I think I have been going to Lee Nails in security mall around one year now & they have gotten a lot better since the reviews posted, I’ll see how many sets I can post on here to show proof that my nails really do come out the way I ask.i do specifically go to coy for all my sets.. BUT one bad thing is I’m very impatient & sometimes it is crowded there .. & if you go to shadow you’ll love his personality but since he is the owner he has to bounce around a bit while doing your nails other than that 5/5 love this place ..

First fillers nail broke off I’m 2 days. Tech used a poor fill powder probably knew I lived in PA. Never use them

Me an my mom went to get our feet an nails done. These are my hands. My feet came out perfect. The gentlemen who did my feet did a amazing job an massage. My nails didnt come out right. I asked for coffin shape. I asked for my cuticle an side skin to be cut as well. The lady told me no. Kind of high prices as well.

I have been coming here for almost 15 years now, since I was in high school and worked elsewhere in the mall. always clean, friendly, and I feel like family. love this place

My first time at Lee Nails was the most comfortable and accommodating experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon yet. My nail tech was Shadow he’s very hospitable and takes pride in his work. He was very patient and concise. I asked for a ballerina shape nail and that’s exactly what I got. I enjoyed his conversation and customer service. He is officially my new nail tech ❤️

I love coming to Lee Nails. I moved to the Baltimore area a few years ago and never had a “go-to” nail salon until I found Lee Nails. Khoi does my nails and he is so sweet and meticulous. Shadow is sure to make you laugh and there is just a “Cheers” vibe to the establishment. Bad customer service is my BIGGEST pet peeve and I’ve never experienced that here. Been going consistently for almost a year now and I don’t see myself going anywhere else unless I move out of state.

I have been a customer for nearly two decades. The new location is more open and gives an relaxed environment. Shadow is so friendly and sweet. My pedicures are always the best as well as my manicures. I will be a customer for many years to come.

I’ll give them 1 star because they were open on Sunday. However I can never seem to get what I ask for when in a nail salon. Is it hard to get the full nail bed polished. Following directions is important when I’m paying my money for what I want. They don’t like to polish the whole nail because they would then have to clean around the cuticle the excess polish which is time consuming. I find this an issue in most nail salons.

Today was the first time I’ve ever been there I took my sister and cousin along with me so they could get their fill in and could get my pedicure the guy told us it would be about 15 -20 mins for us to get started . They took about a half an hour to start me and almost 2 hours later decided to call my cousin and sister back by this time I was done and we had to leave . Then my pedicure was super pricey I’ve never paid that much for a pedicure before . The lady who did my feet was good I tipped her but I will not be returning. They are just to slow in there and over priced and I don’t have a problem spending money because the place I go to is expensive but again my feet have NEVER. Cost that much and I’ve never had to wait that long just unacceptable

Best place ever. Mr. Lee always takes good care of my nails when I come in and love the people here. Their new location in the mall is elegant and cozy. I love getting my nails done here.

Very talented manicurist. Above many of the salons because there is no rushing through. You are not allowed to leave without total satisfaction. No wifi but have refreshments with service. Smoothie are very good

Horrible service. No respect for customers, if there is a problem. Service is good as long as you make no complaints. Just go with what ever they do, and they are good with you....that is no way to run a business! and people will see it for themselves, and Lee Nails will be out of business as a result.

This place was horrible. I came to get my nails done for my birthday. He charged me $10 extra for glitter polish as a design. I asked for coffin shaped and got a rounded shape. My nails also came off withen 2-3 days and i came back and i was told once i leave out the door they have nothing to do with my nails i now have on 4 nails and i just got them done less than a week ago...... SAVE YALL MONEY AND YALL TIME!!!!!!

My nail tech was amazing and everyone at the shop was nice! I came in with the most horrible nails (broken, cracked, month old gel polish) and he handled them with care (no pain). I came out with beautiful natural nails (most techs would have covered my nails with gel or tips) with the cutest dip powder manicure. After years of driving 40 minutes to another nail salon I think I’m comfortable with making a switch.

I rarely leave reviews but I really had a wonderful experience today. I’ve gone to many salons in the area and this has been by far my best experience. I most definitely will be returning!

The WORST nail salon. Not only did they overcharge me but the nail tech didnt know wat he was doing. Its like he was experimenting on me. I came from our of town to go to a wedding. And this place was suggested. I end up with nails lifting in less than 3 days!!!! 3 dsays!!! If it wasnt so far I would go back just to curse them out!!!I want my money back!!! Wat bad service!!!

I was there to get my eye lashes done on a Thursday evening and the guy charged me $35.00 when most nail shops in the area only charges $25-$30. The worst part is the lashes begun falling out two days later. I will never go back there . He was horrible.

Love this place there every month I love love love shadow I dont know what Im going to do when I move were Im going 2 fine me to treat me well.and HIS sister does lovely pedicures but they are the best and FRIENDLY this shop has been there 4yrs. Cus the customer service is A1 excellent

Best nail spot in town ! Shadow is always on point ! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it’s worth every minute!

Loved this place. My oldest daughter recommended this place. Needed a new tech. My youngest daughter and I went. We requested Shadow. He did my daughters nails and Koy (sp) did my nails. The quality of work was great but the customer service was extraordinary. I am sold. All the way from Howard County. We will be going bacm

Ok so was there a wait, yes. Did they begin the pedi on someone that came after me, yes. Did one of them act like he couldnt change my water while I waited, yes. But my technician was actually amazing! Though it was quite full he did not allow that to reduce his quality of service. Would I be back, yes!

I would give -5 stars if it was possible. This place is disgusting & they charge different people different prices for the same services. The young lady that work there has a terrible attitude! I will never go there again, and I encourage you not to either. Very outdated, not clean..

Everyone there is so pleasant.

They had me waiting for over an hour and performed services on customers that came in after me. The salon was dirty and I saw about 10 violations in the hour I was sitting there. Go somewhere else. Its not worth it.

Just ok. Nothing to write home about.

Went to get a pedicure and the man cut my toe.
