Good, but not great! dropped off a car for #1, which car admittedly had some sand from a beach trip, and normal build up over a couple of months. Received car back with lots of sand left, indoors wiped about 60 %, and one tire/rim forgotten. Good prices, but not overly impressed. was expecting more! maybe i dropped my car on a busy day?

Paid online and setup an appointment. Read reviews for entrance and they’re on P4 in the garage. When picking up used the garage, take stairwell B elevators to get to. If the door to the elevators are locked needing a key fob that’s the wrong stairwell. They pay for the parking and got my car back spotless!

They do an amazing job for an affordable price. I wish they offered weekends.

Hi everyone for who is reading my feedback. If your looking place to take care your car, youre going to exactly right place what you need for you. I did buff and wax my Toyota Camry in two different places and those places just killed my car they couldnt make their job. But these guys made their job phenomenally for 10 star. Customer service perfect, they listen you exactly what you want to do with you car. Willy is one of the best guy I have ever met. He is friendly and always smile. Thank you guys I very very appreciated with your job.

Very good hand car wash and attention to detail.Little tricky to find: garage entrance is on Taylor Street on the right before Wilson Blvd, and the shop is at the P4.Recommend to make an appointment and make sure they have it noted down.Good social distancing practices with all staff wearing masks.

He did a great job considering that hes situated on the very bottom level of a parking garage, which prevents him from doing any underbody or inner wheel-well work.I plan on returning in a couple months as recommended.

Love, love, love! I had such a great experience... I got my interior shampooed for the first time ever (8 yrs). There were stains I was sure wouldn’t come out. Somehow, they managed to make it squeaky clean. It’s also located in a convenient area - I was able to work at a nearby cafe while waiting. I’ll return for sure.

One of the best car wash places Ive been to which offers a hand wash! When I came to get my car after KP was done, I was so impressed at the details if their cleaning. The truck looked brand new. This is the only car wash place I will take my vehicle to from now on.

To start with i was searching for the location because it was in P4 and I could find it in the begging. They are very friendly and the service was excellent, my car was missy but after the detailing was supper clean and shinny . I am going back if it reach the same situation. I highly recommend KP touch for car detailing.

I’d give zero stars if that were possible. Contacted KP Touch at 1030 am because my usual detailer was busy, and was thankful KP was able to get me in same day but also get it done before 5pm. Unfortunately that’s where the positivity of this experience ends. After picking up my car and driving out of the parking garage where they’re located, I was able to get a better look at their work - it seems the $150 package 3 included several spots of wax still on the car, four wheels covered in tire shine overspray, and a newly broken ac vent. There is nothing better than having to go behind someone you just paid to clean your car and finish the job for them upon calling them immediately about the broken vent, the owner vehemently disputed they broke anything and demanded proof it wasn’t broken before. I don’t take a bunch of photos of air vents in anticipation a careleas detailer may break them, sorry. The owner refused to take any responsibility for the issue, and seemed to feel leaving the wheels completely coated in tire shine, which made them look terrible, was acceptable. I’ll be filining a complaint with the BBB and strongly urge you to not trust this shady company with your vehicle - the work will likely be low quality and you may end up needing to replace parts they broke.

Just want to say thanks to the KP Touch Auto Detail team for doing a great job on my car.They are located in the basement of a building -- even though the address is listed as Wilson Blvd, the entrance to the parking lot is actually on Taylor St. They will deduct $12 off your cleaning price to cover the cost of the parking.

This was the first time I got my truck washed and it was amazing. They are very detailed oriented and focused on every part of my car. Even the cup holders that some car washes miss. The staff were very friendly and punctual.

Excellent! Best detail service Ive had in the area hands down. I used to go to Yates but the last two times Ive been, Ive been dissatisfied with how they cleaned and detailed (spotty job). But the guys at KP provided awesome customer service, and my Benz was given back to me as if it had just left the dealership. 2 thumbs up!

Far exceeded my expectations. I asked for the interior detail (shampoo and vacuum and general detailing). My car was really messy (kids - commute - life) and I figured “they’ll do their best.” The car now looks like I just bought it. Literally looks brand new. I am so pleased. I will be back.

Awesome! Highly recommended! I called them during my commute in the morning and they were able to take me that morning. Leaving the car before work and picking it up in that afternoon was totally smooth and seamless. The detailing was absolutely impeccable. Best Ive ever had. Great job, Prius like new again

First time customer. Very much a mixed experience. The cleaned car was awesome, looked great, and I was very happy. The issue is the expense. I signed up the $45 1A package and left a $10 tip, no problem. The issue, however, is you have to pay $12 to enter/exit the garage. No thanks, will not return. Too expensive.

Love this place. Brought my 2007 Prius to get a much needed makeover. These guys did a great job. My car needed a major clean up, an understatement, beyond dirty. I got back a different car. Very pleased with the result. The attendant was so proud of how nice a job they did., he gave me a tour of my car. :) He made sure to put plastic on the seats since they were still wet. BEST place. I will be back and recommend KP Touch to all of my friends.

Address the Elephant in the room first - It is on the lower floor of a parking garage. I thought this was going to be a random dude with a squeegee, but it was definitely a professional set up. It does cost money to get into the garage, but they deduct that from your bill now.Service was good. Car LOOKED great. When I got up into the exterior light i found some details that needed to be done over, but not really too noticeable. A couple spots were shown to me as needing the next - level up treatment to get out - where they strip your wax and reapply it i guess? - well about 15 seconds and some elbow grease got these spots out so thats why -1 star.Overall good service, and our car was a mess but they made it look nice and shiny

Fantastic car wash. I didnt catch the guys name who washed my car, but he did a fantastic job with a Ford escape. There wasnt a single spot missed (and I checked everything) and the car looks better than it did brand new. This place definitely lived up to the high rating I saw on Google before going.

The guys are incredible! I spilled a strawberry smoothie on my tan upholstered seats in 2009 and then put seat covers over them and pretended like it didnt happen. Flash forward to 2017 and they were able to get the stain out, as well as all of the other damage to my upholstery that comes with getting a car at 16 with no knowledge of re-sale value.Complete professionals, very affordable, and easy to work with my schedule. I was able to drop the car off in the morning and swing back at 6pm to pick it up.

Just brought my Corvette in after seeing all the outstanding reviews on KP Touch. I had driven up from Florida and the car was covered in dust and dead bugs. Its also black which shows EVERYTHING. When I came back, Kenny had the car parked under the lights like it was on the showroom floor. It looked gorgeous! Silky smooth wax and not a speck of dust inside. Perfect. Even though it was 7 pm the night before Thanksgiving, he took the time to show me what theyd done to make my car look beautiful again. The man is a true professional and is justifiably proud of his work.

KP Touch was disappointing despite many positive reviews. I paid 195 for a complete detail and the car was still dirty after they finished. They park cars in a very dark area in the parking garage, so its difficult to see their work -- bring a flashlight or check it with your phone... Among other shoddy workmanship, there was dirt in the door jambs and trim they didnt even try to wipe away; spot on the exterior they told me were water spots that couldnt come out -- but I removed them with a wet rag at home with little effort. The only positive it that its an indoor location and the rain doesnt stop them -- however, they charged 4x more than a local hand wash but didnt do a better job. Dont recommend.

Horrible service. The manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. He will tell you they are open and then when you get there he will tell you they are too busy and to come back another time. There quality of service is a disgrace as well. To top it off, they make you pay $6 just to get into the parking garage where they perform their work. I would recommend going anywhere else before here.

7/20/2017 - Wow. I had salt spots from March that I buffed and scraped (terrible idea) and couldnt get out. I paid for the executive detail which in fairness is pretty pricey, but between the amazing service and the quality of the detailing this is easily a 5 star venue. The owner is lucky he has quality employees that go above and beyond expectations.

Very disappointing experience today at KP Touch. I made an appointment two days ago to drop off my car this morning with understanding communicated to me that it would be ready within 2 to 3 hours. I had adjusted my schedule accordingly to accommodate this. Arrived this morning at KP and was told that they were very busy and earliest I could pick it up would be 3 pm. I recognize wait times can get extended a bit but not to this extreme. This will be last time I go to KP Touch.

Best car wash Ive ever had. Convenient location next to the Ballston metro, prices are competitive, and the employees are very professional and friendly. Ive been going here for over a year and a half now and have always been amazed at the quality of work!

So my car has been neglected wax-wise for a while. I had an insane amount of scratches all over the car. So I took it to these guys and was absolutely FLOORED when I saw the work they did. I was just about to get my whole front bumper re-painted till they worked their magic on my front bumper. Scratches, bug guts that wont go away, scuffs... ALL GONE!!! When I left the shop, I was getting head turns all over the place. $100 for a buff and wax? YOU CAN NOT BEAT THAT! Ive taken my car other places where they charge $300 for a service like that and its not even good. If youre smart, youll take it to these guys. Wonderful, friendly, courteous staff that will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

I took my SUV for the full package clean, and I was honestly surprised with how clean it looked afterwards! The interior was so dirty, and it seriously looked like a brand new car afterwards. They definitely know what theyre doing!

Words cannot describe how fantastic of a job they do! I have gotten used to going to those rush auto detailing that leave you wondering what package you could possibly have to pay for, for your car to finally be clean. At times Ive been so frustrated by finding the same marks I was hoping would be removed in the same place still there that I just wanted to drive around and make them do it and all over! Today I had enough. I hadnt washed my car since Winter and it was a few weeks away from having wash me written all over it. I was not wasting my money once more on less than half assed jobs, so I went online in search of a saving grace. These people did a job searching fantastic, my car was cleaner than when I drove off the lot with it upon purchase! They practically brought the new car smell back and it shined so bright for a second I wasnt sure it was my car. They did such a thorough job, I want to believe its magic! Ill definitely be returning and referring them! For that great price my car can never so much as be dusty again!!

OMG - Beyond happy with their work. My windshield was broken and it was a nightmare getting it fixed. In the process of getting it fixed by so-called professionals, my car took a beating with multiple scratches and glue. I had neglected to immediately clean bird poop off of my nice, new-ish (2016) car during a recent out-of-town trip, and the damn stuff ate away the finish. Nothing would get it off. Guys at the car wash said I would probably need to repaint it. Took it to body shop. Estimate was $550. I called another body shop and the owner said to take it to an auto detailer. I looked for the one closest to me and found KP Touch. Drove there at noon today, and he was done with the compounding and detailing by 3 p.m. Cost was more than I wanted to pay ($150), but it looks freakin fabulous!! Highly recommend!

I got my 2014 VW GTI detailed here, at first I was skeptical because I could done it myself but I talked to Serel and Kenny personally on the phone and they were friendly and very professional. They have changed my mind to come in and watch their magic be performed. I gotta tell you, their service is #1 but their customer service is 6 stars... They have a nice location located at central garage parking on the P4 level. My car was filthy inside and out. They cleaned my car to show room finish, vacuumed it from inside and made it look new again, my wheels and tires look amazing. I was amazed, a big smile was on my face, the work was performed was above exceptional and very friendly staff. Go there and drive away feeling great.The price is very competitive but the work is very appealing and done A+. You pay $35 to get a hand wash and vacuum then you pay $10 for parking. You cant find another place better than at kptouch auto detail. My car was feeling refreshed like when I first bought it from the dealership.They provide many services like buffing, waxing, and other services. You cant go wrong with them. Dont go anywhere else, come here and leave happy. They let me leave my business cards and flyers for computer and cell phone repair at the shop and were understanding that someone is connecting with them. Thank you for your courteous service and friendliness.
