I always go to Ryan and he does an amazing job on my nails! I get dip powder on my natural nails. He really takes his time to smooth everything out and make sure the shape is perfect. He’s also super gentle. I slammed one of my nails earlier this week and he made sure to be extra gentle on that nail and took extra time to make sure he wasn’t hurting me. I’m always super happy with the results and will keep coming back

Prices were high but I think comparable to other places. I got a dip manicure and regular pedicure. The color I picked for my toes came out lighter than I expected and the man redid them in a different color and said it wasnt problem. I was really grateful bc I am shy and didnt want to make a scene. Super friendly and great experience

I was going to this salon for over a year every two weeks. I have four children and my time is valuable in the sense that I have to schedule my nail appointments around when I have a babysitter. I really loved this salon and Emily does beautiful work but I unfortunately had to find a new salon because this one repeatedly disregarded my appointment times. One time they scheduled my appointment on the wrong day so I paid a sitter to come watch the kids and got to the salon and they were booked up and couldnt take me that day even though I had made an appointment. There were 3 different other times that I came in at my scheduled time to find Emily has just started on a walk in and I was left waiting. The final straw for me was when for the fourth time I came in at my scheduled time and I was left waiting for 45 minutes. I just get a fill, I could have been done in 45 minutes. I make appointments for a reason. Not only all of that but I was a regular customer there, like I said, every two weeks like clock work and when I got up to leave after being left sitting at Emilys station - no one tried to stop me or ask me how they could make it right. The owner watched me walk out and didnt say a word to me. Customers seem to not be valued there and I feel very disregarded and like my time doesnt matter to them. I will not be back to this salon.

The spa was BEAUTIFUL and VERY clean. Everyone is professional and courteous. They offer you a beverage of your choice at your service, and I’ve never sat in such gorgeous looking pedicure chairs. This place is truly a SPA as it offers more than just nail services. They do it all! Liam was PHENOMENAL. Not only is he exceptionally talented, he’s so personable and he makes you feel like a princess! I am VERY picky as I have natural long nails and he was ON SPOT with shaping and filing. He can do any shape you want, and his polishing skills are AMAZING as I can see on his Instagram. I will be coming back for more Liam!!

Katie was good but she was the only person capable of doing my nails nicely. She was very opinionated when it came to what I wanted to do with my nails and was so persistent I just let her do it her way, even though I wish she would have listened to my wishes. Upon my return for my next nail appointment, she, knowing I had acrylic tips, did not remove them/soak my nails to do a new full set as I needed because I had done a powder ombré set previously which she said could not be filled. They drilled/filed my nails down so much that I was in a lot of pain on all my nails days after my appointment. There is no “pampering” here. They don’t pay attention to your cuticles or trim up your nails. The appointments were very rushed and so painful. I’ve never experienced a nail technician applying tips and every single one popping off on my nail as she tries to file them down. Do better. And when the bathroom stinks, tend to it properly.

There is true lack of professionalism at Lush. The owner is aloof and unfriendly. For an owner to make one feel uncomfortable and unable to enjoy a treat of a pedicure does not appear to be a successful business model. All the fancy decor and chandeliers means nothing without the value of return customers. Of which, I will not be. I wish her well. Think about being kind and respectful....it goes a long way.

They have very comfortable deluxe pedicure chairs and plenty of quality technicians who provide a wide array of services (including lash extensions).

Understaffed. No one at front desk. 3 employees stared at me and didn’t say a word. Awful.

So this is a sad day my first visit was not the best but I went close to closing so I gave it another chance...The second time I had the best guy nail tech very friendly best nail job I have had in a long time... He did give me a card with his name and hours on it but I misplaced it...So I drive an hour yes it is an hour from my house get there I take a look around to see if I see him I do not so after her telling me they were to busy and to come back later I tell her thats nice I only want the guy to do it and I was trying to find out his name.. Extra loud with an attitude I was told I Dont Know... I just turned around and left.. So you dont know your employees or coworkers..Just to note I would have been willing to let someone else do them but the attitude was unnecessary.. Now not that you are concerned but you have lost a costumer...

This is place is perfect. I have had over 10 dip jobs that have either been to thick, painting chipping, elevated on one side of the nail with grooves. You name it. Tammy did an awesome job. I will be coming here from now on

Went to Lush with a wedding a party. I got a gel manicure and the next day one of my nails chipped and now 5 days later almost all of my nails have chipped. This wasn’t my normal nail place but I’ve gotten enough manicures to know that a gel manicure should last more then 5 days.

Fantastic owner, super clean very friendly and worth a visit to treat yourself.

I’ve been going to another nail salon for a while and always left displeased due to high prices and just ok nails. I drove past this place one day and decided to go in next time for my nails.... and WOW am I happy!!!The place is clean and beautiful. The staff is kind, friendly and talkative. All sharing kind smiles. Ven did a fantastic job on my pedicure and she paid attention to detail. The chair was so comfortable, unlike any I had been in at other salons where they have uncomfy pillows or weird massage sequences. This massage felt so good I kept hitting restart lol and had to put my book down towards the end of the pedicure just to fully enjoy it before we finished! Then Liem did my gel fill and did the best job on my nails I’ve had in literally months. It’s my bday in 2 days and I feel like a million bucks with nails this beautiful. He really cares about his work and is great at it. I am blown away!!Intriguing convo. Amazing service. Gorgeous aesthetic. All of that for $85 (plus tip ofc)... My new favorite place!!! :)

Do yourself a huge favor...and enjoy the blissful relaxation of Lush Nail Spa. I live almost an hour away and just happened to be in the area, and stopped in without an appt. The ladies were very warm and welcoming and made me feel cozy. I received an absolutely amazing 2 hour mani and pedi, for a wonderful price of only $45. They dont try to pressure sell you, and offer a nice cold bottle of water or a hot coffee. I was so pleased that I am planning to return!!!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Everyone is so kind and tentative to the needs of the customers. The atmosphere is serene and the decor is gorgeous and welcoming!!! Lush Nail Spa has become my go-to whenever Im in town. The salon itself is aesthetically welcoming and I feel comfortable every time I walk in. Very easy to make an appointment and the nail technician, Tammy, that Ive gone to always does amazing work.

They dropped the cuticle clippers on the floor then cut my toe open with them and blood came out. Didn’t clean the cut. Had to use their hand sanitizer to try to clean it afterwards. Expecting an infection.

I havent had a mani pedi since the whole COVID thing started and I decided to try this place out. I am SO impressed. I was one of only two people in the salon, it was extremely clean. The young lady that did my nails did a beautiful job. They look phenomenal. She talked me into a pedicure too and it was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be making this my home salon from now on.

Very stylish, poshly decorated salon. A hidden gem in Winter Park!! Extensive Mani and Pedi menu, which focuses on a spa-like experience. The staff take their time and really focus on your service. Johnny is wonderful and does perfect, meticulous, and quality nails. I highly recommend Lush nail spa. I am so happy I found them!!

I been living in. Orlando for over 7 years and I telling I love this place I finally found some where that does my nail the way I love nice neat and natural looking! Katie did a great job on my nails.I highly recommend this I do leave a good way from here but I’m willing to travel to do my nails😊

Katie and her staff are wonderful. They always remember me and there services are wonderful. I typically get a pedicure and gel nails. I am always happy when I leave. The salon is beautifully kept and always clean with lots of color choices. I highly recommend it.

I’ve had terrible experiences in this place. They are super rude and mean especially the women at the front I guess she’s the owner. They’re always yelling at each other. This place is super pricy and their service is poor and they lack of kindness and professionalism. I will never go back there

My daughter chose this salon based on the reviews and the experience certainly lived up to the five stars we gave! The salon is comfortable, clean and well kept. Johnny made me feel right at home offering me a beverage before we got started. My daughter had an idea for her nail colors and two techs, both Ryan and another woman, helped her choose the colors she needed. Her nails turned out beautifully! Johnny pays very close attention to detail and did a fantastic job on my set! Great location, beautifully decorated salon and very friendly staff! We will be coming back for sure!

I have been coming to this salon for a few months now and I can HONESTLY say this place is amazing! Its just a tad bit more expensive than what I was used to paying but its worth it! The shop is VERY CLEAN, staff is friendly once you get to know them they have a great sense of humor, the wait is never long (less than 5 mins always) and overall they do a great job. Liam & Katie are my favorites but everyone is nice and does a great job as well.

Woman who did my pedicure was nice and it came highly recommended however I was the only one in there and my pedicure was definitely rushed. I paid extra for a milk and honey pedicure and was expecting to enjoy everything that came with it. I did not recieve my complimentary beverage, the scrub and mask were merely placed on my legs, no time was spent actually massaging the product in and then I was supposed to receive a 17 minute massage. The timer (that was set to 15 minutes) started while I still had a hot towel and mask cream on my leg so by the time that was taken off and lotion was put on to begin the massage it was now 12, maybe 13 minutes. It felt like I paid extra for a basic pedicure. I pay for the experience of relaxing and enjoying it and I just felt rushed with literally NO ONE ELSE doing a pedicure (i could see if maybe they were busy but wow!)Can anyone please recommend a place that is worth the money Im spending? Lady was nice, and maybe this was how she was trained so nothing against her but it was very rushed. I wasnt even allowed time to pick out a color before hand. I was rushed in a chair to start right away. Was going to do a manicure to since they had a special going on but I honestly felt the 60 plus tip was not worth it so I didnt want to waste another cent there.

I was very skeptical about going to a nail place away from where I live, I was visiting my boyfriend and I came across this place. I don’t know her name, but this lady was wonderful and took my acrylics off the correct way with acetone and I haven’t had it in years!!! My nails turned out wonderful. She put a lot of time into them. I recommend this place!

I came for a self indulging pedi during the work week .I was greeted by Johnny he showed me their wide selection of nail colors, adjusted the water to the correct temperature, and showed me their option menu. I picked the milk& honey pedi and it felt sooo good...you even get a shoulder massage afterward. I would definitely recommend friends & family here its a clean & luxuriest experience ever..

Walked in and was greeted promptly and warmly by the staff and was quickly accommodated for a last minute pedi request before catching a flight. Facility is new, clean, and beautiful. Selection of polish and pedi chairs were the best I’ve ever seen. Most impressively, Johnny gave me the BEST pedi I’ve ever had. Not sure how I didn’t discover this place a little sooner, but I won’t go any where else going forward. Super convenient across from Whole Foods. VERY highly recommend!!

I went for the first time ever and I was super impressed! I loved the staffs who were very nice and friendly! They offer huge collection of sns and gel color. They also offer eyelashes and microblading. The salon is so cleaned and relaxed. I will be coming here instead of any other place. Also their prices are reasonable!!

Soon as I walked in I was greeted. I had a hot stone pedi and a full set. Cant remember the lady who did my pedicure but Katie did my nails. Sje did a wonderful job. Lush Nail Spa.. Very clean and the best part is they actually take their time unlike most places where its a rush job!

Decided to try this place because it’s close to my house but I will never come back. It was the most painful pedicure I’ve ever had. My toenails are tender to touch afterward. The massage on my legs was done with a very gritty salt scrub and not lotion so my legs were on fire in pain. Then, while my nails were being painted he was pinching the bottom of my toe so painfully. I didn’t get to relax or enjoy one moment of it.

The salon is beautiful and the technicians always do such a fantastic job!

Lush nail spa is such a great nail salon. Their modern design and customer service makes you Feel like you’re their top priority. I received an organic pedicure and couldn’t be happier with the result afterwards. The mood inside is very calm and laidback because of the selection of music they play. Definitely reccomend lush nail spa to get your nails done and relax.

Over priced and the lady that greeted us was rude. She looked me up and down like I had a disease. Won’t be going back.
