Just Another Rental Company trying time nickel and dime customers and they have zero clue of what they are doing. Tried to rent an excavator last week and was told they would have one ready but when time came for delivery it was missing ?!?!? These people cost me money and tried to tell me they would give me a discount on my next rental ha ha it will never happen. Stick with proven companies that can deliver when they say

I rented a skid steer and needed it delivered. I reserved it and they delivered it on time and picked it up on time. I filled it up with fuel before the pick up so there was no charge for fuel. The bill was exactly as quoted. They even gave me a demonstration of the machine before I rented it. They did everything exactly as they said they would and were friendly to deal with. I give them 5 stars and will rent from them again.

Rented equipment for a job in Lampe and was charged for the rate of two delivery and two pickups-well beyond the quote provided by Joe. Could not reach a sales representative or anyone at the branch to get corrected for almost two weeks. Equipment was fine but they messed up my invoice and had to send a service guy out to start the equipment twice because the machine would not run. Good concept but stick with what works. Probably won’t be renting from here again

Company should get less than 1 Star. Great team in Springfield but they just terminated a General Manager (Veteran) for contacting HR about unprofessional Sales Members from other Branches. Overcharge for Tracking Equipment that doesn’t work half the time, overcharge for rentals and fuel on invoices! Regional managers are part of a buddy system that includes drinking and fighting and harassment of employees! Corporate has a great concept but poor execution because of these managers.

Joe at Equipment share helped me out in a jam and was very professional. Needed lift at last minute and was able to deliver in same day.

Stick with us at United. Operations Manager Rusty Whitlock worked for us then went to Equipment Share and has been breaking his lawful Non Compete Agreement with a few other former employees. No honesty at this company and phone records and rentals to prove it.Come see us at United where we stay honest and fair and never discriminate against customers.

Good Equipment but service team doesn’t know how to fix them quickly. More problems with tracker than the equipment is worth & invoicing with Rusty doesn’t add to the quote my sales rep gave ? Stick with United Rentals or Rental Supply

Read the reviews and stick to known companies. This sales team is very unprofessional and unreliable. “Joe” came to my job site in December and promised to return with rates and availability and never heard from him again. Two weeks ago I was visited by two other Sales reps and one was very unprofessional. Called to speak to the Manager and was told he no longer works with the company? Seems like a revolving door at this place

I used equipment share awhile back they were very professional got me the right equipment for the job I needed done at a very reasonable price and I will be using them again real soon for another job I have coming up

Clueless sales team and operations. Two different quotes rates from sales managers this place is a joke

Wow ! I spent almost 45 minutes trying to get an invoice corrected and still no answer on my bill or a credit. Sneaky fees and overcharged for fuel on a rental that we had for 2 days but was charged for a whole week. Never again will i do business with this company
