I wish I had caught her name but my stylist was the sweetest. I got there a little early and was able to over hear her conversation with her client. She had the wait room rolling of laughter as she helped her 5 year old client practice his odd numbers for school. It was the sweetest thing to listen to. Oh, and the haircut was great too. ;)

Came in at 2:15 and waited 45 minutes. Texts kept telling me I was next and then I was cancelled when I didn’t show up! I never left. In 45 minutes 2 hair cuts were done while all the other hair stylists walked around and talked. Then another guy came in and they took him next. Management needs to get over here and check this place out!! Find another place!!

Went in at 6:10 and they told me they are not taking anymore for today... when I also called ahead of time and confirmed they closed at 7, all this with attitude. No one greeted me, just got an uncomfortable stare and told they’re done for the day. Won’t ever go back or recommend due to poor attitudes and neglect for the customer. Try better ladies

My hair was cut shorter then I told the lady and its so uneven. I had my son hair cut to and she misted a big spot that need to be shaved and she didnt fix. I do not recommend this place nor will I go back. For the price I paid I expected better. Also some of the stuff is really rude.

The solon is very clean and sanitized, stylist is very polite and conversational with customer while styling the customer hair the way he or she requested. Highly recommended!!

Great job. I hate getting my haircut anywhere but my hometown Sport Clips but, they do a great job here. Went twice and had two different stylists. They both did a great job.

Place was ridiculously slow had a wait time of 30 min when I showed up which is fine but I ended up waiting an hour before I finally got up and left the barbers would finish a cut then relax and talk for 10 to 15 min till they got to there next customer there was no customers on the floor getting cuts for about 10 min until they decided to stop talking and take someone else back. heard several guys complain of the wait and unprofessionalism of this place I will not be returning or recommending this place at all.

Jackie is by far the very best hairdresser I have ever let touch my hair! I have been a Sportsclips customer for around 2 decades starting out in Austin, Texas. I always have only let managers touch my hair for the most part in order to make sure I get the very best haircut. I remember. Coming into the Hobbs store and needing a cut very badly. I had not been to this location, and did not have a regular Barber here. I requested a manager but it was going to be a wait. Jackie, instead was available and took care if me. That first haircut more than 2 years ago I believe now, was the very best cut i had ever recieved. Much to my astonishment this young lady was a recent barber school graduate! Wow! She has great talent and lots of passion for what she does, and the right patience attitude for the job! She is the BEST!

Very bad haircut!!! How did they get their license to cut hair? They don’t even take their time to try to do it right, in less than 10 min she was done! Can still see the line of the supposedly fade! Just bad haircut very bad! Don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Decent service but thats because its the only real haircut place in Hobbs. Definitely need more barbers, the wait times can be ridiculous. Sometimes 5 minutes after opening wait times are over 75 minutes. I once saw the wait 90 minutes 5 minutes after opening.

Should change this places closing time to 6:15 p.m. Im here right now and the door is locked. Seems everyone in this town is putting in applications for jobs they dont want to work. This is poor management. I guess the hours set is workers get out of the establishment at 7 p.m. not serving customers until 7. People are getting more and more lazy. Change my mind and Ill change my rating. STAY OPEN AS THE TIME ON THE DOOR STATES!

The staff is nice but the reason I give it 3 stars is because theres only one person I can trust to cut my hair her name is Jackie and shes amazing everyone else Ive always had to get it fixed after for the most part so if Jackies not working I go back another day, also the wait time is ridiculous up to 2 or 3 hours often times but you can check in online if the waits not too insane so thats a plus.

Ive got my hair cut here before, a mediocre experience. But I went Saturday... she must have been a new girl no name tag. Took 30 mins for what was supposed to be a very simple mid 1/2 fade and a short trim on top. A 3 year old with scissors could have done better. I had to go to the hair studio immediately to get it fixed the first thing he said was? Damn who f***ed your head up.My sides were not straight or even close to being blended the back was way choppy so basically half my head was basically shaved at a 0 to my ears and she left the rest up finger length. After telling her 3 times this isnt right I gave up and paid went somewhere else. No way I was going to ask someone else in that building to try to screw it up some more

Theres always a lengthy wait, 30-45 minutes or more is not uncommon. It is understaffed, the stylists dont work quickly, and they bump some people ahead of others on the waiting list. This location is, by far, the most poorly-managed Sport Clips Ive ever visited - and I wont be back.

They have their own hours, doors close way before 7 and open past 9 on the Saturdays. On my visit before I was passed around so Jackie could bump her buddies ahead as they walked in.

I have been to sports clips 6 times and only that many times because they have 2 or 3 good barbers all the rest suck very bad my last experience was horrible. Sunday I waited for 2 1/2 hrs for my hair to b totally messed up thank God hair grows back. The barbers really need to work on blending with out chopping off all ur hair and style cuts.

The ladies in there are friendly they take pride in their work they treat the customers very well

They did awesome on my kids haircuts but I thought it was a little pricey for my one year olds cut. They should have child prices, but overall, i was in and out, I cant complain about fast service! 👍

Called and was told to check in online. Did exactly that and about an hour later, received a txt saying I should be available within 10 minutes. Show up and I still have to wait another 40 minutes. Very unhappy with the customer service here. Will never go here again.

After getting denied a barhroom for a 4 year old boy at one place and a horrible cut from a Walmart barber shop. We were definitely on the hunt for a different place to get a haircut. We decided to try Sporrs Clips and immediately were amazed by Anna. She showed my son great attention and entertained him better than something ive never seen. Even though he moved the whole time and was VERY inquisitive... she did not falter. She made it fun for him. When it was time for Rosie to cut my hair; Anna took over full attention to my 4 year old son which is a full time job. Rosie did a great job w my hair and was very concerned on making my hair to my liking. There are many more great things i can say but not trying to make this to lengthy. I strongly recommend these two women if you go and i think i found our new place. Thank you Sport Clips and especially to your Barbers.

Very long wait! 2hrs! The stylist take care of their “buddy’s” even if you came before them. Was not pleased with my experience there.

We went and signed in and left for 40 minutes because there was 9 other people and only 3 barbers. When we came back we were denied service and entry because it was 6:20 but they close at 7:00. Worst service of my life!!

Terrible experience. Waited half an hour and when I was ready the stylists just gossiped and completely ignored me while I was waiting in the waiting room. I have been there multiple times before and have never been treated like that. Never again good riddance.
