I ended up there by chance because I needed a quick emergency fix and this was the nearest salon and I was very impressed. Its large, looks clean. Has nice, new furniture and equipment. My tech was skilled and did exactly what i asked even though it was somewhat unusual. Good COVID precautions (only using every other pedi chair, plexiglass dividers in front of and beside each station, etc. Best part was the pricing, which is the lowest Ive seen in Baltimore. Would visit again for sure!

My daughter got her nails done for her 1st time (professionally) on her birthday and the nail tech was kind and caring and did excellent work!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I was going out of town and decided to stop here instead of my usual nail shop. BIG MISTAKE!!! The nail tech was so rude, extra fees were added without mention and the tech didnt even thank me for my tip. Then the next day I had to return to have my nails redone due to air bubbles under the gel polish. The nail tech was even ruder and yelled at me for accidentally smudging my nail. I will never set foot in this low class and hostile establishment ever again.🤯 😤🚮

It was ok the young who sit in the first station to the right did my toes and was rough and made my big toe bleed. Was not friendly. The gentleman that did my nail was much better. Very gentle and took his time.

I called before I went so there was no wait time.... BUT they literally kept passing me around to different nail techs, 3 to be exact and I only got a basic mani & pedi. It was pretty in the end. So I still left happy.

I got a pedicure and manicure and it looks like my nine years old daughter did it. It was dirty and stinky not to mention they did not clean any of their equipment I had to ask the tech to clean the tub before I put my feet in.They lost me as a customer I will never go back they are horrible

I went to get a fill in on Thursday, by Saturday 2 nails broke and gel polish was chipping & the nail tech didn’t file my nails right around my cuticle! I’ve been getting my nails done for years (not by them) but I know how a nice, neat, filled nails are supposed to look. I went back and they fixed the 2 nails no charge & shaped my nails how they were supposed to be, but w my nail polish still on my other 8 nails. This is my second time there, was rushing needed someone to go. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN & I don’t recommend anyone to go either.

Because all they do is rush to get you done and when you paying money like this you want the job done correctly.I will not be going back to them again. Nails cut uneven and polish is outta line.and soon as you saying to them they get upset. Its crazy and Im a fool for going there.

Fast clean nails look good not busy but I did go early like 10am on a tues 25 for basic pedicure and 25 for a basic manicure with gel polish. Giving 4 stars because the information on the google isnt correct

Been going here for about 10 yrs they always charge extra $15 for gel nails per set inc hands & feet. I went in today to get my nails done was charge an extra $15 each for hands & feet a the end of my service without notice. From now on bring your own gel polish & youll just be paying for the services not the products.

My rhinestones came off in 3 days and the man who did my nails was kinda rude they did not do a good job at all one of my nails are already popped off I haven’t even had my nails don’t for a week yet

I always go to Michael or his wife Lisa. Lisa does an awesome job on my eyebrows. Michael is always quick and does a great job on my fill ins or full sets and pedis. Never had a problem.

Very rude. I came to get a fill in yesterday. Today my nail broke. I come in to get it fixed and the lady was rude and told me to have a seat. I waited 20 minuets just for one nail to be fixed. It shouldn’t have broke in the first place. Then it was painful to take off because of course it’s a brand new set. So he fixed it and it was okay. I just said I don’t want any other color now just clear. He proceeds to paint the nail and put the top coat on. Then said “that’s it” I told him I wanted it all my nails clear not just one. That will look stupid. He said if I do that I will charge you $7. I just walked out. So now i have 1 clear nail and the other are colored! It looks stupid! I warn y’all, waste your money if you wish, but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON! The products are CHEAP AND FAKE. If I could give 0 stars I would!

When the lady was drilling my nails she hit my skin which started to bleed, she then puts crazy glue on it to make it stop bleeding it’s started to burn and I told her she told me not to worry. That’s crazy I would not recommend coming here.

Old looking... cluttered nail techs rude af. Only saving grace was the elderly lady that gave 1 hell of a pedicure and massage.

Went quite a few times. The last time was my last time. Never going back again. She who sits in the front started my nails, moved to to get a pedicure before my nails were finished. Pedicure was ok, I waited 45 minutes because she took someone else and decided to finished her nails. They do not do a good job for me to put up with this crappola.

Ask for Tina. ..her work is the best

They dont have a nail artist if you wanted to get your nails designed.

Jimmy does amazing with nails and Kim gives wonderful customer service and great pedicures. Ginger is ok with eyelashes she is very aggressive though and gets frustrated easily. I’m satisfied with my mani Nd pedi Nd I would just get my lashes done elsewhere. Jessica is also very good with manicures as jimmy

Today i was at this salon and had the worse experience. I went in to get my acrylic soaked off about 6:30 they told me to have a seat and put my nails in the acetone, what they didnt tell me was that they had other clients before me and when i asked them why did they do that because i could have come back tomorrow they act like they couldnt understand English. They sent me to another lady and i ask the manager to not do that to me again because my time is valuable as well and than i walked into the restroom after returning i was told that we decided that we are not going to do your nails about 7:45 when all the other nail salons were about to close, so my response was i m not paying you for anything you guys have done this far. I am truly upset and will never go to this salon again because i have had not just one bad experience, but several but the salon is close to home and i just went for the convenience, they are rude, money hungry and very unprofessional and if i could rate them a 0 i would!!!!!

I have been going to this nail shop for almost 16 years and love what steven do. He always make sure Im well taken care of. Lisa does a wonderful job on my brows. Yeah i had problems at first but they know who i am and know what i like. Im not taking a rush job and im not taking any crap. I love the gel polish and it last for like 5 weeks if i have a problem i go back and they fix it. Love this shop.

Ive been getting my nails down since I was 15 so lets just say for years. Ive never had any kind of nail issue or fungus until I went to Nail Studio. The owner is rather nice however his wife is a bit rude. She has never been rude to me but Ive witnessed her be rude with others sometimes they deserved it sometimes they didnt but customer service comes first. The cleaning they give the pedicure bowls between customers is not sufficient. Ive had to ask the to clean them again on multiple occasions. This is a neighborhood nail shop. There is no water, no wine, not a relaxing atmosphere whatsoever.

Its ok. Most of the staff is rude & has no customer service skills. U can pop in & they are not very crowded due to losing customers since the ownership change & staff switch. I only continue to go because my fav nail tech still works there. If she ever leaves I would never go back.

It was ok I like my full set its long and thin not thick at all. But I was hoping to get the ombre nail and he said they dont have ombre?? I didnt realize doing the ombre was with different color powder. Also he cut my Pinkys on the cuticles. Really enjoying the thin layer of acrylic.

The ppl(male) who did my pedicure was FANTASTIC!!! But the ppl who did my nails was very RUDE, INCONSIDERATE!!!! The lady who does eyelashes was FANTASTIC also....

I was looking for a new technician, this salon I used over 10 years ago. The staff was rude and unfriendly. They started my nails made an excuse for me to return on another day.They had snarky comments in their language. The tech made my cuticles bleed on 3 of my fingers.I tipped him $5, and he was never friendly or thankful. I miss Lux Nails.

I wish I had the same workers as the other 5 star reviewers. I had a fill-in right before New Years with french nail design. @ days later I could see yellow patterns appear under several different nears. I was so busy to stop and really see what the patterns were. third day it was on all the nail. turns out it was the ends of all the old nail that was not clipped way turning yellow. under the new fill-in you can see all the old corners cracking under the fill-in. I will reurn to this salson to have them all soaked off and start over. so embarrassed with French design.

IN the middle of him painting my nails because I wasn’t close enough for him he yanked my arm very hard and didn’t finish my nails and I’m desputing this matter and possible getting police involved I do not suggest this nail salon at all !!!!!
