First time here today, Lynette took care of me (wax-brow and underarm) she was awesome! I stopped getting my brows waxed because no one did them right, but I tried again today for the first time n years and Lynette did them PERFECTLY!! No complaints at all, and I’m crazy about my brows lol!! My armpits are perfect too! No hairs! And she even used the light & tweezers to ensure she got every hair! I WILL BE BACK!

I had a highlight with linnet and it is satisfactory she has done a great job with full hardwork can see her clean work into my hair just it was my hair darker the highlight was not seen more otherwise she did a great job. Thank you linnet. Will visit again.

My tech is always awesome and has been since my first visit. My Pedi partner usually gets Julie and didnt have her today and was not happy with the service and she also added $5. That made me double my tip to my tech and give her nothing. Ive seen women with feet and nails far worse than either of ours combined and theres no additional charge. I will be sure that next visit they leave as happy as I did by making sure Julie is there/available. Sorry but that nail tech today was at 70% of 100% service performance.

I have been to this place twice in the past few years. I went here last night because Nail Elite was booked for the night, and my sister and I needed our nails done for the next morning. I personally was only getting a French tip done, no way they can mess that up right? WRONG!!! I was sat with an older guy, who was SO RUDE!!!!!! I first want to say, that when he was filing down my nails he hurt me multiple times (and I’m 23 years old, it takes a lot). He was very rough and careless, when I pulled away because of the pain he told me I need to “calm down, relax”... how when you’re hurting me? I told him it hurt. Okay moving on, I showed him a picture of how I would like it done, so there were no issues. I have gotten a French tip done only a hand full of times probably 6-7 years ago, maybe more. All those times they have always just used polish for the white tips, not actual acrylic white tips. The guy said they were better and lasted longer so I said “which ever is better”. I regret it so much. When I compared my left and right hand, the tips were completely uneven (some tips were thinner looking, others larger looking on each side) and also the top part of the white tip looked like it was crooked/uneven. When I said something about it he said my left and my right hand aren’t going to look the same. WHAT?? Who says that?? Really what nail salon says that to a paying costumer. I’m paying over $30 something for this, and that’s what you’re going to say to me? I told them this is not worth that amount, and I told them I even showed him a picture. He did not want to fix it!! He started to talk to either himself or someone else in another language, everyone turning their head looking over. I felt soooo uncomfortable!!!! An older women came over and immediately looked at my nails. He begins speaking to her in another language with his voice raised.... then he said “I’m not finishing your nails I have to leave she will finish them”. Okay..... weird but okay..... I go sit with her, as I do he begins cleaning up, just talking to himself as he walked around. The lady who helped fix my nails, even gave me a little attitude saying that there isn’t anything they can do about the large white tips. Eventually she painted white all over each nail.... I showed him a picture of thin natural looking white tips. Nope. Did not receive that. It was already 8pm and I was fed up, so I just went with the thicker looking white tips that I did not want. Horrible horrible costumer service, rude, and disrespectful towards costumers. The one good thing I will say is that the young lady my sister got was very nice. During the situation where the other lady came over, he left and she had to grab something. The young lady looked over at me and smiled, very talkative and sweet. For everyone else, nope. I talked to the gentleman and lady who did my nails very nice and calmly, I did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect simply because the job was not done accurately nor with care. It’s even more sad because I showed him a picture! Please save your time and money, and if you’re in the situation that you HAVE to go here (last resort!!), do not go to the older gentlemen. Try and go see the younger lady. I would give this no stars if that was an option.

Took my daughter here yesterday to get her nails done for Easter. We waited forever to be seen. The older guy that did her nails quoted us $40 then changed it to $57. He was so ruff with the nail file while filing my daughters nails. He cut the side of her finger which was a pretty deep cut. He didnt acknowledge it or apologize at all. He really was just trying to rush through her nails. My poor baby who is 14 was so upset. He then tried to file the same nail again & my daughter snatched her hand away saying that he had already hurt her & got an attitude with my child. I complained to the owner & he didnt care either. We will never be going back there again. Such poor service & they are very rude. They only care about money & not the clients.

I have been coming to KY & Julie for over 10 years. I couldnt see myself going anywhere else, I would wait for Julie or Ky to be avaiIable before going to another salon. I absolutely love the way Julie does my nails and pedicures they always look great! Her designs are totally the greatest. I am complimented on them all the time... When they are busy they always are sure to give you the best treatment. Their receptionist Kyrah is amazing, it is always a pleasure and a fun time when she is there...

My Daughter and I have been getting our brows done here for 2 years and, for the price, they usually do a good job however, today is another story. I took my Daughter to get her brows done and they took her to the hair washing station where, for some reason, a make shift wax station was set up?? She proceeded to wax her brows while laying in a hair washing sink?? The techs style was very outdated which I have not come across in this salon before. She narrowed her brows?? What year is this?? I asked why we are out here in the open and she said this is a waxing station. I replied no it isnt, its a hair washing station and pointed to the waxing station and said that is your waxing room. The makeshift area looked a mess and since her head was not on a proper table surface it was wobbling as she pressed the strips over the wax. We will no longer get our brows done or have anything done at this salon again. Apparently, they put their D team on Wednesday around 5:15pm. This cost you 2 clients. Ugh...I liked this place too. Also, she burned her and I am editing this review as we didnt notice it until the next morning after swelling went down.

I NEVER write review so you know I’m fed up rn. I went to get what I thought was a simple job. A color change. I recently got my nails done else where but just wanted a color change. Ky did my nails and they were so horrible! He were all bumpy and barely dry.. I already have ballerina and he made them skinner. I don’t have the energy to deal with them so I’m currently downstairs in nail elite smh!

I was debating even giving this a 3 Star. I see a lot of people complaining about the older guy. Let just say, I don’t leave reviews ever. He was really rough, and kept telling me to “relax” whenever I fought back his aggressive finger movements. I see a lot of people complaining about cuts, I have several. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but my nails/ fingers are on fire still 8 hours later. I asked him to fix my pink nail and he was very rude about it and it still looks gross, and there’s a hair in it. Bottom line, I’m just really mad my fingers still hurt lol

I love love LOVE this place! Best prices I’ve seen and the service is amazinggggg 😍. I went yesterday to get 2 half day packages for my mother and I, a spa pedi and a full set of acrylics for my sister, and a shampoo, blow dry, and style for my sister in law. Well I went in with an ingrown toenail and I let the girl know about it so she could be easy on my toe. Well about 10 minutes later the girl pulled my ingrown out and saved my a trip to the doctors! Come the today, my toe feels SO much better. So with all that said, I don’t think our experience could’ve gotten any better! This is the place to go if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway for a day..
