I have been going to Mai for 3 years now and is hands down the best nail artist! She does amazing nail art and I have never left this place being unhappy with a manicure or pedicure. If you have something in mind she can recreate it on your nails. She is appointment based only and you will feel secure; especially during the pandemic!

The Nail Atelier is cozy and clean. Mai has a great aesthetic and was fun to talk to. I got a custom gel manicure for my cousins destination wedding, and it turned out gorgeous.

I can’t say enough about Mai. She’s extremely talented and knowledgeable about nail and cuticle health. I had an injury to my nail bed on one of my fingers and she has been so attentive to helping make sure my nails are back to being healthy and beautiful. She pays attention to detail and my manicure lasts and doesn’t chip. She uses high quality products and is very clean and professional. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this cute shop! I’ve been going to Mai since she was at the You Nails salon and have always loved her style. She can do just about any style. She can do anything from abstract to texture to even the most amazing freehand art. She goes above and beyond to make sure I can still get my nails done with my crazy work schedule!!! Love her!!

I found Mai several months ago when I needed a nail fix, the day after I had them done at my last place. She is truly an artist. No matter how extreme I want to go with my nails, it is NEVER too difficult for her.... I leave with gorgeous (comment receiving) fingernails, matched only by my great looking toes! My gel manicure never lasted more than 4 days before I met Mai.. Her main goal is to keep your nails healthy and that is rarely seen.. Its definitely a plus that its like girl time with Mai.. She is skilled, friendly and witty. Love her!

Mai is awesome. I found her on Instagram and booked an appointment with her. She is appointment based only and I was lucky to get in while I was on vacation in Orlando. There are many gel colors to choose from and she does really beautiful nail art. I will definitely come back to see her next time I am in town.

Mai is awesome. She’s been doing my nails for a couple of years now & I love her. She pays very close attention to your nails and is a perfectionist! She’s down to earth and when you go to her it’s honestly a girls day lol. You can go there and unwind with no problem and you never feel rushed it’s great. The Nail Atelier is a cozy salon in the heart of Windermere. Parking is usually very easy to find right in front. Mai makes appointments by text messaging. Its best to book in advance as she is popular for good reason. She knows how to discuss nail colors in depth and is good about reading what I want when Im not even sure about what I want. She is meticulous and provides the most perfect mani and pedis that last. She is never rushed but yet is always right on schedule. I bring family here for nail care when they visit and everyone walks away impressed with their manis and pedis by Mai.

Mai is THE BEST. Seriously, Ive been having my nails done by her since she was in Michigan!! Ive followed her to Windermere whenever Im in town for Disney. She is appointment based and you must book in advance. But what I love about Mai is that she is SOO meticulous about modern nail art and cuticle nail care. She does her manicures dry and with an e-file to minimize clipping the cuticle. Plus, I get from her a vial of cuticle oil that has fricken SAVED my hands. Thank you always, Mai!!!!!!! ❤💅
