My nails came out pretty. However, I asked for around the nail to be cleaned up a bit and was told it would come off later. 😂 This was a ridiculous thing to hear. I’ve never been told this by a nail tech. So, there is still acrylic around and clumped underneath my nail. Because I was given an attitude instead of a solution. 👍Thanks lady. The place as a whole could use some better upkeep. Like dusting and cleaning the inside of the gel lamp where I had to place my hands. Having towels available at the sink would be helpful as well.

I decided to try this place out based on getting 25 great reviews. Nope!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars. The owner rush through my nails and did a horrible job. I took pictures. Polish still all around the nail. He didnt clean under the nail. I didnt complain or address it with him. He clearly wont have understood what or why I am upset. This is my first time and I will not be back.

They do a great job here. I am comfortable and its clean. I only get a pedicure. I am in and out no problems.

They do not keep their tools in alcohol. Which is very unsanitary! Will not be going again. Nor will I recommend!

Ive been going to cail nails since the late 90s. They have always been very kind. All of the women in my family love cali nails. They have great customer service and their pricing and experience is amazing.

This place did an amazing job with customer service and aesthetics. I made a same-day appointment for an SNS mani and pedi, and they were very prompt even though they were busy. The pedicure was very thorough, and the massage chair was a nice touch. I am very picky about my manicures, but Caroll did awesome! She made sure I was happy with the color and length and everything. Deff going back!

I’ve been going to Cali nails for a while now and they used to be great especially when Carol did my nails but, today when I asked for them to change something on my nails they became really rude and nasty and started arguing with me. I definitely didn’t enjoy my experience!

I used to take my Mom who had considerable HANDICAP needs & they treated her like a QUEEN 👑. When we entered someone would take over her care so that I too could be treated like a QUEEN 👑. As far as I am concerned it is the only nail salon I will go to!!!!

The male nail tech was very rude! I came in and asked for a pink and white ombre. He showed me a pic of his work which looked beautiful. He proceeded to do one nail but I noticed that the pink powder used for the Ombre did not look particularly well for my skin tone. I asked him if he could find another shade and when he did it still was not flattering for me. Mind you this is still only one nail that he did for me. When I looked at the one nail it still did not look good so I told him can we just scratch it and start over I did not like the color. He proceeded to get offended because I told him I did not like the nail. He started to complain that I was basically telling him he did not know how to do his job which I was not. I was in no way telling him that he did not know how to do it I just did not like the color. I guess he was irritated because I told him to start over I am not going to pay for something that I do not like. It was very unprofessional I am a paying customer. He then proceeded to treat me very cold while doing my nails as if he did not want my money. I told him that I am not trying to be difficult. There was no reason for him to get offended just because I did not like a color. And it is not okay to treat a paying customer like that. If I ever go again he will not be doing my nails.

I have been coming to Cali Nails for over 10 years.I appreciate the family environment;quality of their work and the customer service orientation.Most of all,I appreciate the sanitary handling of nail and foot care.Tools and equipment are well maintained.In 10 years,I have had no problems with infections irritations etc.

Horrible! The owner, whom is the guy who sits in the front has no idea as to what he is doing! He was either rushing to do my nails or he has some type of disorder that causes him to shake. Either way...he continued to file my cuticles causing them to bleed, he did not file down the acrylic enough, and his polish job was lumpy and thick to the point that it wouldnt dry and it was GEL polish. Last but not least...since the polish wouldnt dry and his finger prints were all over my nails, I just asked him to remove it...he had the nerve to try to charge me for the gel polish that had to be taken off. He said hes charging me for the time it took for him to put that mess on my nails. I dont know about the ladies who work there, but please stay away from the owner!

Mani/pedicure for $35 and its good. Dont know about upgrading but thats all is needed for the 5th star

They did a great job and were super nice. I took my 2 small children in for a special pedicure treat and they were treated like royalty.
