This is absolutely my favorite nail shop in Fells Point, the owner is always so attentive and welcoming! To award the lovely ladies that work in my office I bring them here, they love it too! I also bring my daughter here for nail services, shes 11 and she also really enjoys this shop. I was originally referred to this shop by my dear friend Kristen and I am so grateful to have been directed here!

Always a nice experience on a Sunday when my regular Nail Salon is closed.

The pedicure process was nice. however they apply the polish so light its patchy.... they dont lay down a good apex which is harmful to the customers once their nails start growing. When my sister didnt like how the man did the design he told her she would be charged extra for him to redo. Then drilled her nails removing more acrylic from her nails and didnt put more on to replace what he took off... once again where is your apex? Had to be told multiple times that he was being sloppy and still he didnt slow down to take his time. There is many more issues with this shop but I aint got the time to write it all our so to save your time just refrain from giving your business to them.

They absolutely have rookies doing nails here. Not professional appearing AT ALL. I picked out a clear pink polish prior to him starting my nails. I had cracked acrylic and some lifting. he didn’t clip the lifting parts and just slapped acrylic on top haphazardly. I had to tell him to go back on on of the nails because my real nail was still showing. Shaping is terrible. And my greatest annoyance is that the lines where the nail was refilled was visible on all my nails. He barely filed around the cuticles so it doesn’t look natural at all. Will not be returning. These are my nails the same day of my refill.

Was over charged on my card for a medicure that was orginally 20 and got charged 25 for a deluxe medicure which u didnt get since my hands was not dipped into the wax...I paid and politely left jokes on her since you upcharge my ur tip became that $5 instead of $20

Ok so ii came here like two weeks ago for a gel pedi and full set. Today one of my nails almost lifted off which ii wasn’t too mad about because it’s been almost two weeks and it’s time for a fill in anyway but ii look at my toes and the polish is chipping! I’ve NEVER had my gel polish chip before even after having it on for over two months (that one time when COVID first happened). Needless to say ii will NOT be coming back here for their services. My nails came out cute but a gel pedi, especially a vip one, should last much longer.

Called this nail salon after sitting in a different salon for 30 minutes after my appointment time and hadn’t even been spoken to once. They fit me and my sister in law in within 5 minutes!! We both were very satisfied with the work and will be returning here from now on!!

Awful ..first technician couldnt shape my nails ..second did a horrible paint job ..

They are the most covid friendly place I have been to so far and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience along with every other customer in their salon.

The service was friendly. I felt as though I had to walk the nail technician through the process. My nails were not being filled in from the cuticle until I pointed it out. If that’s not done properly, you leave looking like you’re on the verge of needing fill-ins immediately. I also had to point out where my nail needed to be clipped because the acrylic was lifting. When the polishing was being done, I had to keep pointing out the parts of my nails lacking paint. My nail technician was Ben. Despite having to constantly point things out, he was very friendly. Ben was eager to please. He corrected everything I showed him without attitude. We engaged in a friendly conversation which made the experience positive. I would recommend this nail salon because the service was good. He may be still new and there are plenty of people to choose from. The nail salon is clean, aesthetic and taking precautions to protect clients and technicians from Covid-19.

They had too many customers and not enough people so she tried to get me to soak my nails but I didn’t have time for that plus they don’t ever have to soak my nails even when I have a hurt one so to get me out of there fast she was ruff with my hurt nail and instantly made it bleed and told me she can’t do it and to come back in two days and then when I was leaving she told me to come back tomorrow morning. Obviously she was trying to have one less customer but to hurt me on purpose is messed up. I had somewhere to be and needed my nails done, messed that up for me!

Rude staff, left my sitting in a pedicure chair for my feet to soak for over 40 mins. Last time I come here !!!!

Called they told me last appointment at 7, I came in and came all the way there and they told me it’s too busy to take me

All I wanted was a manicure with gel polish. It looked bumpy and lumpy. It was gel polish all over my finger tips and it’s only been 1 day and a half and my polish is chipping off already. Please save your money

They close at 6:00, I arrived at 5:15 they were empty. She said Im too busy come back tomorrow 🤣🤣 no thanks, I drove 25 minutes here

My tech Yelin is awesome . The only thing concerns me is other techs I see that don’t sanitize after each customers . I actually watched 2 techs do a pedicure and just rinse the bowl out and dry with a towel . Yelin always make sure she cleans everything in front of me .

Review as a male who often gets pedicure with no nail polish. Cheap and professional, gets everything done right. Cant talk about style or whatever but they cut well, good massage and exfoliating with the basic pedicure. Definitely recommend.

Dont here got nails done on a thrusday had to get re done one monday and they try to make me pay for it

The atmosphere and the people are very sweet however the actual work done is not that great I went in for a gel overlay and pedicure my nails are already broken and my nail polish is already chipping it’s been 3 days since I’ve gotten my nails done
