Was in town visiting on my day off and decided to schedule a gel manicure. So glad I did! I don’t think I’ve ever had a gel manicure hold up as well as this one. It has endured a week at the beach and I am not easy on my nails to begin with. 10 days going strong and only *minor* visible wear. Very happy with the attention to detail during my manicure and lasting quality.First picture is fresh out of the salon— so well shaped and shiny. Second & third pics are 10 days of wear.Only complaint is that I messaged for a 1pm appointment and they asked if I could come in at 12:30 instead. No issue. Showed up at 12:20 to pick out a color and they were clearly very busy. Didn’t end up getting sat until almost 1pm.

Most techs here take really good care of my nails and I love the little hand massage at the end. It’s not too expensive and they’re pretty flexible about their schedule (I always call first to check.)

I stopped in to get a gel manicure before my wedding and they did an amazing job! It was exactly what I asked for.

I called very last minute for an appointment and the man that answered was very polite and accommodating. When I got there it was so cute and airy. I was greeted and only waited a few minutes before they called me over. Because I had a later appointment two ladies worked on me; one on my pedi and the other removed my gel nail polish. Both were very gentle and did an amazing job!! Moving soon so they’ll be too far but I’m going to go as much as I can before I do.They also cleaned very thoroughly after each client.The only thing I didn’t like was the parking but that’s not their fault.

Cute/clean place, friendly staff and excellent manicures/pedicures! I always get gel or dip powder and it lasts for weeks! Fairly priced, I highly recommend

This is my new nail salon. They took their time and did a great job. I hate the electric file and I dont think they use ir here I gave it a 4 because of the 25.00 for the gel polish thats a lille pricy. Im use to paying 15.00 but im new to the city and Im comfortable with the cleanliness so I will continue going.

I normally hate getting my nails done but this place made it enjoyable! The salon was really nice and clean; you can tell it was all done professionally and maintained with care. My gel manicure was very quick but she was still meticulous and did a wonderful job. The COVID precautions were great. Will definitely keep going here!

First visit 5/20/21. Very professional. Asha was focused and gives attention to detail. My husband was served by Gita. She was thorough and pleasant. Well spend our money and time here again!

I got a gel manicure done yesterday and they’re just ok. Nothing special and I asked for the shape to be really Square and the nail tech still made them kind of rounded, which I hate. They also don’t add artificial tips to nails which was a bummer to me because I had 2 nails that broke on the way to the salon and just wanted tips on them so they wouldn’t look so short. It seems to be part of their policy not to. I did get my eyebrows waxed here a few weeks ago and the shape was really good. The decor inside is really cute and dainty but I do believe they’re overpriced for the quality of their nail services.

I really like getting my nails done here. It is very clean and peaceful. I feel like I can always quietly relax here! My nails are always neatly done and the technicians are very efficient. Although there are well reviewed salons closer to me, I feel like Olivia is really worth the extra walk for me.

Great experience. Very clean, plexiglass for manicures. Such a relaxing ambience with thoughtful decor. All staff wearing masks & face shields. Sanitizing all surfaces after each customer. My nails turned out absolutely perfect after not having a pedicure all of 2020. Will definitely be going back.

Cozy and Fancy. My manicure was done by this amazing woman and gotten i really good pedicure. The place is friendly and been here a couple of time. I live in this neighborhood so this one is on my list to go to. Honestly been to all nail salon in the area. This one is recommended on my list.

I visited Olivia for the first time on Thursday in between my teaching schedule. I was greeted with kindness and felt a sense of peace the moment I sat down. All I had to spare at the time was 50 minutes and in that time I was given the best eco-friendly pedicure experience. I was so delighted that I returned at the end of the school day for a manicure. My nails were badly broken but were saved. I didn’t leave with brittle nails but with nails just as strong as I remember.

Wonderful experience. Clean, relaxing and appropriate distancing. Will definitely be back.

We were not acknowledged when we walked into the establishment .When I requested services, I was asked did we have an appointment, no problem.So,I specifically said that we wanted mani/pedis and our appointment was made, the gentleman stated he would call before our appointment, never happened. I felt as though they did not want our services. When we came back,the water was lukewarm for the pedicure,after it was over, we were told to go to the table where they do nails.We sat there and no one approached us to do our nails,people came in and they were greeted right away and services were started immediately. We were asked how we were paying, never asked why we were still waiting. I asked if we were getting our manicures,he stated it was miscommunication and it was probably because of the mask.I truly felt uncomfortable and will not go back.

The guy who gave a pedicure was very thoughtful and sweet to my mom. The girl who gave me mine was great and I got extra massage time!

Olivia is by far the best nail salon is SE Baltimore. Pre-covid, I always appreciated how clean and bright the space was and the care and attention they put into making sure it stayed that way throughout the day. Since Covid hit, I have never once felt uncomfortable going there. They are taking every precaution to keep the space sanitized and safe for their staff and the visitors. Besides a healthy and safe environment, they also do great manicures and pedicures. I love the individual bowls for a pedicure vs. the ones that circulate water and are notoriously gross. Ive tried so many nail places since moving to this area and Olivia stands out as the best by a long shot and is now the only place I will go.

Enjoyed the actual pedicure, but my nail technician wasnt very friendly (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). They were reasonably priced, super clean and I liked the modern decor. Ill definitely be going back for my next pedicure!

Theresa is amazing! My gel manicure literally lasted 5 weeks without chipping. I only had it taken off because of how grown out it was. Just remember to bring cash for the tip - they cant add tips onto debit/credit cards.

This place is quaint and very cozy. After looking for a nail spa for most of the morning, I contacted them and made an appointment. They were expecting us and were ready. I will be returning.

This is a wonderful salon. I just had a mani/pedi from Judy and she did a great job and focused on detail. Some places will just do a paint job, but Judy takes pride in her work and made sure the polish would stay. I only get my pedicures done at Olivia because of their hygiene and will now make sure I always see Judy because she did such a great job. One thing that I had forgotten is that you cant add tip to your credit card so I had to leave and get cash from the ATM. I do wish they would change that policy.

This is by far the best salon in town. Beautiful admosphere. Outstanding pedi (thanks to the amazing Zita). No typical salon fumes. So grateful for Olivias!

The mani I got there was great and time efficient! Although, they could use the pedi chairs with massage. I understand, that with portable pedi tubs they can accommodate and fit more working stations there, I would not wants to get my pedi in it tho. Hence the 4 star

Malti is wonderful. I followed her from the salon where she worked previously, before opening Olivia. Her gel manicures last the longest, and shes very detail-oriented. Olivia is beautiful and comfortable, and conveniently located. Slightly more expensive than the last place I went to, but overall worth it.

I had a great experience with my roommate! Great service, reasonable prices and GREAT attention to detail. My nail technician didnt miss a step and she got my gel polish right down to my cuticle (very important to me). I also loved the hand/foot massage that comes along with the mani-pedi. We will definitely be back.

Not sure why the reviews are so high here. The place seems fine, but my experience here was just ok. I paid extra for the Brooklyn and felt as though the pedi I received was pretty rushed and basic for the price.

I really wanted to love Olivia, and have been several times since they opened. Each time with a different technician, and each time my gel manicure chipped within a week. Also, they take FOREVER- gel manicures should not take 90 minutes. I thought trying another technician there maybe the manicure wouldnt chip. So I went to Malti, who everybody seems to love. Unfortunately it was the same thing - took 90 minutes and chipped within a week.I did mention about the chipping I had at Olivia the last time when I made my appointment. when I made the appt. Ive been getting gel manicures for years, so I know how long they typically last. I wont be going back.

Hey, Im a guy, and I go here with my wife. She gets her nails and toes done. I just get a basic pedi - no color! - but its a great deal to sit there and chill and let them pamper you a bit. HGTV is usually on, or you can stare at your phone, while you dip your feet in warm water and let the attendant do their work, massage your feet and give them a great scrub and clip. You cant beat it, man or woman, and for me its just around the corner. Friendly staff, nice comfortable accommodations, and usually no waiting.

I like the concept but am too impatient for the wait. It takes 2 hours for a regular mani/ pedi. The quality is excellent, but both times I have been, I made an appointment and still had to wait. Prices are good.

My friend got gel mani and basic pedi and hers was amazing too! Hers only cost $62! Gratuity is cash only, but some of the staff accept Venmo:) No massage chairs, but the great experience and excellent service made up for it!!
