Prices are very good compared to other places. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $60 on my first visit and a gel polish change (manicure) on my second visit for $30. My service was better on the first visit in terms of massage/lotion but the results were better (except for my right thumb, pictured) on the second visit (gel wasn’t as thick and clunky, I prefer it to be thinner so yay). Since it’s the basics I like to stick to, I’ll prob keep coming here just cause of the price difference and it’s super close to my house. I also never have to wait long, if ever. I accidentally came to my appointment 30 minutes early and they took me right away. The set up is nice so that people are not staring at you when you walk in and both times someone has been at the desk to greet me which I prefer. I didn’t receive any complimentary drinks like I’m seeing in past reviews but that’s okay. They do have 2 really cute shop puppies that I love to see when I’m there! Wish I could play with them. Lol

I love Posh Nails! They are welcoming and they are friendly. I pass probably about five nail salons that I could go to but I will continue to go to this store because they are amazing and really care about their clients.

Owner is very rude. Stay away from establishments that are rude to native Winter Parkians. My family was a part of the growth of this town dating back from the 1920’s… if you’re going to deny my business the word will get around. Karma will win.

I got my manicure and pedicure done here by Ly, I couldnt be happier with her work. This is my favorite nail salon ever, the staffs are nice and accommodating, they also keep everything clean, which is the first thing I look for in nail salons.

Great place to get you gel nail manicure. Very friendly staff and the place seemed new. They have two massage chair that is excellent for massage. They charge $45 pedicure for that option. One of the nicer nail salon in winter park.

Posh Nails is a great place for that refreshing manicure and pedicures. Even us guys should visit every once and awhile. Good service and you get to sit in the massage chair while they work on your feet. Ladies will find almost every color imaginable. They are very good at the detail and you wont be disappointed.

Im not one to get my nails done regularly, but after getting a cast put on my arm I just had to make my hand look a little prettier. I can confidently say I will be a regular at Posh now.Besides the salon being immaculately clean and relaxing, the staff is beyond accommodating. I got acrylics done and I wish I knew the techs name, but she did an absolutely wonderful job!When cashing out, the lady I believe is the owner or manager complimented my nails and said how proud she was of her nail techs. It was nice to see someone happy with the work her ladies do!Before leaving I went to the bathroom and of course smudged my thumb nail. The same lady who cashed me out was more than happy to fix the nail for me.Not to mention they have the best prices around! I cannot wait to go back this week to get my fill. The nail techs are extremely attentive and kind. The atmosphere is calming, minimalist, and modern. As soon as you come in your greeted and taken care of. This is the best nail salon in Winter Park. Ive been going for over a year. The nail techs are sweet and patient with me, Im one picky person! They offer drinks and a great atmosphere. The manager is really nice and always has a smile on. I come for some relaxation and Me time and always leave happy. Their prices are very reasonable and quality is great. Great place! I have been to 5 or 6 nail salons in the past few months trying to find a place not too far away, with reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Posh nails is it! I have been in for three gel manicures and they were all very well done, each lasting close to three weeks. They have a great selection of colors and do a great job.

Posh nails is the only place I will go! Ly is absolutely amazing! She makes great recommendations on colors based on my past choices. The staff will get to know you by name and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door.Besides Ly being absolutely fabulously, the reason I love it so much is how clean it is. Oh my gosh..... Had a two hour break in this area found posh nails by accident and Im so glad i did .... Rosa is unbelievable!!!! Best deal and manicure Ive ever had. She is kind, funny, and unbelievably fast but the work is perfect. I will travel the 30 minutes just for her. Thank you Rosa for a great break from reality and making my nails look amazing!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had to have a $700 procedure done to my big toe because of the severe in grown toe nail the nail tech caused me. I also ended up with fungus and cannot wear nail polish for a year now because I have to fix the fungus. I get my nails done every two-three weeks and my toes done once a month. I went to Posh for the first time to get a full set hands and feet. The lady doing my nails had zero clue what she was doing. It’s my fault for not walking out the minute I sat down and she started trying to peel off my acrylic nails. I asked her to wrap them instead and she looked at me stunned like it’s a great idea that she should have thought of herself. I did not allow her to continue my hands but big mistake for letting her touch my feet. I also had an appointment for 3 and she only took me at 3:30. I have been getting my nails for more than 10 years now, this was the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO TO POSH!

No complaints, had some free time in between appointments and decided to check them out. Would definitely go there again if I am in the area and need their services.

I treated my mom to a pedicure for Christmas, and today we came in. Mom said her tech, Tammy, was very thorough and friendly. Mom is very picky, so thats quite a praise for Tammy. I was watching the manicure techs working and noticed that they have a very cool ventilation system thats built right into the table. It sucks out all the vapors at table level. So there is no overhead ventilation needed! On our way out, the owner, Ly, introduced herself. We thought she was very kind and genuinely concerned for us and the other customers. My mom said she already scheduled a return visit to get her nails done. Thanks to Posh Nails for taking good care of my mom!

Ive been to this nail salon twice. The first time was a great experience. The second time, not so much. I made an appointment which was never recorded. Then my pedicure was alright. MY gel manicure was a different story. Not only was it painful and now full of little air bubbles, but its not the color I asked for. When I asked to see the color swatches, I was met with a stern, no! My recommendation would be to read the reviews on individual nail techs. Im sure some of them are incredible. I hope your experience is much better than mine.

Okay so basically i waited over 30 minutes to get acrylics done. I was waiting as they let people who got there after me go first. It was terrible service. I just wish they did better serving me first. They offered others water and drinks and none for me. And at the end they didn’t do the lotion thing which isn’t a big deal but they did for the others. Then they for mad when i didn’t like the way my nails were done. And they said my nails look bad. They made the shape look weird and different. It was a Terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!

Ashley (I think that is her name) gave me a basic acrylic full set. She made me feel bad for asking her to fix a few spots by filing bumpy areas and filling in holes that would have been left if I hadnt said anything. She was rushing to get to her next appointment. The nail lengths are so uneven that a file would not fix it. Other people looked like they were getting nice nails and service but I did not have that experience myself. From what I see it looks like Kim and the girl who answers the phone do good work. I would ask for one of them if I ever went back.

Been here several times, and I keep coming back, but.....today, the chair was positioned poorly for me, but the controls didnt work (at all) so it was uncomfortable the whole time. Mentioned to the nail tech, who said nothing except oh. (Isnt the chair massage one of the best parts of a pedicure?) and the whirlpool in the bowl didnt work, so no massaging action for my feet either.....Usually my experiences here are good, but todays - not so much. Maybe the chair will be fixed by my next pedicure......

Omg,i went there, got my nails done and got it glittering brighter than my 2 weird friends future. Employees were nicer than my sarcasm and so for that, i tipped them all $5. I look forward to visit them again.

I gladly travel.from Apopka to Winter Park to have her do my nails and eye brows. The manager Lee is just as nice and accomodating. I highly recommend Posh! Did I mention complimentary wine?. Terrible SNS dip powder nail job, the nail tech left it uneven and took three hours to do. Super expensive and no matter how much you explain what you want done on you nails its hard for them to understand, so take a translator with you or youll end up with something you didnt want and worst part, it wont even be nice looking and youll pay way too much 4 it. Sorry but had to be honest, the reviews in here truly had me fooled. I wouldnt go back even if I had a gift certificate.

Very difficult parking situation as Agave Azul is the main tenant in the plaza. Usually, a very good nail experience, but was assigned an inexperienced nail tech and was left more than disappointed. Next time I will make an appointment with my previous nail tech.

I have tried this place three times, the first was a good experience for me but my friend got an infection in her big toe after her pedicure. This was scary because I’m typically very skeptical of new places based on cleanliness. But overall I was satisfied so I decided to go back a few months later for another mani pedi but this time their customer service was terrible leaving me sitting in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes before getting service and didn’t offer any wine or water. The quality was not good and one nail painted crooked!!! I was so tired of being there I didn’t bother saying anything. The most recent time was last night I made an appointment for myself and my mother at 6:15 and we were barely greeted not offered anything to drink. We waited thirty minutes after our set appointment time and no one even tried to apologize or communicate that they were going to be running behind. We ended up getting up and leaving and no one even batted an eye. I live and work in the area and wish this could have been my regular place but I will never ever go back or recommend this place to anyone!!

After having gone to the same nail salon for 5+ years in Oviedo, I had to make the switch to a new place closer to downtown. I was nervous about trying someone new as I am pretty picky, but was lucky to have landed Ashley on my first visit! She is super patient and a true perfectionist. I get a gel mani and pedi, and her work is always on point! The salon itself is “posh” yet laid back, clean and comfortable. Happy to have found a new spot with an amazing tech!

Came to Winter Park for pedis with my husband and a place I loved, but hadnt been to in a while, was gone! Google led me to this GEM. The vibe is amazing, so clean and cute, prices are reasonable, and the ladies are all so sweet. Nina did a great job on my pedi and fill, and Kayla gave hubby some new feet!! Well definitely be making the trip back out here.

Im sorry to say this went from my favorite nail salon to the worst. The last three times Ive been took a MINIMUM of 2 hours and once I couldnt wait. The first time an appointment was made and my best friend and I had to wait over 30 minutes. They had had a difficult time getting the nail shape we both were requesting. The last time I was asked to come back in an hour, waiting another 45 minutes, had a girl look at my nails and then walk away and do someone elses, my color wouldnt dry and after the 3 hours she didnt even offer the lotion and when i asked for it she made me rub it in myself. Never again..

Took a recommendation from a friend, and so happy I tried out Posh. Owner is superb! My particular needs for detail are met. Now a regular.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. WATER NOT HOT ENOUGH.

I started patroning this salon last fall as transplant to Orlando. This place is close to my job and had good reviews. Each experience/visit gave different results. I felt as though I would always get someone who was new and/or inexperienced and my nails would look horrible. But, complaining + spending more time to have something fixed is truly a headache. So, for a while I switched and wenyyo a different salon. Most recently (about a month ago), I went in after work to get SNS and a pedicure. The tech rushed through it all. When i sat down for my sns, I noticed that she was leaving steps incomplete. Pointed it out, she said ok but didn’t truly fix anything. she just basically pretended to buff the lumpy spots. When she got to my top coat, for whatever reason she just wouldn’t allow it to dry and kept messing it up by touching it. By the third time, it was not only almost closing time, but it was pouring outside so I decided I’d come back another day to have it fixed. I went back on a Saturday morning (two days later) and it took TWO hours to fix 3 nails. The one she kept touching, another that was warped and ill-shaped and another that had already started to lift. The same nail tech was put back on my hands to fix it. I was trying to remain polite but she continued to do a bad job and it was incredibly frustrating that instead of having someone who knows what they’re doing, she was the one to do so and seemed reluctant to fix it. So a manager came over. I explained the issue and they just said okay. Finally instead of allowing her to try to “fix” it, I just asked that she soak them off and start those three from scratch. This was just one of several bad experiences with this salon. I won’t ever go back. I don’t feel my money is valued in this establishment.

Worst nail experience ever. The wine they served was definitely old. I had an appointment for 12pm, they didnt start my nails until 12:45. I wanted sns and my eyebrows waxed but they ran out of time and couldnt do my eyebrows and my sns looks horrible. My friend and I cleaned our own nails from all the gump and residue they didnt care to remove. Beyond awful service. It wasnt even busy for there to justify such a delay and lack of effort.

Cut nails way to short, absolutely crooked, asked for simple black line accent which was very poorly done, nail tech kept pushing back my cuticles way too hard when I told them I had sensitive hangnails and it was painful, my friends tech took longer than it took for me to get a pedicure and a full acrylic set turns out he didn’t know what he was doing, there wasn’t any wait but still would definitely not come back
