of close-by rural roads to go on a long bike ride.

Just recently moved out of the Addison at South Tryon. I loved being a resident here so much that I didnt want to leave!!! Theyd have fun events, took care of all of my maintenance needs (quickly), and I enjoyed their friendly faces in the office. I wouldve stayed for another year ( I had the BEST apartment ) but had to move on to advance my relationship with my partner to a house! I would recommend them any day, and if you ever have questions or concerns stop by the office! Theyre always willing to help out!

I don’t know what Yal talking about. This community is awesome and Big S/o to that Staff! They’re always on top of things. Great Assistance, fast reply, GREAT Customer Service. I think Yal got them confused with The other Addison Apartments lol. Check your map again

Ive had an enjoyable experience Ive been here. The apartments are some of the best aesthetically Ive seen. Its clean, washer and dryer in the unit, lots of cabinets and storage space. Its really insulated. Its summer time and my A/C is barely ever on. They have a package delivery service which I think is great. The staff has been really nice and helpful. They answer all my questions and are really helpful. Particularly Shay and Matthan. Roger from Maintenance has been super helpful since day one. If you have overnight guests they will need to park outside the complex or they will be towed. Also the gates dont work if thats important to you. All in all i really dont have anything bad to say. They offer everything you need.

I have lived here for over 4 years and have nothing but good experiences! The front office staff knows you by name (even my dogs name!), is always willing to fix anything that breaks in the apartment, and has even delivered packages when I was not able to make it to the office in time! The apartments are spacious and well kept! Even some of my family moved in to the complex a few years after I did because Ive had such a good experience! I highly recommend you check this place out!
