Where does one even begin with the complete and total lies this company told us? My partner was involved in an accident, and these liars said that they absolutely HAD to tow the car to their yard, or that our insurance wouldnt cover the fees. Turns out, this was an absolute lie, and it could have been towed to our autoshop. Instead they kept the vehicle for upwards of a week, before our insurance was finally able to work with them to get the vehicle.Will DEFINITELY be spreading what happened far and wide. Hopefully other people see this and think twice before using this company. Disgusting that you took advantage of us like this!

19 y/o female here whos car would not start parked in a 64 clearance garage. The tow truck could not go past the second level due to the height but they basically pushed it out of the garage themselves without any assistance from me and they never complained! All this while its waws 98 + degrees TX heat! Tito drove my car to the shop and was super nice and professional ! Could not have asked for a better first towing experience !

Amazing service from Tito! Really turned around our Saturday after we destroyed our tire. He gave us a card so we can save money if we run into trouble in the future (hopefully not the near future). They towed it to a place that was closed. So I couldnt get to my car til they were open on Monday. Plus the tow person misplaced my car key. He marked it supposed to be in car and its not! When I brought this to their attention they did nothing about it. Until I really got upset.

Tito and his wrecker really came through for me i was involved in a hit and run and the other driver took off and i was sticking out on the highway and my car wouldnt move from the extensive damage the other driver caused. It was dark and people were coming at me really fast and would have to slam on their brakes when they saw me and swerve to avoid me. Tito came out of nowhere and calmly told me to get out of my now totaled car and expertly lifted it onto his flatbed. He was kind enough to give me a ride after i dealt with the police and i didnt have enough money (it was the week before payday) and he let me pay him later . overall very courteous and professional tow company that i have used multiple times. 5 stars

My car was sent to A-Tex by the towing company after an accident. Tito was extremely helpful in getting me into my car to remove personal items. Then he went above and beyond in helping me salvage an expensive tow bar, even though he was wrapping up for the day.Thanks Tito!

Car died in the middle of Southwest Parkway during rush hour (on a hill) and could not push it over. I called my insurance to request a tow and the dispatched A-Tex Towing. Tito came out and he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick. He arranged to drop my car off at my house and even dropped me off at work (which was about 3 blocks away)!Really great experience.

I got the pleasure of having some car issues after work, car wouldnt start. Around 5:20 PM I called Tex Towing, by 5:55 PM my car was on the truck heading to the repair shop. A-Tex Towing is legit. Today, Andrew graciously helped me get out of a real bind. My car was completely dead off of 360, and he completely saved the day. After being dispatched, not only did he make it in under half an hour, he was nice enough to drop me off at my house (before dropping my car off at the shop). I asked to tip him, and he was very honest, and politely refused. If you are ever in a bind, count on A-Tex Towing to get you out!

2 a.m. worst time to have any car issues. I called several places, many claimed to be 24 hours and never answered,some prices were outrageous, and others were going to take at least 3 hours (one even quoted 9 a.m.). A Tex Towing went above an beyond by Answering right away, answered all my questions, very courteous, and ONLY took an hour to come to my location considering the time and place of pick up. I experienced an emergency I was in a 5-mile radius up their location I called about 9:45 p.m. they said they were closed for the day when I was told they were a 24-hour service company. I had to leave my car which got sideswiped broken side mirror and crunched left rear fender, while I waited for an Uber cab. I would have paid extra if asked just to get off of the main 35 highway but that was not even offered. When I came back the next morning with a new tire the city was there to tow my Cadillac, 5 minutes longer and I would have incurred an additional few hundred dollar expense. The city employee explained, cars must be moved because many people are killed well on the side of the road. It had to be an angel that protected me when my car was sideswiped on the side of the road.

These guys. Went abive and beyond. Did a heavy tow. I stayed at yard waiting replacement5 truck. Fed me. Had access to shower and did job fir 250 less than commercial towingWhat more could u want

This review is SOOO long overdue (give or take a year!!!), and for that, I sincerely apologize to David and A*Tex Towing!! I had lost the business card I was given by David the night I got stuck in the mud when I had pulled over on the side of the 71 in the pouring rain! I couldnt remember the Tow companys name, but I do remember David! I am preparing to move and the business card showed up whilst packing!! Cmon Jesus!! SO excited! I only just found it 10 minutes ago! This review couldnt wait another minute/day/YEAR!!Its been on my heart to write a review ever since that night!! So buckle up! Hah!Here goes.. About a year ago, I was at evening church and knew I had likely gotten food poisoning, because the waves of nausea kept hitting me like a ton of bricks! I ended up being sick then decided I best go home (Yes, God IS healer! I know this firsthand!) church was just about finished and it was pouring rain.. I was driving westbound on the 71 and literally threw up all over myself and the dashboard of the car - not my car.. my bosss car!! (Gross I know, told yall to buckle up! Haha) I pulled over as soon as I could, visibility wasnt good because of the torrential downpour taking place.. I got out, threw up some more, took off my coat that was completely obscured and got back in the car soaking wet when I realized that I was stuck in the mud! I got back out tried to look for any stones, wood, branches.. anything that could potentially help! I was by myself (female in my 30s) my phone battery had just gone flat, and the car charger wasnt working (damaged at the connection point and just so decided that that night was its last night of operation! 😣) I had a man pull over, asking if I needed help.. but I didnt feel very comfortable around him so I told him that help was already on the way.. I had been praying the entire way home and obviously didnt stop when all this happened, but my prayers stepped up a notch because after that person left, i felt an urgency in my spirit! It was pitch black, late, pouring rain and I just started thanking God for His protection and help.. for Him to send His angels to pull me out of the mud! (Ahh! He is just so good and gracious to us!) Within 2 minutes of that bold and faith-fueled prayer, a police officer pulled over, named Stephen, and then a Fire truck stopped and then David from A-Tex towing appeared!! All within 2 minutes!!?? What!!? BUT GOD!!! HIM! Only HIM!David was an absolute angel!! I will NEVER forget that evening! He pulled me out of the mud and put me safely back on the road I was to travel! So, David, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! You were used so mightily by God that night! You took such good care of one of His beloved girls and He is so very pleased and proud of you!! I had the WORST experience with this towing company. Not only was the guy, whose name is Daniel Pecina, extremely rude when I asked for his name, he refused to release my car even when I was willing to pay. The most unprofessional and disrespectful place. I have proof of his rudeness and lack of professionalism. He also charged me for extra fees even though my car didn’t even last two hours in this lot. DO NOT EVER REQUEST SERVICE FROM THIS TOWING COMPANY.

I have been towed plenty before but have never been so pleased with a towing company. Tito and Leo were very professional and friendly. AAA sent these yahoos while me and my kids were stuck on 35 with a blowout. Told me 20 minutesas this was a priority because we were not in a safe location. Told me by 12... Thankfully the police showed up because theres nothing like hundreds of cars per minute blasting by doing 80 damn near clipping you. About 40 minutes in they called me and said it would be 25 minutes. Austin traffic man. Thankfully the police officer had called HERO.that guy was helping out with a four-car wreck further south but still made it to me before VIP. Changed the tire, super courteous and fast- NO CHARGE.VIP finally shows up as Im putting stuff back in my trunk. USELESS.

Leo is a professional who knows his classic cars and the office people are on the job. It may take them longer to get to you but it will be worth the wait. AAA sent me a yahoo who spoke little English and did not know how to hookup a delicate classic car.

After getting the run around from other towing companies with prices which would differ from dispatch to the driver. I used yelp and found Atex, their quote was what I paid. They arrived when they said they would. Im very happy with the service.

To set the scene: I got two flat tires on my way home from downtown around 2:30 AM (which is peak traffic for those 6th street rascals). I called 7 different towing agencies and they were all busy, closed, or had a wait time of 2+ hours.When I called A-Tex, I was told the wait was only 45 minutes (which wasn’t terrible, considering the 2+ hours I would have waited). Well, I am SO GLAD I went with them, because not even 10 minutes after I called, Mando from A-Tex arrived to tow my vehicle. 10 MINUTES! Talk about phenomenal response times! Unlike most, Mando stays on the ready for any calls that might come their way no matter the time of night.As far as price is concerned, the cost for towing my car 27 km was about $130. To me, this wasn’t a bad price at all considering I’ve paid about the same price to move my car less than 300 feet in West Campus.I highly recommend A-Tex Towing if you ever find yourself in a bind! I know I will call again if I ever need it.

Called around Austin after getting the run around from other towing companies with prices which i thought was pricey got the best deal from Atex. I used google and found Atex, their customer service was top of the line they went out of there way for me. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Very poor service I have been waiting for an hour and made 3 phone calls nobody showed up finally I cancelled my request for tow truck. And called another towing company.

I called for a tow on Sunday (7/22/18). Told the driver the driveway would be clear for the car to left there. The car was left beside the curb instead. I was home and was never contacted when my vehicle was dropped off. The manager claimed that they attempted to call me. They could have rang my doorbell, knocked, or contacted AAA to verify my # (verified my call logs, there was no call or voicemail).

I used this company to tow my vehicle from the car dealership (CAPITAL CHEVROLET) They hit my vehicle after I had it towed to them🙄. The company came quickly and charged me very reasonable price 😊

Customer service is really rude to you and heartless. We didn’t choose to use this company, we were hit by a drunk driver nearly killed and rushed to trauma center in the Er. When we found out it was brought here we went like the insurance company told us. They wanted all our info that was INSIDE THE TOTALED VEHICLE ON THEIR LOT. They wouldn’t go get it themselves they wouldn’t let us go get it. So I’m trying to make all these phone calls and emails to get what they were demanding and the lady was saying “hurry up I’m closing to the exact minute you’ll have to come back tomorrow.” Talk about adding insult to injury and stress when this was my one open window to be here.
