They did a beautiful job on my nails for my wedding! The lady used white powder over stilleto acrylic tips. She did an absolutely wonderful job!

If youre looking to pamper yourself you should look no further. The ladies at Master Nails are so friendly and the salon was very clean. There was a lady there cleaning the entire time! Im from out of town and needed a color change done with dip. My gal fixed me up in no time and had them looking better than the girl who normally does them for me back home. I brought my granddaughter with me and someone was able to paint her toes and nails as I was getting mine done. I like how you get a few dollars off if paying with cash.

Wonderful selection of gel dip colors! I basically had to choose blind, so many options 🤣. Quick and clean application, the nail technician managed to make my dip nails as clean and thin as Shellac. Love it!

I came here before and made reservations for both visits, but had to wait 30 minutes for both times. what is the point of making a reservation if i have to wait 30 minutes, not everyone has all day, i have my own places to be so i make a reservation for a certain time. it just doesn’t make sense, why accept someone when you have reservations and can’t even tend to that person on time, it’s simple don’t accept walk ins if you can’t help the person that comes for reservations.

I been looking for a nail salon I could go to permanently and I definitely found it. Jenny did a fantastic job on my nails. They are quick and affordable and do a quality job. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I get my nails done here... they are truly the MASTER OF NAILS! The color variety is better than a lot of the nail salons around right... oh and they know what they’re doing... the PEDI’s?! She busted out the rotary tool and was grinding my hoofs down like a champion oh my gawd! My feet are soft I’ll tell ya that! Amazing I suggest you say bah bye to your nail lady and come ovah...oh yeah and they dont talk you to def either I like to sit there and almost pass out cause their touching my hands ... ugh yaassss!

Flawless Nails!!I had gone to another salon that did a really bad job on some acrylic nails, after a week they were lifting, the shape was horrible, they were thick and the polish was so bad! . I came here and they got me right in and did a beautiful job on my nails the shape, polish ... everything was flawless. I came all the way from Marysvilleand I will definitely be back!

Went for the 1st time about a week ago, I left extremely pleased with the outcome. I needed to have my acrylics taken off and new set put on. The man that helped me was so gentle and sweet. Made conversation with me the entire time. While I was getting my nails done, my Fiance and daughter (2yrs old.) got a pedicure. So with nails being removed, new set placed on, one pedicure and our daughter got her toes painted, it cost me $70 before a tip. That still was way cheaper than ANY other place Ive been to this far. Amazing service! Amazing quality product! Amazing people! Amazing prices! Ive officially found my new salon!

This place is always busy for a reason. They are simply the cheapest, quick, beautiful manicure and pedicure place ...whether you are looking for traditional, shellac, acrylic or SNS. But a friendly special place to give yourself and a loved one a treat? It is not trying to be that place. It’s for the gal who wants that quality regular service without going broke. And these ladies know nail care! You just won’t walk out feeling special.

My go to nail place. I always get compliments on my nails and I have had minimal corrections. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the difficulty of getting in for appts and sometimes rushed service due to volume. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable.

This was the poorest customer service at a nail salon that I ever experienced. I took a great niece with me who is visiting for a treat and both of us felt like we were treated like cattle in a herd that they were trying to hurry and get through a gate. The massage chair stayed on for about 30 seconds. When I mentioned that there appeared to be a problem with the chair staying on, I was told to just keep turning it on if I wanted to feel the massage. Unbelievable! Also, the polish was not evenly applied on my nieces nails. At the end when the toe separator removed, we were told that our nails were dry and for us to leave. No thank you or nothing even close was given. No slippers were offered for use to keep from damaging the polish or help getting our shoes back on. As I said, poor customer service.

They are friendly, great with my 3 year old daughter and Ive loved my nails every time I go. My husband found them and loves their pedicures. They have the newest trends and are reasonably priced.

I dont often get a pedicure but the times between them are far between. My feet get beat on like a old box chevy. She restored these bad boys back to factory condition. Highly Recommend.

I have been a long time customer of master nails. I have notices they are more worried about quantity over quality. I have gone to get my feet done and there is no hot water the whole time im here, this has happen on multiple occasions. This last time I sat with cold water for 20 minutes before anyone would warm it up. They also sat and started on a customer that walked in after I did. It wasnt until I told them I was leaving that they began to work on me. Then the manicure the lady I had was going so fast in trying to get it done that my cuticles are all cut up and infected. I will not be coming back.

They do nice work here when they eventually get to you, but they can’t handle their demand. I made an appointment for mani/pedi and almost an hour later I’m still waiting. Every time I come here for mani/pedi I end up spending three hours, mostly in wait time. Sadly I have to find a new nail salon, this ones takes way too much time.

Ive been having my nails done for 20 yrs and this Id by far the best place I have EVER been! I drive an hour to go here. Im never disappointed whether its a pedicure or my nails! Clean, friendly and rarely ever a wait, very well staffed! I tried a place closer to home for SNS dip and it was horrible!! I have even got my friends driving out here and they love it! Hands down a star!

They got me in with no wait. Amy B did my pedicure, she was friendly, talkative, quick and my toes look great. It was just what this pregnant mama needed!

Came here for a shellac removal and regular manicure. The cheap price of $18.00 total reflects the quality of the service unfortunately. It was a busy Friday, I understand that its been a long day but that does not excuse rude behavior. From my experience today, it shows that just because you have the word master as part of your store name does not mean youre going to receive any master quality service.Upon arriving I am nicely greeted and sat down by a young man whos English is pretty fluent and gentle. He asked about my day and my preference of shellac vs regular, overall pleasant start. Amy I heard was the owner and she was the one who did the entire service for me. Let me start off by saying that I wasnt expecting much from a cheap $13.00 manicure. I have gotten my nails done from a range of super cheap to stupid expensive so I know my where to place my expectations.Amys cuticle care was harsh and her polish application with me was uneven, lumpy and lazily swiped on. When I noticed that the sides of my nails had only seen one swipe of polish and there was a clear lump distinguishing that, I asked her politely if she could apply a third coat please because it was uneven. She paused, explained why that would be a bad idea (I understood how the polish application would be thicker because of this) and asked if she can make the third coat application thinner, to which she replied that it wasnt possible while showing me the lump sized amount of polish on the brush she was about to apply onto my nails. She then goes on muttering in Vietnamese, insulting me under her breath and how difficult/crazy Im being with a non shellac manicure. I didnt let on that I understood her because of how shocked and sick I felt experiencing that.Ive never once in the past 10 years of getting my nails done experience such rudeness from my technician. Ive even worked at a couple different high end nail salons and I know the environment of catty women and what they say in the back about certain customers requests but again thats not saying or expressing to their face.I expressed my poor experience with Amy to the same young man that checked me in and all he could manage after i paid full price was Heres a copy of your receipt. Thank you and have a good day. Amy came up to the tabe when she heard her name and started saying something about my nails to me in English but didnt finish her sentence. If this is what professionalism and customer service they have to offer, Im not ever returning here again.

They are very disorganized & don’t care . They constantly forget to write down appointments & then can not remedy their error . Owner, Amy, has very poor English skills and does nothing to fix her many mistakes . If you make an appointment they are always late as she will schedule a walk in appointment over a scheduled appointment . She is just into making $$$$$$........... no attention to customer service .

It was a busy Sunday but my husband and I did not have to wait long for a pedi chair. They were so nice and helpful. One thing that stood out was despite the fact that were busy, they took their time with us. At other salons I always feel rushed in and out so they can empty the chair for the next person. We both got the parafin pedis for a great price of $27 each. We felt relaxed, welcomed and appreciated. Will return!Also, they have 2 deluxe pedi packages that include wine!!

I got my nails done here and they look horrible, the lady also cut me and tried to cover it up with glue . I called to see if I can get my money back and she said no and when i asked why she said because the lady did a good job on my nails . She was so rude and she also hung up on me .
