I stopped going to the nail salon years ago and decided to try them again today!! Worse mistake, theyTreated me poorly and rushed not to mention over charged me and forced me to tip. Even after my nails had to be redone because of poor service.I honestly feel it’s because I am African American.

Theresa is the best, definitely will be back. My sister was very impressed her Mani Pedi.

Professional ladies and very clean place.

I have gone here for the past two years to get my acrylics done. The last time that I had gone, 2 weeks ago, I had gotten a nail tech that I have never had before. I had shown a picture of what I wanted and sat down with my polish. Once she started she limited the size of my acrylics saying that what I wanted was too long and that I would have to pay $5 extra. This was the first time I had ever been told this even though the size was something normal for me. Since I was already paying extra for gel and the coffin shape I told her no and proceeded unhappily with shorter nails. After this everything went pretty smoothly. Only after I had gotten home I realized that two of my nails were crooked, the acrylic actually had a gap between it and my nail bed, I had extra thick nails and extra thin nails, and finally the shapes of my nail were all quite different. Some where thinner than others. Not to mention they had raised the prices $10+ than before. I have now had the nails on for almost 2 weeks and have some nails loosening and possibly on the verge of coming off. The visit prior to this one I had a male tech who had filed so much on the sides of my nails that it had gone deep in my skin and caused bleeding. I didn’t feel it at the time but I looked down and saw him trying to cover it I tried to say something about it and he agreed to give me free gems on my nails. I’ve been so disappointed with this salon lately. I’m not sure what happened because I used to love coming here. 😔

This was truly the best pedicure Ive ever had between the five states Ive lived in and all of Orlando and surrounding areas. Lisa, a new employee, was AMAZING! She communicated well, did NOT joke around in a foreign language with her colleagues the whole time, and did NOT talk my head off. She did check with me to make sure I was comfortable, that the massage chair was pleasing, that her pressure and technique were acceptable, that the products used were to my liking etc. She actually cared about my experience and made it a relaxing enjoyable treat for me and my feet! I will ask for Lisa every time!!!!!

I have had the best experience at Couture Nails (and I usually as for Lily). She does the best pedicure I have ever had at any other salon in the Winter Park area. She takes her time and does a fabulous job. My toes and fingernails always look their best. I highly recommend Couture Nails.Susan

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for a pedicure. Im still in pain WEEKS later. The woman dug so far into my toe that I screamed. She ignored me when I pulled my foot away in pain. She said it was good for me. Im going to have to see a podiatrist because of her.

The nail tech was very awesome guy! We even had a situation with a customer which he tried to deal with in a professional manner. But when we tried to discuss it with the manager he was bit professional at all! So with that said the only way Id ever feel comfortable going back there is if I was in white face and have the same tech that had started my nails!

Ive been coming to this establishment for probably 7 years, it was a hit or miss sometimes. No matter what I always did get a ok pedicure. But recently, if you want the best pedicure of your life then you should go to Vivienne! Not only is she kind and polite but she remembers you and she will knock your socks off if you werent wearing any because youre getting a pedicure, LOL. I am a professional hairstylist and former Nail Tech and I had clients tell me if they dont want to refer people to me because theyre scared that they wont be able to get in with me and I feel the same about her because she is amazing! Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever received!

Love the owner here. Hes very entertaining. My advice is calling in beforehand with a reservation. They are busy here, which means they do a great job! Just got new chairs recently too.

I came in with a botched gel manicure from a different salon, and Gwen absolutely SAVED me! She kept assuring me that she would take care of me and that I would be 100% happy when I left, and she delivered! Gwen took her time with my manicure, and even described the things she was doing to explain her process to me vs. where the other salon went wrong. My nails came out amazing, she took a personal interest in learning my name and a little bit about me, and she even gave me her personal cell phone number for my future appointments. By far the best gel manicure and customer service in a salon I have ever had!

I have 3 people, including myself, who vowed to never come back here.1. My roommate got her nails done, worst manicure weve ever seen. Asymmetrical and weirdly shaped, told the person its crooked and he argued that its her finger (which, being honest, her finger WAS crooked, but he made it look even more crooked).2. My other roommate went there to do her eyebrows. Not sure about details, but she said she was unhappy.3. I went in there to do my eyebrows (I didnt realize my roommate went to do her eyebrows there earlier otherwise I wouldnt have gone), and asked for a clean-up. Thankfully my eyebrow shape wasnt butchered, but thats about it. Took too much from the middle, made me look like my eyes were further apart, now having to fill that area out with eyebrow pencil to not look weird. One ended up being slightly shorter AND unevenly shaped in the middle than the other. And lastly, the cleaning up solution used left little pimples above my eyebrows, and that hasnt happened at other places before.I dont mean to be hateful and Im sure there are other positive experiences, but if 3/3 experiences Ive witnessed are bad, something needs to be said.

I was visiting from out of town and came here for a manicure and pedicure. The massage chair was amazing and I ended up getting the upgraded pedicure with the stone massage. It was very relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If you are looking for a break, I totally recommend coming here for a pedicure!

Sing did my pedicure and took his time which was amazing. They serve wine and water if ask for it but I wasnt offered any. Good spread of colors and the decor is very chic. I got a pedicure and it wasnt too expensive.

This is the only place I get my nails done now. I use to go to less expensive places and was never really happy with how my nails would turn out, now I get excited when it is time to get them done and I get compliments nearly daily on how good them look. I have acrylic almond shaped nails and I get gel polish and a minimal design every time, so I ask for a lot and my tech, Tam always deliverers.

Walked in while in the area. They were very busy but fitted me in. The manager/owner dealt with 3 issues while I was in there. A popped off nail, an overcharged credit card and a technician running late for a customer, he was very professional, apologetic and handled each situation as best as a person could. Its not the mistakes -its how you fix them which makes you a good manager.

Very upset cause I am a man and went to get my nails cleaned. I do it every 10 days. I waited 20 min and not one person spoke to me! Well there lose cause I am a great tipper. And a bad review. No I am not gay I just think a man can keep his nails nice. To bad crappy service.

This is the only place we go for pedis... the polish always stays on for like 3 weeks... really, really good quality and lots of selections!

It was pretty okay but a week after I got a full set acrylic 3/4 of my nail broke off. Ive gone to many other places and it never broke. Im pretty unsatisfied. Also my godmother got a gel acrylic. A day after the gel chipped and two days later the nail literally broke off.

The establishment is very nice and comfortable atmosphere but the service was crappy. I only got a pedicure and paid 31 its been 5 days and my toes look like they need to be done again already.

Not a good experience. My sister in laws nail tech kept burning her nails with the file after being told several times it hurt. Our nails we poorly done to top it off. Our eyebrows were noticeably uneven! Just terrible will not be going back.

I came here to get a pedicure with my sister . My experience there was good until i removed my nail polish and found that I actually got toe nail fungus! They do not properly clean their utencils. Prior to coming here my toenails were perfectly fine. I was very very upset and will NEVER come here again. I dont know if it was becuase they were super busy that the nail tech probably didnt disinfect her tools for long enough or properly, but that is just unacceptable. I now have to treat my nails and have never ever had this happen to me before at any other salon. Heads up if a nail salon does not use an autoclave to disinfect dont go there chances are their tools arent cleaned correctly.

It was horrible for fifty dollars I paid to watch a guy flirt with lady next to me. He literally did nothing. It was the worst pedicure Ive ever gotten dont go here. What a waste

The worst customer service ever, they treat you very rude and they will never do what you exactly want, the finishing very bad and they always refuse to fix it, no refund fees and if they told come back we will redo it for you, they are liers, they let me come back from 45 mins away to tell me no sorry we cant do what we promised you with and i called 3 times before i come to make sure that theyre going to redo it all again and I requested to talk to the manager the lady refused and treated me very rude then she left me in the store and went back,This is how they treat their customers :/
