Chin is amazing. I’m awful at picking nail polish colors out but he knows what works with my skin tone and makes the best suggestions. My nails always look fantastic and he makes me laugh the entire time. Prices are very reasonable. I look forward to every appointment and will never go anywhere else.

Nice ambiance inside. It is nicely decorated with adequate nail and pedicure stations. It is owned by husband and wife. They are a nice, welcoming couple. All of the staff are friendly. Our temperature was checked upon entering and you are directed to the sink to wash your hands. Anh did my pedicure, dip/powder manicure, and eyebrows. She took her time and did a great job. This was my first time here. Unfortunately my nails didnt last past a few days. I blame it on my line of work. I have to constantly wash and sanitize my hands. I got my nails down on a Friday, returned to work Monday, and my nails began chipping on Monday. They do have a policy where they will fix your nails if they mess up within a 14 day period. I think this is awesome. I did not take advantage of it because I knew they would mess up again. I just let them continue to chip and they were off within a week. Gel and powder just arent for me at the moment. My mom got the same services, just gel instead. Her nails are still fine 2.5 weeks later. I do find the pedicures pricey.

So many reasons to love this place! They are strictly appointment only and honor the times consistently. They have an excellent protocol in place for the current COVID-19 pandemic, and from the perspective of a healthcare care professional I can say that their infection control is on point. All of the staff is friendly and polite. Theresa does not disappoint at all for powder/dip manicures, and I love that this salon does them in a way that protects the integrity and health of the natural nails underneath- no drilling down to nothing like in so many other nail salons. Easily the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had.

I always love coming here! They are professional and ethical and theyre kind and real. The staff all seems like they are family rather than just co-workers and always seem to remember all the details for returning customers. I really appreciate that they dont use the Dremel to take off nails, but will soak to save your nail--this means they are willing to put in the time and quality! Thank you!

Great ambience, friendly staff. I got a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. The nails come with a 14 day warranty ie you can get them fixed if they chip within 14 days. The prices are a reflection of the quality. Will definitely be going back. Callie did a wonderful job on my nails

My gel manicures last 2-3 weeks and feel light on my nails rather than chunky thick nail polish. Love it!

Enchanted Nails is great! They take sanitation super duper seriously and are great neighbors. They even arranged to haul trash away that somebodys contractors dumped on the street.They are reasonably priced and have always left my nails looking healthy and beautiful.

So Im relatively new to Enchanted, but I will never go anywhere else. Chin and his whole staff are fabulous, consistent and have high standards for themselves. The salon is always clean and everyone is constantly laughing and having a good time. As soon as you walk in, youre greeted with a beautiful fish tank and the constant loop of YouTube videos on the TVs around the salon of people trying dishes around the world.What I love most is how Enchanted takes so much pride in their Salon. They are efficient and accommodating to their clients and genuinely love what they do.They have a huge assortment of colors to choose from, and they even offer to repair your nails if they chip!Enchanted also offers tanning and waxing services, which I have yet to take advantage of yet. Ill be sure to update this review when I do!

Update 8-9-2018: Got my nails done this time and couldnt be happier. Not going anywhere else!The staff are wonderful and were great with my daughter and me. Highly recommend!

3 weeks ago I went here for the first time for a gel french manicure. The gel is still on my nails and other than the white being stained because I work a lot with animals and go hiking a lot, it has held up very nicely in comparison with many other places Ive tried. Most places I can peel the gel off after 1-2 weeks. But this isnt even bubbling up. They have done a good job of following covid restrictions and I liked that they guarantee their product. Picture is about 1.5-2 weeks after manicure.

I scheduled an appointment for an acrylic full set on a Friday and I Wasn’t sure of what to expect. I’ve always been to other places ( cheaper and great quality) I recently moved to the area and found this place so I thought ok this place seems a little more top notch so maybe the results will be great.Turns out I was wrong. The guy who did my set was so serious and even my nail are crooked it’s only been 3 days and my nail polish is wearing off. I’m disappointed because I paid almost double than if I had gone to my regular.The place is clean and nice but the results were not what I expected. The guy didn’t cut my natural nails he just glued in the false ones. And the acrylic are not even sizes.I’ll just go back to my regular $20-$25 nail salon.

This is the best nail salon in Baltimore! When Chin does my gel manicure, it lasts me four weeks, which doesnt happen when I get gel manicures at other salons. This photo is at week four.

I have been coming to Enchanted Nails and Spa for over a year now. Its the best salon Ive been to because of the service and the environment! I usually get gel manicures and pedicures here. Im always more than satisfied with how they turn out, no matter who does them (Chin, An, Callie and Andy- all amazing!). The people who work here are great- so easy to talk to and they treat their regulars extremely well. Getting my nails done here is a relaxing and a fun experience. I recommend it to all of my friends. Tip: Call early to book an appointment, theyre a popular spot and they get busy fast.People of color, PRO TIP: I got my first ever spray tan here and Im in love. The color is subtle, but enough to give me that bronze glow that I usually only get in the summer. Chin mixed and chose the right colors for my skin tone. I was skeptical of how much I would like it because Ive never heard of people of color getting spray tans, but it turned out well!Edited to add that Im looking forward to trying their waxing services soon.

Made my day to get my nails done.COVID precautions taken seriously but they dont make you feel uncomfortable about it. Appointments only. Hygienic and clean. I felt safe.Really pleased with my experience and for time impression was a great one.

So easy to book appointments (I did it through FB). The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere, staff is friendly and attentive to detail. I got a pedicure, gel manicure and eyebrow wax and was happy with all three.Bonus:They have a rewards program and its doggie friendly.

Best nail experience I’ve had. Teresa was amazing. Great conversation and great results! I got a spa pedicure and dip mani. She really look the time and they look Fabulous. This is my new nail salon. Not only did my daughter and I get truly expert manicures, we learned all about Asian food and the best restaurants to find it. Chen is your man!I had a gel manicure. Their color selection is huge, and my nails look gorgeous. They also know how to correctly remove gel polish. Previously, Ive only gotten a gel manicure for vacations and special occasions because my nails would be ruined when the polish was removed. Now I can get the longer lasting gel manicure every time.My daughters nails look beautiful too. Plus! The price was right!

First time here and Ill definitely be coming back! Making the appointment and getting pricing was easy. I brought my girlfriend for her first Pedi (TLC to the rescue) and she loved it. Callie and Theresa were awesome. Callie worked on my girlfriend and was very thorough, my girlfriends feet are soft af now lol Theresa was thorough as well my feet are like a babys butt and theyre both really affable. I highly recommend this place. Appointments are required at the moment and masks are mandatory of course. When you come in your temp is taken and then youre asked to wash your hands before being seen. The whole vibe of the shop is really welcoming and you definitely get what you pay for.

Ive been seeing Chin for my manicure, pedicure & spray tan needs for the past few years, and its great that he and An were finally able to open their own spot!Its a great location, easily walkable from Fells Point, Butchers Hill, Washington Hill, etc. Parking is a bit sparse in the area, but its Baltimore City, so get over it.The services here were great as usual, the pedicure massage chairs are awesome, and the fish tank at the entrance is an added bonus.I live in San Diego now, but you better believe I will be back to Enchanted Nails & Spa every time Im home!

Yup!!! I found the best place to do my nails. I made my appointment a dew days prior. As I walked in I was serviced immediately. Chin was great! Really funny and friendly. He noticed things on my nails that I never noticed before and he was very detail and neat with his work. I made my next appointment quickly because he gets very busy as well.

Came here on whim in desperate need of a manicure. I am a little picky to say the least about my nails and have had the hardest time trying to find a place. I have found my spot and cant say enough about this place. Clean, inviting atmosphere. I suggest making appointments in advance but well worth it!

Best experience Ive had. Normally everywhere I go they rush through the experience and skip steps necessary. As a hairdresser having someone take their time and make sure my hands and feet are taken care of is amazing, and at no point did I feel rushed. The space is super clean and bright and beautiful. The owner went out of his way to make sure everyone who works there is awesome. The important part too is the price doesnt break the bank, especially considering the quality of the service. Go here and pamper yourself!

When Enchanted opened a little less than 3 years in fells point I was very excited because it was very close to my house and I hadnt found a nail place that I liked in my neighborhood. I met An and Chin opening week and I have been going to An ever since they opened. She always takes her time doing my regular mani and she has secret skills on how to make the polish stay on longer than any other nail specialist I have gone to. An is extremely responsive and accommodating with my schedule since im a last minute planner. She helps me plan ahead and book appointments especially during the holiday season when they are very busy b/c every person needs their nails done during thanksgiving and the other holidays!I get the basic pedi and I am always very happy after I leave. My toes are beautiful and im very relaxed.I cant recommend An and Chin enough!

Chin has been doing my nails for 7 years now and Ive followed him to multiple locations, and now I drive from Ellicott City into downtown B-more just to see him...that should tell you all you need to know. His wife, An, has done my nails before as well and both of them are talented, friendly, and professional. I have cheated a few times (sorry Chin!) and had a gel mani elsewhere when out of town, but theyve never lasted as long as when Chin does them.Ive also had quite a few airbrush tans and I am always happy with the result.The owners are wonderful people who I consider my friends, and I am so pleased they have opened their own place. You will find that their salon is a clean, welcoming and relaxing place to be. I cant recommend it enough!
