Staff are always professional and work hard to get you in and out of the office. Now doing the drop off window is perfect. I absolutely love it! Thank you all for all that yall do!

The employer that greeted me was super nice and I was able to get everything done within the first 5-10 minutes that I got there. I had no problems with my card everything was self-explanatory.

Its a WIC office, what more would you expect, the staff is very nice, the environment is pleasant and its helping kids under 5 so help is a blessing, especially now that we have COVID-19, Wear your mask, cant get in without it, plus its safe for the children,pleeezzzz

There wic app has been acting up now for the last two months everytime I go to my benefits it doesnt show. What is going on with the wic app???

I totally forgot about my apt and had 10min to get there I called and they told me not to rush just come on in! Staff is always super friendly. Wait time is as expected but I’ve never waited more than 30min.

Some of the staff is disrespectful and act like they are better than you are. Wait times can be ridiculous. However, I am happy with the services they offer. In todays society its hard to pay for formula especially when you dont lactate like others. The help is very much appreciated!

Everyone is very friendly, Ive had at least 6 appointments and Ive never had a bad experience. I really love Michelle the lactation consultant shes greaaat. Very pleasant and always smiling. She actually remembers her clients and their babies. I talk to her every time I come in and its always a great chat full of info for breastfeeding

Love the staff. I’m in and out quickly, also very organized. I was lost trying to find location using my google map app. I called office and the staff person actually stayed on phone with me and helped me navigate my way there. Over all, that was way awesome:) Many thanks!

Everyone is so polite. Im usually in and out pretty quick.I do wish they would send out appointment reminders. I know its on me to know when my appointment is, but a reminder would be nice too.

They are always friendly and serve you was quickly as possible even if you are a walk in appointment.

The WIC office has really come a long way. You used to go there and have to wait for hours but things move very fast there now plus you can take the classes online and just go in to have your benefits loaded

Staff is nice...a little clustered if they are busy...small offices not very private.

Employees are very nice. The wait is long. I see kids putting their mouths all over the kids table and toys, yet Ive never seen anyone clean them.

They are alway ther to help and teach you on healthy ways

This office doesnt even deserve a one star. I had a appointment at 1pm and arrived 10 minutes early checked in. 20 minutes after my appointment I asked how much longer I had to wait. They said once I got there it would be an hour in a half before Id be seen . If they cant see people when the appointment is set for then they need to set the appointments later. When I arrived there was at least 30 other people waiting. They need to stop over booking and seeing people on their scheduled time NOT an hour in a half later!

The workers are great but be careful some parents bring very sick children with them instead of rescheduling.

I love this office. friendly staff, even though wait times are lengthy they help get everything we need. SOME of you are sounding super bitchy..... but its whatever, they take care of me!

The entire office staff is really nice. You must get there before 11:10am or they will ask you to come back after their lunch 12:30pm.

They are very helpful and give you lots of information on breastfeeding and also help you with a lactation consultant if you need it.

The process is way way faster than it used to be and that is a real blessing. Kudos to the people that work here, they are very efficient.

This is downtown Killeen. The Ft Hood wic office is located here for now also but should be moving back to post soon. The staff is friendly but its not the cleanest building. More seats and air conditioned waiting rooms would be better. The process is slow and there are lots of steps before you make it to the end. Once called, you should be able to do everything at once. That would be more efficient. I do love how the wic store, if one chooses, is right next door. A person can get all their wic items as soon as they get their vouchers.

The people are very friendly and helpful. However, they need a new building. the building is old and has a nasty smell when you walk in. Actually it smells like mold.

They have been so slow with Fort Hood coming in, but the staff is so friendly and helpful it makes up for it!

People are nice but hate the enviroment and they are super slow. Also they need a better play area for the babies to play and a new ac unit because it be very hot sometimes.

I dont even want to give therm any stars because this is the worst. And it doesnt help that the government dont give a rats tail about our kids for them to be forced on formulas that makes them constipated or give them the terrible case of diarrhea! They want your kids to be breaking out in hives just for them to change the childs formula!! And thats bull and everyone knows it! Not to mention everyone giving to the wrong information and different info from what another person had said. I hate that I moved back to Killeen and got to this location of WIC!!! Good luck to anyone that comes to this location. I wish you the very best.

You literally need a day off from work just to sit there and watch the same videos over and over again. At least put disney on or the news. When calling and no one answers because theres only one phone is ridiculous. Hate it

They get extremely busy so sometimes you have to wait on the phone for a while or keep calling back but you just have to be patient. They work really hard to get everyone taken care of and all the workers are very kind and respectful.

Its free food, if people want to complain they can either apply for a job at this office to change what they dislike or get a better job where they dont need govt assistance. Stop complaing you ungreatful people. I can guarantee youre either unemployed living off your spouses income or you suck at your job and dont do enough to make enough.

I just want to give a thumbs up to all the staff at Killeen WIC. Ya all are so sacrificial and go out of your way to help us moms, our babies and children. You rock.

Way too slow. Wife and I were here for 4 hours. Had an appointment at 10, got out at 2:30. But hey, having to not have to pay for formula is great.

My baby girl had to switch formulas to alimentum and I got the form filled out and went to bring it to wic and they wont open their doors or answer their phone even tho it says open so ended up paying $26 ( each can ) also when they were born a lady said to bring my twins in so I did and they tried to make me have an appointment until I got angry and then took me in

Great staff but want to point out its a small building with narrow hallways and rooms so it can get crowded since they temporarily have to share the office with the Fort Hood WIC staff.
