Everyone was very nice. Clean, modern place..They did a great job with my pedicure. Nails turned out okay. The top coat wasnt applied correctly on some of my nails. I didnt notice until I got all the way back home to, downtown Orlando. Overall okay. Ill go again but, Ill try a different tech next time.

My nail salon..followed Michele since she was at Belle Isle Orlando location..Michele/owner is always accommodating..even with same day appointments if she can .Besutiful. Clean salon..They do a great job and prices are reasonable.Its hard to find a good nail salon...so finding Michelle and her salon was a great find!I live in Winter park now so shes nearby again just like she was when she had the Belle Isle location..I got lucky!!Thank you, Michelle for your great service!

I was a repeat customer here for a while. During my last visit, the lady scrubbed my heal so hard during my pedicure that I had a cut the size of a quarter and was in a lot of pain, almost instantly. When I brought it to their attention they told me I already had the cut and that I was lying.I had to go to the doctors and go on antibiotics because my heel had an infection so bad that it turned the heel wound black.I paid for my services and tipped. Its not about the money for me, but being told Im lying and not even so much as an apology? Plus the obvious sanitation issue.

I like the nails but not their pedicure they dont work your heal well, and they go so fast you cant enjoy it

When I first went it was the old owner... Everything was red. What I enjoyed was that even with the basic pedi you got a sugar scrub. Now with the new owner, the price is 5dollars more and you dont get a sugar scrub. I like going to this place because I have a tech who is always good and friendly but the fact that I pay 25 for a basic and get no sugar scrub has me wanting to find a new location. Ive taken several people to them as well and they have become loyal customers. Some other places still give the sugar scrub for the same price so I might be leaving them and going to a new place.

I havent had my nails done since 2018, and I had a reeeeally pleasant experience at TDS nails. Masks were worn inside at all times as per the COVID-19 mask mandate in Orange county. Everything was clean, sanitized, and presentable. Khanie did my manipedi and was friendly, answered my questions, and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place!

Went on Thursday 02/18 to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did them did a horrible job she even ripped my skin off after waxing the same spot twice. She had no clue what she was doing. It was the worst experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I was uncomfortable in this salon because the woman doing my nails did not follow proper sanitation techniques. She was doing my pedicure with gloves on, put her contaminated gloves in a tub of cream and then put that cream on me. I could tell that this tub was used on everyone and the cream appeared watered down and dirty. The nail and cutitle clippers came out of a dirty box and not an autoclave bag. The nail file was old and worn as was the heel scrubber. Neither appeared sterilized and did not come out of sterilization bags. I did see another person working there bring clippers to her client in a sterilized pouch from the back. I did not see the Indicator boxes so not sure if they follow that procedure some of the time. The woman who did my nails didnt use a top coat while painting them and they chipped in a day. There was also polish all around the nail when she was done. All of the technicians had an unpleasant demeanor when dealing with customer requests. More of a customer is not right, you get what you get attitude. I dont think this is a safe place to be getting work done on your hands and feet as the possiblity for infection is high. As well as a low quality of work is being done.

This salon is beautiful inside. The staff are friendly and inviting. This was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have ever had. The massage chairs are exceptional. The facility is neat and clean. I felt like I was at the spa as I received a warm scented neck wrap, warm mittens, and warm slippers during the deluxe pedicure complete with exfoliation, massage, warm towels, and hot stones. I cant wait to visit again and bring friends.

Awful. My kids and I went to get manicures and pedicures here and we will never go back. Felt lots of pressure to buy more and more, nail lady was lazy when I told her that I wanted a full set. She wanted to just put acrylic on my two shortest natural nails. EVERYTHING was an extra charge, down to the length of your nails. I’ve never seen a nail salon with such poor service. My youngest seems to have gotten lucky with her nail technician. The older lady on the other hand was not good.

If youre looking for a clean relaxing nail spa salon this is the place to go. Friendly great job, hight quality. Great service.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. My family and I went in there to get our nails done before vacation, and I got my eyelashes done. Well needless to say after two hours my eyelashes fell off and a few days later the nails started falling off and chipping. We were happy with the customer service but something is going on with their product it’s cheap and old and when I went in to explain what happened the woman complained about refunding me for my eyelashes stating it’s my money it’s my money gone and I’m like yeah I paid you for a service and they fell off so really it’s my money gone. I’m never going back there and I don’t recommend it to anyone. They also use Walmart nail polish if that’s saying anything. They offered to fix the nails that broke off and chipped but why would I want you to provide any further services? And then it’s inconvenient for us to come back up because “your to busy”. Poor poor poor product and customer service at the end. Sorry to say it. I don’t usually leave reviews unless they are good ones and this time I couldn’t not warn people. Good luck ladies. Stay away.

They are the best nails salon in Winter Park. Very nice people and the salon are super clean. They are new ownership and very high professional.

My family and i went down to this shop and the nail tech did not understand anything that i asked her and was refusing to do the nail style that i wanted... she was saying oh baby i not do for you.. and when i told her that on of my nails Where crooked she said oh well nothing i can do now... I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS NAIL SALON

From the point of entry there was no greeting. You do get a long cold stare. Because I was with my niece. I just wanted a simple nails cleaning. People came in after myself and was greeted and sat in a station. At this point I was uninterested in the service being provided.

Rude brunch of women! Had no one to do a danm pedicure! They didnt even look at me when I asked how long till someone can do a cut and color not even a whole pedi. Save your money ppl do it a home !

Horrible experience here, and i would not recommend anyone coming to this nail salon.. the lady charged my card before i even got my nails done. Went in there with beautiful healthy long nails but decided to go there get them cut off with gel ! And my nails look so horrible ! Now I’m ocer here with nubs, some nails are cut square some are round! Gel polish looks nasty bumpy .. looks like she painted over my cuticles .. mind you all of this within 20 minutes !!! & then when i ask for a manger she calls security on me!

My wife and I love coming to Vus. We drive almost an hour just for the service. The ladies all work very hard to make each trip a pleasure.

Aweful, Im always being pushed to get something done I dont want, the owner rushes through her work. Half the time its 78 degrees with dead silence. I believe they have people that work here that are not licensed. Go across the street to Lee spa nails.

They like to add on charges for everything.

This place doesn’t even open the time they are suppose to open, how you except to get business when you can’t even open on time. Horrible.
