Had my car towed by this company and immediately driving off the lot my steering alignment was completely out of line. Took it to a repair shop and they said my steering rack was BENT!! no other damage to my car and I’ve had no prior accidents. The technician said there were even markings where it was bent and that could only relate to them towing it. On top of it all I can’t get anyone on the phone to answer my questions about this. It’s obvious they only care about one thing at this business, and it’s not their customers!

I didnt have time to search for many places to get a tire replaced because i was working, I googled up tire replacements near me and this place popped up. They just charged me $50 to patch a tire lol, Ive never paid a company over $10 for a patched tire

Well anything to do with Vestavia isnt on my to do list. Every time I go there I end up in jail, which is exactly the reason I had to go to this fine establishment. My car was impounded here for 3 days they charged me $350 to get it back. Next time I go to jail Ill be sure it isnt in Vestavia because thats a bit pricey for just 3 days of sitting there. 🤷‍♂️

This place was way overpriced.My car was towed by vestavia police from McDonalds to their location, less than a half mile away and it sat on their lot for three days total and the price to get the vehicle out was $315 with a daily rate of $30 everyday there after. Staff was nice but place was a total rip off. To make matters worse as I was leaving the parking lot I was immediately pulled over by vestavia police for the exact same reason of an expired tag. Now how could I have had chance to correct this error since I was just leaving the impound yard. Maybe they expect you to handle all that before picking up the car but with the price going up daily that wasnt possible. Luckily the cop didnt write me any additional tickets but I think it was a set up.

I live in Jemison and have taken all my cars to this shop. Very pleasant staff and reasonable prices.I was stranded on the side of the interstate and this was the closest place so thats where I went and that was over 7 years ago and would never consider going any where else.They have always let me know up front what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost.They also have the cleanest bathrooms of any service station I have ever seen.

I have been a steady customer for over a year now. These guys replaced my tires at an extremely competitive price and also did brake work that several other shops in town had not been able to get done correctly. They are friendly and easy to work with.

It has been the ONLY auto shop I have used for auto repair or any auto service.They have handled all the basics from doing my regular oil changes, brakes, pads, rotors, & new tires as needed. August 21 2019 I was involved in an accident on my scooter. I was charged $125.00 to tow my scooter 2 Tenths of a mile!!!!!When I questioned the manager on duty she refused my request to adjust my bill even though it was such a short distance. My scooter only had some cosmetic scrapes and was to drivable . Since I was in the ER all day I didn’t know the towing charge until I went to Vestavia Tire Express later in the day.When I then asked the charge for towing my scooter 8 miles to my house I got a $100.00quote.I contacted another towing companyAAT Wrecker Services who charged me $75.00for the 8 mile distance to my house, and they were prompt and did an Excellent job!!!!!I feel like I was gouged when my scooter wasenough to be seen across the street!!!I felt taken advantage of since I was in a position to get other quotes.How many others have fallen prey to this towing company??????

Told me I needed tires and I didnt!$$$ is all he wants.

My Son got in an accident and these guys showed up to tow him. It cost $125 towing to go very close bye but worst is that they said they were a body shop. They are not a body shop and so they charged us $50 to store the car overnite. My son returned the next day to see about the repairs, they said they were not a body shop and that it we owed $260.00 an additional $85 for the tow to a body shop. This is very disturbing business practice and I do not recommend this shop. I will be contacting the better business bureau in Birmingham as they do not publish their rates and are gouging the consumer in their time of distress and need.

Some people told me about vestavia tire expresses .im glad I went they did a very good job and didnt take long at allThe people there were very nice they have a great team. I Wil be going back for now on. Couldnt find a better place to go. Try it you will be pleased.

I replaced all my front end parts with new parts then took it to Vestavia Tire Express for an alignment. After waiting almost 3 hours for an alignment, he informed me that my gearbox that I had just replaced was bad. When I got the truck back my new parts had been swapped with worn out parts.

He wanted to charge me $80 for breaking down 4 tires. RIP OFF, at Tire Engineers it costs $10.

I paid $252 to tow my car 5 miles. I had two conflicting stories from the blonde girl at the register and from Jeff who towed my car as to why my tow was so chargers were so high. Jeff towed the car from 615-655am and i came back to pick my car up at 9:00am. I have enclosed a photo of my billing receipt as to how sketchy the chargers look & how the hand writing could not be read whatsoever. the service was horrible and I left in tears. I feel ripped and cheated and warn anyone to please not use their service. I also have photos of the grease marks that Jeff left on my interior door. rates are not posted anywhere online & I will be filing a dispute with the BBB.

This place is a scam !!! Completely !! Vestavia Police called them to tow it after the battery died on the interstate Was told it would be $85 . Once they got there said that it would be $175. Keep in mind it stopped on the interstate in Vestavia not even 5 miles to their shop . They then said we will only charge 85 if you let us work on your car here .. But the charges for car repair was $700 . For a dead battery which they said they would charge for 37.50. They also never gave us anything in writing when they took the car . Also told my husband 2.00 for storage but then miraculously it went from $2 and day to $25 a day. Told me storage fee was $50 for two calendar days . Picked up car at 7:30pm 11/1/15 went to get car on 11/2/15 they close at 5. So it wouldnt have been technically stored for under 24hrs. Then the owner was very rude he kept over talking me when I was trying to get a break down of the charges . I work for a law firm and I know that these practices are not fair and I will be taking legal action against them . I also filed a complaint with the BBB for shady dealings . Last but not least they had the nerve to have the Vestavia Police Dept there when my husband came to get our vehicle . Darn Shame !! BOB BIRDSONG is the manager!! He is rude and he ripped me an my husband !!!

Said he would repair my tire for $40. Looked at it and said it couldnt be repaired but he would have to charge me the $20 rack fee which he never mention. What a scam.
