I had an amazing first experience here with Tammy and Tracy. Tammy did my SNS and she took the time to make sure my nails looked natural, despite I had tips. My nails look smooth from the side and they’re not super thick after layers of dipping powder. That’s how I can tell a nail tech did a good job!I also got the deluxe pedicure by Tracy. It was such a relaxing experience, leaving my feet looking pretty:) So happy with their service, communication, and location. Definitely going back:)

The attention is good but the best part is the view to the lake! Perfect for an afternoon break to get your nails done, enjoy a white wine and let them pamper you. It was a bit expensive for me, cause I was inviting mom but I will definitely come back again!

Get your mani/pedi/fill in/gel and nail dip services here. Ive gotta all listed and I love this place. They are located in a prime and busy location so maybe it would be best to make an appointment ahead of time. They offer walk in services so there may be a little wait but it is worth it. The view is also amazing. I can definitely recommend Duke he finesse my full set, with about or over 20 years doing nails I will see him again for my fill in. My acrylic is set very nicely, it is not thick at all and looks very natural. Also John does an amazing job! I have not seen anyone else as of yet. There are no seat dividers or those plexi glasses in between yourself and the technician. They do not require temp checks. Its clean and vibes are really nice there. They will also offer water 💧

The absolute best salon in Winter Park! The owner Tammy and her husband are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Both of them take pride in their business and strive to provide quality services for all clients. Tammy did my nails and they turned out excellent. A unique feature about the spa is that it is located on Lake Killarney.The lake provides beautiful views while you get a pedicure. At sunset, the views from the salon are breathtaking.

I think the owners / managers should go over a training with the manicurists. I got hot stone pedicure bc my feet hurt. She kept rubbing my bones instead of my muscle. My shins and the tops of my feet got 80% of the hot stone “massage”. But my calves and feet got ignored when they needed the most attention. Not worth it. Also, they just sat and talked to each other. I’m literally paying for your attention. Pay attention to your client. They’re right next to my home so this sucks. Maybe I’ll go back for a cheap pedi but upgrade not worth it. Hopefully this changes.

First time enjoying this nail salon in Winter Park. I typically go to a different salon closer to home, however theyve recently been closed on Sundays. Bliss Nail Spa had high reviews and availability for two pedicures so away we went. Parking was a bit of a pain. However the views while getting our toes done was well worth the parking problems. Its got big floor to ceiling windows out to a gorgeous lake. It definitely provides a Spa feeling and atmosphere. The pedicure was good as well, the paraffin wax left our feet soft and silky.

Be careful of the new guy. He was so rough on my girlfriend’s cuticles, that every finger was swollen after.

So basically the spa is clean and the staff are friendly but the service is not that good. Do not do your nails with the guy. His work is not good

When I came in, a man was there to greet me. I called beforehand to make sure that I did not need an appointment. They answered the phone promptly and got me right in. When I arrived I was the only person there so I got sat immediately. The nail technician was very friendly and had samples of all of the colors so I did not have to search through a ton and waste time. She did not tell me her name so I am not sure what it is.I got the classic pedicure, which meant I got the scrub, lotion, a short massage, hot towel, and nail polish. I picked a bright yellow color that I thought might come out a little streaky upon her first application but in the end it looked great. Their prices are a little bit higher than I am used for a pedicure.The view of the lake and courtyard from the large glass windows up the experience a lot for me. I was not offered anything to drink but I am not sure if they provide that service.I did not have any issues but the only reason why I did not give them all five stars is because almost the entire time I was there, she was speaking to two other girls in a different language. Being the only person there, I felt like an entire conversation was going on around me and I did not understand any of it. I know people joke about going to salons and not understanding their nail technicians but that has not happened to me in years and I did not enjoy it. If that does not bother you, then you have nothing to worry about coming here because they do an amazing job.

The worst place. They burned me with the wax, they cut me with my pedi and manicure chipped the next day. No refunds plus they are very ridiculous rude. Dont waste your money.

Tony is amazing. My nails are always perfect. They have a vast array of colors. Im a gel polish girl but, they also have all of the same colors in dip powder. I love looking at the lake while I get my pedicure. They have a nice view. They take and honor appointments which is pivotal to my lifestyle.

I tried to use a Spafinder gift card that they were advertised with online - their name is definitely linked with it...and when I called to make my appointment verified that Yes, I could use it. When I arrived, 3 more people had to ask each other and then the last woman asked said No! How unprofessional to say No when I had already been told Yes in order to make an appointment. Not to mention spending time to drive there and blocking out a portion of my day...Its definitely more their loss as this was my 1st appointment so if I was happy with their services, they could have earned a new client plus future potential business from anyone I may have recommended to go there. Instead, they earned a poor review for terrible service.

My lady was so sweet but I was very disappointed my mom and I went we asked for the $38 dollar one and they charged us for the $48For just a pedicure. Also the fact that my nail polish(not gel) came off within three days.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEI would give a zero if I could!!This place is extremely unorganized, rude, over booked and their nail techs dont even want to do the service. I had an appointment for 2 oclock and was not taken until after 2:45 and with the mail tech saying three times she didnt want to do the service. Once she was convinced to do a simple manicure I asked her not to use the drill which started a big commotion and the head lady came over and told me that was the only way to take my polish off. I asked her to step away and let me deal with my technician and she sent my technician away and I ended up with no manicure. While I was waiting for my no-manicure appointment, a woman came in complaining from the day before that her nails had chipped off and that there had been a fight in the store with the employees yesterday. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BE

First time I come here, very elegant, relaxing, and attentive staff. I got a deluxe pedicure with Linda and it was very good! Very happy with the results! Its also very comfortable and they have a pretty view of the Lake:) I’ll be coming back

I highly recommend this place. I was getting married and wanted to find a place that would accommodate my big bridal party for my bachelorette party. Bliss Nail Spa was wonderful. They blocked off a whole section of the store for us that overlooked the lake. They let us bring our own beverages which was great for a party. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to all my guests there. The salon its self was beautiful and very clean. And my nails are beautiful. Ive had them done for about 3 weeks now and are still going strong. I am beyond happy with how everything came out and I will be a returning costumer for future visits. I was at Bliss Nails this morning getting my nails done and while my nail technician was friendly, other nail technicians were not. Two nail technicians were arguing with each other and it escalated to where they were throwing things. I will not be returning, this was extremely unprofessional and made my experience awful.

I’ve been here several times now, and each time is a disappointment. Staff is nice, service is sub par. I have to ask for them to correct things every single time. I asked for a certain design, she completely didn’t understand what I asked for and I got stuck with what she gave me. Won’t be returning.Also the clean up job was HORRIBLE.

A+, 10/10, highly recommended! Bliss is very clean, and luxurious. I have been going to Bliss every three weeks since early November and see Kathy each time! Kathy is phenomenal! I truly believe once you find your person you stay with them and trust me I have moved around salons like crazy until I found Bliss! Kathy is professional, kind, gentle, detail oriented, and overall does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this salon and most importantly seeing Kathy! You will in no way be disappointed.

I visited twice to do my nails, both times was unsatisfactory. The shape and overall appearance of my nails were poor in quality especially for the price.

Mai does excellent work and is so nice to talk with!!! (i have not enjoyed the other techs i have had, two not so great nail experiences when it wasn’t her, so request her!) / note: give yourself at least 2 hours for a gel mani and 3 hours for a gel mani/pedi- better to go in expecting to be there longer and getting to leave earlier, rather than thinking you’ll be in and out.

This is my new favorite nail salon. Staff so kind and caring. Very attentive to each customer. And wow was it clean! Great view of the lake as youre sitting there. I recommend Linda. She is very detail oriented you can tell she puts her whole heart into what shes doing!

I would put 0, if I could, such a waste of money and time! My nails look really ugly now, even after they redo them. This place is not clean, the nail polish is old and the quality of the work is very poor! I want to get a refund!

I came in for sns removal on my hands and a clear top coat. Rather than filing and soaking my nails in acetone for 20 min, the nail tech easily popped off the sns which was awesome! What wasn’t awesome was the 20 dollar price tag for 5 minutes of work. I’d understand if this process took the time it usually needs but since it was so quick and the top coat was NOT gel, this is a rip off. I’ve been here one other time and the owner was fantastic but this time I’m just so upset for being looked at like I was crazy. IM NOT MADE OF MONEY

This salon looks glam in the photos on their website, but I was very disappointed when I arrived to find no social distancing going on, and dusty, old bottles of nail polish on dirty shelves!! I did not even want to touch some of them - and a few had dried up/ globbed up polish in them. Not good. The view of the lake would have been nice, but the women talking loudly on their cellphones in SPEAKER mode ruined any chance of feeling relaxed during my pedicure. It is a shame the owners do not have rules about use of cellphones like other spas/salons do. And they should clean this place up - they have a beautiful location. I will not be returning.

This is my new favorite spa salon. Staff so sweet and attentive. Clean and inviting! Great view of the lake. I’ve had Sns nails done three times but the third time I am so happy. Linda is the best. She attends to the details and applied heart to everything she does! Very sweet and nails amazing! Got that ombré!!!!

Terrible result! Do not go here if you get get ( no chip). Although the person that assisted me was nice, it is obvious that the product used is not up to par. Every one of my nails is a different shade of pink?! Based on the result I can only assume that the polish is very old and it did not do well under the uv light. I get a gel manicure consistently and never had such a result. Additionally, all the polishes are sitting in direct sunlight all day every day... these are the regular no chip polish. Save yourself the headache and do not go!

Visited Bliss Nail Spa yesterday for the first time. My nail technician was Amy. Shes great! Shes very detailed with her work and takes her time with you. Didnt feel like she was rushing with me at all. I wanted short natural nails and thats what she executed. I will definitely be seeing Amy again. Shes very sweet too!

Amy did my nails and she did an amazing job not only did she take her time and make sure they were done properly she made sure I was 100% satisfied!! Her husband did my mothers pedicure and she is a hard woman to please and even she left with a smile from ear to ear! This nail salon is very clean and the staff are all very nice and the view from the pedicure chairs is amazing!!!

Went in after a long week of work to relax. While getting my pedi the lady kept looking at her phone and kept talking to people around her Which u dont mind but you can talk and with at the same time. They was getting ready for closing time. Not sure if she was the owner but she went and turned the music up loud! The lady who was doing my pedi apologize and said they where have there holiday party. Really!! Soo not professional! They could’ve waited until the last customer left to do that. Then what’s worse the receptionist went over to the cooler and pulled out alcohol drinks! Other nail tech saw I was still there getting service done. They was soon loud laughing and talking all loud. I will definitely NOT be going there again. It’s really nice in there but very very unprofessional!

Each time I have been here the last few weeks, my nails have broken completely off within 48-72 hours. I continued to come back for the nails to be fixed, despite the issue continuing to occur. I went again today and I was not helped. I was told all techs were busy and that I needed to return tomorrow morning. This is not acceptable, and this is not how you resolve an issue with a client who has, time and time again, given you business and trusted you to correct your problems. I also called the customer service number listed and didnt receive an answer, or a call back. I will take my loyal business elsewhere. 1 star listed, as without one I wouldnt be able to publish this review.

Very relaxing and glam environment. It makes a mani pedi afternoon feel like a spa day. They offer complimentary glass of wine with service.

I came in as a walk in right when they opened. Everything went great. However when I got home to take a good look at my toes, they are all messy. Several of the toes are missing polish on the sides. A few of the nails are not even straight. I was excited to try them however will not be back. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix the color.

I have always had a great experience here. Kathy is who I usually have do my nails but everyone has been great! They are very friendly and professional and use quality products so my nails last. They don’t try to upsale to get you to spend more money and don’t nickel and dime you like other places I have been to. Getting a pedicure is really relaxing, you have a water view and if you are lucky get to watch the ducks in the waterfall area. The only and only thing I dislike about coming here is the parking lot is always full.

Went to 10 places before I was blessed with this amazing nail salon. Tammy and everyone there have been so welcoming and so professional, can’t wait to see them after this crisis. They use quality products and make beautiful nails, I love my pedicures my favorite part!

I choose this location based on Google reviews, only to be disappointed.Upon arrival I was immediately rushed to a manicure chair, before I even had a chance to peruse colors. The gentleman urging me along proceeded to hurriedly drop multiple rings of colors in front of me while simultaneously removing my old polish, which meant I could not look at any of them. He didnt speak any English, so when I tried to talk to him about the color style I was looking for the lady sitting next to us had to translate, and since she didnt seem to understand her guest also started trying to explain. As my hands soaked, rendering me helpless, more color rings & color jars appeared, being stacked up all around, crowding me & the next seat. When paint removal was over, the staff changed to a very curt girl. When we discussed the color I wanted and they did not have the supplies to fulfill my request, I changed course to something they could do. When we discussed the desired shape of my nails she condescending & rudely told ME that I was indecisive. I didnt create the crowded mess of rings of color samples that stretched across two stations! She still didnt shape my nails as I requested.I called ahead to confirm they use proper procedure (Ive had it done incorrectly b4) and price. Then to my surprise, the price at checkout was more. They charge extra for a cut & shape. The shape I didnt like. I could have done it better myself. There was no notice at time of service of an up charge.Ultimately, next time Ill try one of the other 10 salons in the area.

I went for the first time on Friday at 5 pm. The nail lady rushed me to pick a color, so I was forced to pick a color rapidly. I was watching her paint my nails and she barely covered my entire nail while painting them. Three days later guess who has a chipped gel nails.... thanks for letting me waste 30 dollars during a pandemic.

Bliss is easily the best Nail Salon I’ve ever entered. I’m a Stylist and have worked in this area for close to 30 years. It is by far the classiest, cleanest, prettiest nail salon ever. Tammy the owner said that if I did SNS and they didn’t hold up for at least 2 weeks she would pay my bill for them. They guarantee their work and stand by everything they do. Tammy is very professional and makes you feel like family from the first appointment. It’s my nail spa forever 🌸♥️

It was really good experience there!! I came from another state and was passing through & came because the reviews were good . The pedicure I received was really great by one of the men there need TC, The only thing is he talked too much so it wasn’t as easy for me to enjoy the massage and asked me too many times if I was enjoying my massage( And it was really great), I would just advised that those that are particularly doing pedicures would consider the customers is trying to enjoy the relaxation rather than be talked too much, everything was great!

Bliss is amazing!! i’ve been here two separate times a years between and each time they’ve been so nice!! Jen did an acrylic removal and did a design on my nails that took an hour and she was so sweet about it and i’m so happy with the outcome!

Came to Bliss Day Spa of Winter Park for a pedicure for the first time. As I walked in the door, I was greeted by someone at reception. I love the aesthetic of the spa and the view of the lake in the back was perfect and very relaxing. I didn’t have to wait long to get taken care of. Danny did my pedicure and he was excellent. He took his time with my pedicure and gave a great massage. He was very attentive and was excellent at communicating with me to make me feel comfortable and make my first experience great. I highly recommend this nail spa and I will be back for another pedicure with Danny!! 5 star service!!

The facility itself is nice but wow my experience... I have no words that can really convey what happened. My daughters lady was nice and did well but mine... I feel ripped off. I could have done a better job on my toes than she did. Uneven, patchy. I got this done yesterday and they look so bad already. Not only that, but she tore my toes up!!!! when I got up after my manicure to see if my toes were dry my big toe was covered in blood. She cleaned it up with her bare hands and reusable tools (the paint brush you use to clean the paint off skin) and put it back in her caddy. Im pretty upset I spent this kind of money on this kind of quality.

Lucy was fantastic with my Mom. Other salons wont service my mom since her stroke. Bliss was very patient and caring. They have earned all my future business!!!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They begged my friend to get dip saying “it will last 3-4 weeks” and it didn’t last TWO days! We came all the way from Tampa to get our nails done here by recommendation and they didn’t last two days! when we asked for a refund they told us they would not refund our money. they offered to do the nails again but we don’t live in orlando. it would literally cost more money to go all the way back just to get them fixed, so we asked for a gift certificate. they told us no gift certificate that we had to call the dip company???? the company that makes the dip products? they are completely unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

After leaving one nail salon this afternoon, I decided to try Bliss Nail Spa after reading threw multiple reviews. I was a bit skeptical of trying this place out because of quite a few negative reviews but the beautiful/relaxing scenic view was calling my name and I must say I am so happy I did. I needed some “me” time after working 3 weeks straight on my feet and leaving one nail salon because their son was running through the salon screaming (understandably it’s their business and babysitters are expensive I personally just really wanted the whole spa relaxation feel). Any-who, I came to Bliss Nail Spa and Robert was my nail tech and OMG if only I could take him back home to Pensacola where I am from! He first started out with my pedicure and massages my feet hitting all the pressure points. He took his time and made sure I received my FULL deluxe pedicure treatment. He got to know me a little bit and made sure I was comfortable but also let me have my relaxing time. After the pedicure we moved to his nail station where he also did my SNS set. I was so impressed with the fact that I had the same person for both services (very rare). He ones again made sure I was comfortable and noticed I was cold so he got me hot tea and even warmed up a shoulder rice bag to warm me up! WOW!!! Robert just really was exceptional!!! He was so sweet and did an AWESOME JOB!! I am so bummed I will only be able to see him one more time before going home! If you are in the area GO TO BLISS AND ASK FOR ROBERT!

Please, do not go this business in covid 19 pandemic. The owner did not care in covid 19, they allowed the customers get in this business without wearing mask and dont keep distance in six feet, some customers didnt wear the mask and stayed on massage chair sleeping in services. They reused the plastic cover customers legs for another customers. This is so dangerous in civid 19 pandemic

The best pedicure I have received in my life!! Robert was absolutely amazing! My toes look great, my nails look great, and I feel more relaxed than I have in months. It is worth every penny! First they up charged me and my mom for everything. And it wasn’t even like just a little bit more it was like 25-40 extra. I would of been fine paying it but they sneakily did it. Didn’t tell me and my mom until it was time to pay and then when we asked they said there was nothing they could do.. after paying $140 for just a set of toes and a set of nails they told me they couldn’t except my credit card bc “it’s to expensive for them to use it.” I will never go here again

I’ve been with Tammy for many years and she’s always done a great job with my nails. She is all for quality and making her customers happy. She only gives and gets the best products for her clients. I enjoy her cleanliness and product selection. Her new location has made my experience that much better. It has a beautiful view and the place is so Chique. I highly recommend this place.

I was in the nail salon on Feb. 12th for an event my sister hosts each year. The staff are very friendly! I got a pedicure by a gentleman, he has only been there a week or two, cannot recall his name... maybe T.C.? He was professional, friendly, and funny! He made the experience quite enjoyable!

My boss sent 6 of his staff out for a day at this spa. We cant stop raving about the way the techs took care of the six of us. The place is very clean. The staff are respectfully kind. They do such great work. It actually blew my mind. Ive already booked a slot for my daughter and I to come back. I know she will love the experience 😊❤️ cant wait to come back. I was visiting my Dad in Winter Park, Florida from NJ and came across this beautiful spa. Very clean and professional staff with beautiful decor and a lovely tranquil setting outside. Danny took me as a walk in and did an amazing job. He is such a nice person, down to earth, personable. Danny took his time and made the whole experience a pleasure. I really needed that after the long drive from New Jersey. Thank you Danny youre the best.

Not timely. Had an appointment and was left to just sit in the chair. Didn’t even start my soaking. Had no manager available to talk to . Very upset I had to walk out without getting my toes done. Lost a long term customer.

I called and they took me right away. Best pedicure I ever had. The gel/powder manicure is different and I see some areas needing clean-up on skin. But hot back massage is a real treat.

Felicia did an amazing job on my SNS manicure! She is incredibly patient, gentle and detailed with her work (I have thinner nails and they are more sensitive). Felicia had the proper tools to provide a very comfortable and pleasant experience and there was no discomfort. I really love my nails and I highly recommend booking an appointment with Felicia!

It is with mixed emotions to only give a two star review. I waited 45 minutes to get dip on my nails. The employee informed me she could not do dip, so I agreed to gel. The employee took 45 minutes to take my current dip off (it was soaking during the 40 minute wait) and file my nails. It took another 40 minutes to apply the gel. With that much time, I would expect my nails to be excellent. The nails were filed uneven, bumps on the polish, and it chipped after 5 days.

This is Emily (using my husbands google account). We had the best experience at Bliss Nail Spa today. The staff is awesome, friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back, and would recommend this nail salon to anyone. We had a group of 8 for a bridal party and they had plenty of chairs and staff to accommodate. The salon is also brand new and really nice inside! Danny was so helpful as soon as we walked in, and Robert made the booking process smooth and easy. 5 stars!!

This nail Spa is by far one of best in the Orlando area! From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed by the newly renovated space and offered a quick tour by their owners. The spa is clean and beautiful yet still very welcoming and warm. The lake view is so relaxing and one of the most unique aspects of this nail salon/spa. It makes getting a pedicure a true 5 Star experience. There are several options when it comes to manicure and pedicure types. Hannah was my nail tech and she was amazing! She was very neat, clean, quick and did a great job with my SNS. There’s no overwhelming chemical smell like in most nail salons, which is a big deal for me as I’m very sensitive to strong scents. For anyone that appreciates quality service and VIP treatment I would definitely recommend Bliss Beauty Bar!

Best Nail salon for dip! Ive been to so many places and dip always breaks or looks too thick. They will fix anything for free within two weeks of your apptointment but Ive never had to do use that because my nails last way longer than 2 weeks since Ive been going to bliss!! Beautiful location great staff!

Bliss nail salon provides excellent customer service!! Words cant express how they made me feel on my birthday! They went above and beyond celebrating my special day by buying me flowers and getting a cake for me. The whole staff sang happy birthday! Ive never been to a nail salon that takes the time to celebrate an occasion like that. Besides the celebration, Lee was super sweet and patient while I chose my SNS and pedicure color. Ill definitely be coming back!!

Went here today for the first time. Amazing view of the lake and a great color selection. Danny was fantastic and my nails have never looked so great! Definitely coming back for the relaxing view and nice conversation with Danny.

Dan took me in late on a Friday and stayed back to give be a beautiful manicure. This place has amazing OPI gel selection and is very clean and relaxing. Never been disappointed! Also amazing customer service!

Went in for a fill in and a pedicure. Danny was my nail tech. He did an outstanding job. Took his time, made sure I was pleased.. If it was something I didnt like he redid until I was pleased!

The guy had no clue on how to do a holographic nail job. I suggest that the manager doesnt throw the staff into paid jobs they know they cant perform well. Poor guy had to as for assistance so many times... Well, I guess I was the dummy because I paid for a full service that only lasted 4 days when it should ve lasted 2 weeks.

Only after one day of having my nails on 1 came off, and 2 started to peel off. Then after 3 days another nail came off. I will not be going back anytime soon. The place itself was nice and there were a lot of color choices but for the price I paid it was not worth it

I have been getting mani/pedi in Winter Park area for over 10 years. This salon is the best I’ve been to! The salon is beautiful, the pedi chairs have a lake view, prices are great, nail techs are perfectionists and very nice! They offer wine, soda, water and warm neck wraps. This salon is A+!

Excellent place. Very beautiful, nice spa feel and great view. But most importantly very clean and nice service. Dany was very professional doing my nails and he is a great person to socialize as you are sitting there. Great job. And thank you!
